Goth Pov
dream
I was lost in the jungle, and I remember that I was a puppy of just 5 months I was lost in the Selva and I could no longer find the way to the pyramid, I was afraid and I stopped near the foot of a tree near the river and I was crying desperately, I was calling mine mother and then.
"mum mum !" I said while I was crying, but no one heard me, I curled up in a corner between the roots of the tree and kept crying, until I hear a voice "hey what are you doing here" my eyes were red and full of tears and not close who was talking to me but it was a sweet and reassuring female voice and from her tone it sounded like a child like me
"what happens because you cry?"
"uh uh I'm lost .. I don't know where I am ... I want my mom" I said between sobs, she look at me and then she rubbed her thumb of her hand over my eyes and wiped them and then gently she hugged me
"it's okay don't cry anymore"
"I want to go to my house"
"me too, I don't know where I am, mum, dad and my grandfather will be worried about me"
I was surprised she was lost like me
"you're not afraid "
" yes I'm so scared, but my grandfather taught me one thing, it's normal to be afraid of what you don't know, but if you look at it from another perspective it doesn't feel so much fear anymore "
I noticed how she hung upside down and started shaking her arms

I giggled it was funny, then she skied and walked over and took my hands and pulled me out from the tree

" I'm Goth "
she smiled and said" nice to meet you Goth "I smiled back,

gently reopen my eyes, my head ached because of those leaves and perhaps also because of the blow I took while falling to the ground, I got up calmly also helping myself from some rocks that were near me, I remained still for a few minute waiting for the dizziness to pass and I felt better, 3 minutes went by but for me it was like three hours but the dizziness finally ceased and I started to feel better, I looked around but those three were gone, but in this moment I do not care because Goth faces on the ground still unconscious, I immediately ran towards him, I was worried luckily he was still breathing, I started to shake him to try to revive him "Goth! wake up ! wake up !" when I stopped I noticed that he had opened his eyes and that calmed me down a bit, but my calm changed back to fear when I saw something that made my eyes widen in shock, Goth's eyes shone with a strange fading blue light that gave me goosebumps what was happening to him for Zotz? I wondered.
But I couldn't leave it in that state, at that moment only one option goes through my mind, I hope you don't try to gobble me up for it.
I raised my hand and then with a jerk of force slapped him in the face.
At that moment I saw him react his eyes opened and closed for a couple of times until that disturbing light disappeared completely and his eyes returned to normal he shook his head come back in himself, he tried to get up but staggered, so I took him for an arm and I helped him to get up "quiet the dizziness will pass soon" I told him
But shortly after he let go of me and holding his head said "what happened?" "I don't know, I woke up and those three had disappeared into thin air" I could have been born Goth growling in anger "that runt fooled us again!" then a thought came to my mind "Goth what happened to your eyes?" he turned to me with a confused "what?" "before when you were waking up your eyes shone with an inquetante blue light but then it disappeared" obviously or I hide the fact that I slapped him to make him come back, I didn't want to call him to swallow me seriously, he thinks about it and then I saw a shocked expression in her gaze "she was the human!"
I was puzzled "do you mean that Frisk did this to you?"
in sum I knew that humans know how to do things but how was this possible? " Are you sure ?"
he growled at me and said abruptly
"I saw him with my own eyes, I don't know how but she managed to sedate me with some sort of spell emanating from her eyes"
I could notice something strange in Goth's growl, there wasn't the usual anger I was used to, but there was something more like confusion and insecurity which I found absurd for him at least
"those three will pay for all this, as soon as they get their hands on that runt of Shade I oblige him to tell me where his colony is even if to convince him I'll have to take off the wings of that Brightwing "
at that moment I noticed one thing, he hadn't mentioned the human and I didn't understand what he will do with her?

