Ash's Pokemon Journey
Summary: This story is about how I think that ash's journey should have gone through, Kanto, Orange Islands, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. Smart, a psychic and an Aura user (He'll find out about being a psyphic and Aura user later). I do not own pokemon.
Note: I am not doing the Kalos Region. So fairy pokemon and Mega Evolutions don't exist.
Chapter 70
Misty and the Togepi Paradise
Today was an exciting day for Ash, Brock and Tomo; Misty was coming to the Hoenn region for a few days. "I can't wait to see Misty again" said Tomo. "I know it's been a while" said Ash. May and Max couldn't wait to meet Misty either; they had heard about Misty from Ash, Tomo and Brock. At that moment Misty and Togepi turned up. Misty was wearing yellow sleeveless top, with a large blue button on the front and matching shorts and with short pale and burnt orange ankle boots. "Hi, Ash, Tomo and Brock how you been?" said Misty. "Great thank you Misty," said Ash "I see that you've been well too". May and Max greeted Misty next and introduced themselves. "So how you been Misty with being the new gym leader of Cerulean Gym?" asked Brock. "Busy, all the gym leader work is all left to me" said Misty. "Well I've heard that you do a great job as gym leader better than your sisters," said Ash "it says on the internet that everyone in Kanto loves to challenge you". "It is true; I am a way better water pokemon battler than my sisters are" said Misty. "So Misty, have you been getting any new water pokemon lately?" asked Tomo. "Actually I have" said Misty. She told them about the time when she caught two Sharpedo and eight Carvanha. Then she told them that she caught a Pelipper and two Wingull a few weeks ago, and that her Azumarill had five baby Azurils. "And a few days ago I caught my own Luvdisc and a Relicanth". "That's cool because I have a Relicanth too" said Brock. "And let me tell you something," said Misty "my sisters got some pokemon as birthday presents from their fans".

A few weeks after Misty's sisters came back from their world tour vacation, it was their birthday and they got lots of presents from their fans. Apart from the usual beautiful clothes, make up, accessories, jewelry and even new cars, Daisy, Violet and Lily both got Hoenn region water pokemon from the fans. Daisy got a Milotic with three Feebas and five pink pokemon that looked like hearts called Luvdisc. Violet got three Lotad and four Lombre and five Wailmer. And Lily got a Crawdaunt with two Corphish and a Whiscash and six Barboach. So the gym got plenty of new water pokemon.

"Wow that is a good haul of water pokemon" said Ash. "Let me tell you Daisy went mental over how beautiful Milotic was," said Misty "and Violet hopes that one of her Wailmer will evolve to Wailord because she wants to use a Wailord in a movie someday. My sisters have become actress models". "Well I doubt you'll be able to keep a Wailord in the Cerulean Gym pool," chuckled Brock "we've seen Wailord before and they are enormous pokemon". "I know," said Misty "but Violet said it would be great to use in the ocean". "So Misty what brings you here to the Hoenn region?" asked Ash. Misty explained that she got an invitation to a festival for Togepi trainers. "I wonder why I didn't get one," said Ash "I mean I've got a Togetic and Togetic is the evolved form of Togepi". "Maybe it's just for Togepi" said Brock.
Misty led the others to a hotel, where the Togepi festival was supposed to be held. "Will we be able to get in?" asked May "Don't worry," said Misty "there was no rule on the invitation that said I wasn't allowed to bring guests, so you lot can come as my guests". Suddenly two priest-looking like people arrived, dressed in clothing with triangular marks, appeared. They took Misty and Togepi into the hotel, ignoring the presence of the others. "Something isn't right here" said Ash, and he was right. That hotel was actually a blimp in disguise and those priests were really Jessie and James and what they had done was abduct Misty and her Togepi.
Ash and the others saw what was going on from outside and they grabbed onto and got into the blimp just before it took off. "Phew that was close" said Max. "I wonder where this blimp is going?" said May. "I don't know, but where ever we're going we better be ready" said Ash. The blimp flew over a desert and over a mountain, until at last it arrived at a kingdom. After the landing Jessie and James, still in their disguised forms, lead Misty out of the blimp. "Welcome to the Mirage Kingdom" said James. Just then the gang got out of the blimp and rushed to Misty's side. "Reveal yourselves now Team Rocket!" shouted Ash, who saw right through them. Jessie and James did and commanded Misty to hand over her Togepi. "There is no way that I am going to give my Togepi to you!" shouted Misty. "All right then we shall swipe it from you" said Meowth.
