My Iron Giant
-The Iron Titans-
Part 4
"This, this is insane!" Melissa shouted as she spun around, taking in the sight all around her.
All of them were in the headspace, larger than before to easily fit everyone including the titan with room to spare. Izuku was in the center held up by the robotic arm hooked to his back in the center, tubes and wires running against his body and into the mechanism. His movements were synchronized with his exterior body, taking its first steps into the ocean as seen on the large screen at the front.
Ochaco walked up to Izuku's real body, wrapping her arms around him and giving him a quick squeeze. "I like it when you're big. There's not much room in your titan form."
"You mean, he's normally like this?!" Momo exclaimed.
"Yep!" Ochaco spun around, trying not to act smug in front of them. "When he first used his powers, he was over three times the size of the zero pointer. You had those right?"
"Yes." The rich girl looked out towards the ocean, the steady stomps leading them further into it. They didn't feel the vibrations from footsteps, the cabin unaffected by outside influence. "I remember you mentioning he recently got smaller, but I had no idea he was starting off from over a hundred meters."
Momo nearly was thrown to the ground as Melissa rammed into her, the blonde's eyes staring at the small strings of unknown digits with a layout of the current design that Izuku's body was connected to. "This is all impossible, at least Knight follows the rules of energy to matter conversion and redesign his chassis to his specifications. Yet he can just make a new body twenty times his previous size, which would use significantly more power walking than his Ion form sprinting at full speed, and somehow not even scratch the surface of his energy reserves. Izuku isn't even having any details in mind, just visualizing what he wants and whatever quirk he has just makes it. Even Mo's quirk needs precise input to make things from scratch. How the hell does this even exist?"
Izuku and Ochaco looked between each other, knowing they wouldn't have an answer that would satisfy her.
"Quirks?" The brunette shrugged.
"Quirks are bullshit."
"Not denying that statement. But I don't think you're going to get any satisfying answers."
*clunk* Knight set down Melissa's crate of supplies in the back, not making any comments on the development.
The young inventor sighed, knowing it was useless to attempt to try and figure this out immediately. For now she had more pressing matters to focus on, joining the titan at the back of the room with her supplies. "Zuku, would you help optimize the circuits of my suit? We're going to need it working at full capacity."
"On it." Melissa punched in a string of code on the crate, a section opening up to allow her access. With Knight's assistance, they began to work on her armor.
Ochaco suddenly felt the need to be productive, bringing her rifle up she was about to sit down and begin. She just needed one quick thing. "Bean bag please."
A panel of the floor opened, heaven's cushion emerging to her delight. A small table rose in front of it, one she didn't ask for but was grateful for. "Thanks!"
She sat down, the temptation to sleep exponentially rose but now wasn't the time. Laying her side arm and rifle on the table she began to remove the components. Ochaco didn't know her way around a lot of the technology used around her, but she knew her guns.
Izuku smiled at her before looking ahead, his eyes zooming far across the horizon and locking onto the floating fortress. Taking in an unnecessary breath, he readied his mind for combat. He wasn't planning on losing anyone, but losing someone that you weren't prepared to was devastating. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

Meanwhile, in an entirely different universe.
A large glass tube with intricate glowing green machinery shifted slowly. It descended into hexagonal panels that held all sorts of buttons and switches. A monitor displayed alien looking text that was composed of circles and lines. A boy with curly green hair and eyes, freckles, a scar over the side of his head stared at the display. His outfit was a simple olive green jacket with a white button up sporting a crimson bowtie.
It was in a large round room with four metal pillars connecting to the central tube, the walls had multiple small hexagons lighting the area with two pathways to hallways that stretched to who knows where.
"Izuku!" A girl with periwinkle hair and eyes entered the room through a mismatched wooden door that resembled tree bark. She was dressed in a standard UA outfit. "I thought you were supposed to teach my class today? Did you find that Dalek?"
"No." The familiar face of Izuku ran a hand over his forehead. "But I did find something odd."
He pointed to the screen where the girl came right next to him, squishing her face against his. After a few minutes of squinting at it she turned to the boy. "I can't read Galifreyan."
"There was a ripple in the void." He answered simply.
"And what does that mean?"
Izuku took a step back, walking around the console as he began to explain. "Well, technically you can't cause a ripple in a void, but all the surrounding planes of existence can shift and sometimes collide with one another. Some anomaly just caused a multi dimensional ripple that bent the origin universe to bounce against others and insert a small chainreaction."
Nejire blinked, looking back at the screen. "That sounds kind of bad."
"It's harmless to other realities, unless there happens to be a fissure in one of them that pulled at the event."
"So that's bad."
"Not necessarily. Yet whatever caused this has to possess extreme power combined with advanced technology. Even the TARDIS would struggle to create something like that."
The girl walked up to Izuku, putting her chin on his shoulder and glancing at the many things she didn't understand on the screen. "You keep saying it's not bad but you make it sound like it's a bad thing."
The boy blinked, realizing she was correct. "Yeah I guess it does sound like that. Either way we should check it out."
She gasped, a large smile coming on her face. "You mean we can go to other dimensions?! Last time I asked to go to an earth where everyone's kittens you said we couldn't."
"It's significantly more difficult with the walls of reality closed. Yet as long as I fill up in our world and lock the fuel pumps we should be fine. If this was a type forty TARDIS or something older we wouldn't be able to pull this off." Izuku walked to the consol, putting his hand over the main lever.
Nejire began to bounce on the balls of her feet, excitement building up inside. "Another adventure?"
