Chapter 3: New friends, and New bonds

Zack?'s: PoV

As I lie here, in this straw bed, I began to think on what happened today. Back in my world i ended my life, meet the god of this world, Arceus, who gave me a new life and body. Finding out I'm in the world of Pokemon and best of all, I think I made new friends, who are both Eevees. Of course the par are different in so many ways. The gentle one is very sweet and caring, while her sister is a bit mean to me for some reason. Probably something personal happened to them and a human is responsible. I wouldn't blame them. Humans can be nasty and horrible. Taking what they want without caring of the pain and suffering they cause in their way. But not all are bad, I once knew a few nice people around my old neighborhood. Some couples, others elderly. I'd would go over to Ms. Angela's from time to time to help her with carrying objects that were too heavy for a 70year old great grandmother. I wonder how she is? I soon drifted into my sleep. Peacefully and safe.

:3hours pass:

As I start to wake up, I start to feel something... heavy and fluffy? I open my eyes to see a big surprise, the slit of a female in my face. The fluffy Eevee was sleeping on her back on my chest. Reminds me of my cat who would, from time to time, do this. I couldn't help but giggle at this. I feel something move on my left side as well. I look over to see the sister all curled up in-between my arm and body. (These girls, *giggle* their so sweet. But I got to get up to go piss) I say to myself as I carefully picked up the Eevee on my chest and layed her next to the sister. (There you go, I'll be right back.) Surprisingly it's somewhat bring in here from the moonlight. I picked up my phone and crawled my way out.

After wiggling my way out of the den, I started to walk off somehow behind the cave. For privacy of course. Finishing up,i zapped my pants back up and walked to the entrance, from there I looked back towards the beautiful meadow. I thought it was beautiful during the day but at night, is like your in the high heavens itself. All the flowers reflecting the Moon's glow, giving off a fairy tail theme. I couldn't help but remember a song in my play list. I opened my fount and search for it and after a few swipes, i found it. I pressed play on it and started to sing it alittle.

Lily's:PoV

As I stir in my sleep, trying to get comfortable again. but it's no use. I start to rub my eyes. Yawning to shake of the ddrowsiness. (I wish I could fall back asleep) as i adjust my eyes,i don't see the human anywhere. (huh,where did he go? Did he leave us..?) After listening closely, I could of sworn I heard voice outside the den. (Is that... singing? A bit off but someone is singing) I get up,trying not to wake up sis but that didn't work.

I heard my sibling yawned as well. Sis? Where are you going?" She rubs her eyes, lifting one ear up. "What's that noise? And where's that human?"

We need to find out his name,this is ridiculous. "I don't know but I hear singing outside. I hope the human is alright…" my ears fall in worry and sadness. "Let's go see" I tell her and she nods. We made it out of the den, to see the human is alright and he was singing with that weird object in his hand. I don't know what he's singing but it sounds somewhat sad. We walk up to him and pawd his leg, getting is attention. He stopped the music that was coming out of the little box thing.

"Hey there,girls. Sorry, did I wake you both up? I'm sorry about that." We both shook our heads no. I pointed to the thing in his hand. "Oh this? It's called a phone. I use it to make calls and listen to music. I saw how breath taking your garden looks at night and it reminded me of a song I couldn't help but play it" I guess that explains the noise and singing. I sit down next to him looking at the flowers. Big sis surprisingly joins us. Maybe she's warming up to him.

All of the sudden, i heard a odd noise go off on his phone. It must of spooked him as well, like he was expecting anything. I wonder what it could be? Yawning once again. Maybe I'm getting sleepy again. I get up and head back inside to my bed. I look back to see both human and sis following. Guess we all got a bit sleepy again too.

I try to curl up in my bed, and yet again, can't get comfortable for some reason. I look over to see him passed out and sis? "Sis, what are you doing tip-pawing over to him for?"

