Ash's Pokemon Journey
Summary: This story is about how I think that ash's journey should have gone through, Kanto, Orange Islands, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. Smart, a psychic and an Aura user. I do not own pokemon.
Note: I am not doing the Kalos Region. So fairy pokemon and Mega Evolutions don't exist.

The Training School,
Tomo's Gym Battle 7
And Ash's Gym Battle 7
Not long after the pokemon ping pong tournament the gang finally made it to Snowpoint City. Johanna sent the gang new warmer clothing as Snowpoint City was a very cold place. She sent Ash, Tomo and Brock blue warm jackets while Dawn was sent a red warm coat, pink new boots and a white scarf.
Right now the gang was meeting up with Zoey who also made it to Snowpoint City. She missed her hometown and decided to visit it. "It certainly has been a while since we last saw you Zoey," said Brock "last time we saw you was when we met Fantina". "That's right," said Zoey "Ash I know you lost against her in the practice battle, but what about your official gym battle?" "Tomo and I won and won our gym badges from Fantina" said Ash. He and Tomo showed their badges to Zoey. Zoey was happy for them and she welcomed the gang to Snowpoint City. "Wow Zoey Snowpoint City looks so pretty" said Dawn. "Yeah I love Snowpoint City," said Zoey "it's so peaceful and quiet".
Zoey and the gang were about to enter Snowpoint City, but then a big green and white pokemon appeared and fired a ice shard towards the group. "Glameow go!" commanded Zoey. Glameow broke the ice shard with iron tail. "Alright what was that all about?" said Ash.
Dawn looked at the pokemon on her pokedex: Abomasnow, the frost tree pokemon. The evolved form of Snover. They appear when the snow flowers bloom. When the petals fall, they retreat to places unknown again.
"Could this Abomasnow be a wild pokemon?" said Brock. "That is incorrect" said a voice.
The voice came from a girl sitting on a tree branch. "Welcome back Zo-Zo and Glameow" said the girl. "It's always a wild welcome from you isn't it Miss Senior?" said Zoey. The girl noticed Dawn's snow outfit and wouldn't stop talking about how cute it was. "Where did you buy it from?" she asked. "My mum made it" replied Dawn. "Miss Senior you should be introducing yourself" interrupted Zoey. "Oh yes that's right," said the girl "I am Candice and I am the gym leader of Snowpoint City Gym". Ash and Tomo were happy to hear. They introduced themselves to Candice and asked her for a gym battle. Candice was happy to know she had two challengers because she hadn't had any challengers for a while. Apparently because Snowpoint City was a cold place and way up north, challengers didn't come to Candice's gym much. "What a silly excuse," said Ash "I've been to all sorts of gyms no matter where they are, including ones in very cold places or very hot places". "That's just how some people are Ash" said Brock.
Just then Candice pointed to a building. It was a pokemon trainer school. Zoey explained that she and Candice went to school together. Next Candice explained that she works at the pokemon school as a teacher because of the free time she has. "Ash how many badges do you and Tomo have?" asked Candice. "We have six" answered Ash. Candice then asked Ash if he and Tomo could come into the school to show off their badges. "It will be a great experience for my class" said Candice. There was no hurry so Ash and Tomo agreed, and Candice said they would have the gym battles tomorrow. Candice then pointed to Zoey and told her to get her kiai on because of her pokemon contests. Zoey revealed to the gang that she had four ribbons now, but she couldn't seem to win her fifth ribbon. "That's the same as me" said Dawn. Candice could this good excuse for Zoey to visit the pokemon trainer school again and remember her roots.
Zoey and Candice showed the gang the pokemon trainer school, a place for children to learn the basics of pokemon before they reach the age of ten. But there was another training course at the school. This class was for adults who got their own pokemon as children but they never went on pokemon journeys for some reason. Candice went to the front of the class while Zoey, Dawn and Brock walked over to the back of the classroom. Candice introduced Ash and Tomo to the class and the two brothers showed off their six gym badges. "So Ash," said Candice "do you have any secrets of how to do your gym battles?" "Hmm well," said Ash "what my secret is, is trust and believe in my pokemon when we battle. And stay calm no matter what tight spot you're in. For me the best defence is a good offense". Candice was happy with that answer. "Okay class," said Candice "today we'll be studying about pokemon and Ash and Tomo will be joining us. Oh and Dawn you're welcome to join us as well". Dawn was more than happy to join the class.
