Ash's Pokemon Journey
Summary: This story is about how I think that ash's journey should have gone through, Kanto, Orange Islands, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. Smart, a psychic and an Aura user. I do not own pokemon.
Note: I am not doing the Kalos Region. So fairy pokemon and Mega Evolutions don't exist.
Chapter 145
Phione,
The Chocovine Contest,
And The Pokemon Poacher
Today the gang arrived at Chocovine Town, but they weren't thinking about the pokemon contest just now. At the harbour there was a little festival going on. Just then a stall merchant called out saying he was selling Phione phone straps, Phione dolls and other Phione stuff. Dawn thought the Phione dolls were adorable and wanted one for herself. The merchant showed a computer screen which showed a real Phione. Phione was a blue water type pokemon that nearly looked like a Manaphy. "Wow they look like Manaphy, only different" said Tomo. He decided to buy a Phione doll for himself too. "If Misty was here she would go all gaga over the Phiones" said Ash.
Dawn looked at Phione on her pokedex: Phione, the sea drifter pokemon. It drifts in warm seas. A Pokémon that lives in warm seas. It inflates the flotation sac on its head to drift and search for food.
Dawn then decide to look at Manaphy on her pokedex: Manaphy, the seafaring pokemon. It is born with a wondrous power that lets it bond with any kind of Pokémon.
The merchant asked the gang if they were entering the pokemon contest and Dawn said she was. Ash wasn't going to enter the Chocovine Contest. The merchant explained to the gang that if anyone got the chance to see a Phione they would have good luck. And he suggested they should go Phione watching, considering this was the only time of the year when Phione turned up at Chocovine Town. The gang agreed to go and do some Phione watching.
"Hey Dawn have you decided who to use in the contest?" asked Ash. "Yes I have" answered Dawn. She was going to use Drifloon and Pachirisu. Piplup was disappointed he wasn't going to be in the contest. Dawn reminded him that all of her pokemon had to take turns. Piplup still felt disappointed so Dawn reminded him to cheer them on as they looked up to him. Those words made Piplup cheer up at once.
That night tourists were gathering at the harbour to a submarine where they would go Phione watching in. Unfortunately Team Rocket was running the submarine. The trio had heard about the Phione and they wanted to see them for themselves. Meowth, who was dressed up like a Phione, noticed the gang were coming onto the submarine, and the trio took care not to let the gang seem them. The trio then went into the controlling room. "Better start up this thing" said Jessie. "I am worried about something though," said James "what are we going to do if no Phiones turn up? Those people may ask for their money back you know". "James is right and it wasn't cheap for the rent on this submarine either" said Meowth. "That will be when you get into the picture Meowth," said Jessie "as you're dressed like a Phione you can pretend to be one". Meowth didn't like the idea as he would've had to hold his breath for a long time.
Soon the sub was under the sea. There were many water pokemon swimming around under the sea like Luvdisc and Finneon. "This is wonderful" said Dawn. "I like seeing what it is like under the sea" said Tomo, remembering the last time they were under the sea. Pikachu, Piplup, Growlithe, Buneary, Smoochum, Pachirisu, Happiny and Croagunk were enjoying themselves too.
Suddenly three Phiones turned up. Everyone in the sub saw them and they were delighted. Team Rocket couldn't believe their eyes either when they saw the Phiones. Just then one of the Phiones noticed Buneary and swam up to the submarine's window to wave hello. "Ah how sweet" said Dawn. "You know I think that Phione likes Buneary" said Brock. Buneary was surprised to hear that.
Meanwhile Team Rocket was putting another plan into action; they planned to catch a Phione and take it to the boss. "No offence," said Meowth "I mean I know these Phione are rare pokemon but would the boss want these?" "Of course Meowth," said Jessie "didn't you listen to what the people around here said about Phione? They say that Phione know every oceans there are in this world, so that means they would probably know where to find rare water pokemon and rare treasures". "That's right, so the boss can use the Phiones for that" said James. "Exactly" smiled Jessie. The trio decided to wait till the tours were over.
Soon the Phione watching was over and everyone was happy to have seen the Phiones. "The Phiones were so cute," said Dawn "I'm glad I bought my own Phione doll". "Me too" smiled Tomo. Meanwhile the Phione from before was staring at the submarine. It couldn't stop thinking about Buneary. The other two Phiones tried to have it follow them, but the Phione wanted to see Buneary again. It seemed it had developed a crush on her.