"I-i-i umm was see what was on his face and umm. …"

That's weird, was she trying to cuddle up to him? I was actually thinking about doing the same. Me, big sis and mom used to cuddle up together all the time. "Sis..did you also want to curl up to him?" we both stared in silence,turning red. a few seconds, we curled up on both his side's then fell asleep.

Zack?'s: PoV

:3hours pass:

I woke up again the the same heavy and fluffy Eevee. But this time,shes nicely curled up. I look to my right to see a stretched out Eevee, overtop my arm. (They must have swapped spots. At least I get to see a cute face this time instead of a rear end.) I thought to myself. Sun broke through the entrance of the cave on onto us, waking the Eevees up from there sleep. After yawning,the one on my chest started to look at me. "Hey there, Sleep well on me?" I said laughing at her before she began to turn red before getting off. Trying hard to look away.

"Eev vee vee" calling out to her sister trying to wake her up. Soon a bit she started rubbing her eyes waking up. They both walked over to the little water spring and dunked their heads in. Most likely to wake up completely. The sassy Eevee went deeper in the den with a big leaf, while the other started to clean her fur abit. I turned around for no reason really. I started to look around my phone to find something, yet very odd. An app I've never seen before. The icon had an Eevee with a headpiece in its ear. (Hmm wonder what this is. I don't remember downloading this in my past life.) I thought to myself. The moment I was about to hit the app,

"EEEEEEVEE" the sassy Eevee yelled at both me and the sister, while dragging the leaf now filled with berries. Signaling us for breakfast. While we ate,the sister started talking to each other.

S.Eevee: "Vee vee eevee"

G.Eevee: " eev.. vee eev" *munchs on a Pecha* (I wonder what they talk about) thinking to myself. I took out my phone and tapped the mysterious app. It pulls up instructions, telling me to put an ear piece in, set the volume on medium and activate gender difference voice. (Huh, this is getting interesting. Oh once its all done, I hit...this) *click*

S.Eevee: "Eev vee-*static*- you honestly believe he can be trusted that much?"

G.Eevee: "Yea I do. He saved me, not just once but twice. He really is a kind human."

S.Eevee: "If you say so. I still can't stand him." in a moody tone while munching on a Oran berry.

G.Eevee: "Didn't stop you from cuddling up to him." she says back licking her lips covered in berry juice

S.Eevee: "Sh-shut up! I was cold last night! What about you? You snuggle up on his chest I saw." she says back trying not to turn red.

G.Eevee: "Th-th-thats different. I thought he was getting cold." Her ears dropped.

S.Eevee: "Suuuure it is. Well, it's not like he'll understand us. He still hasn't given us his name or where he's from."

Zack?: "Actually, I understood all of that. And i actually don't have a name to remember.

Both Eevees: …….."WHHHHHHHAT!?!?" The sisters stood there in shock. A human understood their language. Not just that,he heard them talking about last night cuddling up to him. Out of all things,why did he have to hear this embarrassing thing?

Lily's: PoV

I immediately try to cover my embarrassed face. He heard us talking about him an-an-and how we cuddle up to him. (I hope things aren't awkward between us. I wonder what sis is thinking) I looked over to her and she's just as shocked. In fact, her ears are down, big eyes and a bright red face. I just want to run with sis out of here, run away in embarrassment.

Human: "Hey, i'm sorry I surprised you girls. I'm just as surprised as you two." He holds up his phone and pointed to it. "I found this app on here, and now I know what it is. Its a translator for me to understand Pokemon. This is amazing, we can finally talk and understand each other." He said with joy and excitement. Actually, now that I think about it a bit, this is good. We can actually talk to him and learn who he is. (Ok Lily, you got this.)

"Umm excuse me, umm human? What did you mean by, you don't have a name to remember?" I ask him nervously.

"Hmm well, maybe because I can't remember it. It's like I never had one. It's weird. I know I have one but...sadly can't think of it." His once happy smile turned sad. must be hurtful knowing you can't remember something like a name.