Ash sat down next to a man named Jeramiah who had a Skuntank. Jeramiah worked at the poketch company in Jubilife City. He decided to go on a pokemon journey after seeing lots of pokemon trainers buy the poketechs, so he decided to attend the Snowpoint pokemon trainer's school to learn about pokemon training from scratch. "Okay class today I will be doing a quiz," said Candice "touch the button on the desk to answer the question I ask you". "Why am I not surprised there would be a quiz?" said Ash, remembering the quizzes he took at the pokemon academy camp. "I call this good practice for winning a pokemon battle" said Jeramiah. "I don't," said Ash "I call pokemon good practice; I practice pokemon battling with my pokemon almost every day". Jeramiah didn't believe that. Dawn and Tomo got ready for the quiz.
The quiz started and the first thing that happened was a picture of a Pikachu turning up on a screen. "Question 1," said Candice "Pikachu is the mouse pokemon. True or False?" Ash quickly touched his button. "It's true" he said. "That is correct" smiled Candice. "You seem to know about quizzes" said Jeramiah. "I've been through pokemon quizzes before" said Ash. Next a picture of a Cyndaquil came up. "A Cyndaquil is what?" said Candice. Jeramiah quickly pressed his button and said it was a fire mouse pokemon, which was correct. Next came up a Abra. "Abra can sleep for" said Candice. Before she finished the question Jeramiah quickly answered with 18 hours per day. Next came up a Meowth. "Meowth's most powerful move is?" said Candice. Ash quickly answered the question as pay day.
Suddenly Candice got rudely interrupted by three men. These men were called Rad, Tad and Nad and they had a Mightyena, Tangrowth and a Muk. The three men didn't go on pokemon journeys in the past were because they were the pathetic looser types who had no idea what to do with their lives. They only joined the school was they could find some excitement with their lives. "Hey teacher when are we going to learn about pokemon battling?" said Rad. "Yeah when are we?" said Nad. Candice wasn't happy with their attitudes but she calmly spoke back. "This quiz is to help you understand about pokemon because it would help you in many ways when you battle," she said "you see class it is only the pokemon doing the battling in a battle while the trainer is just giving orders. As Ash said earlier you have to make the trust between yourself and your pokemon". Rad, Tad and Nad were still not convinced by this; they called bonding and trusting your pokemon stuff all nonsense".
After class was over Ash, Brock and Tomo sat outside. "Candice's quiz was a bit hard, but I've seen worse" said Ash, remembering the quiz at the pokemon league exam school. "Well I think you did good there" said Brock. "Yes but sometimes I like to think of myself better at the pokemon battling rather than pokemon schooling even though I do know a lot about pokemon" said Ash. "I thought that was the case" said a voice. It was Jeramiah. "Despite you have six badges you did seem slow on answering the pokemon questions". Ash felt that Jeramiah thought he knew everything about pokemon, kind of like Giselle. "It is true that knowledge and wisdom is the real power," said Ash "but it doesn't always end up as better than anything else, believe me". "I wouldn't be sure on that" said Jeramiah. And he left. "Humph! Who does that man think he is?" grumbled Tomo "I would love to see how he battles if he is so smart". "Oh I'm sure we'll be find that out soon" said Ash.
Meanwhile Dawn, Zoey, Piplup and Glameow were hanging out in the school shed. Inside was a big cushion with a pokemon flap door. "Can't believe it's still here" Zoey said, looking at the cushion. "What is this place Zoey?" asked Dawn. "This," said Candice, who just walked in, "is where it all started for Zo-Zo and me. It's where we raised Glameow together". Ash, Brock and Tomo walked into the shed just in time to hear the whole story.
The story was when Zoey was eight years old she was walking on her way to school when she met Glameow. At that time Glameow was a baby and had been abandoned in an alley and in a cardboard box. Zoey wanted to keep Glameow but her parents didn't allow her to keep any pokemon till she was a pokemon trainer. So her parents instructed her to take Glameow to the pokemon center. But Zoey wanted to keep Glameow know matter what. So she secretly took Glameow to school with her and hid it in the school shed. Unfortunately the head teacher, a man named Mr Honcho, found out about Glameow very quickly. Then Candice stepped in and together she and Zoey convinced Mr Honcho to let them take care of Glameow together. And of course Glameow became Zoey's partner pokemon when she became a pokemon trainer.