Suddenly the Phione got caught in a net. It was Team Rocket in their Magikarp submarine. "Ha-ha caught you" said Jessie. "Now to reel it in to give to the boss" said Meowth. "With this we'll have tons of luck" said Meowth.
The next morning the gang were doing morning exercises with some of their pokemon. Tomo wanted to do some battling with Ash, but Dawn wanted to do some shopping and she wanted the boys to come with her. The boys didn't want to because they knew what Dawn was like with shopping. But Dawn promised she wouldn't take so long, so the gang headed for the shops.
Meanwhile Team Rocket was feeling cheerful because of their successful captor of Phione last night. By now they were on land and in the park while Phione was kept in a pot with a lid on. "This is like so great," said Meowth "we've caught a rare pokemon and this is said to be a lucky pokemon". "We must take it to the boss at once" said Jessie. "Shouldn't we capture it in a pokeball?" asked James "I mean it may try to escape while it's in this pot". "That's a good idea actually James" said Jessie. She took out an empty pokeball from her pocket. "Okay James you release Phione from the pot and once you do that, I'll catch Phione in this ball". "Okay," said James "but make sure to be quick Jessie. I have a feeling this Phione maybe a tricky one".
So Jessie got ready to capture Phione while James got ready to release Phione. James walked to a water fountain and removed the lid. Then Phione jumped into the fountain. "Now Jessie" said James. Jessie through the pokeball, but Phione dived into the water and dodged the pokeball. "Grr weaken it Meowth with thunderbolt or something Meowth!" shouted Jessie. "No need to tell me!" shouted Meowth. Meowth was about to use thunderbolt, but then Phione used supersonic and Meowth became confused. "Oh no," said James, who saw what just happened, "quick Jessie use the pokeball again quickly!" Jessie threw the pokeball, but Phione dodged it and used ice beam on Jessie. "Oh no Jessie!" James cried out. He quickly gave the ice a hit and Jessie was thawed out. "Grr come now you brat!" growled Jessie. She ran over to try and grab Phione but it disappeared while swimming. "On no I think it used acid armor;" said James "a move that makes pokemon disappear while in the water". More bad luck came to Team Rocket because Phione pulled the plug of the fountain, while it was still invisible, and all the water went down the drain along with Phione. It was clear to Jessie and James that Phione had disappeared. So Jessie got Meowth to wake up from his confusion so they could look for Phione.
Right now Phione was on its search for Buneary. As it was in some drain pipes it ended up going into sinks of people's houses and other places. Just then it came to a lake and it saw the gang and Buneary walking towards a bus. Phione tried to quickly get out of the lake to get to Buneary, but the gang got onto the bus and the bus left. Just then Team Rocket turned up to try and catch Phione again. James tried to catch Phione with a rope, but Phione dodged the rope and it froze Team Rocket with ice beam. Then Phione went back to searching for Buneary, ending up in swimming pools and somebody's hose pipe in the process.
Meanwhile the gang were in a shop. As the boys had feared, Dawn was going crazy with shopping. And of course the boys had to hold her bags. After buying some contest seals, Dawn finished her shopping at last. "Finally now we can get some training in" said Ash. Dawn wanted to train too, so the gang headed to a park next to the beach for some training. Dawn had Piplup and Pachirisu practice some contest moves first. But then Phione turned up, happy to have found Buneary at last. "It's the Phione from last night" said Dawn. Piplup went over to Phione to say hello to it, but of course Phione wasn't interested it Piplup and it froze him with ice beam. "Oh no Piplup!" gasped Dawn. Piplup thawed himself out of the ice, confused with what just happened.
Suddenly Team Rocket turned up in their Magikarp submarine, and they demanded the gang to hand over Phione. "You're not taking Phione anywhere!" shouted Ash. The trio didn't take in Ash's words like always so they got ready to attack. As usual Pikachu and Growlithe stepped forward to start fighting. Buneary started to feel worried because of Team Rocket and Phione noticed it. Phione stood next to Pikachu and Growlithe to fight too. "Oh so you want to play rough huh Phione?" asked Meowth "alright if it's a fight you want I shall give you one". Meowth charged with aerial ace and Phione got hit. "Ha this is a payback from last time" said Meowth. He then fired a payday attack and Phione tried to not get hit by the coins. "Am I going crazy or is Meowth fighting better than he normally does?" asked Dawn. "You're not crazy Dawn, it seems Meowth has been training himself to get stronger" said Ash.