Meowth was just about to go in for a swipe, but then he got held back by an elderly man. This man was wearing a dark purple uniform and he had a big moustache. "I ordered you to bring me a Togepi, not a lot of trainers" the man said to Team Rocket. "Sorry sir, but they followed the red-haired girl" said Jessie. The man introduced himself as Colonel Hansen and he ordered Misty to give her Togepi to him. Misty refused. Hansen didn't take no for an answer and he called forward three bug pokemon that looked like big flies. "That man has got a Shedinja and two Ninjasks" said Max. Misty started to freak out because of her insectophobia. Ash knew that Hansen was trouble so he told May and Max to take Misty away from here, and he, Tomo and Brock stayed to fight Hansen's pokemon.
Hansen ordered his Shedinja to follow Misty and May and Max and ordered his Ninjask to attack the boys. Ash ordered Pikachu to use thunderbolt, Tomo ordered Growlithe to use flamethrower and Brock sent out Mudkip and told it to use water gun. Meanwhile May, Max and Misty were trying to find somewhere safe, but Shedinja found them. Despite having a bug pokemon phobia, Misty was eager to protect Togepi. She sent out Corsola and ordered it to attack Shedinja with spike cannon, but Shedinja didn't feel a thing from it. "Shedinja is part ghost as well as bug," said Max "so normal attacks are useless. And it has the ability called wonder guard which makes the user immune to direct damage moves that are not super effective". Shedinja fired a solar beam attach from its white halo and Misty, Max and May were knocked off their feet, and Togepi went flying out of Misty's arms. "Togepi!" shouted Misty.
Togepi ended up flying into a water fountain and hurt, in a rose garden, and then a pretty young princess in a blue gown found her. When the girl saw Togepi she had a big smile on her face and picked Togepi out of the fountain. Then she called out to a woman called Miranda and showed her founding of Togepi. "That's wonderful Princess Sara," said Miranda "I must tell your parents right away". While Miranda went to tell Sara's parents, Sara cared for Togepi's injuries in the palace. The king and queen were happy for Sara for finding a Togepi. "It's wonderful that you've finally found a Togepi Sara," said the queen "and just in time too as your crowning ceremony is tomorrow". The king and Miranda agreed. It seemed Togepi was an important part for Sara to be crowned queen.
Suddenly Misty, May and Max entered the palace. "I'm here Togepi" said Misty. "Excuse me but you are you?" said Miranda. "I am Togepi's trainer and I want my Togepi back" said Misty. Togepi started to squirm in Sara's arms, happy to see Misty, and Sara realized that this Togepi was Misty's. Just then Hansen came into the room. "It's you again" said May. "Pardon me your majesty," Hansen said to the king "these people are intruders". "That is not true!" argued Misty "you had us brought here in the first place". "Yeah and you tried to make Misty give her Togepi to you" said May. The king realized that something was going on and he angrily ordered Hansen to leave the room. It was at that moment that Ash, Brock and Tomo caught up with the others. The king apologized to the gang. "Hansen has been causing trouble in the kingdom," he said "and I fear that he was trying to take your Togepi to plot against me and my family. You six must leave the kingdom at once. I will send transport for you right away". "Excuse me your majesty," said Ash "but we can't leave not knowing why Hansen was desperate to take away Misty's Togepi". "I agree with Ash," said Misty "as Togepi's trainer I want to know what's going on please".
Princess Sara and Miranda explained everything to the gang. The Mirage Kingdom worshiped the pokemon Togepi as their guardian pokemon for liberty and peace. Ever since the beginning of the Mirage Kingdom, the heir to the throne of Mirage Kingdom had an important duty and quest to find a Togepi before she or she could take the place as the new ruler of Mirage Kingdom. "Sara's father found a Togepi too before he became king of the Mirage Kingdom," said Miranda "and that Togepi proved that Sara's father had the right to the throne". "I was to be crowned as the new queen of Mirage Kingdom in a ceremony, in the Togepi temple, tomorrow," said Sara "but I have not found my own Togepi yet, and without a Togepi my crowning ceremony cannot be performed". "So that's why Hansen tried to take my Togepi," said Misty "he wants to use my Togepi to make himself king of Mirage Kingdom". "A crook like him has no right to be king," said Ash "and he's not even an heir to the throne". "You're correct about that Ash," said Miranda "only Sara is an heir to the throne". "You all must leave the Mirage Kingdom at once," said Sara "I know that Hansen will stop at nothing to take your Togepi, so you must go before any more trouble happens". He gang wanted to stay and help, but Sara had made up her mind and she begged them to leave as soon as possible.
Suddenly everyone saw a mirage of the Togepi temple in the sky. Togepi somehow flew out of Misty's arms and stared at the mirage temple. Suddenly Hansen's Shedinja showed up and started to use solar beam. Hansen and Team Rocket showed up. "Surrender and hand over the Togepi" demanded Hansen. "I will never give my Togepi to someone like you!" shouted Misty. Hansen didn't take that for an answer and he ordered his Shedinja to use solar beam again. Ash ordered Pikachu to fight back with thunderbolt, and the solar beam and thunder bolt collided.
