My Iron Giant
-Isolation-
*BOOM*
"This is Amelia Pond, reporting live on Who News. We've gotten multiple reports of loud explosions over at UA with All Might himself flying to the scene!"
The reporter ran, their cameraman keeping up with her as his career demanded stamina. It's image was ashaky, but easily captured the plume of smoke that ascended from within the gates of UA.
*SCREACH*
They held their ears as a terrible cry echoed through the city. Once it stopped they continued their journey towards the scene.
"It's unknown exactly what is happening." Amy continued. "But clearly the situation is dire if All Might himself dropped another villain fight to arrive."
"Amy stop!" Her camera man called out grabbing her before a car could smack into her. She hardly seemed to notice and gave a harsh look to her companion. "Rory I swear if you keep me from another story I will slap you when we get home."
"You nearly got hit by a car and died! I know you want this story, but even if we get to the school we can't get in to see."
She huffed at his reasoning. Rory was always the logical one. "Fine, then what do we do?"
"Well, um." He started looking around until he spotted a worn out fire escape that stretched to a higher rooftop. "We could get a better angle."
Amy followed his eyes, smirking at it. "Perfect, give me a boost Centurion."
He groaned but complied, hefting her up with one of his hands. "Please don't call me that in front of the camera."
"That's what you get for being my personal knight." She replied with a smirk, climbing up the rusty staircase.
During their climb muffled noises could be heard in the distance, only the screeching being clear enough to them. The shaking reverberated in the loose metal, nearly shaking them off. But Amy knew this was big, something that was going to change the course of history.
At least that's what raggedy man said this morning.
"Rory! Get your butt over here!" Amy yelled already on the roof, trying to make out what was happening at the dome like facility. It had huge holes in it, holy shit those were big.
"I'm here!" Rory said jogging up and repositioning his camera.
"Good, are we on?" She asked, getting a thumbs up from the man.
"Fantastic." She brushed a strand of hair out of her face. "This is-"
*boom Boom BOOM BOOM*
They both locked their vision on the charging robot stomping across the grass. "Holy shi- Ahem. The boy who has grabbed our attention this past week, Izuku Midoriya, is charging straight into the source of the noises. Nearby it looks like a group of heroes and UA students are at a group of instant response vehicles. What this-"
"SKRAAA!"
They wanted to run, but like a horrible car accident they couldn't look away. Something had tossed Midoriya out of the facility, he held something protectively as some monstrosity from hell arrived. It jumped, going to slam into him and the cars right behind him.
The camera zoomed in, capturing the body he held off to the heroes as it pounded against the metal back.
"We apologize for the graphic images, but it looks like there were grievous injuries, unknown if anyone has die-
*CRACK* Midoriya's fist hit the beast's face.
"but-oh gosh. It's..it's punching Midoriya into the ground. None of the other heroes are able to intervene, but it's not from a lack of effort. Yet we haven't seen any sign of All Might himself!"
A small girl ran straight to the robot, the hero costume disguising who exactly it was. They ignored the giant beast and went straight to the robot's head.
"She's, entered his head?!"
An orange glow was all the warning they had to shield their eyes. A strong light burnt straight through the monster's chest. Bits of charred flesh rained down around them, then Midoriya kicked it off with another blast from his feet.
Amy regained her senses, going into her hero fight commentating. "The tides have turned, Midoriya has sent the beast off himself. All the damages he's taken, he's ignoring them and-Wow! He summoned weaponry to face off against this large foe! He looks smaller than his initial appearance but he seems to be much more adept to combat. UA has been training him well!"
He hacked, slashed, smacked, and did his very best to combat the beast. Yet it kept healing and kept attacking in different ways.
"It seems like whatever Midoriya is fighting has more than just a gigantification quirk, it's healing better than some of the best regeneration quirks we've ever seen! This is more than just some villain, its a-"
"Nomu."
They snapped to the side, a misty man watching the combat with an unseen expression.
"It's a Nomu, a creature designed with multiple quirks to combat the symbol of peace, and the next."
Amy and Rory didn't know where the man came from, but if he had answers about this they were going to get them. "So, it was sent to fight All Might and Midoriya. Yet where is the man of the hour?"
