Penny found the witch endearing.
She formally met Cho after the war, when Cho and a friend came to visit family working in the Ministry. Penny remembered the Seeker from their Hogwarts days but didn't mention Quidditch, letting Cho steer the conversation instead.
Cho was no longer Quidditch-minded. She had her friend, Marietta, as her top priority, and the three of them chatted the pros and cons of working for a reformed government that had let them down. Marietta grew subdued, but Cho cheered her on.
A strong sweetness. Carefully mindful.
Penny longed to discover why Cho charmed her so.
