Akira strolled into the Hokage's office trailed by a good number of Anbu.
The Sandaime Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi sat behind his desk reading through a stack of papers looking more tired and older than the last time we saw him.
Hearing the group walk in he looked up from his work and immediately noticed Akira.
"So you're the suspicious character that has entered my village?" He asked a little threateningly.
Akira grinned before replying, "Your Anbu clearly think so!" He responded joyfully.
The Hokage remained serious, "That doesn't answer my question." He said, a little anger in his voice.
Akira's smile lessened a little bit, "Yeah, clearly." He said, getting a little irritated, "My question is why am I even standing here in front of you?"
The Hokage sighed a little and looked rather tired, "Clear the room for us." He instructed his Anbu.
Akira looked surprised and eyed the Hokage nervously as the Anbu vacated the room.
When they all finally exited the Hokage continued, "I could tell who you were the second you entered the village." He said, almost sadly.
Akira nodded and dropped his disguise, exposing his bright blond hair and his blue eyes.
Hiruzen smiled at the boy, "You look just like your father did." He said, on the verge of tears.
Akira looked away, something that maybe resembled shame.
Hiruzen's smile fell a little, "Last time I heard about you, you seemed like you were determined to remain in Kumo, and yet here you are. Why is that?" He asked curiously.
Akira thought over his answer before responding, "In light of recent developments, the Leaf needs me the most currently. And regardless of how I feel, the world is more important." He replied honestly.
"Recent developments?" Hiruzen asked curiously.
Akira nodded, "It's tough to explain." He started, "But two threats face our world at the moment. And in order to keep the Leaf from being absolutely obliterated, It seems it's my duty to protect it." He finished, still remaining vague.
Hiruzen nodded, "I see, you must have your reasons for being so secretive." He pulled out his pipe before continuing, "You're not the type to act as a spy for Kumo, especially when you're so out in the open without trying to hide yourself at all."
Akira nodded in understanding as Hiruzen continued, "I'm going to trust you, I don't know if that's the right decision, but you saved my life once and I owe it to your father."
Akira turned to leave and brought his disguise back up, "I'm not here to be a shinobi of Konoha, if anything I'm here as a ninja of Kumo." He said as he turned his back to Hiruzen, "My names Akira by the way." And with that he disappeared in a tiny flash of light.
"I'm glad you're back." Hiruzen said smiling.

He reappeared in his apartment, happy with how the meeting went. Not too bad huh? He asked the Kyyubi.
"He seems to have simmered down since the last time we saw him." The massive fox commented.
Akira's stomach grumbled making the fox laugh, "Go and eat, I know how much you love the food here." He said as he lay his head down to rest.
Akira couldn't help but laugh at his friend as he exited his apartment.

Strolling down the street, Akira received a lot of weird looks, mostly from shinobi, but the females also gave him looks of a different variety.
As Akira walked down the street, a crew was installing a billboard to the side of a building.
The men seemed to be struggling to bolt it down, and nervously look at each other as families passed underneath them.
And then, a great gust of wind hit hard, knocking the workers back, losing their grip on the billboard.
Onlookers screamed as the massive object hurtled toward the street, and the people below. A mother standing next to Akira simply knelt down and used her body to shield her child.
Akira smiled and touched the woman on the shoulder while looking up at the massive billboard, she looked up at him as he said, "Don't worry, It'll all be alright."
Akira raised his hand up, and just as the billboard touched his fingertips it disappeared in a tiny flash of light, leaving the people on the street below unharmed.
As the people around Akira realized they weren't in any danger they looked up and saw their savior before them.
Akira stood smiling at all the people around him as they stared at him in shocked silence. And they remained that way for a few moments before the cheering began.
The entire street erupted into applause as hundreds of people cheered for this mysterious man.
This was the sight that greeted Sakura, Ino and Jin as they gazed down the street.
"That's... that's him!" Jin said in shock.
Sakura looked dumbfounded, "It's uncanny, I could've sworn that was Hiro."
