One Shocking Surprise: Nurse Me Back to Health Edition

A/N: okay, this one is a Shizune and Haku one. I haven't done a combination like this before. This one is very risqué in my opinion. The most risqué one I've done for this series. Just to let you know beforehand.
Tsunade sighed as she was making her rounds at the hospital. She enjoyed this time since there was no rush and it was usually calm. It gave her time to let her mind wander a bit as she thought about the mundane things in life to more serious things. She was halfway done with her rounds when she got to a room that made her sigh.
"Damn brat, of course he's back in here" she mumbled.
Who she was talking about was one Naruto Uzumaki. Naruto usually ended up in the hospital after training himself to death many times or injuring himself as he trained himself. Or when he went on missions and came back beat up and in need of medical treatment of some kind.
A sound was heard. It was squeaking and thumping. She frowned.
"That brat better be resting or I am going to beat the crap out of him" Tsunade mumbled.
She knew also knew Naruto's hatred of hospital and how he tried to sneak out whenever he was admitted. She went to open the door, but found it was locked. Now this was unusual since patient doors were never locked in case of some kind of emergency and medical staff needed access to the patient. So Tsunade had to pick the lock to get it open. What she found when she opened the door made her jaw drop.
There on the bed was Shizune, who was not only her close friend, but apprentice. She totally nude and was astride Naruto in a very sexual manner. There was also a second person in the room. That person was Haku. Now Tsunade had been teaching Haku for a while now. Haku was just as nude as Shizune and was sitting on Naruto's head and seemed to be enjoying whatever Naruto was doing to her lower regions.
"Oh Naruto, yes Naruto. Medicate me" Shizune moaned.
"Me too Naruto, me too" Haku cried.
Tsunade just stood there dumbfounded. Then she witnessed as they all climaxed together. Her cheeks got super red and before the three could notice her she closed the door.
"I am never going to be able to see the brat, Shizune or Haku the same ever again" She mumbled.
She then decided she needed a drink and she didn't care if she was still on duty. She was the head of the hospital and if she wanted a damn drink she was going to have one or maybe hundreds. So she went back to her office to pull out her secret stash of saké that she hid from Shizune to get totally and utterly plastered.
