1/15/2021: Sorry for the long wait. I was taking a break from writing during my winter break. For now, I shall keep updating and keep working! Hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year! Hopefully this year will be better!
11/30/2021: Wow! Christmas has already passed! Sorry for not posting sooner as I began writing this before Christmas. I took a break from writing to enjoy time with family. So, I thought about doing a Christmas special, though I'm not too sure what to do. Though I'll get into that later for now I hope you've been all enjoying the story so far. I've given this story some thought, and after the 4th Great Shinobi War, I probably won't be going into Boruto since that was like a huge mess in the beginning. Also, it doesn't go well with what this story is. Hell no, and this is a spoiler, I am not killing off Kurama. Fuck that shit, if anything I got a different idea anyways.

Last Chapter
"Sure." Satsuki and Tsunade both replied as their hair was covering their faces.
Jiraiya left through the window not even caring. Hiruzen shoved his face into a children's book and Shushined away. Naruto went to leave but Itachi placed a hand on his shoulder, "Come on Naruto! Help a brother out here! We're going to be brothers-in-law, right?! Does that mean you're my Otouto? So, help me out?! Please?!" Itachi had an almost pleading look on his face.
Naruto looked at Satsuki and Tsunade and then back at Itachi, "May Satsuki and Kaa-chan have mercy on your soul." Naruto patted his shoulder as he flashed out of the room.
Itachi tried to crawl out the door, but Satsuki's and Tsunade's arms stretched out comically to stop Itachi from getting away, "Itachi-Nii… where do you think you're going?"
"Crow… I have some important missions for you." Tsunade added which made Itachi swallow… swallow hard.
This Chapter (A Few Days Later)
Tsunade found herself looking over summons from the Raikage. A has requested a meeting between all the nations along with their Jinchuriki if they're still among the living. Tsunade didn't know what to think of the summons but assumed it would be a smart thing to attend to. Tsuande bit her thumb and went through a few hand seals. Katsuyu appeared, "Tsunade-sama how can I be of service to you?"
"Please contact the toads at Mt. Myoboku to have Jiraiya return to the village." Tsunade handed a scroll to Katsuyu who held it in her mouth.
"As you wish Tsunade-sama." Like that Katsuyu disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Tsunade snapped her fingers as an Anbu landed on the ground, "Weasel go fetch me Naruto and Kakashi."
"As you wish Hokage-sama." With a nod, Weasel disappeared quickly, not wanting to anger his leader any more than he has.
Tsunade sighed as she rubbed her hand on her forehead. Just then Naruto and Jiraiya flashed into the Hokage room. Jiraiya still thought he was just outside of the bathhouse in Nami no Kuni and said, "Now show me your…" Jiraiya had a perverted look on his face as Naruto stood next to him with his arms folded across his chest. Tsunade had a vein bulge on her forehead, "Ohhh… uhhh… hey Sensei! How's retirement!" Jiraiya turned to Hiruzen who was sitting on the side next to Naruto on the couch.
Hiruzen stayed quiet as Tsuande just shook her head, "Anyways, I was summoned for a Kage Summit in the Land of Iron."
"Oh, cool! I can see Mifune-sama and Rayleigh-sensei again!" Naruto needed to fine-tune his Conqueror's Haki, which is what Rayleigh taught him when he was with him for a couple of weeks in the Forest of Death before the Chunin Exams.
"I see, but what did you need Naruto and me for?" Jiraiya looked at Tsunade curiously.
Tsunade sighed as she nodded her head, "It's simple, I need some bodyguards and to name a temporary replacement as Hokage. I'll postpone your mission you were supposed to go on with Ino." Tsunade finished writing some scrolls, "Naruto and Jiraiya you two are to accompany me for the trip." Tsunade finished as she tossed Naruto and Jiraiya some scrolls.
Hiruzen let a sigh out as he took a drag from his pipe, "I see…" Hiruzen then blew the smoke out of his lungs, "Who do you intend on appointing as temporary Hokage?"
Tsuande simply said, "Well we've got plenty of available options and possibilities. Jiraiya, but kami pray for us all." Naruto chuckled as Hiruzen let out a hearty laugh.
"HEY!" Jiraiya retorted.
