Chapter 12 :
In Field :
Tanish was on strike and he just nudged the ball towards mid on region and gave strike to Abhijeet..
In Commentary box :
Kapil Dev (In excitement):woohoo I can't believe my eyes spinners are on in just third over..
Micheal Atherton : Kapil it is his magic as he has furiously hit all the fast bowlers out of the park so Pakistan is crying and is wondering what to do and Pakistan captain is looking at him as if his eyes would pop out..both of them laughed at it lightly...
In Field :
Sayeed gave the ball to Abdul khan who is the leg break bowler..and whispered something in his ear he nodded at him and bowled accordingly..but result was same a six but too different part of ground..and he tried bowling a leg break but he got the same result..soon after 5 overs India's score was 56 for 0 in which 38 is of Abhijeet and 18 is of Tanish..in next over he gave the ball to left arm seamer..who bowled to Tanish and straightaway took his wicket..and Pakistan was just jumping in joy to take first wicket..
In Audience :
Pankaj (in sadness): Lo bhai ho gaya kaam gayi wicket..
Purvi : Aur kya ek gayi ab sari jayengi wicket
At ACP's side:
ACP sir (In proud tone): Dekha mera beta maar raha hai inki chutney banegi..aur ek hi to wicket gayi hai mera bachha to hai hi na akela hi hara dega..
DIG sir (In excitement): To aur nahi to kya marega hi na aakhir tiger kiska hai proudly raising his collar a bit..Arpita shook her head disappointedly at their childish nature..
In Commentary box :
Kapil dev (holding his head): Ohh my gosh ! It's out Tanish is back on his feet Pakistan are back in this game with this scalp..and now Kartik came to the middle..
Micheal Clarke (rolling his eyes): Bro why are you tense? Our hero is still there and Tanish is only creating pressure on Abhijeet by playing so many dots.. so better he is out..and guys welcome Ian Botham in place of Mike (Micheal Atherton's nickname)..hey beefy(his nickname in cricket)..your past is there on the field..
Ian Botham (smiled sheepishly): No Clarke he is a lot better than me I really want to touch his feet what is it hindi Kapil please tell me..
Kapil Dev : Aashirvaad lena..
Ian Botham : Yaa Yaa right Main uska aashirvaad lunga right Kapil ! Kapil laughed at his accent and nodded..bro again a six he is our new Mr 360 degree please tell me till 10 th over which inch of park he has left out..
Micheal Clarke : Ohoo Jackpot ! fifty for him in just 23 balls whoo guys he is amazing..
In Field :
Abhijeet raised his bat in style to acknowledge his fifty and Kartik who was at runners end came near him and hugged him tightly..
Kartik : Broo fifty bhi hogayi ek aadhi ball daan mein milegi khelne ko..Abhijeet glared at him..mera matlab hai tu khel bhaii mast chal raha hai tera contest ek kaam karta hun mai vahan pe so jaata hun to sixes aur fours maari jaa..Abhijeet laughed at him..
Abhijeet (laughed at him): Bhaii kya aap bhi mazaak maar rahe ho khelo na jaakar abhi mil jayegi strike aapko drinks ke baad…After Drinks break..
It is already 15 overs of the match and the score for the team is 142 for 1 Abhijeet is on 85 and Kartik is on 29..
In Commentary box :
Ian Botham : Guys let's welcome Indian Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar in the commentary box in place of Kapil Dev…
Sachin Tendulkar : Hello guys..
Micheal Clarke (hitting him lightly on his arm): What's your guess is he going to make more than 100 centuries in international cricket Sachin smiled at him..
Sachin Tendulkar : Bro I always wanted that my record should be broken by a Indian and if it is Abhijeet I would be really happy..
Ian Botham (exclaimed suddenly and stood on the table): Ohoo have you guys seen he hit the reverse sweep for a six and that too on a fast bowler...91 he goes…both of them are laughing at him..and till he makes his hundred I will not get down from this table..
In Audience :
DIG sir (exclaimed while jumping): Ohooooo mera tiger 91 pe aa gaya yippee!
ACP sir (holding boards of six in his hand and jumping almost matching his excitement): Wohooo sir 9 run chahiye bas century ke liye mera bachha to hai kamal ka..
Arpita was laughing at their excitement..
DIG sir (In proud tone) : To kya bhai century kya double bhi marega abhi mera tiger hai aakhir and he proudly raised his collar and every person in the audience is shouting continuously " Abhijeet "...
Girl (with Pakistan's flag):Mujhse nahi dekha jaa raha hai yaar yeh Pakistan vale kya kar rahe hai 18 saal ke bachhe se pit rahe hai..and she made a baby crying face and Indian supporters in the whole stadium is jumping madly seeing his batting..
In Field :
Sayeed himself came for bowling, he took his run up and bowled his first ball and Abhijeet hit it for a long six that was out of the stadium..he again bowled his second delivery and Abhijeet just flicked it near square leg and he got a boundary for that...After the ball reached the fence he jumped in air and removed his helmet , he kissed the Indian logo on bat proudly with a broad smile on his face..Kartik came near him and hugged him really tightly..and patted his back proudly..
Kartik (In emotional tone): Chottuu ! phele match mein phod ke rakh diya pura bhaii century laga di wohooo bhai..Abhijeet smiled sheepishly..
In Commentary box :
Ian Botham (who was still standing on table suddenly jumped from it and pounced on both of them): Hurrah ! bravo ! century for him, century for him in his first match superb..
Micheal Clarke (jumping from his place): Wohhoo ! done century for him he is just 18 bro..
Sachin Tendulkar : Guys I have devoted 20 years of my life to cricket and have never seen such a talent ever...he is just mind boggling great really..It's raining sixes and fours in wankhede..certainly a huge record to be made today by India..