Izuku nodded with a smirk, pulling the switch that gathered lime green substance within it. It traveled through the machinery and into the center of the glass tube. A whining, grinding noise filled the room as the lights thrummed with energy.
"Another adventure."
As Izuku marched further into the ocean, he gave a sideways glance to those beside him. His exterior eyes did the same, viewing the crashing waves that stretched forever. Melissa's legs sticking out of her suit as Knight aided her in modifications, Ochaco sitting on the bean bag and reassembling her weaponry. Momo stood out from the rest, looking around and appearing lost. She began to mutter to herself, every whisper taken in by his enhanced hearing.
"He's busy right now, everyone's making preparations."
It's been a while since he's had someone new in the headspace, making him a little more self conscious of his appearance. From what he could tell she was nice, and if she treated his other multiversal counterparts well maybe he could talk to her?
Remembering how difficult it was to talk he groaned internally. The screen ahead continued to display the scenery along with lines of data, giving him an idea. This time he was going to try something else.
'Are you nervous?'
Momo paused, seeing the text on the screen. After staring at it for a few seconds she turned to where Izuku's body was, meeting his eyes.
"Can you hear me from over there?" She asked in a whisper, not wanting to disturb the rest.
'Yes. Sorry if I surprised you.' He turned away from her gaze, finding it hard to look at her, or maybe it was just difficult to have people look at him.
"You didn't, don't worry." Momo assured him, her gaze tracing over the suit that he covered himself with. While it hid his skin and the more gruesome parts it was still obvious he was reliant on the tubes and wires sticking out of him. Izuku tried to ignore it, knowing that everyone that entered would stare. No way would he let his Mom ever see him like this.
He felt the current crash against his metal neck outside, his steady footsteps submerging them deeper into the ocean.
"I heard from Uraraka-san that you had a normal body inside of the Titan chassis but I thought it wasn't literal. You really can't get outside?" She asked while observing the screen.
'Not really, the last time they tried taking me out I almost died.' She read his reply from the screen, this time not turning away from it.
"I'm, sorry to hear that. I can't imagine being trapped in a metal body." Momo whispered out, knowing Izuku could hear her. She briefly checked to see if Knight was still busy with Melissa. Maybe this should be a conversation that these two should have given their similar circumstances.
'It's fine.' He dismissed the comment rather quickly.
"Well, at least it seems cozy here. I imagine you get a lot of visitors." Momo tried to change the subject to be more lighthearted. The longer she waited for a reply, or a smile, the more concerned she got.
'Just Ochaco and Mirio.' He finally answered. 'I'm ok though, I can feel and experience everything outside like it's my own body. No need to let anybody in.'
Izuku saw the doubtful look Momo had and reread the text on the screen. 'Ok, that sounds bad, but I mean it literally.'
"Not even your own mother?"
He cringed at the question. 'She would only worry more seeing me like, this.'
"I can imagine." The girl turned back to the view, the rippling water taking up half the screen now as the ocean level was at his eyes. She recalled her brief interactions with the woman, how sensitive she was. If her daughter suddenly turned into a large robot she would definitely faint.
Izuku was not doing a good job at convincing her he was ok. Yes, his flesh body was locked away and he wasn't comfortable opening it up to the world. Yet everyone seems to be forgetting or ignoring the fact that everything he senses outside feels like he's experiencing it in person. Having people inside his headspace interacting with him while he was operating his exterior body feels like he's in two different worlds at once. Ochaco was the only person it felt like looked him in the eyes, inside or out of the cabin. Maybe that's partly because the first time she came in they shared a mind, or soul.
'I know I sound lonely, and keeping myself hidden away does sound bad. But it doesn't bother me. Sorry I made you worry.'
"Don't worry, it's okay." That made Momo worry even more. The fact that this Izuku was comfortable with his situation was something that should be brought up to a therapist. When she got the chance, she might have to talk to Ochaco about it. She piloted Izuku after all, and did some mind share? Looking back to the screen it nearly took her breath away. They were now fully submerged, with the vast blue ocean before them. The sun rays shone through the water from above, caressing every shape in soft light. Izuku's giant form stomped onward on the rocky oceanic floor, wildlife scattering away in fright from the colossal being.
'This is a nice view. It reminds me of when we were in space.' She couldn't agree more with the small text on the screen, observing how whole shoals of fish moved slowly around. In the glimmering light from the surface they looked like silver arrows slowly floating in some direction only known to them.
"Wait, you've been to space?!"
'Once, when we were battling the Nomu we took it away from earth so that we could incinerate it. Didn't really focus on the view at the time myself, but it's something that sticks out in Ochaco's mind.' Reading that, Momo remembered Uraraka telling her about something like that.
"You two talk as if you know each other's thoughts. Uraraka-san mentioned something about sharing a mind at one point. What's the story behind that?" Momo felt they were getting somewhere better for a proper conversation, instead of pushing towards uncomfortable topics. Best to steer away from the memories surrounding his mentor's death.
Izuku lifted his hand and tapped the back of his head where a cable was running to it. 'I think we did it through this. When we piloted the body together, we activated some type of mental link. Our thoughts, memories, actions, everything worked in sync as if we were one person.'
"Zuku didn't use anything like that for us two to connect. This headpiece I'm wearing is a neural interface that is capable of connecting me to him, but it's nothing like what you and Uraraka-san described. It's as if his body became mine, without any difference that you could spot. He moderates the experience a bit, filters damage information and assists me with motion if needed but otherwise it's me alone who moves." The raven haired girl explained what she knew.
