Here's chapter 5 everybody.
Chapter 5: Two-Pronged Strategy.
Danny, Dani and Kayla is flying through the Ghost Zone as fast as they could to Clockwork's Lair. Kayla's telepathy has alerted her that Camila and her Harvester faction has arrived to the Earth dimensional plane of the Ghost Zone and is about to commence the first strike. Danny and Dani has already alerted the team and to get ready for the upcoming invasion and to put Amity Park on code red alert status. Danny, Dani and Kayla sees Clockwork's Lair but stop in their tracks as Danny and Dani couldn't believe what they saw approaching the lair.
"Whoa, I didn't think the Harvesters had a massive craft." Dani said.
Danny and Dani were shock to see the Keep II approaching and were shock by its size.
"That thing is huge!" Dani said.
"That's Camila's craft the Keep II." Kayla said.
"Very original." Dani said.
"No time, we gotta get ready to stop a Harvester assault." Danny said.
"You two head inside the lair. I'll take care of any Harvesters that will attempt to head for Earth." Kayla said as she preps her sword.
"Good luck, Your Highness." Danny said.
Danny and Dani then flew inside Clockwork's Lair where it was empty.
"Clockwork, you there?" Danny said but he gets no response.
"Why is that every time a situation like this happens, especially at this lair, Clockwork is never present?" Dani asked.
"Well he's a Supernatural Entity and the Observants always have to summon him." Danny said.
Danny and Dani then saw one of Clockwork's monitors and on the screen shows the alternate universe that Dani had once traveled to 6 years ago. It shows Dayla and Andrew, both now in college, attending the Ambassador Theatre in New York City. Danny smile when the screen showed Dayla, his alternate twin sister of a different universe.
"Looks like Dayla and Andrew are having a good time." Danny said.
"Yeah, you think we'll see them again in person?" Dani asked.
"I don't know. We definitely don't want to cause another dimensional crisis like 6 years ago, though it was awesome to meet them." Danny replied.
"True." Dani said.
Suddenly, a large force of Camila's Harvesters entered the lair, alerting Danny and Dani. Both Phantoms entered defensive positions.
"Didn't think they were gonna be blue instead of green like last time." Danny said.
The Harvesters screeched loudly before they charged towards Danny and Dani. The two Phantoms did the same before they started blasting the Harvesters. Danny blasted one Harvester ghost before he swoop kicked another, making it crash to the ground. Danny then blasted the down Harvester, causing it to turn into ectoplasm. Danny then forms a ecto-rope before swinging it to capture six Harvester ghosts. Danny then sends a ghost stinger to electrocute them, causing them to screech loudly before they exploded into ectoplasm. Meanwhile, Dani used her flaming hair to blast a large group of Harvesters before she blasted them with powerful ecto-blasts. Dani's eyes turn dark blue before she spins like a figure skater before summoning her Asgardian Phantom Tornado before spinning towards another group of Harvesters. The Harvesters didn't have time to react as they were picked up by the tornado and got spun around inside. Dani then fired a powerful Asgardian energy flash, making the Harvesters loose some of their limbs before they too dissolve into ectoplasm. Dani then fired a ice ray at another group of Harvesters, freezing them in place. Danny then fired a power ecto-blast at the frozen Harvesters, destroying them all. Danny and Dani's eyes turned red and Danny's hair turns into a flame while Dani's flaming hair grew longer as both summon their Phantom Flame. The two then fired a combined fire blast from their hair and fists at another group of Harvesters charging towards them.
Meanwhile, at Amity Park, the Harvesters air forces has began their invasion and attack once they exit out of a massive ghost portal that the Keep II formed and started firing at the city, causing panic and chaos. Team Phantom were already engaged with them, with Jack and Maddie driving the Fenton RV and use its weapons to blast Harvester ground troops and Harvester attacker aircraft, Jacob using the Fenton railgun to shoot down Harvester fighters while Brooke stays close to him and fires a ecto-blaster that Jacob provided to her, Venus and Sierra firing their ecto-blasters as well as using their martial art skills, Sam teaming up with Jazz as they were firing their set of ecto-blasters, Valerie flying on her hoverboard and shooting down Harvester attacker aircraft with the Phantom Blasters, who were flying their jet packs and firing their ecto-weapons, and Tucker controlling his drones to shoot at Harvester ground troops.