In Dugout :
Kapil sir (he was really standing on chair and clapping for him): Yippee ! mere bete ki century ho gayi usne literally ek kona nahi choda ground ka sixes pe sixes inki haalat tight ho gayi..
Tanish : Sir vo to chodo aap pakistan vaalo ka chera dekho pata chal gaya inko bachha kon hai and all of them started laughing loudly at him..
In Audience :
ACP sir (jumping from his place): Yessss! Mere bete ki century ho gayi ab dekhna double bhi hogi…
DIG sir (madly dancing): Mera pyara tiger woww kya khelta hai yaar..
Arpita (pov): Aaj mera bachha kitna khush hai na bhagwan kare vo humesha aise hi khush rahe aur please bachha apne mumma papa ko maaf kardena janti hun ki humare kaam maafi layak nahi the par bachha thoda sa try karna bass aur mai to sachii mere bachhe in dono bandaro (pointing towards DIG and ACP who were still madly jumping) se bahut zyada khush hun...mera pyara Abhii..
In Field :
He wore his helmet and again picked up his bat to hit more shots out of the stadium..After 30 overs India were 270 for 1 Abhijeet was on 168 and Kartik was on 84..Yasir came for bowling now and Abhijeet hit a great helicopter shot that straightaway hit Daya's shoulder..
In Audience :
DIG sir (laughing at him): Daya ab batao bhai bachha kon hai..aur dekhne hai uske shots..
ACP was laughing madly on Daya..Daya downed his head in complete embarrassment he whispered in low tone " sorry sir " DIG and ACP were laughing madly at him..
In Commentary box :
Ian Botham : Let's welcome Micheal holding and Sunil Gavaskar in place of Sachin Tendulkar and Micheal Clarke in the commentary box..he was really shocked to see both of them Both were coming with full equipment to save themselves they were wearing helmets and elbow cover everything..(laughing) Are both of you going to play cricket ?...
Sunil Gavaskar (fake smile): You Try to go outside he is hitting everywhere this is just to protect ourselves and he started laughing loudly on them..
Ian Botham : Goddd one more six see he is 180 and India is going to post a huge total I believe..
Michael Holding (exclaimed): The projected score is somewhere near 400 for India guys the team which has not made 300 in world cup ever is going to make 400 really unbelievable scenes at Wankhede still 6 overs remaining..
Sunil Gavaskar (jumping from his place): Wohoo both of you stop talking please let me watch his 200 he is on 194 just one hit away from the landmark..
In Field :
Nawaz shah came for bowling again but Pakistan bowlers were really tired. They didn't know anything to do. He came and bowled a yorker length ball on the stumps but our hero stepped forward making it a low full toss and he swung the bat hard for a six..he jumped in air as he had made a record for the first Indian to make a double century in world cups..Kartik just pounced on him and hugged him really tightly..
Kartik (ruffling his hairs): Woww bhaii double century ho gayi aur humara score to dekh already 388 hai chal yaar 400 marenge..Abhijeet nodded at him with a sweet smile on his face and he went again for batting..
In Commentary box :
Ian Botham : Wohoo dude double century I am just speechless..
Sunil Gavaskar (looking at the field in great concentration): I told you guys I will not speak anything let me see his mind boggling batting..
Michael Holding ( suddenly jumping from his place) : Let me describe him. I will give one sentence that he is the second "Donald Bradman" for this world..
In Audience :
DIG sir (literally standing on chair and capturing the moment in his phone): Tum log ne dekha mere tiger ne double century maari happy tears started flowing through his eyes..
ACP sir (in moist tone hugged Arpita tightly): Mere bachhe ko dekha tumne usne India ke liye kitni mast batting ki..aur phela Indian hai double ton marne vala..
Arpita (In proud tone): Aakhir beta bhi to apni rockstar mumma ka hai both of them nodded their heads in disappointment..
In Field :
As the match progressed India posted a huge total of 435 for 1..Abhijeet scored 256 runs and Kartik scored 160 runs they were proudly walking back to their dugout where they were warmly greeted by their teammates with hugs..after meeting them they turned to the person who was looking at them with proud and moist smile , both of them bend to touch his feet but he held them from their shoulders and hugged him really tightly happy tears started flowing through his eyes..After separating them from hugs..he kissed their heads with extreme love…
Kapil sir (softly flaring hand on their head): I am proud of you my sons really and he hugged them tightly again..after separating them from hug and making them sit..he gave them juice to drink..guys abhi 15 minute ka break hai tushar warm up karlo phela over tum daaloge aur dusra Aaryan dalega dekho bhai stumps pe daalni hai unke captain ka wicket chahiye bass aur uss Akmal ka..got it both of them nodded..after break..Indian team and Pakistan's opener came to middle..openers were Sayeed Ahmed and Mohammad Khan..Sayeed is on strike and Abhijeet arranged the field for him according to their plan..
In commentary box :
Ian Botham (surprisingly): I am very surprised at the field positions. The short leg is in place ,gully also ,4 slips and no one is there to protect the boundary..
Sunil Gavaskar (annoyingly): Dude he is surely having something in his brain both of you just wait and watch..
In Field :
Abhijeet indicated something to Tushar and he nodded and bowled first delivery according to the plan..it was a dot ball, second was also like this, on third ball he tried to pierce the field but failed...Abhijeet was clearly watching his expressions and he was getting frustrated.. So Tushar bowled a low full toss and in frustration and despair he tried to hit it over the fielders he miscued it and it went in air..Aaryan came running and took a simple catch..Indians were celebrating it and they were jumping in joy..Sayeed in disappointment threw the bat in air..