Izuku pondered on the technology explained by the girl. Something that still let the pilot control the robotics but didn't intrude on privacy. If we was to share his body with someone else, they might be more open to letting them have control while keeping their mind private. If he managed to share this with his club, they could get started on a lot more projects sooner than expected.

His stomps halted, his functions going towards creating the new technology. Over the screen ran a series of numbers and complicated schematics that pieced themselves together to create all sorts of machines that would be the basis of a new form of neural technology. It was so tightly compacted on the display that it was hard to even tell there was anything there. Izuku himself wasn't actually sure what he was looking at, it just made sense like it was building blocks. Though he wasn't sure what technology Knight used, so he'd have to check with them to see if it was compatible.
'Maybe something like this?'
"Umm… I'm sorry but this is a bit outside my expertise, even if I'm well versed in engineering…" She replied while trying to make out what was even on the screen.
Ochaco snapped the stock on the custom rifle, examining its functionality one more time. Looking down the scope she watched as it auto focused. Twisting one of the knobs on the side she altered the setting to pick up on heat and movement. While there were better ones to detect heart beats and organic things they were going to fight against robots. Unless the person was wearing a highly insulated outfit they would still appear in her sights.
Her weapons were ready, mentally she was as prepared as she could get. Taking in a focused breath, Ochaco let her body relax. It was easy in the bean bag, but she couldn't rely on it out there. Getting up from her heavenly cushion, she began to do some stretches.
Knight's stomping alerted her to his presence, the man of metal making his way to stand next to Momo.
"Hey Zuku, have you two finished already?" The ravenette asked with a small smile.
"Yes, Melissa is now preparing her armor for startup. Without Luna it takes much longer, she needs to do everything manually." He replied, staring intensely at the screen.
Taking a glance at what they were looking at, she saw very detailed designs that she could only dream of fully understanding.
"Is this some kind of neural interface? It looks rather strange…" He asked after looking closer by himself.
"I think so? Izuku-san designed this after hearing how you connect to me when I'm piloting your body." Momo replied.
Ochaco wondered why Izuku would need to make something like that. Did he not like sharing his mind with her?
"Would you prefer using this?" She asked Izuku hesitantly. Twice she had opened her soul up to him and he to her. To imagine that he no longer saw that as a good option was hurtful.
To her joy Izuku shook his head. A line of holographic text materialized in front of her. 'No, I know you like the drift. I was just thinking if anyone else wanted to pilot with me they might not want to share their entire life, or maybe we could share the designs with the club back home.'
"Okay guys!" Melissa clapped her hands audibly as she approached the group. "We need to go through the battle plan and iron it out while we have time!" Melissa said loudly to gather their attention. She walked up to her friend with a tablet in hand but her attention immediately went to the still displayed schematics. Pausing for a second she slammed the device into Momo's chest who barely caught it before the blonde inventor nearly teleported to the larger screen.
"Aaaand we lost her…" The ravenette commented after Melissa started to mutter and giggle to herself in a mildly disturbing way.
"Let her have it. It's important to relax and clear your mind before a battle." Knight replied with a sigh. "Maybe you should change into your combat attire in the meantime?"
"My hero suit? You brought it along too?"
"Yes, Melissa had it in her workshop for repairs so we decided to take it. You should consider adding more protection to your vital organs, even if your body is more resilient than normal." The Vanguard class Titan replied, already walking back to the transport crate to retrieve the mentioned suit
"Ah crap, I didn't bring mine." Ochako pouted while seeing the case with a red 20 on it, but larger than the ones that school provided.
"Didn't you have it on you when you first arrived? Can't you use that one?" Momo asked while going behind the large crate for a bit of privacy.
"That was something made by Izuku but anything that leaves his body just disappears. My own suit is back at our UA, probably in the classroom." The brown haired girl replied while observing Melissa who was glued to the screen still displaying the schematics from before.
A soft whooshing sound directed her attention back to the ravenette who was just stepping out from her impromptu changing room. The twin engines on her hips were hissing slightly with a small puff of white steam that quickly dissipated. She was clad in a dark red suit that covered even her neck with small plates of black armor strategically placed around. Her face was partially covered by a headpiece that shielded her forehead and sides of the head and a semi transparent visor that left only her nose and mouth free. After a few seconds the red tinted screen rose back into the headpiece, together with her jump kit retracting to an idle position.
"If you tell me what you need I can probably create something decent for you, it's better to have some protection in the field." Momo said with a smile.
"I'll help. Maybe Izuku has some schematics and ideas? Taking into consideration her meta ability I would suggest some method of emergency propulsion." Knight butted in.
"Thank you guys so much!" Ochaco bowed swiftly, grateful for their help. "Oh, hey Melissa! Do you have any ideas for…"
Everyone gazed at the squirming Melissa, who was pressing herself against the screen to absorb the smallest of details on it. "An entire neural subspace that allows instantaneous commands through the pathways of the body with real time adaptive artificial nerve coating to-"
"We'll be fine without her." Momo declared turning back to Izuku. "So, I assume you already have the designs?"
He nodded, mentally separating what was on the screen and Ochaco's suit. That way the blonde can continue to gush undisturbed.

A transparent hologram with only a few layers washed over Ochaco, her plug suit from before taking on a more military appearance. It was similar to before, the pink visor, the cuffs around her wrists, and the ports allowing her to syncronize with Izuku. Except this time the reflective materials were matted, the flashy colors darkened and more blended, specialized magnet clips on her sides and back to allow her side arm and rifle to be stored on her person. Ochaco also noticed some new funnels on the sides of her heel and the experimental grapple tech she had trained with on her gauntlets.
