One Shocking Surprise: The Slug Princess & Apprentice Edition

A/N: this is a Tsunade and Shizune one. I got this idea from No vigilance. So thank you for it.

Hiruzen Sarutobi sighed. He had survived the invasion of Suna/Sound by injuring his former student, Orochimaru, severely. But he didn't come out of it without injury. He was tired, very tired. Thus he had another of his former students, Jiraiya, go out and get Tsunade Senju, his other former student back so she could take over for him. He knew he was too old to keep the position of Hokage and it was time once again to pass the torch.

So far things have been good. Tsunade had returned and though she said she'd take the mantle of Hokage she wanted to do a few things first before that. Like do some healing in the hospital. Mainly heal Might Guy's student. So Hiruzen allowed it. But now with the surgery done Hiruzen wanted to return to retirement and hopefully it would be permanent this time.

But Tsunade wasn't around and he had a good idea where she was. When not in the hospital or in the Hokage office being swamped by the piles of paperwork she was spending a lot of time with Naruto. She seemed to have taken Naruto in like he was family, which he was in a way. But it wasn't time for Naruto to know that just yet. So Hiruzen went to get his student. He got to Naruto's door and knocked.

The door opened and Hiruzen's eyes widen. Before him wasn't Naruto or Tsunade. No, it was Tsunade's apprentice, Shizune. But that wasn't what really surprised him though he was surprised to see her in a way. No, what really shocked him was what Shizune was wearing. It appeared to be a slutty nurse outfit, but it had been haphazardly put on like she had rushed to get dressed. He could see peeks of bare skin as she hadn't button up the outfit fully before opening the door.

"Yes, what can I do for you?" Shizune asked ever so polite.

"Shizune, what, what are you wearing?" Hiruzen asked able to hold back the nosebleed that threaten to slip out.

"Oh, Lord Hokage, I, um. This is, uh, well" Shizune said blushing as she tried to cover herself up even more.

"Shizune, where are you, we still need to test our patient's physical stamina?" Tsunade called.

The slug princess soon appeared wearing a white doctor's coat, but it strained against her huge bust. Hiruzen's eyes widen as he saw this and the blood in his nose couldn't be held back at the sight even though he knew Tsunade was his former student and he thought of as a daughter in a way, but he was hot-blooded male still and Tsunade wasn't his daughter really.

"Sensei, what are you doing here?" Tsunade asked.

Hiruzen didn't answer since his mind was gone to dirty, dirty land.

"Hey doc, is something wrong?" Naruto asked coming out of his room pulling up his boxers.

"No, there's nothing wrong Naruto. Come Shizune, we need to get back to our patient. He needs a through work up and work out" Tsunade purred deciding to just ignore her sensei since she knew that she wouldn't get a response from him and she was needed.

"Yes Lady Tsunade" Shizune said bowing.

Tsunade slammed the door on her sensei's face.

Hiruzen then heard the noises. Oh the noises. The moaning, panting and then the other things.

"Oh Doctor, he's quite hot I need to take his temperature" Shizune moaned.

"Yes, you most do it orally" Tsunade said panting.

"Yes my lady" Shizune said with a groan.

That did it. Hiruzen flew back due to an 'Old Faithful' powered nosebleed. The last thought that passed through his mind was, 'Way to go Naruto, that's my boy.'

Second ending

Tsunade slammed the door on her sensei's face.

Hiruzen then heard the noises. Oh the noises. The moaning, panting and then the other things.

"Oh Doctor, he's quite hot I need to take his temperature" Shizune moaned.

"Yes, you most do it orally" Tsunade said panting.

"Yes my lady" Shizune said with a groan.

That did it. Hiruzen flew back due to an 'Old Faithful' powered nosebleed. The last thought that passed through his mind was, 'Jiraiya would pay a king's ransom for this. I wonder how he'll react when I tell him that this is all true?'