He didn't look away, but he did answer them as the fight progressed. Rory walked around to get a clear picture of the fight behind the man. In the school property Midoriya was shooting at the Nomu, pelting it with energy bullets.
"Dead."
Amy did a double take, did he just say the unbeatable man died? "How can you confirm this? All Might has never even shown weakness before and-"
"I was there, All Might put up a formidable fight. If it weren't for me sending him into the beasts grasp he would have won."
"...Are you saying-"
"Yes, I killed All Might. Maybe not directly but I sent him to his doom." He replied uncaring for their reactions.
A large blast caught their eye, Rory focused the camera to see Midoriya launch himself into the air with the Nomu in tow. Amy would be ecstatic normally, commentating on the amazing turn of events and display of versatility and power. But then their visitor turned right at them, a dark portal emerging behind him.
"We are the League of Villains, and we are going to burn the hero system to the ground."
Amy and Rory felt like they were going to choke on their tongues, this wasn't a spectator, or a commentator, this was beyond any typical villain. For the first time in human history, the world knew just what a super villain was.
"He's such a cool hero…" A little boy with green hair said sitting in a large chair. All Might displayed on the screen in front of him, saving many lives. A woman with matching hair was watching the boy in sorrow.
"Can I...be a hero, too?" He asked, his voice shaking alongside his body. Despite the smile he had, his eyes threatened to spill tears down his face.
Ochaco stood to the side still wearing her new hero outfit minus the helmet, witnessing everything. She couldn't interact, or do anything to change what was in front of her.
Because it already happened.
"I'm sorry Izuku!" The mother rushed to engulf Izuku in a hug, to attempt to comfort him in some way. It was useless, and her words hurt more than she intended.
Ochaco stood silent, watching, and witnessing someone's whole life play in front of her.
'I'm sorry.'
A voice broke through the sea of memories. The people around her were missing, now she was in an empty room with posters of All Might all around her.
'I..tried to help..but.*sniff*..I'm so useless.'
It came from the clump under the cover. She saw it quiver, sniffling silently to itself as it stayed hidden to the world. She approached cautiously, unsure of the new development.
At the top, next to the pillow, was a mess of dark green locks.
'Kacchan was right...I'm just a Deku'
Ochaco frowned and sat on the side of the bed looking at the small boy. Just how much had Izuku gone through in his life? She knew the quirkless population had it rough, but geez it seemed like this boy was hated by everyone but his own mother. The only light he looked towards in life, was All Might.
And he died.
"You're not-"
He froze at her voice, making her eyes widened. His breathing started to pick up, the quivering turned to fearful shaking. This wasn't just a memory, this was this mind. Where everything was supposed to be private, where he could keep his innermost thoughts, and she was intruding.
No wonder how terrifying it must be for him, a person's mind was theirs and theirs alone.
"I'm sorry." She lowered her head, ashamed at her intrusion on his entire life. "I shouldn't be here."
Ochaco shifted her weight on her feet to get up, but a hand shot out, gripping hers tightly. She turned back to see his eyes peeking out of the blankets.
'You're..the nice girl.'
Her memories, or, his memories of her reflected through her mind. Izuku, really thought she was nice huh. "I guess."
Ochaco relaxed her shoulders, running her thumb over his little hand. "Did you..see my memories too?"
He gave a little nod, looking ashamed. 'I didn't know that would happen. I'm sorry.'
"Hey." She said, pulling her legs up on the bed. "Neither of us did, it's not your fault."
They stayed there, just laying down and listening to each other breathe. Ochaco absentmindedly ran her hand in his hair, feeling the way they naturally curled around her fingers. It was so strange thinking about it, he was always the one protecting her, providing safety.
Her eyes became heavy, eyelids flickering and closing. She briefly kept them closed, letting her mind slip into a deep sleep.
"Where the hell is the boy?" A military officer with a group of soldiers behind him stood in front of a table with a numerous amount of heroes of UA. Principal Nezu himself seated in a large chair sipping at a cup of tea instead of answering the question.
"I don't know." He replied, and sipped once again.