"This is a lot more simple than I imagined." Momo stated, intrigued that with all the possibilities that Izuku could have made. Running a finger over the three dimensional image, the outer layer was moved to the side, each element and alloy highlighted and displayed on a small box next to the design.
"Indeed, but I would say compact is a better word." Knight corrected, analyzing the new suit himself. "Everything she needs from protection, noise cancelation, insulation, water sealing, mobility, communication, visuals, and interface is all here. Even the basics of his new neural technology is here. I imagine these designs were made with you in mind"
Momo saw that Knight was looking towards her. Ochaco's new outfit wasn't just made to be good, it was made with Momo's own quirk in mind to make it easier to create. "You didn't have to do this." She gently informed Izuku. "I would have been happy to put in the effort."
'You might need to use your quirk a lot later.' Izuku reasoned, one of the screens highlighting elements that would be used in the suit. 'Though you still might find making this a little difficult. I think there's some complicated alloys in this, and whatever is being used as a power source.'
Momo looked over the multilayer design again, and true to Izuku's words there was more mental strength required of her rather than quantity. The fabric, if it could even be called fabric, was made from metals and gases intertwined. Anything slightly off from the formula layed out would produce rust or a violent chemical reaction. "This is impressive, but I'm having trouble identifying the power source."
"It appears that your abilities have a common theme of using quirks as a power source." Knight pointed towards the gloves, where pathways in the suit connected to the pads at the fingers.
"Wait, can I use my quirk in this?" Ochaco asked with some concern. "I know I don't need to use it, but it would be a decent handicap to not use it."
'That was one of the first things I made sure were in the design.' Izuku reassured. 'The suit might just be powered once you make it weightless, and whenever you turn off your quirk you'd already be touching the suit, making it weightless again.'
"That does seem to be the case. Either way we should get started. I can get started on the graviton particle transformers."
"And I can begin working on the outer layer." Momo confirmed, already using her own quirk while reading the details of measurements and materials.
Ochaco felt a little awkward, just standing there as a mannequin for the hologram and whatever pieces they made for her to try on. She glanced one more time to Melissa, who was too distracted to see the development. "Are we going to involve her?"
"If we try prying her away from there I think she might just hit us all with a wrench." Momo sighed, knowing her friend would love this but sometimes had tunnel vision when it came to discovering new technology.
"Ok...In that case could I also request some ammo? I have something a little different in mind to take out some robots."
An armed guard in dark combat gear was leaning further into his seat. His gun was resting to the side, his eyes more focused on the pencil balanced on his lips. All around him were computer screens that stretched across the wall monitoring the activity of I-Island. Kicking his feet up onto the wide keyboard, he smirked as the displays showed the near two thousand mechanical soldiers marching through the streets.
Unfortunately taking his eyes off his small hobby caused the pencil to fall to the ground. "Damnit."
"Report." A man came from behind wearing a large white coat, a combat vest, slicked back red hair, and strange face paint. He held a strange headpiece with six prongs that came to the front. "Have you altered the path of the island yet?"
The soldier jolted as he was reaching for the writing utensil. "I thought the plan was to find whatever was stopping Kurogiri and-"
"It's been a full day already, and if we can't follow through with the rest of the plan it will bite us in the ass." The man said in a warning tone. "Plus, it's only a matter of time before someone notices the silence from I-island and decides to investigate."
The guard huffed, leaning further back into his seat. "Even if any other military finds out, they're already spread thin to the point that if they used the resources needed to take back I-island their countries would be vulnerable. It would take some otherworldly force to attack right away."
"I suppose so." The larger man agreed, walking to a nearby computer to plug the strange device in.
"Wolfram, what are you doing?" His underling asked, barely sparing a passing glance.
"The battery on this thing is absolute shit. I need to recharge it constantly just to use it for a measly ten minutes. Can't believe they only made one prototype and stopped. They might have won the war by now if they bothered to actually focus on weaponizing their heroes more efficiently." The now named Wolfram complained, a orange light appearing as soon as he connected it to the charger.
*beep*
"Hm?" Both of them looked over to one of the instruments, an advanced radar like device with a rotating arm pinging as it passed over an area.
"What is it?" Wolfram demanded, narrowing his eyes at the screen.
"I don't know." The young soldier sat up, running his hands over the keys to gather more data. "Can't be a submarine, hardly anything can withstand the water pressure that deep in the ocean."
"What about a quirked whale?"
"It's big, really big." Now that he was eyeing the screen, he began fidgeting with all sorts of dials. "We might need to get one of the scientists up here, either the machine is busted or there's a skyscraper coming this way."
"I'll get Shield up here." Wolfram decided. "I don't like leaving him out of our sight for too long."
At the bottom of the ocean, the large metal Jaegar stomped up clouds of sand under his feet. His green visor pierced the darkness with a beam of green light from his eyes. Glancing around his environment, he found peace in the solitude here. The noise, the distractions, it was all gone. Not even the distant light of a star reached him.
He stopped, something washing over him. It bounced off the metal skin and returned to wherever it came from. Listening for a while longer, he felt it again with a subtle ping. Radar, it was radar. Someone or something had detected his massive presence all the way down here.

Izuku could see it now, the approaching radio waves coming to brush against the ocean floor and report back. The moment it touched him his body absorbed it, calculated the area around him, and sent back a matching radio wave with precise delay. This should work.
"Hold on." The guard held his hand up, making Wolfram pause. The blip on the radar was gone, of course it was a glitch. "It's gone, I think this thing just needs to be recalibrated every now and then."