"I take you all got an earful from Zoey about her disapproving of trainers who do both gym battles and pokemon contests?" asked Candice. "Yes we did," answered Ash, truthfully, "but Zoey learnt her mistake after the Jubilife contest, where we first met her". "Yes she has always had a bit of a stubborn streak". "Miss Senior put all of her efforts into pokemon battling, while I decided to do pokemon contests and become top coordinator," said Zoey "so at that time Miss Senior and I promised to concentrate on only one thing. Those of course made me believe that those who do both battling and contests weren't taking things seriously". "But you saw how wrong you were when I defeated you at the Jubilife contest right Zoey?" said Ash. "Absolutely" Zoey admitted. "Well that's good to know," smiled Candice "buy the way Dawn you have four ribbons now am I right?" "Yes I do," said Dawn "but I did try to earn my fifth ribbon in the last contest but I lost. But somehow I feel relieved because Zoey and I are now the same". Candice didn't like Dawn's way of talking and kept on shouting out that she and Zoey were rivals and need to act more like rivals. Brock whispered to Ash and Tomo. "I've noticed that Candice is a real focused type of gym leader," he said "no doubt she will be a bit hard to beat". Ash and Tomo agreed.
Meanwhile trouble was brewing while recess was still going on. Rad, Tad and Nad were up to something; they wanted to steal every pokemon from the school. The reason for that was they decided to get more pokemon the stealing pokemon way instead of the normal catching your own pokemon way. "Hey Rad are we going to take the pokeballs now?" asked Nad. "Yes we are," said Rad "recess is always a perfect time to do something sneaky". "How are we going to get them?" asked Tad "I hear they always lock up the pokeball storage room". "Leave that to me" said Rad. He pointed to Mr Honcho who was walking down the corridor.
Rad walked up to the head teacher. "Um excuse me Mr Honcho sir," said Rad, in a polite tone, "um I was wondering. Is it okay if Tad, Nad and I had a look inside the storage room where the pokeballs are kept? We are curious about it". As Rad, Tad and Nad were students Mr Honcho believed they wanted to learn about the pokeball storage room. So Mr Honcho walked to the storage room with the three men and unlocked the lock on the storage room. There were hundreds of pokeballs all sorted in whatever type the pokemon was.
"Now Nad" Rad whispered to Nad. Nad released his Muk from its pokeball and it used haze. (Haze is its egg move) The storage room was filled with smoke. Mr Honcho knew something was wrong and he set off an emergency only alarm. All the while Rad, Tad and Nad grabbed all of the pokeballs, placed them in sacks and ran away with them.
Candice, Zoey and the gang heard the alarm and ran off to see what was going on. Mr Honcho told them about the stolen pokeballs. Meanwhile Jeremiah stopped Rad, Tad and Nad from going anywhere with the pokeballs. He released his Skuntank from the pokeball to fight them. Tad released his Tangrowth and it trapped Skuntank with vine whip. "Oh dear," said Jeremiah "alright use scratch". Skuntank couldn't use scratch because it was caught up in the vines. Jeremiah tried to tell Skuntank to use night slash but again Skuntank couldn't use it while trapped. The tree men laughed. "How do you like this boys?" said Rad "this guy knows a lot about pokemon information, but he is pathetic about pokemon battling". "Yeah he's an all brain and no muscle" laughed Nad. This was true; Jeremiah didn't know that much about pokemon battling yet.
At that moment Candice, Zoey, Mr Honcho and the gang turned up. Candice was furious with what Rad, Tad and Nad were doing and told them they were expelled at once. The three men didn't care and Rad sent out his Mightyena for back up. Candice sent out her Abomasnow and Zoey sent out her Glameow. Ash decided to help too and he sent out his Arcanine. Everyone was impressed by Ash's shiny Arcanine. "Arcanine use extreme speed on Tangrowth" said Ash. Arcanine charged at Tangrowth and tackled it hard. Tangrowth's vines let get of Skuntank. "Attack!" Nad shouted to Tangrowth, Muk and Mightyena. The three pokemon charged towards Arcanine. "Charge with flame wheel Arcanine" said Ash. Arcanine charged with flame wheel and the three pokemon were tossed backwards. "Abomasnow use blizzard!" commanded Candice. Abomasnow blew a really hard blizzard attack and the three men and their pokemon became frozen in their tracks. "Glameow use shadow claw!" commanded Zoey. Glameow charged at Rad, Tad and Nad with shadow claw and they dropped the sacks of pokeballs.