Not wanting to give up, Hansen ordered both his Ninjask to use hyper beam and he ordered Shedinja to use solar beam again. Suddenly Togepi started to use safeguard and protected everyone from the attacks. Just then a sort of doorway on the mirage Togepi Temple opened up and then Sara, Miranda and the gang got sucked into the doorway. "Hey where'd they go?" said Meowth. Hansen didn't feel worried about the disappearance though. "Follow me" he ordered to Jessie, James and Meowth, and they did as they were told.
Princess Sara, Miranda and the gang ended up into some sort of a beautiful paradise garden. "This is the Togepi Paradise where Togepi live," said Miranda "I came here once before with Sara's father. The Mirage Kingdom protects the Togepi Paradise, and the Togepi Paradise protects the kingdom in return. But it's different from when I was last here". Lots of the trees were dead and most of the grass and flowers were all wilted. Togepi flew over the paradise and found a dozen of wild Togepi, but these Togepi were really weak. "Why are all of these Togepi so weak?" asked Misty "Isn't this their paradise?" "I think I know why," said Ash "Togepi and their evolved forms Togetic and Togekiss store energy when they are around happy and kind hearted people, but if their near bad evil people their energy disappears and that's why these Togepi are weak. This is because of Hansen and his evil plot of taking the throne by force that the paradise is like this". "I agree with that," said Miranda "Hansen must be stopped otherwise this paradise will be completely ruined". Everyone agreed with Miranda.
Outside the Togepi Paradise, Hansen and Team Rocker were standing outside the temple where the archway to the opening of the Togepi Paradise was. Hansen ordered his Ninjasks and Shedinja to attack the archway with solar beam and hyper beam. When they did that, the opening to the Togepi Paradise revealed itself. Togepi and the humans heard the commotion and saw what was happening from inside the paradise. Togepi went through the opening to stop Hansen from damaging the paradise more. Ash tried to get through to help Togepi, but the opening was blocked and Ash couldn't get through. When Hansen saw Togepi, he ordered his Ninjasks to attack Togepi with x-scissor. Togepi got struck by the two x-scissor attacks and fainted from defeat. "Now I can claim my rights to the throne" laughed Hansen, picking up Togepi. Sara, Miranda and the gang saw what had happened and they were not happy about it. Misty and Ash tried to get through the opening again but it still blocked them. The paradise Togepi saw the situation and opened up the doorway for them. Everyone was soon back into the Mirage Kingdom again.
In the palace Hansen was confronting the king and queen. "This Togepi belongs to me, so you will now surrender the crown to me" said Hansen. "That Togepi is Misty's not yours Hansen" said the king. "Not anymore," argued Hansen "it's mine now and so you have no choice but to hand the throne over to me". Team Rocket and some of Hansen's men, who were also traitors, arrested the king and queen.
At that time Sara, Miranda and the gang were thinking about what to do with Hansen. "We need to watch out for the two Ninjask and Shedinja," said Max "those three are strong especially that Shedinja". "You can leave them to Growlithe and me," said Tomo "Growlithe will easily burn those bugs". Growlithe barked in agreement. Just then the kingdom got an announcement about Colonel Hansen becoming the new king of the Mirage Kingdom. Sara became worried about her parents. "Don't worry, Hansen will not be getting away with this" said Ash. Everyone needed to act fast to stop Hansen. Ash, Misty, Tomo, May and Sara went off to rescue Togepi and stop Hansen, while Miranda, Brock and Max went to find the king and queen.
At that time Jessie, James and Meowth were angrily walking down the street. After helping Hansen steal the throne, they had asked Hansen for their payment because Hansen promise to reward them a lot of money. But Hansen refused to pay them and sent them away. Team Rocket was angry with Hansen and vowed to get revenge. Their chance of revenge soon came; they heard Brock, Miranda and Max talking about finding the king and queen. So this was their chance for revenge. They disguised themselves as fortune tellers and guided them to seek the king and queen in the dungeons. "The twerps can deal with Hansen for us" muttered Meowth.
Meanwhile Hansen crowned himself king thanks to Misty's Togepi and then he planned to have Togepi to open up the Togepi Paradise so that he could take over the paradise next. But then Sara, Ash, Tomo, Misty and May turned up. "Stop this Hansen," said Sara "your cruelty has gone on long enough". Hansen ignored Sara and ordered his Ninjasks to attack. Tomo quickly ordered Growlithe to use fire blast, and the Ninjasks both got defeated by the fire blast attack. Hansen ordered his Shedinja to use solar beam attack. Tomo and Ash were about to order Pikachu and Growlithe to counter attack the solar beam attack, but they didn't need to.