"Get it done then." Wolfram commanded, leaving the man alone for the moment. "I'll return for my treasure once it's charged."
"Sure…" Now alone, the young soldier grabbed his pencil and went back to his minor hobby.
"Okay, everyone's ready?" Melissa asked, armored in her large suit with the helmet slightly retracted. It was colored with blue, red, and yellow reminiscent of All Might's own hero attire.
"I'll go outside to be ready, we will begin anytime now." Knight said, turning towards the airlock on the side of the head.
"Wait! Like, right now?!" Momo asked after registering what her friend said.
"Yes? I'll need to deploy in the fastest manner possible to ensure that enemies will focus on me." He replied after stopping and looking back. "Don't worry, water pressure isn't a problem for me." He added after seeing her worried face.
"Just… Please be careful, alright?" She asked with a small smile.
"Will do." With that reply he entered the metal room, large doors closing behind him to seal the cabin. All the air was vacuumed out of the chamber, Knight stood ready to brace himself for the incoming water. The outer metal doors opened, a layer of green light holding back the immense pressure of the water. He cautiously stepped out into the ocean, his body feeling the strain as soon as he exited the headspace.
On Izuku's shoulder, he scanned the environment around him that drowned all noise. Izuku turned his head to look at Knight, the bright eyes in his visor lighting up his smaller frame. At that moment he was glad they were on the same team.
Izuku lifted up the arm that Knight was standing on, letting the smaller machine leap out to his palm. He looked like he was floating through the water, the density of the water preventing gravity from bringing Knight down immediately. Once landing on the hand Knight looked back to the giant that stared down at him.
Inside, Momo placed her hand against the large screen, worry written across her face. Ochaco stood by Melissa, shifting from foot to foot.
"So, do those two just share these weird romance moments a bunch?" The girl asked the currently taller armored one.
"You have no idea." Melissa whispered back. "Do you have your own moments with.."
She nudged her head in Izuku's direction, the boy being more focused on the task rather than the gossip.
"No, nothing like…" Ochaco then recalled the moments that she and Izuku shared in the headspace, the crying together, the memories they shared directly to one another, the cuddling on the beanbag as they slept. She glanced towards where Izuku was currently being held up. He noticed, looking right back to her. Giving an innocent smile he waved.
Ochaco slapped her hands against her helmet, too embarrassed to let anyone look at her right now.
"Ooohhh~ So there is something?" Melissa smirked, now having obtained some psychological ammo to use.
"Shut up." Ochaco hissed.
'Are we ready to head up?' Izuku's text line appeared on the screen.
"Ah, right." Momo backed away from the screen, turning back to Izuku's body. "How long will it take for you to swim up?"
'We're not swimming.' Izuku informed her, then paused as he realized something. 'Well, technically it is swimming. But it won't be that slow.'
[Activating Flight Systems]
The status of Izuku's body highlighted his feet, energy being pumped straight to them. They started to ascend, faster and faster as water rushed along the metal. Knight, who was waiting on the giant's hand knelt down as tons of water began to push against him at the sudden acceleration.
Thrusters at the bottom of Izuku's feet evaporated the water around it instantly, a trail of bubbles following the giant as he approached the surface. The oversized Jaegar locked its path straight towards the metal fortress that rested above them. His green glowing eyes narrowed at the island, cocking his right arm back he launched it forward.
Knight held on as tightly as he could, the water threatening to crush him now that they were moving so fast. The surface tension couldn't withstand the might of the giant, his arm breaking the skin of the ocean with a massive wave. Izuku's vision narrowed, passing through the several buildings until it spotted the largest hoard of robots. He threw the titan straight towards them, Knight corse correcting himself midair.
One of them looked over, the moment its optics registered the enemy's foot it squashed the tin soldier to a pile of scraps. Knight pulled his sword off his back, cleaving them in half in a wide swing. The ones that were temporarily lucky enough to not be obliterated in the single move raised their weapons to shoot at him. Their bullets pattered against his thick armor, everyone now alerted on the island to the fight.
His shoulder weapons locked onto the enemy, the rotary cannon began hammering away, taking large chunks off the robots in rapid fire. The missile pod sent a gift to a group of ten that were down the street, engulfing them in a ball of fire that sent shrapnel all over the place. Grabbing the massive gun that was connected to his back, Knight stood in the middle of the smoking street. One arm holding the sword, the other pointing the gatling ahead.
"While you may surrender, I hope you don't. I didn't bring these guns to show off."
"What the hell is that?!" Forgetting his pencil, the soldier stared at the screen ahead of him. Some big ass robot was annihilating their troops! Grabbing the laptop they had brought to command their crew, he selected nearly all available soldiers in the area to try and swarm the invader. "Shitshitshit, how did he even get here?! Air defense is online, all the shoreline cannons are functional, what the hell?!"
"Timothy, report!" Wolfram yelled over the coms.
"S-some bastard just crashed into the island! I'm sending all nearby troops to-"
"Waves you imbecile! Send them in waves! Make sure to use the buildings and give them plenty of cover! If those are missiles I'm hearing then our soldiers would be wiped out if they group together! Use your head you damn kid!"
"I get it I get it!" Timothy yelled back into the coms, already inputting the orders. "I'm not a kid either, I'm eighteen damnit."
Glancing up at the security screens to keep an eye on the invader, he spotted movement in his peripheral. The dock where they kept their battleship, the water was shifting around it. A large splash of the ocean erupted. Something else was happening, something big.
