Ya , the strong hearted ACP Pradyuman is dying of his own guilt . There was a time when they were a perfect family but his views demolished the happiness from their lives . Today , his son is closer to an unknown man whom he met just 20 days ago…..
Arpita felt something wrong from his behaviour as it is the moment when he should be so excited so she softly separated from hug and looked into his eyes but he averted his gaze from her…
It took seconds for her to understand what was going in his mind . After all she is his wife and soon guilt overpowered her excitement too . She softly held his hand who looked at her and assured him through her eyes . Although , she too supported him in their grave mistake….
In Field ( during presentations ) :
Michael Atherton : I would like to call winning captain Abhijeet to speak few words after their fabulous win….
Abhijeet came there smilingly and added : It means a lot to us. I don't know how to describe this, but our boys showed a lot of character and determination . I'm really proud of each individual. The conversation between Kartik bhaiya and me was that he would bat normal, and I would take it on. It was all about intent. Credit to him , the way he handled the pressure was magnificent. Aaryan and Vaibhav bhaiya were very good at the end. Taking 10 wickets was the key, so we opted for 5 bowlers. The intention was clear to play five bowlers. Now, I am choaking of happiness what to say , I have no words to described the win as we have qualified for the semis first time in the history it was seriously a huge achievement by our side . The credit goes to each and every squad member for the win and ya , Thank You cheers and next is Australia….

Kane Williamson came up and added : We were here to win the series, but we have just been outplayed by a disciplined and tough Indian side who fully deserve the win . We have to look back over a lot of things, and we'll go through it as a group, and we have been outplayed by a better side . There are many areas of improvement honestly. We wanted to set a bit over 300, and dangle a carrot for them to win the series. I thought India turned up today, wore balls on the head arm and chest, put their body in the line, so credit to them, they deserve the win. Keeping is a part of my job, and I have to get them right. In Resort ( In ACP's room ) :
ACP was sitting on the couch while he was rubbing his face with his palms to calm his emotions and Arpita was sitting near him with moisture in her eyes...
Arpita in moist-painful tone : ACP sahab hum log to aaj ye bhi nahi keh sake India ko pheli baar Semi Final mein jisne pahunchaya hai vo humara ( closed her eyes painfully ) beta hai...
Some painful tears escaped through her eyes while ACP downed his head and was not able to speak anything at the moment...
Arpita tearily : Kitna proud moment hota hai na sab parents ke liye par hum logo ke naseeb mein to yeh bhi nahi tha ( she burst into tears while ACP took her into a side-consoling hug to calm her a bit )...
ACP sir ruefully : Kiya to humne hai na teen saal phele to sudharna bhi padhega na...( Arpita nodded at him lightly while he added in bit teary tone ) aur voh to dekhta bhi nahi hai humari taraf , baat bhi nahi karta sahi hi hai vaise to itni kam saza thodi milni chahiye isse bahut zyada milni chahiye...
Arpita ( In painful cry ) : Sahi keh rahe hai aap ACP sahab bina soche samjhe kaam bhi to kiya hai humne itna sa to sochna chahiye tha ki akele kaise rahega voh bhi itni choti umar sirf 15 saal ka hi to tha voh...( she burst into tears while ACP's heart wrenched badly seeing her in such a state )...
ACP sir consolingly : Arpita dekho aise rone se kya hoga haina ( Arpita looked at him with a wet face while he added in a bit moist tone ) mera matlab dekho pachtane se to vo wapas maan nahi jayega na ( Arpita nodded at him lightly while he continued ) manane se manega na humara angry bird...( Arpita chuckled at angry bird lightly while he slowly separated her from the hug and wiped her teary eyes )...
Arpita ( refreshingly ) : Chale Abhi ke pass...
ACP nodded at him lightly while she added in teary tone : Akela hi hoga vaise bhi voh...
In Abhijeet's room :
Abhijeet was standing while Kartik was sitting on the bed and was listening to his non-stop talking with a sweet smile on his face….
Abhijeet excitedly : Bhai hum log Semi-Final mein khelenge yes yes ( he started jumping in excitement )….
Kartik was watching him with a loving smile while he added teasingly : Bhai itna khelke bhi thakta nahi tu aram kar maze se abhi to tin din baad match hai time hai bahut apne pass….
Abhijeet was laughing and jumping in excitement while Kartik was watching him with loving-disappointed smile….
ACP and Arpita who were standing at the doorstep were watching him with a loving smile .
Some questions or painful thoughts resonated in their minds that...
Will their child forgive them ?
Will their son call them Mumma and Papa in his loving and soothing voice ever ?
Will they be able to minimise his pain of three years ?