Meowth was just about to a thunderbolt attack when suddenly an ice beam attack stopped him in his tracks. It was from Buneary; she didn't like how Meowth was putting Phione in a tough spot. "Oh what's this?" said Jessie "it seems that little Buneary wants to join in the battle". "Fine by me, the more the merrier I always say" said Meowth. Ash and Tomo were about to tell Pikachu and Growlithe to help Buneary, but they didn't have to do anything. Phione wasn't going to let Team Rocket do anything to harm Buneary and it fired ice beam at the trio. Once Jessie, James and Meowth were trapped in a block of ice, Ash made the move of telling Pikachu to use thunderbolt. Pikachu's thunderbolt sent the trio flying, while the trio screamed out how unlucky they were.
After Team Rocket left, Phione went over to Buneary and did a little dance with her. "What's Phione doing to Buneary?" asked Dawn. "As I said last night, Phione likes Buneary" said Brock. "I think Brock is right," said Ash "I can sense that Phione has a huge crush on Buneary". "Oh my" said Dawn. She couldn't believe her ears. Buneary was feeling surprised once she noticed how Phione liked her. She hadn't felt this way ever since Pikachu didn't accept her love feelings for him because of him already having a girlfriend. This started to make her feel happy.
Dawn stared at the two pokemon. "Um guys what's going to happen now?" Dawn asked the boys. She was afraid that Buneary may leave her because of Phione. "Let's see how Buneary feels" said Brock. Right now Phione asked Buneary if she would like to stay in the wild with it and enjoy being by the sea all the time. But Buneary said no and explained how she loved being with Dawn and entering the pokemon contests and why she would never leave her. Phione looked at Dawn. "What are they saying Ash?" asked Dawn. "Well Dawn," said Ash "Phione asked Buneary to live with it in the wild. But Buneary said she doesn't want to leave you because she loves being with you and entering contests with you". Dawn was speechless. Truth is she wouldn't have wanted Buneary to leave her either.
Just then the two other Phiones turned up. "Hey more Phiones" said Tomo. "They must be here for their friend" said Brock. Phione looked at the other Phiones, then to Buneary, then back and forth again. Then Phione suddenly waved bye to the other Phiones and hugged Buneary. "Well this is official;" said Ash "Phione wants to stay with Buneary so it's deciding to leave the other Phiones" said Ash. "Oh my," said Dawn "but is it okay for me to catch a Phione?" Brock had a think. "I think we better ask Officer Jenny about this," he said "just in case catching Phione here in Chocovine Town isn't allowed".
So the gang went to see Officer Jenny and told her what had happened. "That's why we wanted to know first if it's okay to me to catch Phione" said Dawn. "Well it's against the law to capture Phione if you're planning to sell it or use it for money," said Officer Jenny "but in your case Dawn, its fine. Just be careful while you have Phione with you". "No need to worry Officer Jenny," said Dawn "I know fully well about the trouble and dangers of owning a legendary pokemon like Phione". "That's good, and make sure to take good care of Phione" said Officer Jenny. "I will" said Dawn.
So after getting approval, Dawn captured Phione then sent it out again. Phione was happy it was going to stay with Buneary. The two Phiones waved goodbye to Phione and the gang and they left. "Well this has been quite a day huh?" said Brock. "I'll say" agreed Dawn. This was a day Dawn was never going to forget.
Today Dawn was practicing for the Chocovine Town contest that was tomorrow. Right now Dawn was going over Pachirisu's moves; over the months Pachirisu learnt the new moves swift, dig, hidden power, rollout, super fang and iron tail. "Wow Dawn Pachirisu's looking good" said Ash. "Yep I've been practicing with Drifloon and Pachirisu for this" said Dawn. Dawn had Piplup, Drifloon, Smoochum, Clefairy, Ambipom and Pachirisu on her. Buneary was at Prof Rowan's lab with Ariados, Mamoswine and Phione.