Officer Jenny was soon on the case and she arrested Rad, Tad and Nad. Candice said to Ash of how impressive he and Arcanine were against Muk, Tangrowth and Mightyena. "Ash is a pretty tough trainer and he knows how to surprise his opponents" warned Brock. "That's okay with me" said Candice. Jeramiah thanked Ash for saving Skuntank and apologized for being rude earlier. "Those three men were right about me," said Jeremiah "I really don't that much about pokemon battling. And you were right Ash that knowledge and wisdom isn't always the best thing. Seeing your battle really proved that I have a lot to learn about pokemon battling". Candice was happy to learn that Jeramiah understood now. "Well Ash and Tomo," she said "tomorrow will be our gym battles. So you two better get your kiai on!" "You're right we will" said Ash. "Yeah" said Tomo.
So with a day of pokemon school and dealing with trouble makers, Ash and Tomo could finally look forward to their seventh gym battles.
Today it was time for Tomo and Ash to face Candice. Zoey went with the gang to the Snowpoint Gym because she wanted to watch the gym battles. She couldn't wait to see how Ash and Tomo battle against Candice. The Snowpoint Gym was a heptagon shaped gym and it had a green roof. Inside the battlefield was an ice rink with big ice bergs. As Tomo was going to battle Candice first Ash sat in the audience seat with the others. Mr Honcho was the referee and he explained the rules. The gym match was to be a four on four pokemon battle.
Candice's first pokemon was a Sneasel. Tomo sent out Sealeo to battle first. "Ah Sneasel is an ice type as well as a dark type, and Sealeo is a water type as well as an ice type," said Zoey "so this is an ice type vs ice type". Tomo started the battle off by telling Sealeo to use ice ball, but Sneasel dodged the attacked and began skating on the icy field. "Slide after Sneasel Sealeo" said Tomo. Sealeo slide after Sneasel on its tummy really fast. "That's one of the amazing things about Sealeo," said Brock "they are slow on land, but in water and on ice they are fast". Ash said to Zoey and Dawn about how Tomo rode on Sealeo in water and on ice back in the Hoenn and Kanto regions. "Sealeo use strength" said Tomo. Sealeo slid towards Sneasel to tackle it. "Sneasel use fury swipes" said Candice. Sneasel and Sealeo charged and attacked at each other. "Sneasel icy wind" said Candice. "Use blizzard Sealeo" said Tomo. The two pokemon made a real snow storm with their ice type moves. "Brr it's freezing" shivered Dawn. "This is something you would get when it comes to two ice pokemon battling" said Ash. "Alright Sneasel use slash" said Candice. "Sealeo use iron tail" said Tomo. The two pokemon charged at each other again. Sealeo proved to be stronger because he whacked Sneasel hard with iron tail. "Now strength Sealeo" said Tomo. Sealeo tackled Sneasel hard and Sneasel got knocked out cold. Tomo had won the first round.
"Well, well Tomo you certainly have good kiai there," said Candice "so let's see what you'll do with this". She sent out a Medicham to battle next. Tomo returned Sealeo and sent out Staravia to battle. Tomo remembered that Medicham was a fighting and psychic type so he had to be quick on his feet with this one. "Staravia use aerial ace" said Tomo. Staravia charged at Medicham with aerial ace, but Medicham countered the attack with thunder punch. "I'm not surprised Medicham knows thunder punch" said Ash, having been there before. "Miss Senior has done a lot of training with Medicham, in case it ever went against flying type pokemon" said Zoey. Tomo decided to make it big and told Staravia to use brave bird. Staravia charged directly at Medicham before Medicham could do anything to fight back. Medicham was defeated at once and Tomo was the winner of the second round.
Candice was having fun with the battle. She returned Medicham and sent out Snover. Tomo returned Staravia and sent out his Chimchar to battle. "Using Chimchar is a good choice as it's a fire type" said Brock. Tomo started off by telling Chimchar to use flamethrower. But Snover countered the attack with icy wind and it created a big mist of steam. "Oh I know this technique," said Ash "I went through this in some battles before; mostly by a mixture of fire and water attacks". The mist was thick you couldn't see a thing. Poor Chimchar couldn't tell where Snover was. Snover could tell though because ice pokemon knew how to see in the mist. "Stay calm Chimchar," said Tomo "try to sense where Snover is and then attack it with flamethrower". Tomo knew what to do in situations like this because of all the battles he watched when Ash battled. Chimchar closed his eyes and listened out for Snover. Suddenly Chimchar felt his tail flame moving, meaning he could feel where Snover was. Remembering Tomo's order, Chimchar blew a flamethrower attack which hit Snover good. Snover fainted on defeat at once, making Tomo the winner again.
