One Shocking Surprise: Flowers of the Heart Edition

A/N: okay, this is the start of my V-Day OSS chap set.

Inoichi was tired. He was spending the entire day doing orders for Valentine's Day. This was kind of good for him. It meant he never forgot and his wife was pleased with that. Not to mention his business was making a big load of profit in one day. Valentine's Day was one of their big days. The problem was he was so busy. He thankfully had a gift for his wife all set to go beforehand along with one for his daughter too.

"Where is Ino?" he asked out loud.

He hadn't seen his daughter and she was supposed to be helping him with all these orders. There was so many roses needing to be arranged for certain orders. But she hadn't shown her face at all so far today. It really annoyed him. He was getting tired and seeing all the red of the roses made him see red everywhere at times. He needed a break.

So he decided to go find his wayward daughter.

"Where the hell could she be?" he asked out loud as his search was coming up empty.

He first went to check if she was out on a mission of some kind and had forgotten to mention it to him before she left. But found she should be in the village after checking the mission's office. He then went to Nara and Akimichi residence just in case she was there, but got nothing. He then headed to the Haruno household since Sakura was Ino's best friend.

"No Mr. Yamanaka, I haven't seen Ino all day" Sakura said.

This made the head of the Yamanka clan sigh deeply as he headed back to the flower shop. He got back and decided to do some more orders since they weren't going to do themselves. He'd go out and try to find his wayward daughter again when he went on another break.

It was after doing about a hundred or more orders that he needed another break. He got up and stretched and went to go find his daughter once again. He decided to check closer to home this time. He went out back to the greenhouse since he knew Ino liked to spend her time there tending to the innumerous plant species they had there for sell and private. The Yamanaka may not having single species of flower and plant in the world, but they had a very impressive collection and it was categorized too.

He got close to the greenhouses and looked through each of them and when he got to the last one at the end he found the glass walls were fogged up. This struck him odd since they weren't supposed to be like that. He went to the door, but found it was locked. This made him frown since all of the greenhouse were usually kept unlocked. So he had to peer through the fogged windows. He had to look into a couple since some angles he got provided him with nothing. Then he found one and he saw something.

There was what looked to be two bodies entangled with one another. You could faintly see the blond hair on both. It didn't take Inoichi long to figure out the two were naked. He may not be a Nara, but he wasn't stupid either. Then more dots connected as he knew there was a very limited number of blonds in the village and he did some simple math and came up with a solution he wasn't too pleased with.

Inside the greenhouse was his daughter Ino and Naruto and they were definitely not tending to the plants inside. That was for sure. He got angry and went to the door and banged on it. The sound of some movement was heard and the sound of the lock clicked and door opened. Ino revealed herself. She was a hot sweaty mess and she was covering herself with a sheet.

"Yes, can I help you?" she asked in a very annoyed tone.

"Ino, what do you think you're doing?" Inoichi asked.

"I was getting my Valentine's gift from my boyfriend when you interrupted daddy" Ino said.

"B-b-b-boyfriend?" Inoichi stuttered.

"Yeah, Naruto and I have been together for three months. I thought I told you" Ino said.

Inoichi searched his mind and vague remembered Ino mentioning it, but he wasn't really paying attention. He cursed himself for that.

"Now daddy, if you don't mind. I need to get back. I am not finished with Naruto's gift" Ino said then turned her head back inside, "NOT FINISHED BY A LONG SHOT!"

"BRING ON MY BOAR BLOSSOM!" Naruto called back.

"I will" Ino said firmly then slammed and locked the door.

Inoichi walked away a bit dazed and with plans of demolishing that entire greenhouse.