"Kakashi would be a good option too." Tsunade moved a file out of the way and came to the next one. Just then Tsunade seemed to freeze and stiffen up a bit, but then relaxed and continued as if nothing happened. Naruto raised an eyebrow but simply shrugged it off, "Next we got you Naruto." Tsunade laughed a bit as she smiled tracing her fingers over his picture. She still remembers it as if it was yesterday. Suddenly as if someone took control of Tsunade's motor control she said, "Danzo-sama is also a great option."
Just then Naruto froze as he then raised an eyebrow, "What the hell? Kaa-chan? You okay?" Naruto didn't notice that both Hiruzen and Jiraiya both viciously shook their heads.
"D-Danz-zo is a-a great c-choice." Jiraiya fell on one knee as he held his hand on his face.
"D-Danzo." Hiruzen groaned out as he passed out.

Hiruzen and Jiraiya both fell on one knee as Tsunade slammed her elbow on the desk and she placed her hand on her face.

Naruto created a couple of Shadow Clones as he personally ran up to his mother, "Kaa-chan! Jiraiya! Jiji-san!" Naruto looked up, "Anbu!" Like that the four Anbu dropped down, "Go alert Kakashi-sensei and Shizune-Nee! Tell them to meet me at the hospital! Weasel, stay here!" Naruto ordered with authority.
"HAI Senju-sama!" Like that three of them disappeared from sight.
Naruto held a hand on his mother's back and held her hand trying to keep her up, "Kaa-chan! What's wrong?! Answer me!"
Tsunade's vision while red with three black tomoe Sharingan staring back at her, "I-I… Hokage… D-Danzo-sama… loyalty… Hokage…" Tsuande squinted her eyes as she continued to hold her hand on her face.

Naruto's eyes looked at his mother with worry as she fell onto the desk. Naruto looked up with a serious look on his face, "Itachi! Tell me what's going on? What does my mother mean by Danzo!?"
Itachi narrowed his eyes as he took his Anbu mask off his face, "It seems Danzo has done what I didn't think he would do. He truly must have stolen Shisui's eye. Tsunade-sama, Jiraiya-sama, and Hiruzen-sama must be under his Kotoamatsukami."
Naruto's own eyes spun into his borrowed Mangekyou Sharingan. Naruto made a tiger seal and used his other hand to open his mother's eye. However, Itachi placed a hand on his shoulder, "Naruto, there is nothing we can do, not even my Tsukuyomi can break it, you haven't been able to truly master the genjutsu powers of the Sharingan. I suggest letting Tsunade, and the others rest. We should take them to the hospital and see what the Yamanaka Clan can do."
Naruto grit his teeth as he looked at Itachi. Itachi could see Naruto's eyes holding with great uncertainty and worry, "I-I see… Come on, let's go." Naruto then used his Hiraishin to teleport his mother, Hiruzen, and Jiraiya to the hospital along with Itachi who had his hand on Naruto's shoulder.
Hospital
Naruto arrived at the front as he held his mother in his arms, "Chisato! We have an emergency!"
Chisato and Asia who were checking people in quickly dropped what they were doing. The people who saw their Hokage was seemingly in peril were shocked. Naruto quickly brought the three into rooms that Chisato quickly prepared. Naruto laid them down, and as soon as he did that Kakashi and Shizune appeared into the room. Naruto looked at the Anbu in the room, "Neko, go get me Ino and Inoichi Yamanaka!" Naruto turned to the other two, "Yamato and Shark, do not let anyone else besides me, Itachi, Neko, you two, Shizune, Kakashi, Chisato, Asia, Ino, and Inoichi into this room! If anyone else tries to enter, apprehend them, and immediately take them to Ibiki and Anko!"
Everyone just nodded their heads and listened to Naruto, the last thing they wanted to do was piss off or aggravate the son of Tsunade Senju.
Like that the two went to their posts as Naruto began to run a medical diagnosis on his family. The three were all under Genjtusu, a powerful one at that, "Itachi tell me, is there anything we can do with your Sharingan or mine? There has to be something?" Naruto continued to feed his chakra to his mother's head to help further disrupt the current genjutsu that has taken control of her.
Itachi shook his head, "I am sorry, Naruto, but there is nothing stronger than the Kotoamatsukami. Even I am unsure of how to break it, Shisui never taught me how or if it can even be broken."
Naruto grit his teeth as he sighed, "Go to your post for now." Itachi placed his mask back up and disappeared into the shadows.
"Tsunade-sama… Sandaime-sama… Jiraiya… Naruto, what is going on?" Shizune looked at him worriedly.