"That child just flew past all territories and into space with high grade weapons and you can't report where he is?!" He slammed his fist on the table, but not interrupting tea time.
Snipe stepped forward next to the principal. "That was a quirk and ya know it."
"Do we?" The officer asked back with barely restrained aggression.
Nezu quirked his little eyebrow. "Do you?"
HIs unusual question sparked the flame of silence in the room. The heat given off one of Japan's military representatives fueling it. The Principal didn't stop there though. "You seem awful pushy about making sure he's back where you can see him. It's almost like you're watching out for something very specific."
The little mammal took another drawn out sip of his tea, letting the taste swirl in his mouth. He eyed the man, the every twitch of his muscles, or the movement of his eyes. Mind reading is considered impossible unless you had a specific quirk, but you didn't need to read the mind, just their body to know what they might be thinking given context. "Or maybe something familiar or previously recorded?"
He huffed, crossing his arms and glared at the rodent in front of him. "We let you keep him because of his clear obedience to one of your students, one of our citizens. If it becomes clear he is going to act against instructions, against the law, he will be treated as any other threat."
That earned the man a few glares from the teachers, some hidden masks as Snipe's. Midnight's was clear, and she vocalized her dislike for his attitude. "He's a kid, a teenager at that who's going through a lot of changes. You think it's going to be ok to just start shooting at him if he takes a step in the wrong direction?"
"His step out of place could cost lives, you really think you could stop him?"
"No." The principal said, surprising everyone by his bluntness. "But we can show him a path to walk on, and in the end it's his decision to take it."
The officer let out a chuckle. "Really? And if he crosses the line and kills an innocent?"
"Then we won't stand in your way." He replied, taking another sip of his tea. His simple answer had the man stumped, the rat must be planning something. But if anyone knew Nezu, it's that he never lied. That's what made dealing with him so dangerous.
Not seeing any other reason to argue over it he sagged his shoulders. "Fine, but you'll have to convince other nations about him if he's found in their territories."
He stormed out, his soldiers following. Two teachers escorted them past the exit and into the halls, leaving the rest of them to discuss their next course of action.
Present Mic let out a huge sigh and rested his head on the table. "I hate dealing with them."
"Agreed." Snipe nodded, taking a seat beside her and putting his feet up on the table. He took out his revolver and spun it around, keeping his fingers occupied.
"You really shouldn't be waving a gun around like that." Eraserhead commented.
Snipe leaned his head to the side, looking at the man as he continued to show off his skills. "I thought the first thing outta yer mouth would be ta put my feet down."
"Really? I'm about to slip into a sleeping bag and you think I'd comment on you having a foot on the table?" The eternally sleep deprived man said, pulling out his trademark yellow bag. The cowboy shrugged, flinging the twirling gun in the air and landing it on his foot. He kicked it back up and snatched it in the air, the others not knowing how to feel about his display in their current circumstance.
"Have their parents left the school yet?" Midnight asked.
Present Mic checked his phone. "Probably not, that Midoriya woman was flooding the halls last I saw."
Nezu took in a healthy sniff of his tea, letting the smells run through his enhanced nostrils and calming his mind again. "All we can promise the Urarakas and is that we will do our best to find their children. Of course, if they're still alive."
All eyes snapped back to the furry one. He enjoyed playing with them. "Not that I'm saying they're dead. It's much more likely they're alive."
"Then why bring it up?" Midnight questioned.
"The last anyone saw of them they carried off a creature with the capabilities to kill All Might itself." Eraserhead spoke from his corner. "We don't even know it's dead, only missing along with the two. Who knows if any one of them survived in the high altitude from lack of air."
Nezu nodded. "Yes, there are many factors to consider, if Midoriya's suit is capable of being airtight, if that function was damaged in their fight, or burned up in the upper atmosphere. With those thrusters he had there's no knowing where whatever remains of them landed."
Snipe hummed, flipping a bullet with his thumb and watching it fall back down into his palm. He began to do the math in his head, the speed, the drag, everything he could think of pertaining to the giant's flight. It never strayed from its path, only going up.
Hold on a finger licking minute.
"Do we have evidence suggestin' they came back down?" He said, cutting into the background noise like a hot knife.