"Your kiai is good Tomo but let's see how it will do against this" said Candice. She released Abomasnow. "Tomo better be careful with this;" warned Zoey "Miss Senior and Abomasnow are a really strong pair". Tomo kept Chimchar out and told him to use flamethrower. "Abomasnow use blizzard!" Candice demanded. Abomasnow blew a very strong blizzard attack. It overcame Chimchar's flamethrower attack and poor Chimchar got covered in snow. "Flame wheel Chimchar" said Tomo. Chimchar charged with flame wheel, but Abomasnow dodged it and then it punched Chimchar hard with wood hammer. Chimchar was thrown onto an ice berg and it fainted upon defeat. Candice was the winner of this round.
"Whoa Abomasnow is strong" said Ash. "As I said before, Candice and Abomasnow have trained a lot together in the past" said Zoey. Tomo returned Chimchar and sent out Staravia next; he thought Staravia would have better luck against Abomasnow while flying. But Tomo was wrong because when Staravia charged at Abomasnow with aerial ace, Abomasnow used ice punch which froze Staraptor for a bit and he got thrown back and defeated. Ash could see that he would have had to be careful with Candice and Abomasnow when he battled them.
Tomo decided to go big this time and sent out Magmortar. "Abomasnow is going to be in trouble now with Magmortar" said Dawn. "Yeah especially as Magmortar is a big fire pokemon" said Brock. "Magmortar let's start with lave plume" said Tomo. Magmortar released a lava plume attack. Not only did Magmortar get hit, most of the ice field melted. "Whoops!" gasped Tomo, who didn't expect that "sorry Candice". "Ah no problem," said Candice "my ice fields have ended up melted before. Besides it's nothing water and my Abomasnow's blizzard attack can't fix". So the battle went on and Tomo ordered Magmortar to use fire blast. "Counter it with blizzard Abomasnow" said Candice. The two attacks countered with each other and it created a big mist of steam. "Okay Magmortar let's use lava plume again" said Tomo. Magmortar released a lava plume attack and Abomasnow got hit and the mist cleared up. "That's one way to attack;" said Brock "if you can't see anything in the dark or mist, then use attack that can hit a whole area". Everyone else agreed. "Abomasnow use wood hammer" said Candice. Tomo smiled and told Magmortar to let Abomasnow hit him. When Abomasnow did punch Magmortar, Abomasnow became burnt. "It's Magmortar's ability flame body, that's why Tomo told Magmortar to let Abomasnow hit it" said Brock. "Clever" said Zoey. "Okay Magmortar let's end this now with flamethrower" said Tomo. Magmortar fired a flamethrower from one of his cannons and Abomasnow was hit by hit. Thanks to the flamethrower attack and the burn condition, Abomasnow fainted. Tomo was the winner of the gym battle.
"Wow Tomo that was great and fun" said Candice. "I enjoyed myself as well" smiled Tomo. He and Candice returned their pokemon for a rest. "Well Tomo I will now give you your proof of having won the gym battle" said Candice. Mr Honcho gave Candice a tray. "Here is the Icicle Badge" said Candice. The Icicle Badge was blue and white and it looked like two icy mountains. Tomo accepted the badge at once and he was happy to have obtained it. Candice turned to Ash. "Sorry Ash," said Candice "but as you can see my icy battle field needs to be iced up again and my pokemon need a good rest. Can we do our gym battle tomorrow?" "Of course, I can wait" said Ash.
So Tomo had his seventh gym battle, and soon it would be time for Ash to gain his.
The next day it was time for Ash to have his gym battle against Candice. The battle field was iced up again and was ready for another battle. The gym rules were the same as yesterday. "Can't wait to see how Ash will battle against Candice" said Zoey. "You will love this" said Dawn. Tomo was sitting in the seats with the others.
The battle started and Candice sent out Sneasel. Ash sent out Gallade. "Gallade is perfect against Sneasel as it is part fighting type" said Brock. "Gallade use leaf blade" said Ash. Gallade charged towards Sneasel to use leaf blade, but Sneasel dodged it and began skating around on the ice. "Calm down Gallade and try to sense Sneasel's movements" said Ash. Gallade closed his eyes and thanks to his psychic power he was able to charge at Sneasel and hit it with leaf blade. "Nice job Gallade now use close combat" said Ash. Gallade attacked Sneasel with close combat. Sneasel got defeated from the fighting type move, giving Ash the first win.