"The three were under a powerful Genjutsu… I'm not 100% sure about all the details. However, all of this smells of Danzo." Naruto tightened his fist as it began to bleed.
Soon Chisato and Asia came running into the room, the two began to hook up the three to heartbeat sensors, vitals, and fluids. Kakashi stayed quiet, there was nothing he could do, but observe. Naruto turned to Neko as Inoichi and Ino came running into the room, "Naruto! What's going on!" Ino came running into the room.
"Inoichi-san, Ino, I ask you two if you could do a mind walk for them." Naruto turned to Tsunade, Hiruzen, and Jiraiya, "They were put under a powerful genjutsu… a stronger genjutsu than the Tsukuyomi that Itachi can cast."
Inoichi nodded his head as he turned to Ino, "Let's get to work honey." Immediately, Inoichi went to Tsunade's head and seemed to slump as he kept his hands in place. Ino went to Hiruzen and the same thing happened.
Naruto looked at them worried and turned to Shizune, "Shizune-nee… What should I do? What should we do? Kaa-chan is the Hokage… and Jiji-san is also out of commission along with Jiraiya!" Naruto had a very worried look on his face, he didn't know what to do.
"Naruto, there is nothing we can do." Shizune watched as Chisato, and Asia filed out of the room. They gave everyone space to take care of Konoha's strongest, "All we can do is pray and hope to Kami-sama that they turn out okay."
Naruto pulled Shizune into a hug as he buried his head into her neck, "I'm worried… they'll make it out okay? Right?" Naruto tried to reassure himself.
Shizune returned the hug as she said, "I'm sure they will… I'm sure they will." Shizune rubbed Naruto's back as she held him close, "I hope they do… Tsunade-sama."
The two soon broke and Naruto sat in the chair as he continued to watch the two Yamanaka do their thing.
An Hour Later
Inoichi returned to his body and opened his eyes and soon so did Ino. Inoichi held his head, "I am sorry Naruto, but there is nothing we can do. Whatever was cast onto them, we are unable to do anything. I don't even know where to begin to start with what was cast onto them. I could tell whatever it was, it was beginning to deteriorate, but Tsunade-sama's mind was messed up in the process when she began to fight it. Depending on how hard they fought… well." Inoichi turned back to Tsunade, "She could take up to a week to almost a year or more to wake up…"
Ino walked up to Naruto with an upset look on her face, "I'm sorry Naruto… same with Sandaime-sama and Jiraiya-sama. I checked him over too, he is in the same state as Tsunade-sama."
Naruto sighed as he said, "It's okay…" Naruto looked to his mother as she slept still on the bed, "W-What… what now…"
Just then a hand was placed on his shoulders, "Naruto… we should contact the Fire Daimyo and appoint a new Hokage." Kakashi knew Naruto wouldn't like this.
"WHAT?! NO!" Naruto blew up, "WE'RE NOT REPLACING KAA-CHAN SHE ISN'T="
Just then someone grabbed his hand and Naruto stopped to see Chisato. She had a smile on her face which helped him calm down, "Naruto… it's okay, calm down, it doesn't mean we're replacing her, but we need a leader." Naruto was on the verge of tears.
Kakashi continued, "I never said we were replacing her, let's just say she would be put on hold. We need a temporary replacement if not, then a permanent replacement if we need it. Inoichi and Ino both confirmed it could be a week to a year until they wake up." Kakashi patted a couple more times on Naruto's shoulder, "We need to think about the village, it needs a leader. We need to find it fast before our enemies get wind of this."
Naruto nodded his head, he turned to Chisato and placed a kiss on her lips, "Thank you for that… that's why I need you guys in my life." Ino looked at Chisato with jealousy, but she quickly turned her head away and calmed herself.
Shizune walked up to Naruto, "Why don't you go home and have Eri, Koneko, and Yui stay at the Senju Estate. I'll watch over Tsunade-sama and the other two. Get some rest."
Naruto looked at Shizune worried but then relented, "I supposed there is nothing we can do right now. What about Danzo?"
Kakashi spoke up and then said, "If Danzo is in on this, which a lot of evidence shows that he is. We need to appoint a leader, so proper charges may be brought up. Not only that but we need to find out exactly what his end goal was."