I nodded and we took off following the residual smell of those three, but as I flew I could see how Goth had an angry and confused expression on his face, but I didn't have the courage to ask him what he had I knew that if I did he would threaten me with death, but I knew he was not well.
Frisk Pov.
While we were flying I was still thinking about what happened with Goth, why did I feel this way? in sum i really thought he seemed like a good person at the time? how had such a thing jumped my mind? I must have some problems maybe I'm going crazy .. oh maybe.
At that moment I got out of my thoughts when we stopped on a tree and we saw a huge mountain that seemed to touch the sky, it was impressive, I focused my view on the top and I noticed that the tip was curved and a pointed end like the beak of a hawk "no doubt that must be the peak of the hawk" I said aloud, said this Marina turned to Shade and said
"I don't think that's how Shade," he begins. "My colony doesn't fly up mountains."
"Well, maybe my yes," Shade replied.
"And maybe we'll fly up there and freeze our fur!" She claims.
"Marina we don't have time for this Goth and Throbb will wake up soon. I have no idea how long hypnosis will last on Goth and as far as we know they may have already woken up. I'm sure that's where we have to go there is no other way. ". look at Shade. "Try looking at your sound map to see if we're on the right track." Shade sighs, and Marina and I watch him close his eyes and mutter. He focuses a little until his eyes snap open.
"Let's fly defiantly up that mountain",
"To be seen?" Marina smiled.
"We get over the tree and then," Shade stops, looking unsure. "Shall we pass to the ear of the wolves?" Just when he said that last line Marina and I look at him in amazement.
"What?!" We both exclaimed.
"Are you out of your mind ?! A wolf is not a point of reference." Marina still looks at him as if she just had a crazy idea.
"How, how can we fly in one? There are about hundreds of wolves in this area and they will surely eat us or worse they will take us to Brutus" "Marina calm down surely Shade knows what he's doing , right Shade ?" I added trusting Shade to tell me say "yes" and that he had everything a dream.
But Shade just shook his head. Marina and I look at each other deeply perplexed. "Shade really hoped that you have everything under control" in that moment Shade grabs me from the feet and carries me in the air.
Third Person POV:
The silverwings, meanwhile, manage to cross the mountains without any problems with Bathsheba as their leader. But there were still those who were loyal to Freda and refused to accept that she was the new Leader and for this they stayed next to her.
After the passage from the mountains, the silver wings were all lying on a telephone line before embarking on another journey. Frieda went to sleep with Ariel along Mercury and Chinook and their new leader landed on top of the telephone pole, with a proud look on his face.
"Well, here we are, safe on the trail. Accident-free, might I add?" He was giving Frieda mostly her look of pride and it ended. "You see my leadership is paying off." Ariel sighed heavily, feeling no other choice, despite the grudge he turns to Freda.
"The colony has voted, we must follow Bathsheba." She saw the former leader give her a nod of encouragement for her decision. Ariel looked away to see if two of her fellow bats agreed. Mercury was but Chinook no, no he was outraged by the colony's decision and Ariel can't blame him and won't convince him to change his mind unfortunately. He pays attention to the opening and wonders if his son and the bat girl are out there following their path.
But while they were about to rest Freda began to cough strongly, she blocked her mouth with her hand but did not stop coughing "Freda are you okay?" asked Ariel, she looked at her hand and then sighing said "yes dear it's just this cold that makes me sick" but Ariel noticed something strange in her, but did not say anything else, she bent upside down and went back to sleep.
Frisk Pov
We keep flying for another 15 minutes and we get a better view of these mountains, I looked down and saw that the earth was so far away, we were medri away from the earth, I swallowed in silence at that moment I wanted to transform myself again in bat and having wings to fly, Shade on the other hand was not worried at all, instead he has a confident look.

Shade instead was practicing with his eco-projection and Marina giggled.

We both watch as Shade hums and I can tell he was trying to make a wolf image. Although I can't see it I could swear I saw that he was creating Luger's image even though it was blurry and almost transparent but I know he is doing his best. When he stopped muttering Marina laughed.

"It might not take as long as you think, Marina" I said frowning to Marina and then turned my encouraging smile to Shade "don't worry you are improving I'm sure you can do it you have improved a lot with the sonar map you will improve even more if you keep practicing" . He smiles a little and sighs in response. Suddenly Marina looks at me and I saw that she was giving me her serious gaze.
"What?" I blinked.
"How did you create that light?" she asked.
I opened my eyes and replied

While Marina was cleaning the band we heard whispers in the room, voices that gradually became louder ... we are not alone.
we looked up and saw a bunch of bats of all kinds, but the thing we noticed is that everyone was wearing bands like Marina

Marina looked at them with amazement and disbelief, but happy "they are all bandfolded" she said smiling
Shade and I looked at each other for a moment and then flew to a ledge where a female Brigthwing approached us
"Hi, I'm Betty, what's your name?"
Marina smiles back. "I'm Marina." she looks at us. "These are Shade and Frisk, my two friends." She looked at us and Shade greeted her. while I raised my hand slightly in greeting, when she looks at me, she tilts her head "now she will say" I thought.
"Hey, what kind of bat are you? You look weird for a bat." she looked at him surprised in silence, but the more I told her "I'm not a bat" well not really .. I don't understand why she didn't realize that I am a human being.
"It's actually ..." Marina begins but I cut it.
"I'm human" Betty looked at me widening her eyes but then giggled and said "I understand that you are one of the lucky ones who managed to transform". I looked at her completely stunned what is she talking about? Could they have known about my transformation into a bat? and then how would they know

