The Revenge:

Mr. and Mrs. Dursley of number 4 Privet Drive were very happy now that the freak was gone. They had received a letter that stated that one Harry Potter was now considered an adult in his world and was no longer going to be living in their home. He had been nothing but trouble, he never could do any of his chores right and was always a nuisance and a problem. Well he was not their problem anymore and they were glad for that.

Dudley Dursley was not glad his cousin was gone. After the Dementors came and his cousin rescued him he had got to thinking. That and looking at what sort of person he was and Dudley did not like what sort of person he was. He had written Harry, hoping his cousin could forgive him for his evil ways. He had not got back a letter and was not expecting one really. Why would Harry want to speak to him when he had made Harry's life as miserable as he could? He Dudley Dursley was a bully and he hated himself for it.

There was a rumble outside and what looked like construction equipment parked outside the house. Mr. Dursley got up to see what this was about and to tell someone off when he saw the royal Marines in parade dress outside standing on either side of a young man clad in a simple yet expensive suit, a suit that Mr. Dursley had wanted but could not afford. The young man turned and he barely recognized the freak. Harry Potter had his hair styled, it was cut very short on the back and sides and the top was styled so it was not so wild. He did not have glasses and his scar was a thin line on his forehead.

Harry watched as his uncle started to turn colors, but he did not fear him now. Not when the man could no long shout at him and withhold food. His gaze shifted to his aunt, a hateful shrew who told him he was worthless and should have died with his parents over and over and over again. Dudley nodded to him and Harry nodded back, he was trying to make amends and Harry was willing to give him a chance. Harry saw a crowd had gathered and he cleared his throat to speak and made sure everyone could hear what he said.

"I am baron Harry James Potter." He began getting a few neighbors to look on him in shock. "Was put in the care of my aunt and uncle to be raised by them, they were given a funds to raise me and instead spent it on themselves and their son and called me a waste of space and put me in a boot cupboard to live and spread lies about me."

"I am sorry Harry." Dudley said, "I will pay you back, tell me what I need to do."

"You will be under house Potter from here on out and I will see what you can do." Harry said planning on making sure Dudley continued on the right path.

"Now see here we gave you a home…." Vernon said.

"It's my house now." Harry said calmly.

"What?" Petunia said.

"Your house was taken as of this morning to pay off your debts, further as a member of the peerage and head of my house I can take Dudley as he is still a minor, there is nothing you can do."

"After all we did for you." Vernon snarled.

"Did for me? I had to cook and clean and eat out of the dustbin!" Harry said getting gasps from the neighbors. "Then if I did not do them right, and auntie you made sure to always find fault, you would not feed me. If not for said eating out of the dustbin I would be dead, but that is what you wanted you evil hag! You have five minutes to pack, then you will stand across the street."

"Come on move it." Two of the royal marines said.

"Want me to help you Dudley?" Harry asked his cousin.

"No, I can't take my telly can I?"

"I have a better one for you, and a few rules to keep you on the right track." Harry replied.

"Yea, I can do rules, anything Harry, I will even sleep in a boot cupboard." Dudley replied.

"I don't put my true family in boot cupboards, you will have a room and telly and all that, you are my family, though your parents."

"I am sorry, I really am." Dudley said.

"I know, that is why I am doing this." Harry replied.

Dudley packed the fastest and was out before his parents, his parents were out slower and had to wait while Harry had the things that belonged to his grandparents taken out and put in a lorry. Then he made his aunt and uncle stand across the street and had the construction equipment raise the house. To the ground. All but the stairs which were left with the cupboard intact. With that done Harry took Dudley and left leaving a humiliated and homeless Mr. and Mrs. Dursley behind.

He put Dudley up in one of his muggle places, he had everything he could want with the provision he would study and learn. He had a tutor and would spend the next year actually learning before he took exams that would get him into a good trade school. In the meantime Harry headed back to Hogwarts and to where Dumbledore was waiting. It still hurt Harry that Sirius was dead, but he had managed to take Voldemort with him and cause the death of his remaining loyal death eaters.

Harry now could live his life as he wanted, no more dark lords, no more selfish and greedy relations stealing his money. He was free and nothing would change that. On Privet drive things had changed and never again would there be a number 4. Harry owned the land and refused to allow anything to be built there. A reminder of the revenge he had against his relations who had treated him so badly.