Hovering just under the surface, Izuku witnessed Knight charging ahead and sweeping through the crowds. He was certainly getting plenty of attention, the robots converging towards his position. Not all of them were immediately closing in. Some were still keeping guard in high security areas or keeping watch around the perimeter. They needed to fix that.
"Hey Izuku!" Ochaco called out to him.
Turning his head, he no longer focused on the outside world. He saw Ochaco holding her gun in a relaxed stance in front of Melissa and Momo in the airlock. She gave him a thumbs up, smiling under her visor. "Kick their ass."
She commands, and he obeys.
Nodding once, Izuku took the instruction to heart. He wanted to be right there, protecting her. They had their own mission though, retrieve David and power Luna back up. His was to help Knight clear out any and all enemies.
The doors to the airlock shut, closing the girls off from Izuku. He moved closer to the surface, but stopped himself. He didn't want to have them meet any resistance, but if he stayed next to them they would be noticed. Glancing back to the large ship that was anchored to the docks, he got an idea. Bringing his left hand up to the boat, he punched the water to cause a huge wave. As a few scattered robots were swept away, he clamped his fingers against the hull, squeezing tightly.
As he began to drag the vessel into the ocean with one hand, he brought his other hand up to the side of his head as it gently rose above the water. Ochaco, Melissa, and Momo all hopped on the extended hand. Izuku was causing a huge distraction with his left hand, wrecking the boat and pulling it into the water. It left his right hand to bring the girls far away from all the current action, safely depositing them on the surface of the island.
Once both tasks were completed, Izuku found a place to land.
"Our ship is down, keep an eye out! Wolfram's orders!" A grey cat humanoid dressed in dark military gear screamed at his smaller ally.
"There's nothing out there!" Yelled the armed mouselike person. "We've got an enemy loaded with all sorts of things making our grunts look like target practice with tin cans! Only a tenth of them are actually armed!"
The two were stationed around the Island's edges to keep an eye out and order the local grunts. Right now they felt useless at their current tasks.
"Jerry, this is an invasion! They're not just gonna send one guy in a walking tank!" The mutant quirk cat argued, waving his hand in the air.
"Well Tom, I don't see anything else to shoot. Do you?!" Jerry screamed back, his hand already over his weapon.
The crash of the sudden ocean wave erupted next to them, the water hitting the side of the island with force. Something rocketed out of the water, blocking the moon from their view. The roaring thrusters approached them, followed by the slamming metal that launched them a foot in the air from the impact. The entire island slightly tilted from the sudden weight added to the very edge, the newcomer towering over the buildings.
The two of them looked up, freezing at what had landed. The giant stood to full attention, his head looking down to bore his green eyes through their souls.
"Ah fuck."
Izuku's eyes locked onto the guns, the back of his mind already tingling knowing of their existence. Raising his huge metal foot, he kicked at the two armed soldiers. They were sent flying, his vision showing at least fourteen different fractures they earned. He winced internally, he didn't mean to be that harsh. It was just a light tap with his toe.
Gazing his eyes back over the island, his eyes found the locations of all the robots.

Smiling at the progress, Izuku was glad he finally had a way to have ranged contact with Ochaco. Her new suit was designed to be completely compatible with his own systems. Yet so far the only thing designed to be compatible with other tech was her comms. It would be something they would work on later, but for now their progress had been excellent.
Shifting his view to where Knight was, Izuku saw the robots being obliterated around him. The Titan was showing no mercy, using his entire arsenal at all times. He was gaining attention, but there was still a few of them moving around and scattered throughout the city. Izuku found the nearest ones, a small group of three that was running to check out the docks that he recently smashed as their only way of escape.
Energy thrummed behind his eyes, shooting out and melting the small robots instantly….along with a large chunk of the road…
Taking a controlled step, Izuku moved an entire block and squashed a group of five. Something was tapping against the side of his head, looking to where the source was he saw a group of ten robots with guns on a rooftop trying to damage him. The bullets sounded like rain, doing no damage to him whatsoever. This time, Izuku tried to demonstrate more control.
With pinpoint accuracy, Izuku's eyes narrowed and shot out twin beams of lime green energy that pierced the bodies of two of the robots. One at a time, he finished off his opponents.
He should probably find a better way to take out multiple enemies faster.
"Zuku said there are enemies with ranged weapons, be careful." Momo said to Ochaco who took the point in their small formation. Melissa with her suit set to silent running was at the back, intending to act as a literal shield if an attack from there would occur.
The three of them swiftly moved throughout the technical access tunnels, moving to Melissa's Den. Ochaco was controlling each step, her feet rolling with ease to let her keep her sights leveled and cause little to no noise. While her boots were comfy to where, they weren't made with stealth in mind. Her visor was continually scanning the environment for any threats while Melissa would alert her which tunnel they would need to go through. It was great that all of them had a form of night vision so they didn't need to use lights. So far, they encountered no resistance, a mini map displaying all known threats and their locations.
"Izuku is relaying the position of every robot to me, while he seems to be letting them get fairly close to himself there's pretty much a dead zone around Knight." Ochaco informed them, a booming noise shaking the area above them.
"You saw how angry he was when Luna went offline, what else did you expect? I'm worried about him using so much munitions though." Melissa replied from the back, her footsteps producing a low hydraulic hiss.
"He has a brand new reactor core, he'll be fine." Momo stated but it sounded more as if she tried to convince herself then anything else.
The tunnel began to end, brief flashes of orange and green lighting up the city outside.