Naruto nodded his head as he turned and left with Chisato holding onto his arm. Kakashi turned to everyone else in the room once Naruto left. Itachi and the three other Anbu dropped onto the ground, "Inoichi, Ino, you two are dismissed…" The two both bowed and walked out, once they were gone Kakashi took a deep breath and sighed once again.
It seems he wasn't going to get any reading done tonight.
At Home
Naruto stopped back at their original house to pick up the three girls. Immediately teleported them to the Senju Estate. Naruto made sure to explain everything to Eri and Yui, who both looked at Naruto with worry. Naruto did his best to calm the two down, thankfully Kuroka, along with Koneko were able to help keep them busy by doing some training. Naruto sat in the living room with Satsuki, Chisato, Sona, Serafall, Grayfia, and Yugito all of them were doing their best to support him.
"Danzo… of all the people." Naruto had his hand on his chin as he looked at the ground worriedly, "If I could, I'd strangle that old mummy right now."
Grayfia rolled in a cart with some tea offering it to everyone. Grayfia made her way towards Naruto placing a plate, and then a cup pouring tea into it. She placed the kettle back on the cart and kissed Naruto on the lips. She gently pulled away and continued to pour tea for the others as she said, "I'm sure Tsunade-sama will be alright Naruto. We will be here for you when you need us."
"I'm sure she'll be fine… she always pulls through just like Jiji-san and Jiraiya." Naruto had a solemn look on his face.
"Well, it's late, why don't we head to bed." Satsuki placed a hand on Naruto's lap, "Besides it's mine, and Grayfia turns tonight to get to sleep with you." Satsuki placed a kiss on Naruto's cheek.
Naruto nodded his head as he sighed, he stood up with the others making their way. Sona walked up and hugged Naruto. She leaned in and kissed Naruto on the lips, "Stay calm and think things through Naruto. I'm sure you can figure out what to do." Sona fixed her glasses closer to her face as she smiled. There was also a small tint of pink that stained her cheeks.
Yugito was next as she hugged him close, "Just take it easy, keep your mind open. I'm sure they'll pull through and you'll figure out what to do. We're here to help you if you need it." Yugito then gently caressed his cheek, "Ehehe, these whiskers are cute." She leaned in and gave him a peck on his lips. She turned around as she confidently swayed her hips disappearing down the hall.
Serafall jumped over as she jumped into Naruto's arms as he held her like a bride. She wrapped her arms around his neck, "It's okay Na-tan! I'll be here along with everyone else! When I find Danzo, I'll sparkle and freeze him until he's gone!" Serafall chirped like a child as everyone chuckled at her antics.
Chisato made her way over as she put on her lab coat, "It's my shift anyways at the hospital tonight with Asia. I'll make sure to watch over them, I'm sure the Anbu will be there. If there is anything wrong or something new happens. I'll send an Anbu." Chisato went up on her toes and kissed Naruto on his lips as she made her way towards the door and left.
Naruto looked at Grayfia and Satsuki as he sent them a smile, "I appreciate this a lot… all of you. I'd be a mess without you all." Naruto smiled at the remaining girls who were still in the room. Naruto, Grayfia, and Satsuki then retreated into Naruto's bedroom, laying down to rest.
Next-Day Council Meeting
Naruto was sitting in the Senju Clan Head seat along with the other clan heads, Koharu, Homura, and Danzo in the room. Kakashi was also there as per request by Naruto, Kakashi would be a good mediator if anything goes down South. Mainly there were charges brought up to Danzo, which many were very surprised that he had the gall to show his face. A message to the Fire Daimyo, and he quickly arrived about ten or so minutes ago.
The Fire Daimyo walked into the room and sat down in his respective chair that was always reserved and next to the Hokage, "I heard about the urgent problem with our current Hokage. Senju-san, I give my deepest condolences."
Naruto gave a solemn smile and waved his hand, "Don't worry about it Shijimi-sama, just call me Naruto."
"Well let's get to it." Said Shijimi as he looked at the council, this was only relating to the Shinobi council and not the Civilian, "Do we have any nominees to become Hokage? We should find one to temporarily take over for Tsunade-sama. We can go on from then." Shijimi folded his hands in front of him on the table.
Everyone stayed silent, but Shikaku Nara decided to speak up, "As you are all aware We have plenty who are fitted for the position as Hokage. However, I've seen only a handful of Shinobi grow and prove themselves. I'm sure we all know who they are. I do suggest we think carefully, I for one have three. I nominate Hatake Kakashi." Shikaku turned his head to the student of Minato who had his eyes widened at the sudden nominee.