Izuku walked through the small dark apartment, dressed in his plug suit and enjoying the feeling of being able to walk again with his own feet. Strangely enough it didn't feel that different from his robot ones.
It was the size of his own living room at home. The place was barren of furniture, only a minifridge, a portable stove top, and a rusty microwave sat in the counter area that was barely counted as a kitchen. Only a few plastic dishes rested in the leaky sink tied with a piece of dirty cloth. A blanket filled with holes matched the old pillow on the floor, making it feel even more lonely.
He didn't dare go in the bathroom, he didn't want to intrude too much after all.
*click* The door opened, revealing a very exhausted Ochaco Uraraka in a tank top and shorts. Her sneaker looked very worn, squeaking against the floor as she took them off. One of her hands went for the lightswitch, stopped before it could reach, and came back down.
"I'm home." She announced to no one as she made her way to the sink. Grabbing a cup resting nearby she filled it with tap water.
Izuku noticed her body was covered in sweat and looked away. He wasn't a pervert, and it would be rude to try and peek to see what might be under her shirt. Some cloudy memory came to mind. He knew it was from when he wasn't fully there when he piloted the robot, and he knew what she looked like in the shower because of it.
'ARGH! Stupid me why did you have to watch her ALL the time?!'
"Guess we're having ramen again." Ochaco's voice broke his thoughts. He looked back to see her opening a packet, not even bothering to grab a pot, and ate the noodles dry. Izuku reached up his hand, wanting to offer to cook it for her, but he knew it was useless.
She came around, sat on her blanket, and looked out the window as she took another bite of the noodles. Pulling out an old flip phone she checked the messages.
Dad: Hi sweety! Hope the apartment is treating you well. We know it's not the best but it's close to UA. Your mother and I are so happy to hear you did well in the mock exam. Can't wait to see what king of hero you become!
Dad: By the way if you need any grocery money let us know!
A smile graced her lips for a second before he put in a reply.
Ochaco: Thanks! Don't worry though, one of the neighbors is super nice and has been sharing their cooking with me. You don't have to send any grocery money.
Izuku looked back to her kitchen, the always empty cabinets, the empty cans of easy to make meals in the trash. It hurt to look at it. Sure he and his Mom weren't the most well off, but they had a decent amount to live comfortably in their two bedroom apartment. This though, it looked like it was the next best thing from being homeless.
Dad: Have you made any friends yet?
Ochaco: There's this one girl I met while jogging, she seems pretty cool.
Reflecting back through her memories, he found the girl. It was just a passerby, no words or looks were even shared. Despite her bubbly personality she never had many friends for long.
"Hehehaha!" The small laughter came from outside the front door, he glanced back to see if Ochaco heard it, but she was already asleep. Shrugging, he went to investigate the noise.
When he turned the handle, a rush of spring air filled his nostrils as the sun bathed him in warmth. He smiled, seeing the new scenery. It was of her, laughing as a child with her parents grabbing each of her hands. They walked through the park with pink petals dancing with the air. So many memories of her were so happy, her parents doing everything to keep a smile on her face despite their low income.
It reflected her personality, always cheerful and reaching out to help everyone.
"Izuku!" He spun around to see the little girl standing behind him, smiling so brightly. Checking back to where she was, her parents were gone, now it was just him and the little Ochaco.
"I waited so long for you! Let's play together!" She said, already grabbing his hand and dragging him to a nearby tree. His feet had to catch him from the sudden jerk, but soon he was jogging alongside the five year old.
'Did, she say she was waiting for me?' His thoughts were not his own as she stopped running and looked back to him.
"Of course! You're my friend! But you couldn't play with me for a long time, but now we can!"
He blinked at her toothy bright smile. Sure, her memories flashed through his mind and he had an idea of what she was thinking as she hung out with his giant form. He thought it was some form of obligation, that she felt she had to do those things. Nearly everyone is raised to be nice and involve the handicapped kid.
But she was still here, wanting to be with him now that he was cured...He thinks…Ochaco really was too precious for the world. She wanted a friend, so much that wouldn't judge her family's situation. Too many times did she turn down birthday parties, or kept her own hidden. It would have cost her parents money for presents to other kids, or food and activities for classmates.