Lazuli: "why don't we give you a new name or name yourself something? It's annoying not knowing what to call you. Even now since you can understand us." My sis said to us. He says he doesn't remember, but I think there's more to this than he lets on. "Yea, that's a good idea. Problem is what would be a good name. Hmm how about 'Hunter'? He asked both of us. I don't think it fits him.

"Gay" Sis bluntly said to the name. "How about 'Jack'? She returned the question back to the human.

"Nah, too lame. What about 'Austin', I think it's a ok name." He responded back with.

"No, it doesn't fit you at all. Sorry." I say to him. My ears start to fall in disappointment that I couldn't find a name for him.

"What about 'Leo', as in Leo the Lion" sis said getting my attention. (Leo? Hmm Leo..?) I sat there pondering in the name.

While the human fired back with. "Nah that won't do either. I was thinking 'Ash' but I don't know." He said back to sis crossing his arms and tilting his head.

"What a stupid name. That's the kind a name you give to a permanent 10year old boy, with a gay Pikachu who won't evolve into a Raichu."

Me and human just looked at sis with a blank expression. our eyes are completely white and wide open so to speak.

"Wow, your so dam mean. Even if it's true in some way, that's just mean." he started to laugh at what big sis said. She even started to giggle with him. I guess those two are finally getting along.

I walk over to the human and pawd his leg. He looks down to me with eyes locked on me. Those blue eyes,i could get lost in them. Their like the color of a water stone. So pretty, I wanted to hold one when I was little, but mom warned me if I touch it, I'll evolve into a Vaporeon. I didn't want to evolve into a fish. "What is it, Eevee? Is there something on my face from breakfast" he said to me. I forgot I was starring in his eyes, a blush appeared on my face "Wha-what no, I just thought of a name for you." I look away a bit in shyness.

"Really? What do you have in mind?" I took a deep breath before saying it.

"Leon, I like the name Leon. What do you think?" I hung my head down, ears flopped, hoping he'll like it. It took him a bit, probably thinking on it.

Sis on the other paw "I think that's a good name, for a human."

"You know what, yea, I love the name. For now on, My new name is Leon, nice to meet ya." He said in a cheery tone. "It's very nice to meet you,Leon. My name is Lily. And this is my sister, Lazuli."

Lazuli's: PoV

"Hey" I say in a flat tone. Arceus this is a pain. Well at least we can call him something. I actually don't mind the name. Somehow it fits him, personality wise. I still think there's something wrong with this human. Now that we are able to communicate, I think it's time to get to know his past. "Hey, Leon, I think it's about time you tell us who you are and where you come from. Not to mention you owe us for embarrassing us." He looked at me with something I didn't expect to see, tears, not just some but a lot. Flowing like a river. (He better not flood our den.)

"Alright,i'll tell you everything." He said to us. Explaining everything about who he was, he was once a honest and kind person until his mate betrayed him. Even more so it shocked us that he killed himself. But his alive here and now, how is this possible? He further explained that after he died, he was in a place called "Limbo" where souls neither go to heaven or hell. From there he heard a voice and offered him a new life. Seems it came with the cost of losing your identity. He even told us who this said god was who did this.

Both: "WHHAT!?"

"You mean to tell us, that you of all humans, meet thee Arceus, God of Pokemon!?" I asked shocked at what he told us. He just nodded to it. "Wow...to think your past life was so...sad" Lily said to him as she walked up to him and put her paws around his chest, best she could that is, hugging him tightly with tears flowing, crying out "please d-don't *hiccups* hurt yourself or *hiccups* k-k-kill yourse-wahhhh*. She holds onto him tightly. Honestly I couldn't help but tear up too. I walked up to his other side and hugs him tightly. "Yea, please don't. You have a second chance, not many beings get this opportunity. As we both hug him trying to comfort him, he pulled both his arms and embraced us. "Don't worry, I promise you both I won't do that ever again. I've learned that the hard way." We all sat there crying none stop until we all passed out. Me and Lily were still in his arms as we slept, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
