One Shocking Surprise: Genjutsu Mistress V-Day Edition

A/N: my second of four Valentine's Day themed OSS. Kurenai's turn.

Asuma was heading to Kurenai's apartment. He knew what day it was today, it was Valentine's Day. Now Asuma hadn't been a very good boyfriend as of late. Always calling off dates, smoking even though he knew it annoyed Kurenai immensely, and just never really being there for her. Though both Asuma and Kurenai knew the hazards they were facing when they started to date since they were both shinobi and kunoichi respectively. But they tried to make it work, though Asuma hadn't been trying very hard lately.

So he was going to try and make it up to Kurenai today since today was the day that it would work. He had it all planned out. He was going to shower Kurenai today with gifts and everything, he was going the whole nine yards. Asuma got to Kurenai's apartment and knocked on the door. He got no answer and this made him frown. He knew for a fact that Kurenai was in the village since he made sure to check the mission's office. He also he knew Kurenai gave her team the day off today. So Kurenai had to be home.

He sighed and first wondered if she was sleeping in because she had been out late with Anko then remembered that Anko was out on a mission. So it wasn't that. Again he knocked, this time harder hoping it would wake Kurenai up. He did this a few more times since he wasn't going to leave til he talked to Kurenai.

Sounds of movement was heard and Asuma muttered under his breath, "finally."

The door opened and Asuma would've dropped his cigarette if he had one lit. Because before him wasn't the hot and sexy genjutsu mistress of Konoha. No, it was Konoha's 1# unpredictable ninja, Naruto. Naruto was rubbing his eyes as he stretched and yawned. He was only wearing a pair of boxers, which was on backwards.

"Oh man, it's too early for waking. Mmmm, I have the day off too" the blond mumbled tiredly.

"Naruto, what are you doing here?" Asuma asked as his brain got kicked back into gear.

"Oh, huh, hey there smoky, what's up?" Naruto asked now awake.

"I am here to see Kurenai, is she here?" Asuma asked.

"Oh, well Ruby Eye hime, I mean Kurenai sensei is still asleep" Naruto said blushing as he corrected himself quickly calling Kurenai by her name.

Asuma raised an eyebrow at this since he didn't remember Kurenai ever having a nickname except for Konoha's genjutsu mistress and Ice Queen. But he had never heard Kurenai being called Ruby Eye hime. He was about to interrogate Naruto more when he heard a very familiar voice, but it sounded very different from how he's heard it before.

"Naruto, where are you? Come back to bed my foxy towering inferno. Momma needs your heat" Kurenai purred in a very seductive manner.

Asuma then saw as Kurenai came walking out of what he assumed was her bedroom. She was swaying her hips in a sultry manner as she was just wearing a bed sheet. Her glossy black tresses were a mess from sleeping, but she had this glow about her that Asuma's subconscious mind figured out right away.

"Naruto darling, you're needed back in bed" Kurenai said as she wrapped her arms around Naruto's neck with her face nuzzling Naruto's cheek.

"Kurenai, honey. We have company" Naruto said.

Kurenai looked to see Asuma for the first time. Her eyes, which were radiating with sexual desire faded and now devoid of emotion as her eyes flicked up to Asuma.

"Oh, Asuma, what do you want?" she asked in snappy tone.

"Uh, Kurenai, um, happy Valentine's Day" Asuma said.

"It was til you showed up, Asuma" Kurenai said in a very frosty tone.

Asuma stepped back on instinct. Kurenai wasn't one to piss off. He had seen what she did to Kakashi when she is in a mood. It isn't pleasant at all. Not even Kakashi's Sharingan could break the genjutsu Kurenai used on him when she was pissed.

"Kurenai darling, lets get you back to bed and warm you up" Naruto suggested.

"Hmm, I know how I want you to warm me up Naruto" Kurenai purred in Naruto's ear.

"That can be arranged" Naruto growled.

Kurenai shivered hearing Naruto's growl.

Asuma just stood there unable to comprehend what he was seeing. He just couldn't believe this was going on for real and tried to break what he thought was a powerful genjutsu, but there it was, still happening in front of him.

"You had your chance Asuma, and you threw it away" Kurenai said coolly.

She then dragged Naruto back into her apartment slamming the door on Asuma's face.

Asuma stood there then the noises came. All those sexual noises. Kurenai was really enjoying herself. He then pulled out the pack of cigarettes he had in his pocket and looked down at them, glaring down at them.

"You cost me her" he growled and then destroyed them with a wind jutsu.

He then headed off to drown his sorrow and curse Naruto's name at the nearest bar. He knew there had to be one open this early in the day.