He promised to be that friend.
[Alert, 30 seconds to impact]
Impact?

[26]
A rush of adrenaline swam through his veins, giving him an instant to wake up. He was falling, fast, very fast and it was hothothotHOTHOT!
'WAAH!' He waved his arms frantically, but he couldn't grip the night sky above him.
"SHITSHITSHIT!" A voice came from his right. He spotted Ochaco next to him, just as panicked as he was.
'W-we need to slow down!'
"Use the boosters again!"
Ah, right, she could hear him.
As their shared metal body plummeted to the earth, they activated the thrusters on their feet to try and stabilize themselves, but with the failing they were still doing it only turned their nose dive into a spinning mess. Their hands kept reaching out to grab something but the wind slipped through their fingers.

[17]
[16]
'AAAHHH/AAAHHH!" Both screamed as they passed through the dense clouds, snow pelting their vision as they carried flames across their back. The ground was up, then under, then to the side. Everything was spinning way too fast for them to make out what was up and down. In a desperate last minute attempt they activated the winged thrusters.

[Warning, impact imminent]
[Engaging emergency crash prevention system]
Red lights flashed on their back shoulders. They found their equilibrium through the fall and threw their legs down at the ground in a flip. Their winged thrusters along with their feet spiked a torrent of green afterburn, righting themselves immediately. The heat melted the snow under them and burnt the grass into ash right after. Somehow the sudden stop didn't throw the pilots on the ground, in fact they didn't feel it at all. Now they hovered just a couple feet off the ground, regaining their breath and calming their racing hearts.
[Alert, damage detected]
No kidding, some parts of them were still on fire, including parts of their shoulder and sides. One of their wings started to sputter out, ceasing their flight and landing them on the ground. Without the immediate danger they looked around, the snowy forest providing them solitude as their eyes stretched out like spotlights. It was difficult to see far with snow falling in their beams of light, so they dimmed down to be no brighter than a glow in the dark start.
They stood there, each flake descending gently to the ground. Some landed on them, melting when touching the heated metal. It appeared as if the stars themselves were falling from the dark sky to enchant their forest. No wind disturbed the silent night, letting their breathing and the flames present on parts of them wither out.
It was calming, no more fighting, no more noise, just them in the empty woods.
[Entering Self Repair mode]
*beep, beep, beep*
The headspace pulsated alongside their synchronized heartbeats, wispy waves of energy washing over them and rolling into every part of the giant. Ochaco looked back to the arm that held her up by her back, wondering how to get loose from it.
'Oh, l-let me help with that.'
[Disengaging Drift]
The arm unlocked, becoming limp and letting her use her own legs again to stand. The background noise of Midoriya's thoughts, his mind, was closed off to her. While liberating, it made her feel more lonely than ever. Is this how life was all the time?
Both her and Midoriya stood apart from each other, actually meeting one another's eyes. It amazed her just how...green he was. His emerald orbs the perfect shade to match his own hair. Her own image was absorbed by Midoriya, the permanent blush on her cheeks standing out the most from her gentle colors.
"H-hi." She waved to him, he waved back still capturing the moment. The lights were off in the headspace, minus the energy being used to repair itself running along wires and cables in a mist. The screen itself didn't give off light, just letting a windowed view of the outside world be present for them.
Midoriya was still suspended slightly in the air from the arm connected to him, along with several cables attached feeding off the living power source. He didn't know where else to look, but her.
"So." She said, finally getting some conversation started. "This isn't technically the first time we met, and..we already know a lot about each other."
Izuku blushed, looking slightly down from her but nodded along.
"Well, they always say introductions are important, so here I go." She stuck out her hand, her familiar smile coming to her face. "I'm Ochaco Uraraka. It's great to meet you."
He looked back up, gaining a similar smile. 'I'm Izuku Midoriya.' He grabbed her hand and shook it, both grinning. It didn't feel like introductions, just a friendly formality to someone you knew for..well..their whole lives. While not really their whole life they knew more about each other than anyone else.
"I saw your lips move, but I didn't hear anything." She said, a little saddened by that fact.