A bright shield appeared and protected Sara and the gang from the attack. "That was safeguard," said Ash "but where did it come from?" The safeguard came from the paradise Togepi; they knew that their friend was in trouble and that Hansen was a terrible man, so they had come to help. They started to use metronome. "No you must go back to paradise" said Sara, worried about the wild Togepi. The metronome became an attack that helped Misty's Togepi recover. Togepi used safeguard to free herself from Hansen's arms. Suddenly she started to glow and evolved into Togetic. Misty was relieved that her Togetic was okay now. Togetic and the wild Togepi turned to Hansen to fight. Hansen wasn't willing to give up. "I shall capture all of you" he decided. His Shedinja used solar beam again, but Togetic and the Togepi used safeguard to block it. Misty stepped up to help Togetic; she had enough of this. She pulled out a pokeball and called out her Gyarados. "Hah a water type won't do anything against my Shedinja" laughed Hansen. "Who said I was going to use a water type attack?" said Misty "use flamethrower Gyarados". This was a surprise to Hansen. Gyarados' flamethrower attack struck Shedinja and Shedinja was defeated. "Wow Misty," said Ash "does your Gyarados know thunderbolt as well like mine?" "Actually yes" Misty smiled.
Hansen was not happy with this. Just then the king and queen, with their guards, turned up; Miranda, Max and Brock had succeeded of finding them. "Hansen you're finished, arrest him at once guards!" said the king. The guards surrounded Hansen at once and Hansen surrendered at once, knowing full well that he had been defeated, and was sent to the dungeon at once. He was condemned to stay there for life for all the evil things he had caused.
Team Rocket saw Hansen's arrest. "That serves him right" said James. "Yeah that oughta teach him not to mess with us again" said Meowth. "Best part is that we are off free" said Jessie. Team Rocket left the kingdom before anyone spotted them.
After Hansen's defeat, the wild Togepi started to go back to the Togepi Paradise. Togetic spoke to Misty; she wanted to stay behind. "I understand," said Sara "Togetic is afraid that someone evil may rise up and put the Togepi Paradise in trouble again. So you want to stay and protect the paradise and the wild Togepi, right Togetic?" Togetic nodded yes. Misty understood and agreed to let Togetic stay. "Togetic," she said "you and I have been together for a long time now, and I will never forget those times ever. You be a great guardian for the Togepi Paradise and protect it and the Mirage Kingdom, okay? And don't you forget about me either okay?" Togetic smiled yes. She and Misty tearfully hugged each other and said goodbye to each other, and then Togetic went into the Togepi Paradise with the wild Togepi. Ash, Brock, Tomo, May and Max said goodbye to Togetic too. Misty was sad to have released Togetic, but her memories of both Togepi and Togetic would be in her heart always. "Misty I promise you that I will always protect the Togepi Paradise, even if I don't become crowned queen" said Sara. Just then Sara saw a Togepi at her side. "Why didn't you go with the others?" Sara asked the Togepi. "Hang on, I think this is the Togepi that you were supposed to find Sara" said Misty. The Togepi jumped into Sara's arms; this meant that Sara had finally found her own Togepi at last. "Now nothing will stop your crowning ceremony princess" said Miranda, happily. Sara hugged her new Togepi and thanked everyone.
And so both the Mirage Kingdom and the Togepi Paradise was safe again. Princess Sara became the new queen of the Mirage Kingdom and Togetic became the official protector of the Togepi Paradise. Misty and the gang decided that it was now time for them to leave, so they left the Mirage Kingdom. After leaving the Mirage Kingdom, Misty said it was time for her to get back to the Cerulean Gym in Kanto. "Do your best at the Hoenn league and the contests Ash," said Misty "and you do well in the contests too May". "And you do well in your gym battles Misty" said Ash. So Misty said goodbye to the others and went back to Cerulean City, while the gang continued onto Fallabor Town.
I'm sorry if people thought that I was going to have Misty keep Togetic but no; I couldn't change it that much especially after what the Togepi Paradise went through. I know Daisy and Misty got Luvdisc later but I did say that Misty's sisters would get water pokemon as presents from fans so I had Daisy and Misty get their Luvdiscs early. I also decided to have Misty get Azurils early too, and before you ask yes Misty will still get the Azuril from Tracey, and she will also get another baby water pokemon from Tracey by the time she meets up with Ash again. Before anyone asks yes Ash will evolve his Togetic to Togekiss, Misdreavus to Mismagius and Murkrow to Honchkrow.