"We gotta hold them off as fast as we can!" Sam said.
"And there are too many of these Harvester attackers!" Victoria said.
"We should contact the Air Force. We could definitely use their air support." Valerie suggested.
"Great idea." Brooke said.
"I'll protect you back to Fenton Works." Jacob said.
Jacob and Brooke starts to head back to Fenton Works while the rest of the team provides them cover. The two eventually made it back to Fenton Works before Brooke makes a call to her father, asking him to call his superiors into sending fighter jets from the nearest air base to take care of the Harvester fighters. Meanwhile, Sam was blasting many Harvester troops as she can until one Harvester knocked her down. The Harvester then charged towards Sam and was about to attack her more until Jazz blasted it away.
"Thanks, Jazz." Sam said.
"No problem. Imagine if Danny saw that." Jazz said.
"Tell me about it." Sam said with a chuckle.
The team continues to hold off the Harvesters for another few minutes, trying their best to make sure they don't escape Amity Park. Valerie, Victoria, David and Trevor were starting to get overwhelmed by the Harvester fighters.
"Ahhh! There's too many of them!" David said.
"Don't give up, keep shooting at them!" Trevor said.
"Hope Brooke managed to get the Air Force to send fighters." Valerie said.
Valerie's hopes comes to fruition as multiple Harvester fighters were shot down by F-16C and F-15C fighter jets. The Air Force fighters proceed to shoot down many of the Harvester fighters while the team focus on the Harvester ground forces. Suddenly, everyone heard a loud rumble coming from the massive natural ghost portal. The team becomes stunned as the Keep II finally emerge from the portal and arrives at Earth.
"Whoa! I didn't think the Harvesters had a massive aerial ship like that." Tucker said in shock.
"I did not see that coming." Jack said.
"This is gonna be a problem." Sam said.
Suddenly, the Keep II deploys its drones that were being launch from the undersides of the Keep II's wings. The drones then engage the Air Force fighters as it shoots pulse ecto-beams and missiles at them. The fighter jets tried to get close to the Keep II but they end up getting shot down by Keep II's defenses or Harvester fighters. The Keep II then emits a halo from its top, gaining attention from USAF pilots.
"Look at that light from that giant ghost aerial ship." a USAF pilot said.
"We're up against that thing? God help us." another USAF pilot said.
"It's hard enough just keeping up with these drones." another USAF pilot said.
The Keep II then fires its ecto-laser beam from its nose, shooting down any USAF aircraft in front of it. The team were witnessing all of this from the ground.
"Okay, this is a big problem." Sam said.
The Harvester fighters and drones continue to shoot down the USAF fighters. The remaining Harvester fighters that were attacking Amity Park or Team Phantom then started to fly towards the Keep II.
"What the... the Harvesters are flying away from us." Maddie said.
"Something's not right." Sierra said.
Suddenly, the halo that was emitting at the top of the Keep II grew bigger and brighter, once again gaining attention from the USAF pilots.
"Huh?" a USAF pilot said.
"What the heck?!" another USAF pilot said.
"Caution, all aircraft stay alert." the AWACS controller said.
"Get out of there!" another USAF pilot said.
"Breaking!" another USAF pilot said.
"Evade!" another USAF pilot said.
The Keep II then generates a large blue ecto-shield, destroying incoming missiles and fighter jets that are caught in the field.
"Controls are out!" a USAF pilot said frantically.
"I'm breaking down!" another USAF pilot said.
Team Phantom couldn't believe what they were seeing as all the USAF fighter jets have been shot down and the Keep II has a massive energy shield protecting it.
"All the fighter jets got shot down!" Venus said.
"This is bad. How are we gonna stop that thing?!" Victoria asked.
"We'll have to wait till Danny, Dani and Kayla comes back." Jazz said.