Kakashi began to sweat a little bit, "O-Oh Nara-san, I'm really not Hokage material." It would take too much time away from his reading.
"Yes, I see, I'd suggest Jiraiya-sama, but he is currently unavailable." Shijimi sighed, upset. He then turned his head to Shikaku with a curious look on his face.
"Well…" Shikaku lifted his finger as he looks smiled, "There is a very promising Shinobi that we currently have. He's grown very fast in strength; he's shown loyalty time after again. We were all filled in with what he did by Tsunade-sama. Another prodigy I dare say, Uchiha Itachi, would be an amazing pick." wa
However, Itachi disagreed and held up a hand, "I greatly appreciate your nomination and your praise, but I must decline." Itachi then closed his eyes and put his hand down, "As I say a mind who is fresher in everyone's mind, I think is much better suited. A young man who has long surpassed me and dare I am much more of a prodigy than I was." Itachi turned to Naruto.
"Naruto…" Shikaku nodded his head as he closed his eyes and nodded his head at the idea of Naruto.
Shijimi could only laugh as he said, "Leave it to a Nara to figure it out, as well an Uchiha."
"Troublesome." Shikaku sighed as he shook his head, but he did then open his eyes and smile.
Naruto's eyes widened as he looked at everyone in the room. Koharu and Homura could not argue that suggestion. Naruto has already shown he was a powerhouse like his mother and had a vast arsenal of jutsus and abilities thanks to the training from Jiraiya, "W-Wait… me? I-I… don't you think I'm a bit young?"
Kakashi pitched in, "You might be young Naruto, but you've got the mind, and strength of a Kage."
Itachi decided to throw all his chips into the pot, "Not to mention your natural ability for sensing. You are already able to constantly monitor the village and its people? Not to mention your advanced affinity for the Mokuton you've worked so hard on. As well as you're studying and passing grades in the academy."
Shijimi nodded his head and smiled, he liked that very much, "That is a very good nominee, Naruto as the Heir of the Senju Clan, a descendant of Hashirama Senju, Tsuande-Senju, Mito-Senju, and even Minato Namikaze."
Shikaku wanted to sweeten this nominee even more, "Don't forget his control already over the nine tails as a Jinchuriki. And his mastery over his father's prized Hiraishin jutsu."
Naruto didn't know what to say, but they all spoke for him. Itachi let a small chuckle out seeing the shocked look onN Naruto's face, "Naruto-kun, being recognized by others by your success is nothing that should be neglected and passed over. I think it is truly time, don't you think so?" Itachi nodded his head as he raised his hand, "I, Uchiha Itachi, as the clan leader to the Uchiha clan nominate Senju Naruto as Hokage."
Shikaku raised his hand, "I, Nara Shikaku, also nominate Senju Naruto as Hokage."
Soon the others began to follow suit, Inoichi, Choza, Tsume, Hiashi, Shibi, Murakumo Kurama, and Kakashi too as the head for the Hatake Clan. Naruto looked at everyone surprised, Koharu and Homura went with what the other clan heads said too. Shijimi let out a hearty chuckle, "Ahahaha! Splendid! So! Naruto what do you say? Will you be Konohagakure's Rokudaime Hokage?" Shijimi pulled the Hokage's hat and placed it in front of Naruto.
Naruto reached out and placed his hand on top of the hate, "Hokage… the same hat that Jiji-san…Hashirama-Jiji-san, Tou-san… and Kaa-chan too… the same hat they all used." "Your bastard of a father would be proud Naruto, congratulations." Kurama spoke up which surprised Naruto but made him smile, nonetheless. Naruto grabbed the top of his hand and placed it on top of his head. Naruto had his head lowered for a moment as the hat covered his face. Naruto took a deep breath, lifted his head, smiled, and said, "I, Senju/Namikaze Naruto accept the position as Rokudaime Hokage. I swear to do my best, and only do the best, for my village and her people right. I swear to make it a place for people to come far and wide, and for everyone to learn more about one another. I accept this hat as my Kaa… no as Tsunade Senju's successor as Hokage. For long as I am needed, or she decides to take the mantle back up. I might be young and inexperienced, but I can guarantee I'll give this my 100%."