After some training Dawn gave the pokemon poffins. "So Dawn how are your other pokemon doing at Prof Rowan's lab?" asked Brock. "Well Prof Rowan was surprised about me having caught Phione," said Dawn "and he and his assistants promised me they would look after Phione good while it's there at the lab. And they also promised no one would try and steal it. Right Phione and Buneary are happy together". "So Buneary has officially got a boyfriend" chuckled Ash. "What about Ariados and Mamoswine?" asked Brock. "Ariados is behaving himself and doing well," said Dawn "but Mamoswine. Mamoswine is still disobedient and even the lab assistants have trouble with him, so Mamoswine has been kept in the pokeball most of the time". "Don't worry Dawn," said Brock "it takes time for a pokemon to become obedient again, and some more time out at the lab is exactly what Mamoswine needs". "I guess" sighed Dawn. Truth is she really wanted Mamoswine to open up to her again, but she didn't know what to do at the moment.
Suddenly Dawn's thoughts got interrupted by a stomp. A grey-blue and red dragon like pokemon was having a walk around. "What is that pokemon?" asked Tomo. Before he could find out on his pokedex a girl with swirly pigtails arrived. "Ah there you are Gabite" she said. "That girl, she looks familiar like I've met her before" Ash whispered to Pikachu. Pikachu didn't find the girl familiar though.
Tomo looked at Gabite on the pokedex: Gabite, the cave pokemon. The pre-evolved form of Garchomp. It loves sparkly things. It seeks treasures in caves and hoards the loot into its nest.
The girl noticed the gang and took a good look at Dawn. "Hmm you look familiar," she said "oh wait you competed in the Wallace cup didn't you?" "Yes I did" said Dawn. "I thought so," said the girl, remembering who Dawn was, "I still think you winning the Wallace Cup was just an accident". "I beg your pardon?!" gasped Dawn. "Wait a minute," interrupted Ash "I remember you now. You were at the Wallace Cup too, but you didn't pass the preliminary round". "That is correct I did," said the girl "but thanks to that I have worked doubly hard then to become a better coordinator. The name is Ursula by the way. I still can't believe someone like you Dawn won the Wallace Cup". "Hey Dawn's own skills as a coordinator is the reason why she won the Wallace Cup!" argued Tomo. "Whatever," replied Ursula "since it's clear you will be entering the Chocovine pokemon contest Dawn, get ready for when I defeat you". Then she left.
"What an arrogant, snobby girl" said Ash. "Yeah and I think she's just declared herself your rival Dawn" said Brock. After hearing all the mean words Ursula just said. Dawn agreed.
The next day came and it was time for the Chocovine contest. Marian did the usual introductions and showed off the Chocovine Ribbon. The Chocovine ribbon was a mixture of light and dark purple and there was a red dot on the pin. Ash, Brock and Tomo were in the seats while Dawn was in the waiting room. She was wearing her normal contest dress and her hair was the same pigtails she had back in the Celestic contest. But she had two yellow heart shaped clips in her hair as she was using Drifloon in the appeal rounds. Ursula was in the waiting room too. She was wearing a black long sleeved tunic top with a frilly red skirt, a black choker and black shoes. It made her look like a Spanish dancer.
The appeal round started and Dawn was first up. She released Drifloon with a white smoke seal. "Drifloon use ominous wind on the white smoke" said Dawn. Drifloon released an ominous wind which caught the white smoke, and the smoke turned purple. "Now use gust Drifloon" said Dawn. Drifloon's gust made the smoke rise into the air. "Now thunderbolt" said Dawn. Drifloon's thunderbolt broke the purple smoke apart, creating purple and yellow sparks. Then Dawn and Drifloon curtsied to finish. "Ha I'm amazed that Dawn had Drifloon learn thunderbolt" said Ash. "After watching Fantina and her Drifblim, Drifloon wanted to be great like them," explained Brock "so of course Dawn trained hard with Drifloon".
After Dawn other coordinators had their turn. Then it was Ursula's turn. Her phrase was 'let's go' and she released a sandy cloak Wormadam. First off Wormadam showed off its confusion move and then showed off its rock blast move. Then Wormadam used sandstorm and then used confusion to use the sand and make a sand sculpture of itself. To finish the performance, Wormadam used captivate which broke the sand apart. After that the appeal round was over.
