A small book club tumbles into Middle-Earth

This is a little drabble after the events of The Battle of Five Armies, and Bilbo going back home…to raise Frodo. A side note though…Frodo was twelve when his parents died.I have changed it a bit, and made him much younger, because well it's cute, and I wanted to. Includes spanking, and is FICTION! No actual live child was harmed. If you do not like, then do not read.

When Thranduil arrives in Dale and fights in the battle of the five armies, he is confronted with his own hitherto deeply buried emotions.

After the jealous violence of my last episode, 'The Kings and the Consequences', Thorin comes up with a plan to help Thranduil cope with the green-eyed monster. As usual, his plans rebound on him and the kings part once more. Are flowers - or something else - the solution, LOL? Read this story as a stand-alone or as part of an arc which starts with 'King of the Antlered Throne'.

The history of Hobbits is far more complex than than the Big Folk are led to believe. As a direct descendant from the union of a High Elf and a Son of Durin, how will the Company fare with a Bilbo who's cunning, resourceful, trained in weapons and not so useless after all?

Someone rang the bell. He expected a nosy neighbor, there to pester him for more bits of his tale, because it couldn't be the children, they never used the bell. But it wasn't. It was a dwarf he knew and a dwarf he didn't. But it wasn't hard to recognize her; she had given her son's her eyes and shared her nose with her brother. (Post-BoFA oneshot)

The North is a harsh place. Storms, Dragons, and criminals run rampant. Cursed by a fire drake, Cana left the North, content to never see a dragon again. But old friends are hard to say no to even with a dwarven king who is not so inclined to her presence in his company.

Time goes on as it always has, seasons change, kingdoms rise and fall. For some the end of the war brings about a new era of peace and joy, but for one the looming shadow of eternity is a dark road even in these happy times. Is this all that is left for a broken hearted Elf or will fate be kind?

When first they meet, Tauriel mistakes her king for a ghost: not that she's entirely wrong, of course, but the beginning of her history with Thranduil is not exactly a warm memory. (Thranduil may think otherwise, but naturally that is something she will never ask him.)

Upon meeting Thranduil, Bard is fascinated. No matter his aloofness, his beauty may hardly be surpassed. It is only when they meet to discuss impending matters, however, that Bard realizes how beautiful Thranduil really is.

Balin died fighting, because he remembered his king. Drabble.
