One Shocking Surprise: A Kage Summit Surprise Edition

In Iron Country was a Kage summit. It was after the Fourth Shinobi War, but there was still much needed to be done and all the kages needed to work together for it to get done. But the only problem was there was some people missing.
Tsunade sighed as she wondered where the hell Naruto was. She had named him her successor and now was learning the position he'd soon inhabit. That was the reason he was here as her bodyguard. To get experience. Along with Tsunade was Shizune and Kakashi.
The other two people missing was Mei Terumi, the Mizukage, and the Raikage's assistant, Mabui.
"That's it? We're going to look for them" A said angrily as he was fed up waiting.
Oonoki sighed.
"Yes, they are keeping us waiting too long" the oldest kage said.
"I agree" Gaara said.
So the four kages and their bodyguards headed off to look for the missing people. They split up to search and all got word of the missing being seen together and were last seen in Naruto's room. So they headed to Naruto's room. When they get there they hear faint moaning sounds. This scares them and bust the door open fearing the worse.
What they find however was the complete opposite.
Inside on the bed were the three missing people. They seemed to have finished with a very 'aggressive' negotiation session. They were all glistening with sweat and scraps of role-playing outfits hanging off their bodies.
Most of the males flew back from massive nosebleeds. This left Ao, the kages, Shizune and Temari standing there with bright red faces.
"Lady Mei, what's going on, why are you in bed with them?" Ao asked.
"What the hell Mabui?" A shouted.
"Ao, all of you, if you don't get out of here this moment I am going to kill you. We're in the middle of some very vigorous role-playing. So let shelve the meeting til further notice" Mei said in a sweet, sweet tone that was heavily laced with killing intent.
A looked to Mabui, but before he could speak he was frozen by Mabui's intense glare.
"Lord Raikage shut up and go or die" she said in the same very sweet tone that Mei had used with powerful KI embedded in it.
"Right, we'll leave. Naruto continue your hard intense talks. Don't leave til you have satisfied them thoroughly. The meetings will be on hold til then" Tsunade said as she pushed the others out the door into the hall.
Closing the door they then realize minus the ones who are still unconscious due to nosebleeds that Shizune isn't there. They the put their ears to the door.
"Why are you wearing a slutty nurse outfit under your clothes?" Mei asked.
"Well why not. You never know when you need a slutty nurse" Shizune said like there'd be an occasion when a slutty nurse would be needed in the real world.
"Sounds fun, Lets play slutty nurse heals her patients" Mabui said.
"Yay!" Mei cried.
"Nurse Shizune, you're needed for your oral services" Naruto said already getting into a very familiar character.
"Yes patient Uzumaki" Shizune said.
Erotic sounds began to be heard through the door. This caused everyone else to pass out with the last thought running through Tsunade's mind before darkness took her was, Naruto, Shizune, two people I think of as family. How long have they've been playing this game?