Ochaco peeked her head out of the tunnel exit and threw her fist up, the other girls stopping behind her. Without looking back, she held up two fingers and a few other signs with her hand. Readying her rifle, Ochaco waited for the girls to get into position….and waited...Glancing back, she saw that Momo looked fairly confused while Melissa's emotions where hidden behind her helmet.
"What's wrong?"
"All I got from the sign language was two." Melissa confessed, Momo nodding in agreement.
Right, she wasn't with Snipe or a random team of edgy hardcore airsoft players.
"Two guards at the door. Their left arms are replaced with rifles." Ochaco said after peering around the corner. There stood a two story building with only a few small windows on the second floor, the two robots guarding the sides of a large metal gate that had signs of someone trying to get inside by force. One of the doors was nearly ripped off, mangled and hanging on only one hinge.
"It looks like they got inside your lab, what now?" The brown haired girl asked with her gun at the ready.
"They didn't, telemetry shows that the inner gate is holding and there were no breaches detected. We need to clear this building and restore the power, then Luna can wrestle the control back and we are in business." Melissa replied while taking a peek be herself with a small camera on her hand.
"I can tank up to 20mm armor piercing in this. You two go up and disable them when they'll be distracted with me." The blonde inventor ordered, with the two nodding in understanding. Their dark outfits helped hide themselves in the night. Ochaco tapped Momo and made her weightless. With no weight, they gently activated their thrusters to release as little noise as possible to position themselves.
"Yeah… alrighty… no biggie… I've been shot at already multiple times…" Trying to hype herself up Melissa activated one of her gauntlets, unfurling a big round shield colored similarly as her whole armor but with a large white star in the middle. "Don't fail me now, Captain America." She continued to mumble while checking everything for the last time.
"You know that your comms are on, right?" Momo's voice rang in her ear, causing her to blush bright red. Thankful for her full body armor she huffed to herself, just to mask her embarrassment, and stepped out into the open while raising the round shield to protect her face and torso.
Immediately a rain of bullets impacted into her, making the whole power suit shake from the force. Gritting her teeth she stepped closer, just to be sure that the whole attention was on her. After another second the shooting stopped, with her friend giving an all clear.
"Did you really call this shield 'Captain America'?" Momo asked after she landed harshly just beside her. In her hands a large caliber rifle with a silencer.
"That's adorable." Ochaco butted in too, landing softly and returning gravity to herself.
"Ugh… just let's get inside." Ignoring them both, the blonde lead the way, stopping briefly near one of the robots with its head blown off. "This thing looks somehow familiar, I saw this design somewhere before…" She commented, but decided to leave it be for now.
*Crunch* Izuku stepped on another group of robots, the tin soldiers flattened against the road like empty soda cans. He swept his arm over a rooftop of five more that were shooting at his eyes. Glancing to his brother in arms in the distance, Knight was surrounding himself with hoards of robot corpses. They tried running through the buildings to get close enough to the Titan, but he destroyed any cover they tried using.
Glancing upwards to one of the adjacent buildings Izuku detected a group of ten grunts right next to a window. They broke through, jumping from the building to try and hit Knight from above. Izuku knew he could only shoot down one at a time with his eyes, he needed something new and better to use.
A slot on his right forearm opened up, a metal disk popping out with two small arms hovering over it. It started to spin, the arms hitting the moving surface and sending bolts of power out in rapid fire. Each shot hit a falling robot, turning them into molten rain that fell around Knight.
The smaller giant turned to Izuku, eyeing his new weapon. "Is this new?"
Izuku lifted up his new weapon that sat on his arm. "Yes, but I don't..reco-gnize it."
All of his weapon upgrades came from either a movie or show. This one was different, he never imagined something like this before. Not only that but he didn't have to change himself to summon it, it was already there ready to be used.
"Well whatever it is, keep using it." Knight sounded almost pissed that something distracted him from his slaughter.
With a new toy to play with, Izuku aimed it at another group of distant robots. The disk spun, the arms smacked against it, and hell was unleashed on the unfortunate ones. He looked back to where Ochaco was one more time, his visions peering through hundreds of walls. She was handling herself fairly well. Something changed, the rest of the robots that had yet to reach them changed directions. They were heading right towards the girls! Izuku could reach them in time if he plowed through the buildings to prevent them from encountering any of them.

The residents of I-island should have some home left to return to. The others would just have to hold on for a little bit. In the meantime he can take out any that were still in the open.
Going further into the building, Ochaco's HUD highlighted two more grunt robots. Silently, she indicated where the two enemies were to Momo. Laying her body on the ground, Ochaco waited for the thumbs up from Momo. Once cleared, she rolled out and shot one of the robots. Right when she put her sights on the second Momo had gunned it down.
"Let's go." Melissa whispered, showing them where they needed to go. Every Room they passed by was broken into, already scavenged and trashed with computers and desks thrown about. After a short trek inside the three girls found themselves in front of a rather large set of doors, a few scorch marks visible on the surface. A large variety of tools were scattered around, most of them broken in an attempt to get through the doors or walls surrounding them.
Walking to the side room, Melissa connected her suit to a port near one of the terminals. "It's good, those idiots just used the remote breakers to sever the power." She commented, using her new pseudo neural interface to restore everything to working order.
"It'll take a short while for Luna to get back up, I deactivated the breakers so they can't be operated remotely for now. Let's go and try to locate the hostages, maybe we could gather a larger fighting force with the security staff." She continued, retracting the cable she used to connect to the computers.
Ochaco stood on guard with her rifle, waiting for Melissa to be ready. All of a sudden her HUD flashed, a message appearing on her visor.
