He completely understood his mother now. Teddy dismissed snide remarks about his love life, because he knew it'd be worth it in the end.
Molly was, in most regards, his opposite. They were both Gryffindors and worked at the Ministry, but she was like her father, following rules to a T. Her rather unyielding personality merely gave rise to an odd sense of humor and a brilliant smile, which Teddy loved.
That was why Teddy understood his mother's desire for someone more straight-laced, someone to ground him, someone he could bring out of their shell.
Molly was that for him.