Ino looked too, "Do you think, that maybe that IS Hiro?" She asked, the similarities apparent to her.
Jin narrowed his eyes and squinted at Akira, "Hiro's home is in Kumo, he has no reason to be here." He said a little sadly.
Sakura nodded and looked at Ino, "Why don't you go talk to him?" She suggested.
Ino looked unsure, but Sakura was forceful and began pushing her in the direction of Akira.
By this point Akira had his fill of the cheering so he continued his trek toward his favorite ramen stand. And in turning back to his destination, he saw the three Konoha Chuunin down the street.
"Oy, it's you guys again." Akira noted.
They all kind of nodded awkwardly, unsure of what to do or say.
Akira felt the tension in the air, feeling a little nervous himself he said, "I was about to go eat if you guys want to join me." He suggested happily.
Ino felt uncertain for a second before replying, "I'll go." And then looking to her friends.
Sakura nodded, happy for her friend, and Jin agreed too, curious to find out what this mysterious man was about.
So the small group walked the rather insignificant distance in a somewhat awkward silence, Akira not really knowing what to say and the Chuunin hanging behind him with a slight distance between.
After a few minutes they arrived at Ichiraku and sat down, Akira sitting exactly in the middle and the others all sitting to his right.
Akira looked happily to the man behind the counter, "Four miso ramens please! And put whatever these three order on a tab for me." He told the man, pointing to Jin, Sakura and Ino.
"And what will you kids be having?" The owner asked them.
"Just one miso ramen for me please." Ino responed a little shyly.
"The same for me please." Jin said.
"And I'll also have the same please." Sakura finished.
The man nodded and went to go make their food, leaving the group to talk.
Jin was the first to say anything, "Who are you?" He asked Akira, honestly curious about just who the hell this man was.
Akira laughed a little at that, "I'm Akira, wandering ninja living in Konoha for now." He stated before continuing, "What makes you all so curious though, if I can ask?"
They looked at each other to see if anyone wanted to answer, Ino, feeling the most curious, stepped up. She said, "You use a technique that I've only seen Hiro Tatsumi use, where did u learn it?"
Akira thought for a moment before responding, "It's a long story, I don't know if I can accurately describe it to you." He said, sweating a little.
Ino, feeling like she was getting somewhere, "If you're a wandering ninja, why're you in Konoha now?"
She asked, pressuring him.
Akira leaned back a little, "Life on the road is tough, sometimes it's good to take a break." He responded, feeling a little confident but still nervous.
Ino sat up, sure of herself now, "Okay, but why did you go to see the Hokage before?" She asked him.
Sakura went to stop her friend, "Hey Ino.." She said, but Ino wasn't going to be stopped now.
"There are a lot of things that I can't tell you, some of those things are why I was talking to the Hokage." Akira answered nervously, feeling like he was slipping.
Ino frowned, "And what would a wandering ninja have to talk to the Hokage about, what would be that important that basically the first day that you get here you go to meet the Hokage?" She asked, pressuring him more and more.
Akira opened his mouth to answer, but then closed it and thought for a moment before replying.
"You already know now don't you?" He said, smiling at Ino.
She smiled back, "I do." She responded.
Sakura and Jin were incredibly confused, "What is going on?" Jin asked.
Ino kept looking at Akira, "It's him." She responded, "He's back."
Sakura seemed to understand what she meant, "You can't mean..." She said in amazement.
Jin looked at both of them in utter confusion. Akira, feeling sympathetic, said, "I know you Jin, and you know me."
Jin still feeling very confused looked at the man in front of him, "What do you..." And then it hit him, he knew that voice, "Are you serious?" He asked, as he started smiling.
Akira looked at the three of them and laughed, "Dang, you guys figured it out much faster than I predicted."
Ino looked to him, "Well it's not like you hid it very well." She criticized.
Akira laughed and agreed with her just as the owner came out with their food, "Here you go!" he said happily as he handed everyone their bowls.
The group all grabbed chopsticks and thanked the man for the food. Then they dug in.