Everyone began to clap at Naruto's sudden promotion to the position. The Fire Daimyo nodded his head, "We shall hold the official ceremony once the Kage Summit is over. For now, I shall return to the palace. Please keep me updated on your mother Naruto-dono, I hope for nothing but good fortune for her."
Naruto nodded his head showing his sign of thanks towards the Daimyo. Naruto watched as the Fire Daimyo left with his guards leaving the rest of the council by themselves. Once the Daimyo left, Naruto turned his attention towards Danzo, Koharu, and Homura. Naruto decided to make some things clear. Shikaku looked at Naruto with interest on what Naruto was going to say, "Since I had to take over so quickly, I want to make some things clear. Homura, Koharu, and Danzo you all relieved of duties as councilmen and advice for me as the current Rokudaime Hokage." This caused everyone's eyes to widen as they looked at Naruto in utter shock. Naruto narrowed his eyes as he said, "There has been a lingering issue I've been wanting to address. Hiruzen Sarutobi, and Itachi Uchiha, along with Koharu, Homura, and Danzo were in on all of this. I would like to discuss with everyone about the Uchiha Massacre, I'm sure many of you wonder why Itachi Uchiha still lives and breathes."
Shikaku raised his hand, "I'm assuming it had to do something with the Uchiha Clan wanting to take over Konoha?"
"Leave it to a Nara to figure it out." Itachi added as everyone nodded their head, it wasn't a surprise anymore.
"Well, Itachi, would you like to explain to the civilian council on your mission?" Naruto turned everyone's attention to him as Itachi closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
Half an Hour Later
"I see… it all makes sense now… Uchiha Itachi you certainly are something else." Tsume crossed her arms over her chest.
"That is a logical choice, though I am glad to see you back here. You should be treated as a hero." Shibi Aburame fixed his goggles to his face.
"With that… I would like to turn my attention to Danzo." Naruto snapped his fingers as Neko and Same (A/N: Means Shark) Grabbed Danzo by his shoulders, arresting him, "Danzo Shimura, in the name of the Rokudaime Hokage. I detain you for your incursion on the Uchiha clan and the grave robbing of multiple Uchiha members' eyes, stealing of Shisui's eye, and grave robbing of the Shodai's grave. As well as conspiring with Orochimaru."
Everyone looked at Danzo as he grit his teeth and he was about to angrily rebuttal until Naruto put his hand up. Naruto then said, "However… I am willing to be lenient this one and only time." Neko and Same let him go, "You are to visit Ibiki and Anko for questions along with your Root Organization. As much as I hate them, their use could be helpful. However, I want your curse seal removed from him. I've heard everything from Kakashi's and Itachi's reports. I want your Root Forces to all undergo psychological help, as well as retest their loyalty to the Leaf, and not you Danzo. As for that, I am willing to let you live, but you must obey me. Now and forever as long as you're the leader of the Root Forces. Do I make myself clear?" Naruto narrowed his eyes at Danzo as he crossed his arm over his chest. Naruto lifted a finger similar to the Nidaime Hokage. A thick red aura of chakra surrounded his body as winds in the room kicked up causing everyone's hair to be blown backward.
Everyone began to sweat, no one had any idea how Naruto could do this. The Shodai and Nidaime were able to do this too, Naruto was truly their descendants. Danzo began to swear as he lowered his head to listen to Naruto, "Y-Yes… Hokage-sama."
"Good." Naruto let his finger drop as his aura relaxed, "You are to meet me in the medical ward, where I'm removing that abomination of a tool you call an arm. As well as returning the Sharingan to its rightful clan leader. I shall find and research material to create you a stronger prosthetic arm and eye." Naruto closed his eyes as Danzo sat back in his seat listening to the new Hokage. Naruto was truly one of the strongest Kage's that have ever taken office in Konoha, ever since the Shodai and Nidaime were alive.
"W-What about us… Hokage-sama." Koharu spoke up, worried about what Naruto would say.
"As I said, you and Homura are relieved as Council Member advisors to the Hokage. However, to make meetings smoother you two will be in charge of the economics of the village. You will report to me about anything that is to do with Konoha's economy and its people." Naruto then turned his attention to the Clan heads, "Uchiha Itachi, Sarutobi Hiruzen, once he wakes up, and Nara Shikamaru. I want you three as my advisors. I'll need all the help I can get; I trust you two won't fail me?"
"I accept and promise to perform well to your expectations." Itachi bowed his head respectfully.