"Your elders lie Marina, they were arrogant and superstitions," said a voice with a strong Texan accent and we all look up and see a long-eared green bat perched high above the ceiling, crossing its arms and with a look of pride , he lands next to Betty and then watches us carefully.
"This is Scirocco," Betty introduced and then whispers to Marina. "He is giving the secret wisdom of the bands." What? the wisdom of what !? I blinked after hearing her say this.
"So he's your boss?" I asked. Betty nodded.
"Mhmm."
Shade smiles and walks ahead of us. "Hi, we stop at ..." Scirocco just laughs and flies down fast and passes Shade almost hitting him.
Hey that's rude. I frown a little and watch it land in front of Marina. He hummed and took her hand where his band was.
"Yes, very nice, and it's new." He smiles at her as Marina reciprocates.
"Humans bandaged me in the spring." She answered. Shade and I both notice that he was looking at her and acting like we were never here and I find that disrespectful.
"So um it's kind of weird how you all end up together huh?" Shade said, wanting to start conservation. Scirocco just snorted.
"We share a very special gift, our band." Show who made it shine. "Isn't that right Marina?" He gives her a warm smile and the shining wing sighed heavily.
"Well, I thought bands were special," he grimaced, "until we met these giant southern bats .."
"the cannibals of the jungle!" Shade intervenes before Marina can say more and show her arm where they were tied. "They also have bands." Everyone in this cabin starts to panic when he tells about these beasts they talk to each other.
"Are they cannibals ?!"
"How can it be?!"
Scirocco was the one who didn't seem frightened, instead he still has that smug air.
"Ah, but do they have bands like these?"

"I'm a little more bronze than silver like you guys," I added. then he approaches me and lifts my chin with a claw

"Tell her the plan." Shade said intrigued, I was also curious about the plann, not because I was interested but because I wanted to know what else they had invented about the band. "Humans have bound us as Nocturna's promise to bring us back to light," I widened my eyes at her announcement "what?" I thought. "We will reclaim the day ... as humans!" They all want to turn into humans and they think the band ... at that moment I felt like part of me wanted to laugh like he made a joke ... but another part of me felt a little pity for them to believe to such a story that was clearly made up.

Betty nods and smiles happily. "The transformation has already begun!" "Do you have a band about you? How did you become one?" I detach myself from him and say "no! I said veil I'm a real human" then I pull down the sleeves of the firm and show that I have no band with me and showed it to the whole colony "see, nothing"

"Impossible," he whispered.

"bother ?!" Scirocco gives me a smile. "Why should I be so upset? This is a glorious day, you have finally arrived, you must be the human chosen by Nocturnia to guide us thus fulfill the promise."

all three were speechless. Scirocco took my hand and said to me making a bow "forgive me for how I behaved with you, I had no idea who you were, I ask you to forgive my ignorance" I look with an expression of pure shock mixed with fear, that is, did they believe that I am a sort of savior for them? oh my God help me you.
"eeh" I gave a nervous smile and then releasing my hand I started to back away
"I think there was a misunderstanding we stopped here just because it's snowing outside and ... oh look it stopped I think it's time to go guys"
I said referring to Shade and Marina. but even before they could do anything Scirocco came close to me and said

"Yeah, whatever," Shade muttered. When the bandaged leader stepped in front of the fireplace, the colony started talking excitedly.
"He will do it!" One spoke out loud. The bandaged leader enters the chimney leaving us outside to wait.
"the transformation!" Others added
"It will transform!" All three of us listen as they start singing with one word.
"Transform, transform, transform ..." The singing was starting to increase louder than before and I can hear a faint hum coming from the fireplace. When Sirocco finally comes out he was ... still the same bat.
He looked at me smiling as if looking for my amazement I look at him confused what the hell was he doing?
but in that moment a light appears from my pendant and my eyes fix the bat and I can see something,
I see Scirocco with a human form!
did it have a human form?
but then I looked at her better she was strangely familiar. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw that Shade wasn't very impressed while Marina was amazed.
I instead focused on the particular outfit he was wearing was that of a bascket player, a jolt step in my mind now I recognize it! Michael Jordan is the famous bascket player! but at that moment the Scirocco in its human form retreated into the shadow of the chimney and the hum stopped.
then Shade and I looked at each other we both knew something was wrong, looking around the room I noticed an old O'zil brand cereal box, I gave a slight smile "He only used his eco-projection on himself same "I thought. then he turned to me and said "well what do you think?"

Sciroco approached her and said "I knew you would understand the big plan" "it's really fantastic" but Shade pushed her away and said "Marina was an echo projection" "no it was real