Dawn went over to the boys. "So guys how was I?" asked Dawn. "You and Drifloon were wonderful out there," answered Ash "and Drifloon has gotten better with contests". "I must say Dawn I wouldn't be surprised if Drifloon evolves soon" said Brock. "That would be nice, having a Drifblim" smiled Dawn. "I've got to say Dawn," said Ash "you better watch out with Ursula. She wasn't kidding when she said she had worked hard with her pokemon". "You're right Ash," said Dawn "and she and that Wormadam of hers did put on a unique show and Ursula knew how to show off Wormadam's moves". "Impressed huh?" said a voice. It was Ursula. "Time after time I have been eliminated from the preliminary rounds, but because of that I have worked hard to be a better coordinator. And after hearing all that cheering, I say my efforts have finally paid off". "That goes the same for me too" Dawn argued back. "Well I hope we end up battling each other in the finals Dawn" said Ursula. Then she walked off. Dawn was cross; she knew at once that she had found herself a rude and snotty rival.
Soon the results were up and both Ursula and Dawn made it to the second round. "Thank you Drifloon we made it" said Dawn, hugging her Drifloon. Ursula was happy she got to the battle round too, but what she wanted was to defeat Dawn in the battle rounds. The battle rounds soon started and Dawn and Ursula defeated their opponents one by one.
Soon it was time for the final battle round and of course it was Dawn vs Ursula. Dawn released Pachirisu while Ursula released Gabite. "Gabite is part ground type as well as dragon type," said Brock "so Pachirisu's electric type moves will be useless". "Yes, but Pachirisu's quick attack, super fang, swift, hidden power and iron tail may be able to change that" said Ash. Ursula started the battle by telling her Gabite to use dragon claw. "Use quick attack to dodge that Pachirisu" said Dawn. Pachirisu avoided getting hit by Gabite's dragon claw attack thanks to his quick attack. But then Gabite used aerial ace and Pachirisu got tackled multiple times. "Pachirisu attack with iron tail" said Dawn. Pachirisu tried to strike back with iron tail, but Gabite kept on using dragon claw to counter it. "Oh man at this rate Dawn might lose this one" said Ash. It did seem like that because Dawn was losing points by the second. Dawn ordered Pachirisu to use sweet kiss, but Gabite broke the hearts apart with aerial ace. "Let's finish this Gabite use stone edge" said Ursula. Gabite threw stones at Pachirisu, but Dawn quickly told Pachirisu to use discharge. The discharge attack broke the stones apart. "Ha even though discharge is useless on Gabite, it's not useless on breaking rocks apart" said Ash. He knew because Pikachu had broken stones apart before with his electricity. Gabite used dragon rage next, but Pachirisu used spark to counter it. Next Gabite moved in with dragon claw, but Pachirisu countered it with iron tail. "Stone edge let's go!" Ursula commanded her Gabite. Gabite fired stones at Pachirisu, but Pachirisu used discharge to break the stones apart again. "That's the way Pachirisu!" cheered Dawn "now let's move in with super fang". "I'm tired of this, Gabite used dragon rage" said Ursula. Gabite released a dragon rage attack, but Pachirisu rolled forward so fast he went straight through the dragon rage attack. Then Pachirisu bit Gabite hard. Suddenly a ding was heard to let everyone know that time was up. Dawn and Ursula looked at the score board to see who won and it was Dawn.
Dawn was happy and she hugged Pachirisu. Ursula just smirked and hugged her Gabite, saying it was wonderful. Ash, Brock and Tomo were happy for Dawn. Dawn was presented with the Chocovine Ribbon, to her delight as well as Drifloon and Pachirisu. So Dawn had earned her fourth ribbon and only needed one more for the grand festival.
While the gang left the contest hall they noticed Ursula leaving too. She just quickly admitted Dawn did a job, even though she didn't want to admit it. So it was obvious Dawn did have a snobby rival to deal with now. "Well then gang, it's now time to go to Snowpoint City for the next gym badge" said Ash. "I agree" said Dawn.
So the Chocovine contest was finally dealt with so now it was time to head for Snowpoint City for the next gym badge.
One day the gang was passing through a snowy mountain. "Brr it's cold here" said Dawn. "We'll better find shelter," said Brock "it's starting to get dark and I fear this snow will get worse". "Maybe we can build a snow igloo for something?" suggested Ash. Suddenly a man came up to the gang. He was a middle aged man with a thick beard. "What are you kids doing out here?" he asked. "We were on our way for another town," said Brock "but this snow is making us lost". "You better come to my cabin," said the man "it's too dangerous at the moment to stay out here".