Ya , these are CONSEQUENCES but they definitely needed to talk to him before it is too late…
Both jerked their heads strongly and took a deep breath to muster all their courage and looked at each other while both assured themselves in their hearts...
They came inside Kartik was shocked to see them and stood up instantly…
Abhijeet who didn't look back was confused to see Kartik's shocked face and added confusingly : Bhaii kya hua aise kyun khare hogaye aap…..
Kartik looked at him and downed his head while he added laughingly : Kya hua aapne apne horror movie vali bhoot dekhli jab aapne 2 saal phele dekhi thi to mera hath pakad ke sote the….
ACP and Arpita despite controlling a lot chuckled softly while a shy grin appeared on Kartik's face….
Abhijeet looked back after hearing their chuckling sound and was shocked at his place to see them standing there….
Abhijeet in tease : Aap log yahan kuch chut gaya hai aapka….
ACP and Arpita looked at each other while ACP added meaningfully : Haan bahut kimti hai vo jo mujhse aaj kal baat nahi karta bilkul bhi ( In pain ) dekhta bhi nahi hai meri taraf aur to aur ( In painful-teary tone ) Kitni baar baat karne ka try kiya par vo hai ki sunta hi nahi….
Abhijeet instantly averted his gaze while Kartik added in low tone : Abhi main chalta hun yaar yahan se….
Abhijeet instantly held his hand and nodded his head in no while Kartik looked at him pain….
ACP and Arpita sighed painfully….
Arpita in painful-teary tone : Abhi...
Abhijeet downed his head as he didn't want to meet her eyes and get feeble at the moment . She went forward , cupped his face and made him look straight into her eyes….
Arpita ( In loving-teary tone ) : Abhi beta mai janti hun bahut galat kiya na Mumma ne ( In painful-teary tone ) Abhi aapko pata hai beta hum dono na tumse baat karne ke liye taras rahe hai pichle 6 din se jis din se tumko stadium mein dekha hai na uss din se ( In hatred tone ) mujhe samjh aa gaya hai bachche ki maine kitni badi galti ki usdin ( Abhijeet looked straight in her eyes ) thappad bhi mara tha par bachche sach mein hum bahut sharminda hai please humko maaf kardo...
Abhijeet took two steps back and unintentionally her hands slipped from his face . Arpita and ACP looked at him with teary-shocked expressions while he looked away...
Kartik looked at him in pain as he knew how he spent these three years . He used to cry everyday remembering his parents and now they are asking for an apology but it is not that easy to forgive them . A simple sorry is not done in appraisal to the pain he underwent . He looked at his parents who were also looking damn guilty of their act but he did not want to do anything that could hurt his only relation , his brother...
ACP came near him and held his both hands while Abhijeet looked away...
Arpita was standing at her place and crying silently...
ACP sir in loving-teary tone : Abhi ( he looked straight into his eyes with no expression on his face ) bachche dekho mujhse bahut badi galti ho gayi hai ( he left his hand and softly kept his hands on his cheeks and added in guilty-teary tone ) I am really sorry beta mujhe achche se ( In painful-teary tone ) pata hai mera bachcha kaise raha hoga akela ( In hurt-painful tone ) par bachche main tumhari nafrat nahi jhel sakta please kuch to bolo ( In hopeful-teary tone ) achcha jo apne man mein hai vohi boldo ( In painful-teary tone ) chila lo humpe jo bolna hai bolo hum sab sunlenge ( In guilty-teary tone ) pata hai kaam hi aise kiya hai humne ladna hi chahiye par bachche aise chup rahoge to...
He stopped in mid as he heard chuckling voice from other side while he looked at Arpita who was looking at him with teary-guilty expressions...
Abhijeet ruefully : Bhai dekha aapne ( Kartik looked at him pain ) yaad hai aapko aaj se 3 saal phele ( Kartik nodded tearily while both looked at him in confused-shock ) mujhe sachchi gussa nahi aa raha bilkul bhi ( In teasing tone ) Chaliye ek kahani sunata hun aapko jo aaj se tin saal phele shuru hui thi suniyega do bhaiyon ki kahani hai jo ek din mille the ( ACP and Arpita downed their heads as they knew that he was teasing them while he added in teary tone ) aap dono ko pata hai aaj se tin saal phele main kitna yaad karta tha aap logo ko ( ACP-Arpita downed their heads in pain ) firr us din mujhe pata hai Kartik bhaiya mil gaye ( In teasing-excitement ) jis din ghar se bahar nikala tha aapne ( laughing sarcastically ) oh sorry nikala nahi fenka tha ( ACP and Arpita looked at him in pain-guilt while he added tearily looking at Kartik ) ye uss din mille mujhe apne ghar leke ghar gaye pata hai ( smiling tearily ) apna chota bhai banake ( ruefully ) ye bhi apni zindagi mein ek dum akele the aur main bhi akela tha ( pushing hands into his pockets and added tearily ) dono ke pass hi koi Rishta nahi tha inke pass to phele se nahi tha kyunki inke Maa aur Papa hai nahi iss duniya mein ( wiping his eyes harshly ) aur mere the par rishte tod diya ( Tears started flowing through three pairs of eyes while Kartik was looking away silently wiping his eyes ) to na ke barabar hi hua vo bhi...
