Mattel woke up, looking mighty dizzy. She tried to straighten her vision, but had trouble.

"Oh...Prince Coral I had such a weird dream...I got invited to a tourney and was sent across space and...

It was only then she realized she was not in the Palace Bedroom.

Nor was this anywhere on the Amiy Kingdom. It was like a clinic, even.

Mainly because it WAS.

"Ah, I see you're up!"

Mattel turned to look at one speaking; a doctor with a mustache. "Glad to see you have-a awakened, most people take at-a least one day to wake up from wrap speed travel."

"I-I wasn't dreaming?" Mattel asked, rather shocked by the revelation. The doctor gave a sharp nod. "So you are a Princess too, am I right? A lot of royalty are in this-a tournament..."

"Am I...sick from what happened?" Mattel questioned, worriedly. The doctor reassured her. "Oh, no. You just needed rest, so you were brought-a here."

Mattel got up, rubbing her head, before giving the doctor a smile. "Thank you." She would then give him a good bye wave, and stepping out the door.

She was immediately greeted by a large interior...of a mansion? It seemed to be the case.

Before she could contemplate her location, a familiar face happened upon her. To be specific, a certain clam that helped her awhile back.

"Moe...?" the clam would raise an eyebrow before turning around in surprise. "What the-- MATTEL?"

Happy to see a familiar face, Mattel rushed over and stopped in front of him. "I'm so glad to see you again!" She exclaimed joyfully as Moe gave a small chuckle. "Been awhile, hasn't it?"

"Oh yes, it has. I have heard that Starfy went on yet another adventure. Is it true he went into space?" Mattel asked with curiosity. "Yep. That happened." Moe remarked. "Let me tell ya, it was wild. At the start..."

It took until sunset for Moe to finish. "...So yeah, Mashtooth was done, Bunneria was saved, everything was fine and dandy."

Mattel rubbed her head. "I missed out on a lot, haven't I?"

"Eh, nothing to worry 'bout." Moe reassured her. "Say, ya still with Coral?"

"Oh, yes!" Mattel responded. "Why do you ask?"

"Eh, some rumors. That's all. So anyways, whatcha here for?" Moe asked as Mattel slowly lifted the invite. "Whoa, whoa, WHOA! You got in too? As what?"

"A...a Spirit, apparently."

"Should've expected that. Ya met with the hands yet?" Moe asked, leaving Mattel confused. "The...Hands?"

"The guys behind this whole thing! C'mon, I'll bring ya to 'em. They'll give ya your room and everything."

As Moe bagan to lead her, Mattel took a deep breath. Surely this'll go well...right?

Mattel was left stunned by what she saw. The Hands...were literlly giant gloved Hands.

The one...seated? She couldn't really tell if rhey was sitting or not. Anyway, they looked a professional, unlike the other hand who...threw a pie at her face.

This led to more polite Hand lecturing him. Oh right, back on topic...

"Greetings, Lady Mattel of the Amiy Kingdom." It began before it noticed her dumbfounded expression. "Do you want a glass of water?"

Mattel gave a small nod. With a snap of it'qs fingers, a glass of water appeared right in front of her. "T-Thank you."

"Welcome to the Smash Tournament. My name is Master Hand, the creator of this tourney. The one who rudely threw a pie at you is my brother, Crazy Hand." Master Hand motioned to the other hand who stopped spinning.

"Hey, it was funny! Shut it!" Crazy Hand protested, earning him an sigh from his brother.

"Lady Mattel, we promise you will have a wonderful time here. Your room is located in the Spirits Mansion." Master Hand said as he gave her a key that had the number "1186" engraved on it.

"Now, we still do have quite a few rules here..." Master Hand stated. "Luckily I complied them into a book." Handing that over as well, Mattel smiled. "You are a thoughtful one."

"And you are nicer than most that get invited here." Master Hand complimented back. "However I do recommend you get unpacked before the day ends."

"Oh! Right." Mattel acknowledged. "Thank you." She left the room, and began heading off.

She didn't hear the angry yelling from Master Hand to his brother about pranking a new arrival.

Fumbling with the key to door, Mattel finally got the door open with a delightful "Aha!". Entering, she paused at the sight.

It was an exact replica of her own bedroom in Amiy Castle. The bed she slept in with Prince Coral, the pink and yellow colors...everything.

Perhaps Moe or Starfy told them about what it looked like? She did invite them, alongside Starly, to the room to give a few gifts.

Placing down her bags, she put everything in their same location from before. Sighing, Mattel sat on her bed.

Still felt as soft as the one back at the Castle.

"Maybe...this won't be so bad." Mattel said to herself. She had doubts at first, but she felt ready for whatever may be here.

With a light yawn, Mattel fell into a deep slumber.