"Hope they're alright." Sam said.
Back at Clockwork's lair, Danny and Dani continue to fight against the Harvesters and were starting to get overwhelmed.
"Where's Princess Kayla? We could really use her right now." Dani said as she continues to fire ecto-blasts at a group of Harvester ghosts.
Outside the lair, Kayla has just killed another Harvester with her sword. She noticed the massive portal has already close and some Harvesters managed to escape. She then flew towards the lair, slicing Harvesters along the way. She then noticed one Harvester knocking down Danny and Dani. Kayla then stab the Harvester from the back, killing it before stabbing it a few times with her sword.
"There's the answer to your question, Dani." Danny said.
Kayla wiped ectoplasmic goo off her face before facing her new allies.
"The Keep II is at Earth and some Harvesters has escaped." Kayla said.
"I'm sure the rest of the team will handle them." Danny said, unaware that another Harvester got back up to its feet and is about to attack him and Dani.
Kayla noticed the incoming Harvester. Kayla then use her telepathy powers to mind fry the Harvester, causing it to screech in pain. Kayla then charged towards the Harvester before stabbing it and use her sword to throw it at the other side of the lair where another group of Harvesters came in. Kayla charged towards the incoming Harvesters. Kayla then stab the Harvester by the head before she decapitates it. Kayla then slices another Harvester's head, killing it as well. Kayla then noticed another group about to attack Danny and Dani once more. Kayla then use her telepathy powers, causing the group of Harvesters to grabbed their heads and screeched in pain as they hear the high pitching from Kayla's telepathic powers. The Harvesters could do the same but theirs is not powerful than Kayla's. The Harvesters continued to screech in pain before Kayla shot two bright purple ecto-beams from her eyes to blast them. Danny and Dani were amazed by Kayla's combat fighting.
"If I was a male Harvester, I would not want to be on your bad side." Danny said, making Kayla laughed.
"I may be a princess, but I am a warrior." Kayla said with pride.
Dani then noticed eight Harvester ghosts about to attack Kayla.
"Look out!" Dani said before she blasted the Harvesters.
The Harvesters crashed to the ground, right next to Clockwork's monitors. They were about to attack once more before they noticed one of the time screens, showing the alternate universe. They then noticed Dayla and Andrew on the screen.
"Say, it's those other Humans from the distress call." a Harvester said telepathically.
"But how? This is a different universe." a second Harvester asked telepathically.
"Doesn't matter. Queen Camila said to find those responsible for Hertha's death." a third Harvester said telepathically.
"Well lets go there and kill them." a fourth Harvester said telepathically.
The eight Harvesters screeched loudly before they flew in the time screen, heading to the alternate universe. Danny and Dani were shock that they did that.
"No! They went to the alternate universe!" Danny said.
"What are we gonna do?!" Dani asked.
"I don't know. We don't want to cause another dimensional crisis again." Danny said.
"But we need to get those Harvesters." Dani said.
"Danielle is right. Those Harvesters must be captured and be brought back here." Kayla said.
Danny and Dani look at each other before they have to accept the reality.
"Looks like we're gonna have another dimensional crisis again, Dani." Danny said.
"And meet alternate Team Phantom again." Dani said.
"I'm coming with you all. This is my fight after all." Kayla said.
"Let's do it." Danny said without protesting Kayla.
Danny and Dani then grabbed three Time Medallions and put one around their necks before giving one to Kayla. They then gave each other a high five before they flew through the time screen, heading to the alternate universe.
And that's the end of this chapter. If you're wondering how the Keep II's defensive capabilities, especially its shield is like, they're based on the Arsenal Bird from the video game Ace Combat 7. Ironic, this chapter's title is also the same title for Mission 3 of AC7. Well, this is it, Dani has returned to the alternate universe six years after the events since DANI PHANTOM: THE DIMENSIONAL WAR, and for the first time, Danny and Kayla are tagging along. What will happen when Danny and Dani reunites with Mikaela2015's Dayla and Andrew after six years? Find out in the next chapter. Please review. :)