Midoriya became slightly startled. 'Ah crap, that's right, I'm not linked with her right now.'
Both stood in semi awkward stances, unsure of how to really overcome the issue. "Wait, what if you make yourself some subtitles, like for the movies we watched."
The movies they watched..oh right! All those american superhero movies had them in japanese subtitles. That would work, all he had to do was use his quirk...All Might's quirk..
Ochaco noticed the sudden shift in Izuku's mood and remembered herself just what had happened. It was awful, seeing in his eye All Might's last moments. Izuku admired the man, far above any other, and he passed away before he got to learn much from the number one hero.
Without really thinking, she walked over and hugged the boy, ignoring the mess of metal around him. His arms went up, not really knowing where to go, but soon his shoulders started to quake, tears running down his face and into Ochaco's hair. He gave in, gripping onto the one person he would always be there to protect. Soon Ochaco joined in on the crying, remembering all the time that she was able to spend with the man, how much hope he had given her and everyone in the world.
Both had gotten to know the man behind the smile, Toshinori Yagi. Sometimes a little foolish, or not thinking things through, but would always be there to smile and tell you things would be all right.
But he couldn't say that he was here anymore.
Their voices broke, crying out in their fortress of solitude as they crumpled on the floor. Ochaco ran her hand back into Izuku's hair to feel his soft curls. Izuku himself buried his face to her shoulder, reaching up with one hand to feel hers on his head. Both rocked in place, trying to regain that sensation of their own mother's cradling them at birth and soothing their cries.
They weren't sure how long it was, but it didn't matter to keep track. Facing the Nomu was the scariest thing they ever did, and somehow every fear about dying, or getting hurt, was shoved down until now. What they had, was each other.
And that would be enough.
Still sniffling, Ochaco felt herself becoming exhausted, all the emotions, the mental drain, every part of her was tired. The warmth of Izuku's body only increased her tiredness, so she let herself relax in his arms. Izuku kept her, held her, and looked back outside to watch the snow. His mind felt blank as he locked his eyes on one individual snowflake at a time pass by.
So, with a sleepy girl in his arms, he let her lean into him and slip into whatever dreams she would have. He thought once about letting her sleep on her own to not disturb her, but he wasn't going to let her go again. When he was unconscious, when his body couldn't respond, the worst happened. Izuku would be ready, always there to protect her at every moment.
B-but making something besides the hard floor would be nice to lay on. Using what practice he had controlling his quirk, he created a large bean bag that emerged from under them. It was just as comfortable as Mirio said they were. Another command to the machine spawned a blanket in the other arm that held Ochaco previously. It came over to drape the cover over the two of them, letting a pocket of warmth develop between their body heat.
He wouldn't sleep, he couldn't sleep, not while there might be a chance of something coming to hurt Ochaco.
The primary directive, protect Ochaco Uraraka.
Kill confirmed, Shigaraki and All Might are dead. I had planned on All Might dying for a while, but I didn't really plan Shigaraki's permadeath. Once I finished the chapter I kept thinking, there's no way anyone would have survived that. Plus, I don't wanna do a bunch of revive stuff that makes you doubt every death. I don't think I'll even write any kind of revive stuff for this story, the closest we got to it was Nana's situation.
Also, for poll thing I thought about pretty much everyone that commented about that voted unanimously for Izuchaco. Therefore I created this last moment between them to help solidify it.
Ochaco's new suit was drawn by Saramus01 on deviant art. It's titled "Uravity Armor"
Izuku's new mech form is around a hundred feet tall and the look of it can be found by searching "PG 1/60 Gundam Astray Green Frame" There's a couple different versions with swords and shields and all that but just think of the base humanoid.
Ezylryb:
So shall the ship sail the seas, forever to embark amongst the hearts of the sailors.
Creator of the multiverse:
We're going a different way alright, hardly any events will take place during their normal times along with all sorts of fights.
Smashing Skunk53:
I didn't originally plan the second death, but after I posted the chapter I thought. Eh, that was definitely an instant kill and I don't like revives in stories much.
Hurtturnip:
Kill confirmed, it did hurt to kill All Might but it's something that will give Izuku another way to grow.