"You've got great kiai there Ash as I thought you would" said Candice. She returned Gallade and sent out Medicham. Ash returned Gallade and sent out his Froslass. "Medicham is weak against ghost type moves," said Zoey "but Ash will have to watch out for the fire punch". "Ash will pull through, he always does" said Brock. Ash started the battle off first by telling Froslass to use shadow ball. "Medicham use confusion to send that back" said Candice. Medicham's confusion stopped the shadow ball attack in its tracks and flew the attack back to Froslass. "Attack it with ice shard" said Ash. The ice shards collided with the shadow ball attack, creating a small explosion. "Quick use ominous wind Froslass" said Ash. Froslass released an ominous wind attack and Medicham was hit by the wind. "Medicham use fire punch" said Candice. "Counter it with water pulse Froslass" said Ash. As Medicham charged at Froslass to use fire punch, Froslass quickly created a ball of water to use as a shield. Thanks to that the fire punch didn't hit her so much. "Ash really does know how to make surprise attacks" said Zoey. "Told you" smiled Brock. Ash ordered Froslass to use shadow ball and this time Medicham got hit by the attack. Medicham was thrown back into an ice berg and it fainted from defeat.
"You impress me a lot Ash" said Candice. "You haven't seen everything yet Candice" said Ash. Candice sent out her Snover while Ash decided to keep Froslass out. "Froslass use icy wind" said Ash. "You use icy wind too Snover" said Candice. The two ice wind attacks collided with each other, making it cold in the arena. "Now Snover use bullet seed" said Candice. Poor Froslass got hit by the seeds before she could do anything to defend herself. "Now Snover use ice punch" said Candice. Snover charged at Froslass and punched her hard with ice punch. Poor Froslass fainted on defeat, making Candice the winner of this round.
Ash returned Froslass and sent out Chimchar to battle. "Figures Ash would use his Chimchar for this battle" said Dawn. "He would still have to watch out with Snover" reminded Zoey. Candice started the match by telling Snover to use icy wind while Ash told Chimchar to use flamethrower. This created a stream of mist which was hard to see, like Tomo's battle. Ash told Chimchar to stay calm and listen out for Snover. Chimchar closed his eyes and listen out for Snover and then attack with flamethrower. Thanks to his flame, Chimchar sensed where Snover was and blew a flamethrower attack. Poor Snover fainted from the firey attack, giving Ash his third win.
"Very good there Ash," said Candice "but let's see how you will do against this". She released her Abomasnow. Ash returned Chimchar and sent out his Arcanine. "Arcanine is better to use against Abomasnow because it's bigger than Chimchar" said Brock. "Candice will have trouble with this" said Tomo. "Abomasnow use blizzard" said Candice. "Counter with flamethrower Arcanine" said Ash. The blizzard and flamethrower created a big mist. "Arcanine sense out Abomasnow and use extreme speed" said Ash. Arcanine, being a good sniffer, picked up Abomasnow's sent and then charged with extreme speed. "Abomasnow use wood hammer" said Candice. The two pokemon charged at each other with their attacks and fell back. The mist then disappeared. "Arcanine use flame wheel" said Ash. "Abomasnow use ice punch" said Candice. The two pokemon collided with each other, but of course Abomasnow was no match for Arcanine's flame wheel attack. Poor Abomasnow was pushed into an ice berg. Abomasnow couldn't take any more and fainted from the attack, making Ash the winner of the gym challenge.
Tomo, Dawn and Brock were happy that Ash won. Zoey was impressed by Ash's gym battling skills. "I have to say Ash your determination got the better of me like Tomo's determination did" said Candice. She was indeed happy to have challenged two strong opponents like Ash and Tomo. Ash was given his Glacier Badge so now the two brothers only needed one more gym badge for the Sinnoh League.

Sorry for the wait. I don't know about you readers but Ash didn't stand up to Jeramiah enough in the classroom training episode. Rad, Tad and Nad are my own characters. I was going to have Candice have a Froslass instead of a Medicham, but decided to keep Medicham anyway because I liked it in the anime.
I saw the last episode of the SM anime. It's a pity it's over now but I do look forward to the new series.