ACP sighed painfully while Arpita was crying but he continued in teary tone : Par pata hai inhone mere liye sab kiya hai jahan hun na main aaj INDIAN TEAM ka Captain vo sab inki vajah se ( In painful-teary tone ) ghar nahi tha inka utna bada jitna bada aap logo ka hai par usme hum bahut khush the sirf inki vajah se ye sab karte the ( smiling painfully ) job pe jate the taki cricket academy ki fees de sake par ( chuckling a bit ) mujhe nahi jane dete the kitni baar kaha tha inko ki ( ACP and Arpita were shredding numerous tears on their places while Kartik was looking down with teary eyes ) mai bhi jata hun aapki help karne par inka ek fixed line hoti thi Abhi tu ye sab chod bass aur bat pakda dete jaa jake practice kar kyunki tune Indian Team mein khelna hai ek din ( Abhijeet smiled tearily looking at him while Kartik looked down )...
After a momentary pause , he held Kartik's hand and added tearily : Pata hai aapko main raat ko sote vaqt kitna yaad karta tha ( In innocent-teary tone ) par aap log aate hi nahi the kabhi bhi ( chuckling a bit ) kya karta bhai the na kahani sunake sulate the mujh ko ( ACP and Arpita looked at him in pain-hurt ) jab tak na sou na tab tak khud nahi soyenge...
He rubbed his face to control his emotions as he was slowly breaking while he added : Yehi tha sun liya aapne ( stressed each and every further word ) ACP sahab...
ACP looked at him in extreme hurt while Arpita was not able to meet his gaze due to extreme guilt...
Abhijeet refreshingly : Gussa nahi aata mujhe ( smiled a bit ) aap log ki vajah se hi to main inse milla jinhone mere liye kitna kiya khoon ka Rishta bhi nahi tha humara to firr bhi ek anjaan ko ( looked away in hurt ) bojh...
He stopped in mid as he received a tight slap on his face while he started smiling at the person...
Kartik in pain-hurt : Kitni baar bolta hun ye bojh jaisa shabd nahi nikalna chaiye tumhare muh se firr bhi hatte nahi ho bolne se ( held him from his shoulders and added angrily ) hazar baar samjhaya ye bojh , khoon ka Rishta vagarah aise bakwas boli na to isse zyada tez lagaunga pyar karna aata hai iska matlab ye nahi hai ki dant nahi sakta ( ruefully ) kitni baar bola hai ki kitna pyar karta hun tumse firr bhi aise bakwas karne se pichche nahi hatte tum...
Abhijeet downed his head while Kartik looked away...
ACP sir ( pov ) : ruefully ) Hey bhagwan aapne bahut achcha kiya mere bachche ko Kartik se milva ke ek baat ki to Khushi hai ki jab hum nahi the uske sath to koi tha uska khayal rakhne vala...
Arpita ( pov ) : tearily ) beta main bahut sharminda hun sachchi par kya ab tumhare muh se mujhe kabhi mumma sunne ko nahi milega...
Kartik looked at both and added in tears : Janta hun mera koi haq nahi hai aap logo ke beech bolne ka par Abhi ka bhai hun na to iss haq se kehna padhega uncle ( ACP looked at him with wet eyes ) aapko pata hai ye jo Abhi hai na aapko aur Aunty ko bahut miss karta tha ( ruefully ) jante hai na isko apne janamdin par gifts mangana kitna achcha lagta tha ( ACP-Arpita nodded lightly while he added ) par tin saal se gifts to dur isne manana tak chod diya hai ( ACP and Arpita looked at him in shock-guilt ) kyunki aap logo ke bina isko maza hi nahi aata tha ( In pain ) jis din aapne ghar se nikala tha na isko ( In painful-low tone ) uss din main apni practice se aa raha tha raat ko agar late nahi hua hota na to ye aaj humare sath hota hi nahi...
ACP and Arpita were in extreme shock at the moment . They both looked at each other in stunned phase while he continued : Kuch gunde pichche padh gaye the kidnap ho jata ye ( ACP and Arpita were shocked at their places while he added in pain ) pata nahi kya karte uske baad iske sath...
He stopped in mid as ACP received an extremely harsh slap on his face due to which he fell down on couch while everyone looked at him in complete shock but Abhijeet looked at him in teary eyes...
