Under mysterious circumstances, a portion of Dumstrang students have suddenly lost a sizeable amount of gallons after the very exciting Tri-Wizard Tournament. An anonymous student warned his schoolmates against a 'shape-shifting bowler-hat wearing grimlin with a stick'. However, this student's mental stability has yet been confirmed.
