She was only seducing him to gain access to powerful weapons for the Dark Lord.
Charlie was an easy mark, with the loyalty to his family and that quick-to-anger spark (a trademark of Septimus' ilk). There was some morbid humor in there, somewhere, too, enticing the son of that Prewett witch to have fun with a sworn enemy.
It was all right to have fun, but it was and would be nothing more than that. No, nothing more. Even if Bellatrix went to see him when the dragons were out of reach and it was just the two of them…