"I accept as well." Shikaku bowed his head in respect towards Naruto.
"Other than that, I will be taking Grayfia Lucifuge and Satsuki Uchiha with me to the Kage Summit. Until then, I will leave Hatake Kakashi in charge." Naruto looked at Kakashi as he nodded his head accepting the temporary position for now, "This meeting is dismissed."
Later
Naruto was sitting at the Hokage desk going through information about the Kage summit. Naruto read it was taking place four days from now, to get to the Land of Iron it would take at least three. So, he would have to leave tomorrow with his team. Naruto called out, "Weasel." Itachi landed on the ground in front of Naruto, "Go get Grayfia, Satsuki, Kuroka, and Yugito. Tell them I need them."
"Hai Hokage-sama." Itachi then disappeared using a Shushin.
In about five minutes three figures came through the door. Yugito, Kuroka, Satsuki, and Grayfia were there. They were all in their Shinobi gear including Grayfia. Naruto was not looking at them at the moment as he continued to go through papers and scrolls, he needed to read. "Good, Satsuki, Grayfia, and Yugito, you three are to pack and prepare for about a week or so trip. I got a Kage summit to go to and I need you three. Yugito, A request you to be there as one of his bodyguards along with Karui, Samui, and Omoi. Grayfia, Satsuki, and Kuroka. You three are going to be there as my bodyguards. Once we return, Yugito and Kuroka, you two will set up days where you'll be my secretaries to help me make schedules for meetings and other things on my schedule." Naruto finally looked up and folded his hands in front of him, "Now, any questions?"
Satsuki smiled as she looked at her fiancé, "It's great to see you as Hokage, Hokage-sama. But regardless I accept the mission."
"As do I Hokage-sama." Grayfia bowed respectfully.
"Congratulations Hokage-kun!" Kuroka chirped out, "Sona and Serafall are taking care of Yui and Eri today!"
"I see, well I'm sure A-Jiji-san won't do anything hasty." Yugito smiled, she missed seeing her surrogate grandfather and her old teammates.
Naruto deadpanned, "Don't call me Hokage-sama when we're alone. That makes me feel old, only when we're on the business you can call me that." Naruto didn't like that idea, Naruto then said, "Alright you three are dismissed, everyone but you Kuroka, you start your shift now." Like that Naruto went back to work as the three girls left, except for Kuroka who took her seat at the secretary desk just outside of Hokage's office where Shizune worked for Tsuande. Which reminded Naruto of something, he signaled for an Anbu as Neko landed in front of the desk, "Please call for Shizune for me, I would like to see how Kaa-chan, Jiraiya, and Hiruzen-Jiji are doing."
"At once Hokage-sama." Neko disappeared in a shushin.
Moments later Shizune came through the door with three clipboards. Shizune walked into the room and smiled seeing her little brother already a Kage, "Shizune-Nee! It feels like ages since I last saw you." Naruto let his face and body relax when family walked in.
Shizune giggled, "Still the same old Naruto-kun I see, anyways here are the reports on them." Shizune placed their medical charts in front of Naruto, "The three are still suffering from the mental strain on the genjutsu, I can't foresee them waking up anytime soon, but they won't be out of it for that long. I say at least two weeks to four weeks."
"I see… thanks for the status update." Naruto stood up, "Shizune, I'm going to need your help. I need you to work with our technical staff. I need them to make a working prosthetic arm and eye for Danzo." Shizune heard about what Naruto did as Hokage from Sakura after Inoichi told Ino and Ino told Sakura.
"I can get working on that very soon, what about Danzo's Root Soldiers?" Shizune asked curiously.
Naruto began to walk out the door with Shizune in tow, "Ibiki and Anko will question them and have Inoichi dive into their minds once Danzo has removed his curse seals."
"Well, I hope things can be better for Konoha, but I'm surprised you let Danzo off with that warning so easily. Why?" Shizune was shocked to hear that Naruto let Danzo off easily.
Naruto sighed as he then said, "It's simple really, he's an asset to us regardless of what he has done. Are they despicable, yes, should he be killed or imprisoned for the rest of his life? Yes, he should, but what good is he to us if he is dead? It's better to use him and right the wrongs that have been done. However, if he betrays my trust as he has done with my family. I'll make sure he regrets that he was ever born." Naruto said darkly, he usually doesn't take kindly to anyone threatening or trying to take advantage of his family.