The man whose name was Dani led the gang to his cabin, had them sit by the fire and made hot tea for everyone. "Thank you so much for letting us take cover here Mr Dani" said Dawn. "Ah it was my pleasure," said Dani "many people, especially trainers come through these mountains so I help them out all the time". "So Dani why do you leave here out in this forest?" asked Brock. "Ah well you see many different pokemon live around here, mainly Snorunt, Glalie and Froslass," said Dani "and unfortunately people like poachers come round to grab them. So I decided to live here to protect the pokemon". The gang understood.
Just then Tomo noticed a wanted poster on the wall. It showed a plump man with a small beard under his chin. "Hey Dani, who's that?" he asked. "That is a pokemon poacher I had just been told by Officer Jenny to keep a look out for," answered Dani "he captures wild pokemon and sells them for money". "That's terrible!" said Dawn, angrily. "Yes and I fear he may come here any day now" said Dani. The gang hoped the poacher would be caught soon.
The gang stayed the night at Dani's cabin. And in the morning Dani gave the gang directions to the next town. "Thanks for letting us stay here last night Dani" said Ash. "Think nothing of it," said Dani "glad to be of help anytime". Just before the gang was about to leave, there was a loud explosion noise. "What was that?" asked Dawn. "That sounds like trouble is brewing" said Brock. Dani started to run to where the explosion was coming from and the gang followed.
When Dani and the gang got to the area, where the noise came from they were not happy with what they were seeing. They saw a Gallade and a Froslass lying badly hurt in the snow. "What in the world?!" gasped Dawn. "Who the hell did this?!" shouted Ash. Just then a Glalie turned up and so did its trainer. It was the man who was on Dani's wanted poster. "We found ourselves two nice pokemon for us to sell Glalie" said the poacher. Dani stepped forward, looking very cross. "I am not going to let you catch and sell anymore pokemon poacher!" he shouted. "Ha you and what army?" laughed the poacher. "This army" said Ash. He and the others stepped forward. They weren't going to let the poacher get away with it either. "Well, well, well I guess it's time to have some fun wouldn't you say Glalie?" said the poacher. Glalie did agree.
The fight began. The poacher ordered his Glalie to use ice beam, but everyone dodged it before it could hit them. "Pikachu thunderbolt!" ordered Ash. "Use flamethrower Growlithe!" ordered Tomo. "Piplup use bubblebeam!" ordered Dawn. The three pokemon fired their attacks but Glalie used protect to stop the attacks. "Time for hyper beam Glalie" said the poacher. Glalie fired a hyper beam attack, but Pikachu and Growlithe both used protect against the hyper beam attack. They even protected Piplup. "Now's our chance!" shouted Ash. As Glalie had to recharge from using hyper beam, Pikachu, Growlithe and Piplup had a chance to fight back. "Growlithe use flamethrower on Glalie!" shouted Tomo. "Piplup help Growlithe with bubble beam!" shouted Dawn. Growlithe and Piplup's attacks hit Glalie good and strong and Glalie fell to the ground, hurt. "Now then, Pikachu use your thunder wave on both Glalie and the poacher" said Ash. Pikachu did as he was told and shocked Glalie and the poacher with thunder wave, so they were paralyzed. They had lost.
The poacher was cross as he was defeated and couldn't move much because of the paralysis. "Now then," said Dani "kids go and take Gallade and Froslass to my cabin. I have lots of medicines in there so use them to help these pokemon recover. Then one of you can phone Officer Jenny for me. I'll stay here and make sure this poacher doesn't get away". Ash picked up Froslass and Brock picked up Gallade. "Come on let's go" said Brock. The gang ran back to Dani's cabin as fast as he could.
Once the gang got to the cabin, Brock got to work on helping Gallade and Froslass. Dawn went straight to Dani's phone to call Officer Jenny. "How are Gallade and Froslass doing Brock?" asked Ash. "Well they are in bad shape because of Glalie," said Brock "but thanks to Dani's medicines they'll be fine". "Good thing he does have plenty of medicines for pokemon" said Ash. Dawn came up to the boys after her phone call. "Officer Jenny is on her way" she said. "Good," said Brock "hey Ash would you mind bringing your Gardevoir and Glalie here from Prof Oak's lab?" "Sure, but what you want them for?" said Ash. "Well it's for just in case Gallade and Froslass get upset when they see us once they wake up, you know because of what that poacher did" said Brock. "Oh yes I remember we went through something like that before," said Ash "so my Gardevoir and Glalie can calm Gallade and Froslass". "Exactly" said Brock. So Ash swapped two of his pokemon from his party for Gardevoir and Glalie from Prof Oak's lab.
