Chapter 7-
"Why is it taking so long you fools! How hard is it to kidnap a defenseless neko, thats only a toddler!?"
"We're terribly sorry, but it seems the butler is getting in the way. We have no way of getting close to him."
"Insolent fools! I'll just have to get him myself. Worthless, filthy beings."
******Please be patient for this slight intermission. While the wait, please imagine any sort of torture that those henchmen would be getting at the moment for failing, since I am unable to write this************
All through the changing, Ciel kept moving his legs and was giggling thinking his butler was playing a game with him. However, after awhile, Sebastian couldn't stand the wasted time and grabbed his charge's tiny foot and held it still. And to his surprise, Ciel didn't fuss about this, and instead was still giggling.
After giving Ciel his breakfast, he set him down to play in each room that he cleaned up. He finally got to the last room that he had to clean for the day. Ciel was playing with some colorful blocks that Sebastian got for him. He was trying to build a tower as tall as himself. He had stood up to get it higher, but right before he could put the block on his tower, as careful as he could, the mansion began to shake and the lights went off. This caused the toddler to fall on his tower. Within seconds, he began he cry over his fallen hard work as well as the scrap he got from the fall. When Sebastian heard his little master begin to cry in the darkness, he immediately went to find him so he could comfort him. Which wasn't a difficult task considering that he was a demon, making seeing in the dark easy, and also that it was morning and the shone through the window enough for him to see, however still too dark for a toddler to see in. Yet, when he spotted Ciel, the sight almost made his heart stop, if he still had one. He saw a pair of gold eyes staring back at him, smirking, with Ciel crying in his arms.
Ciel felt the temperature drop in the room, and seized his crying and looked up at the person who held him, thinking it must be his butler, "Sebassian". But, when he looked up, it wasn't him. Instead, he saw someone with glasses and golden eyes; someone who made his blood turn could, and although he couldn't exactly remember him, the person made him feel scared. Out of instinct, he began to wiggle and tried to push himself as far away from that person as he could, but to no avail, the man just kept his grip on him like it was nothing.
"Put him down! Keep your filthy hands of my master!" Sebastian screamed, shocking Ciel into stopping from doing what he was just doing.
"Oh, but I can't do that. I need to bring him back to give me his punishment for being disobedient."
"I said put him down, Claude. Give Ciel back to him and leave."
"Oh, Sebastian, but I told you that I can't do that. Now look at the time, I need to get Ciel back to his 'special' room. It seems a retraining is in order too. Isn't it Ciel?" Claude commented with the evil smirk directed towards Ciel. Seeing that scared Ciel, causing him to brawl loudly; trying to reach for Sebastian to save him for the 'scary man'. However, before Sebastian could even start to move towards Claude to get Ciel away from him and back in his arms, they both disappeared, leaving only a dust of black feathers and in the mist a white feather that went unseen by Sebastian.
"I bid you goodbye Sebastian." Along with laughter, that was the last thing Sebastian heard before he dropped to his knees.
Author's Note: So after this chapter, I'm thinking of making this story more dark. And it might be more mature, but I'll decide (with help) later on. Just a heads up.