Shizune nodded her head, "I trust your judgment on this Naruto-kun, your smart just like your Kaa-san and Tou-san. I'm sure you'll lead the village to greatness."
"Thanks, Shizune-Nee-chan, now I need to go. I have a meeting with Danzo." Naruto signaled his hand as Neko and Tenzo followed Naruto in the shadows with Weasel and Same joining their comrades.
Separate Room in the Hospital
Naruto stood there with his arms crossed as he stared at Danzo. Danzo took out his kunai and cut off the arm that was embedded with many Sharingan. Naruto immediately shot a fireball at it, destroying it for good. Naruto gently took out Shisui's Sharingan from Danzo's eye socket and gave it to Itachi who took it. He placed it into a jar filled with a chakra-infused liquid to keep the eye fresh. Itachi sealed it away and disappeared into the shadows. Naruto began to walk away as he said, "I expect by the end of the week a report and bio on every single one of your Root Forces". Naruto stopped before he went out the door and turned his head to Danzo. Naruto flared his Sharingan that was given to him by Nagato. "As well as making sure you removed those accursed curse marks. That's an order."
Danzo lowered his head not able to do anything, "As you wish Hokage-sama."
Tomorrow Morning
Naruto was wearing the Hokage hat and the Hokage cloak that was quickly made for him thanks to Grayfia's quick handiwork. Naruto stood there with Kuroka, Satsuki, Grayfia, and Yugito. Naruto was standing next to Kakashi, Yamato, and Shizune. Naruto smirked and said, "We'll be back eventually. Sadly, I don't have a Hiraishin marker in the Land of Iron. So, for now, we'll travel on foot. Nee-chan send Katsuyu if anything develops of Kaa-chan, Jiji-san, and Ero-Sennin."
Just then three children came running towards the front as Sona and Serafall came running over, "Yui! Eri! Ugh!" Yui and Eri were pros when it came to slipping past her and her sister's senses.
Naruto smiled as Eri and Yui jumped and glopped Naruto into a hug, "Onii-chan! Where are you going?! Why are you wearing an outfit like Kaa-chan?! What's going on?"
Eri nodded her head, "Yeah, Kaa-chan didn't come home last night!" Koneko stood off next to Sona and Serafall as Naruto took care of the situation.
Naruto sent them a small smile as he knelt on one knee, "Well long story short, Kaa-chan, Jiji-san, and Tou-san were attacked. Not physically or anything like that, they're okay physically. However, they were attacked mentally. It hurt them really bad." Naruto's smile turned into a frown, "They're in a coma right now, it takes time for them to come out of it. The Ino and her Tou-san have tried, but are unable to reverse the effects as it's something they aren't well versed in. I don't even know how to heal something on this level. For now, they're in the care of the hospital. I took the position of Hokage from Kaa-chan. I have an important meeting to go to, I promise once I get back. We'll save them, okay?"
Yui and Eri both nodded their heads; they had worried looks on their faces. Kakashi spoke up and said, "We'll see you later, take care, Hokage-sama." Kakashi stuck his hand up waving Naruto bye along with Yugito.
Naruto sighed; he was never going to get used to that. Naruto turned to Sona and Serafall, "Thanks for looking after the girls." Naruto walked up to them and placed a kiss on their lips, "I'll be back quickly." Naruto looked at Eri and Yui hugging them both, "Behave for Sona, Serafall, and Shizune-Nee? Okay?"
"Hai, Onii-chan." Yui and Eri both responded.
Naruto turned to Shirone who looked at him with an impassive look on her face. Naruto waved to her after Kuroka hugged her and put her down, "Watch over all of them, okay Shirone? You're in charge." Naruto tossed her a bag of sweets which she caught. Shirone's ears and two tails came out as they wiggled in delight.
"You got it Naruto-Nii-sama." Shirone began to dig into her sweets as Yui and Eri looked at her with interest. Shirone pulled them close to her, "My sweets."
"Shirone share Nya!" Kuroka scolded her as the group turned to leave. Like that the new Hokage and his bodyguards shot off into the forest.
Naruto narrowed his eyes as he made his way towards the Kage summit. Naruto had a look of determination on his face, he was ready. He was ready to lead his village and the rest of the Elemental Nations to a New Era.

Some of you might ask why the hell Danzo is still alive? Well I mean, he does what's good for the village. Even though he doesn't use the best methods and he doesn't have the best mindset for it.