An hour later Gallade and Froslass showed signs they were about to wake up. By this time the poacher and his Glalie had been arrested by the police and Dani was now back at his cabin. Soon Gallade started to wake up first. Ash's Gardevoir went over to Gallade and asked him if he was okay. When Gallade saw the humans behind Gardevoir it looked like he was about to attack. But Gardevoir told him about how nice her trainer Ash and the other humans were. She even told him that it was the humans who saved him and Froslass from the poacher. Gallade looked at the humans, uncertain if he could believe that. Just then Froslass woke up and she became frightened when she noticed the humans. "Hey no need to be frightened Froslass, we are here to help you" said Dawn. Ash's Glalie went up to Froslass to tell her it was alright, but Froslass was still scared.
Suddenly there was a loud banging noise coming from outside. "Oh no what is it now?" said Ash. Everyone, except Gallade and Froslass, went outside to see what was going on. A Crawdaunt was firing bubble beam about over the place. "Where did this Crawdaunt come from?" asked Dawn. "You don't suppose it belongs to that poacher do you?" asked Ash. "I don't know, but we need to deal with that Crawdaunt before it causes damage" said Dani. Ash agreed and he decided to use Glalie and Gardevoir to battle Crawdaunt. "Gardevoir use magical leaf and Glalie use iron head" said Ash. Gardevoir and Glalie did as they were told and their attacks hit Crawdaunt good. "Now Glalie use sheer cold" said Ash. Glalie glowed blue and then released his sheer cold attack. Crawdaunt got frozen and defeated. After being defeated Crawdaunt ran away at once. "It must have not been that poacher's pokemon after all and just a wild one" said Brock. "Thank goodness that's over" sighed Dawn.
Suddenly Gallade and Froslass appeared behind everyone. They had seen what just happened. "Hello there," said Dawn "are you two feeling better now?" Gallade and Froslass nodded to say yes. Brock checked them over. "Well you two are doing okay now," he said "you still need to rest for a day or two and then you can go back to living in the wild". Froslass couldn't stop looking at Glalie and then she went over to him. "Well, well, well," said Dani "Froslass seems to have taken a little bit of a liking to Glalie". Froslass wasn't the only one who started to take a liking. Gallade started to like Gardevoir. "I think you kids better stay here while Gallade and Froslass recover," said Dani "I think they are happy with your Gardevoir and Glalie here". The gang saw the point and agreed to stay at Dani's cabin.
Two days letter Gallade and Froslass were fully healed from their injuries. "As you two are healed you can go home now" Brock said to Gallade and Froslass. "We have to leave now too," said Dawn "we need to get to another town". Froslass and Gallade just stood still and quiet. Ash turned to his Gardevoir and Glalie. "Well you two," he said "it's time to say goodbye and for you to get back to Prof Oak's lab". Gardevoir and Glalie understood. They said goodbye to Froslass and Gallade and they were ready for Ash to return them to the pokeballs. But then Froslass ran up to Glalie and held him, crying. Gallade stopped Ash from returning Gardevoir too. "Oh dear, I don't think they want Gardevoir and Glalie to leave" said Dawn. Ash could see that Dawn was right, but then he had an idea. "Why don't you two let me catch you?" he asked Gallade and Froslass "that way you'll be able to stay with Glalie and Gardevoir". Gallade and Froslass stared at Ash, then at Gardevoir and Glalie, and then to Ash again. They agreed to let Ash catch them. So Ash threw two empty pokeballs at Gallade and Froslass and they were caught at once. Then the two pokeballs went to Prof Oak's lab. Ash quickly sent Gardevoir and Glalie back to Prof Oak's lab so Gallade and Froslass wouldn't miss them.
After that the gang said goodbye to Dani, and Dani told the gang directions to the way to the next town. So the gang were now on their way and Ash was happy to have two new pokemon.
Sorry for the wait. I hope you all like how I made Dawn get the Phione who had a crush on Buneary. The Froslass and Gallade part is inspired by The Drifting Snorunt! Episode. Ash will appear in the next pokemon contest. In the anime Dawn should've given Mamoswine a bit of a time out when he was disobedient. I don't know about everyone but I think Dawn was too soft on her pokemon. I mean as you know Dawn liked dealing with spoiled and rude pokemon, but she sure didn't discipline them enough.