Saramus92:
I actually don't know about that fight, I wrote all this from the top of my head. Cool that there's a similar fight to it. I tried looking it up but there was still a variety of fights. Is there a specific show episode or movie that I could check the fight out at? Also, I was wondering about if you had an idea for Izuku's plug suit look. I was thinking the colors being mostly black armor with emerald green highlights. Maybe lines across it glowing green? You're the one drawing them so you do you.
Joyeuse X:
It was tough killing All Might, seeing as there was still a lot he could do, but in the end I think it will spark new events that have him try and live up to the legacy even more. It will also cause new dynamics between him, Ochaco, and the world. There's also already so much I want to put in the story, and if I spent time writing every single person's potential I would hardly be moving the story along. It feels slow already, given how it took 90,000 words to get to the big fight.
Tribun:
Dead, he dead. Also Ochaco doesn't really have to ask why he can't talk, she knows every single memory he has up until she disconnected from him.
Fencer29:
Shigaraki is over, and now we face an actual intimidating man, Kurogiri. Seriously, the guy is downplayed a ton!
Pikapowerz:
Izuku will eventually be able to make an Iron Man suit, it's just a matter of time. Funny you mention the hulk buster, that will actually be seen sooner than the iron man suit.
Zabkiel:
I got the hint you were reviewing and reading at the same time, now it's confirmed. I'm glad my work seems original, hopeful it starts a trend of more original stories.
JotSomethingDown:
I am super glad you've been enjoying the story and found it emotionally investing! I am curious what kind of accent I am supposed to read alongside your review, the first thought was Tracer's voice from overwatch but when rereading it I'm getting some scottish vibes.
Team5dsforever:
Glad you enjoyed the fight, cause I certainly did.
Gabrispaul20:
In the story, whatever tool or weapon they make has to stay connected otherwise it dissipates. That's the current rule, so he can't give away ammo or weapons or stuff like that to others. More toys for him to use though? Absolutely.
Runicus:
No revives, he's dead.
Bakugo if he continues down this path will get a smack down for sure.
theshocker517:
I didn't think of the fight being like that, but you're right! It was a classic superhero moment. Glad you liked Snipe's little moment.
RedFistCannon:
Haha! Yeah, the man is going to need it after everything he just said to them.
Random65:
Actually, Mountain Lady has been the prime candidate for who I'm thinking he'll internship with.
ZeroExia:
I'm glad you think so too.
Dekiru81:
No, no revive or other bullshit like that. Sorry, but it's not really my style. For his last words I wanted to pay homage to his last words in his fight with All for One, the ones he gave to Izuku through the camera.
No schedule for the story, but I post every four days on average.
RunOnSentences:
Nah, he was just about a hundred feet tall. Same with the Nomu, they were about the same size.
Hackbraten:
Yes, yes it did.

I have told many like I will tell you now, he will get his own Iron Man suit version. Keep in mind, this is a big robot story. Also the whole struggle with romance as a big robot, that's the point, it will be harder for him to have normal relationships with people but those who put forth the effort will make it even better.

Eh, it was going to be my choice to have Ochaco but all of a sudden I got people asking about potential Kimoko pairing. I wanted to double check with y'all and I got my answer. In the end nothing changes.

Yep, in cannon he would have died if not for the intervention of the others. I tried to have his fight still be epic with all the fire around him taking on a devil.

I'm glad it doesn't bother you, and I'll only mention religion if it's to further character growth or build story.
Guest:
I've hinted at it several times in story, so don't be surprised when it comes up again.

Your review made me really happy, seeing that my story had someone feel the way I feel about my favorite fanfictions. It makes all these days typing away worth it. I do have an idea how to use Ben and the others in the near future so stay tuned!

I'm not caught up all the way in the manga, but I have read a good amount into the next season and seeing what is going on with One for All. How far it goes I'm not sure, but we can only see.
He's actually quirkless, but he's kept it a secret so he could be a hero. Part of the reason why he doesn't like the press. Lots of heroes keep their actual quirks secret, letting people speculate what exactly their quirk is by seeing them in action.
