WARNING:- This chapter is poorly written as I rushed it. Don't worry next chapter is much more interesting and was much more fun to write at least till the part I have written. Enjoy!
CHAPTER 5:- WORLD ITEM
There was a massive ravine in the middle of the no man's Dimension concealed with high tier magic by a guild nearby. The guild which concealed it didn't know that the ravine has been discovered by none other than Punitto Moe, who accidentally discovered it by walking on top of it and falling in it.
December 21st
All the members of ainz ooal gown Mk2' had assembled inside of the Sandy castle to discuss on the topic of 'to raid the hidden ravine or not'
"There must be a reason why they had concealed it and not raided it." Touch Me said.
"It might be that there is a very strong boss beyond their level or maybe a hidden entrance to their guild base" Bukubukuchagama replied.
" As for the possibility of guild base entrance, it is not possible as the person who cast the spell belongs to a guild in a Different Dimension." Punitto Moe interjected." As for a strong boss, it is possible."
" If it is beyond their level we would need information before attacking it." Touch Me said.
" I have divination spells but none of them could see past that illusion." Punitto Moe replied.
"Then it must be a grand tier spell or a world item. I don't think we would stand a chance against such an enemy who couldn't be conquered by that level of a guild." Ulbert exclaimed with a sigh.
" Actually the person belongs to a guild of level 78. (Average level of player in guild) and the person who has the highest level is of measly 86. " Punitto Moe said.
" But grand tier spell can only be cast by a player of a minimum level 100 with magic centric job or racial classes like me and I don't think a guild who isn't in ranks table having a world item"
" That's the part, making my headache"
" Could it be a skill or a job class we do not know of"
" I tried to collect as much information as I can about their builds but either it is false or they do not have anything that can have similar effects. "
" It could be a cash shop item. " Momonga interjected in the conversation.
Both Ulbert and Punitto Moe heard Momonga and realized that they completely forgot about the cash shop item.
" But there are no cash shop items that can create an illusion of that size. " Punitto Moe said.
" There are cash shop items that can enhance the user's magic and skill and as for extending the range or time, there are a lot of them with different costs and effectiveness. "
Ulbert facepalmed as he overlooked such a simple answer that was right before his eyes.
" But still, I believe that I should go for reconnaissance beforehand, to ensure that we can handle the dungeon boss " Bukubukuchagama who was silent till now spoke.
Everyone nods in unison. After seeing that everybody approves, she swapped her roleplay gear to one specialized in stealth by taking out an instant changing golem.
" You should take an instant gate crystal with you, in case someone spots you, you will be able to the very least teleport away," Momonga said.
" Are you, perhaps worried about me, guild boss," Bukubukuchagama replied in a cheeky tone.
Everyone except for Momonga giggled. Momonga stared right into her eyes.
" Don't look at me like that. I will become pregnant. " She said in a cheeky tone after wrapping her arms around her.
Everybody except Momonga and Bukubukuchagama burst out laughing. Even she giggled at sounds coming from Momonga's mic. Momonga at that time was seriously infuriated.
What have I done to you that you are teasing me like that? Momonga contemplated. He lowered his head in defeat.
FEW MOMENTS LATER
Bukubukuchagama returned from scouting.
" Okay, everything seems to be as the information we got from Punitto-san, and as for the initial mob summons looked to be about around LVL 80"
After a short conversation, everybody agreed on paying the hidden ravine a visit. They started to prepare themselves for fighting and exploring.
After the preparations of every one were completed, they headed out of the Sandy castle and went straight for the ravine. They entered the ravine. Punitto Moe being extra cautious used a cash shop item to lay an alarming wire on the edges of the ravine.
There were multiple cave entrances from the ravines inside but most importantly there were some pebbles of minerals. These pebbles indicated the presence of an ore vein nearby.
Touch Me pointed toward a cave entrance brimmed with the mobs at the bottom of the ravine and said " That one looks like the path to the boss mob."
Everybody agreed and went straight towards the entrance. The mobs in the ravine mostly consisted of demons, they started to massacre the low-level demons and entered the cave.
NEARBY DESERT
Three members of theior's guild were scouting around the ravine to make sure nobody came near to it.
" They are way too careless, " One of them said.
" They think that illusion will save them from other people raiding the ravine," Another one said.
" We have been able to fend off the discovery of it till now. But we need to gather a team for it soon or someone will discover it "
Three of them sighed. All the guild members had collectively used real-world money on making a high level on the resource-rich cave. There is even a world item kept in the end after the boss mob. But everyone after hiding it just started to procrastinate on raiding the place.
" Hey look someone distorted the illusion just now. " Third one said pointing at the location.
" Shit " the First one replied.
" Let's spectate them, "The second one said.
" And let them take the world item "The first one shouted.
" Obviously not, just wait for them to expend all the mana and skills. Let the wares down by the demons, when they will start getting out of the cave, we will ambush them "
" Ooooooo, but how will we do it? We are only three and they can be hundreds if they are from a big guild. "
" We will have to first collect information from the top of the ravine about how many of them are their and their level. "
They all used few invisibility scrolls and added protection of detection on top of it and then using scopes they saw through the illusion. After confirming that there were only seven invaders, they decided to ambush them.
After about 3 hours, they had prepared the traps and were ready to ambush them. They were waiting behind a rock that concealed them from the direct line of sight from the cave.
They saw seven figures looking like players came out of the cave laughing and cracking jokes on how the stupid guild hadn't raided the cave yet. Everyone became furious but they waited for them to stand on top of the trap.
Then a massive explosion was heard. Three of them jumped out of their hiding place and saw only two of them survived the explosion. One was a silver insect and another one was a black ooze.
Probably the tankers of the team. All of them started attacking the two of them that remained. They only survived two or three blows and their movements were sluggish.
" Ooo yeah, we wiped them out. Now we can keep the world item for ourselves and get some good gear " one of them said.
" But wasn't it too easy " another one replied in a concerned voice. " Even their movements were very slow "
" They must be exhausted and Fatigue stat must have been maxed out. "The first one said.
The third one went ahead and started to pick up the items dropped and then realized that something was off but it was too late. Another explosion was heard and the three were sent flying.
"[ Spatial slash ] " someone screamed from inside the cave.
A bright flash was seen afterward and the one picking up the loot, fell down as a puppet with strings cut and a message flashed in team members console.

AINZ GUILD POV
Punitto Moe already knew that someone has entered the cave and most possibly spotted them. He told the guild about them.
All seven of them knew that they were in no condition to fight anyone. They had run out of mana, skills, consumables and even cash shop items to fight off the boss protecting the ultimate treasure. Although they could use the world item but that would be like announcing ' which world item was hidden'.
So they had already planned to just kill one and scare them instead and the plan worked flawlessly. Two of the remaining ran as they saw the most damage dealer out of the three being killed by a former world champion.
" Fuwahhh…. ,it worked" Punitto Moe exclaimed.
Everyone sighed in happiness. Momonga walked out of the cave first and started to look through the loot dropped by the one they were able to kill.
" Is there anything good? Momonga-san " HeroHero asked.
" There are a few normal healing potions and a little bit of gold. Nothing interesting." Momonga answered.
Then he saw a red crystal, he didn't recognize. It was an item that was newly added in the game.
'Modifier crystal'
'When used one aspect of the magic cast while holding the crystal, won't require extra mana point.'
Note:- Cannot be used for triplet or twin modifiers.
What? Adding a modifier like maximize barely consumes more mana and it can be done by just clicking an icon on the console. While using this item will require someone to constantly open inventory and take out a crystal as it is a one-time use item. What were the sh*tty Dev's thinking while adding this to the game? Momonga thought
He was going to toss it away but decided to keep it as a souvenir. Keeping a trash item like this. Man, I am too much attached to the game.
He tossed the train of thought and went to enjoy his new favorite game again with his few friends.