"Gals, we have a problem. All of the robots on the island are coming here, Knight and Izuku are coming too but the enemies will be first." Ochako said with a bit of a nervousness in her voice.
"We should bunker down in here, we have a choke point. They can't get in here more than a few at once, we will just gun them down until boys arrive." Momo suggested, already creating a more suitable weapon for the coming engagement.
Walking up to a massive metal cabinet, Melissa kicked it over and pushed it to the entrance. Taking a few steel stakes from the ravenette she secured the impromptu barricade and took the rifle that Momo created earlier.
Ochaco used her quirk on a discarded metal door, positioning it to lean against part of a desk that was thrown into the hallway.
The echoing of hundreds of metal soldiers approached, rising in volume. The moment that one of them came into sight Momo opened fire immediately, a .50 cal machine gun spewed bullet after bullet stopping the charge nearly instantly. The power of creation shined in the belt that was clipped to her forearm, feeding the gun with a nearly unlimited amount of ammunition.
Ochaco kept her sights focused, letting the girl with near infinite ammo take care of the grunts. Her eyes quickly adjusted to the sparks and flashes that illuminated the hallway, sparks and shards of metal flying all around. One of the armed ones came into sight, staying in the back to let the others be used as cover. It never got the chance to raise its rifle as Ochaco put two bullets into its body, one in the head and the other in the torso.
Melissa kneeled before her friends, the round shield now being large enough for her whole frame to hide behind. She used one Momo's rifles to take care of any that got too close.
The hoard began to slow down, the obstacle of their fallen soldiers halting their progression further into the building. Even with this advantage Momo didn't ease up on the trigger, continuing to spray bullets at the sight of any movement.
Ochaco's HUD highlighted one of the robots that had broken through one of the walls of an adjacent room. Leveling her rifle to where it would appear, the robot broke through another wall right next to them. Two quick bullets and it was down, laying in front of the new hole. Ochaco saw more coming to take the new path, so she positioned herself next to it and closed the hole with the bodies of grunts. Hopefully the boys will get here soon.
Large fast footsteps shook the island as Izuku stormed forward as fast as he could without breaking everything. Knight was in between his feet, continuing to shoot at any passing robot they came across. Right when they saw the hoard of soldiers flooding into the building Izuku lifted his foot and stomped right in front of the door, sealing the crowd off. It was followed by Knight raising his gatling cannons and shredding the ones that weren't immediately crushed. Izuku raised his arm, hundreds of quick bursts of energy slamming into the scattering robots.
All around them were sparking, flaming, melted, shredded bodies of soulless machines.

There were no enemies nearby, and no robots in the immediate area. From what Izuku saw the rest of them were either hunkered down or panicking. This was probably one of the easiest battles he had ever been a part of.
After nearly two minutes the attack ended with a resounding boom that shook them all, the destroyed robots nearly filling the passages. Gun fire and other explosions of noise could be heard outside, the titans had arrived and were clearing out the rest. Ochaco took her helmet off, wiping the sweat that developed on her forehead.
"That was intense…" Momo commented after a while, laying the gun in her hands down as it steamed from heat. She unclasped the feeding mechanism from her forearm and tossed it aside.
"Your quirk is a cheat." Ochaco stated after taking in the sea of spent casings around the ravenette. She easily burned through a thousand bullets without even stopping or reloading, and she clearly didn't have to anytime soon. The biggest risk they faced wasn't running out of ammunition, it was overheating their weapons.
"That's an understatement of the century but let's discuss that later. Isn't it strange that we didn't encounter any human opponents? An operation like this must have overseeing personnel or a commander of sorts." Melissa stated, with the sounds of combat from the outside winding down.
"I would guess that they are panicking with Zuku and Izuku-san's rampage. It may make getting to the hostages much harder, even impossible if they decide to use them against us." Momo added, taking her rifle back from the armored blonde.
"That's probably what's happening." Ochaco tapped the helmet in her lap. "Last I saw any armed human enemies on the map were taking defensive positions."
"Mother Momo? Are you there?" Suddenly Luna's voice sounded from a small intercom near the doors, getting the attention of everyone.
"Luna! It's so good to hear you!" The ravenette immediately smiled and replied.
"It's good to hear you too. What is happening? I can't see or access anything outside the Den." The artificial construct asked, clearly puzzled about the whole situation.
"The Island was attacked and taken over, they managed to cut your power so you were asleep. Try to restart the communication array and restore the intranet. You have my permission to hack into all security systems and use all available resources to secure the safety of the residents." Melissa quickly explained and gave orders.
"But Grandpa David said I shouldn't do that…" Luna replied a bit apprehensive.
"Don't worry, I'll explain everything to him. Can you find where all of the residents are? Try to give any assistance you can, especially to the security personnel and the heroes that are stationed here."
"Connection to the intranet reestablished… Warning! Unauthorized software detected… Isolating… Quarantine successful... Scanning… two hundred and thirty one citizens not accounted for, thirty seven security guards not accounted for, thirteen heroes on duty not accounted for. Deploying security measures against hostile targets... Error, access denied. Overriding… Override is impossible from a remote location ." Luna droned on in monotone, the statistics presented causing a heavy feeling in the small group.
"Dang it, we will need to get to the central tower for that. Connect to my suit for now, I may need your help later." Breaking the silence Melissa ordered, with her armor immediately becoming more nimble and easier to move in after reconnecting to her daughter.
"The central tower right? I only saw like two enemies in there." The brunette stretched, already thinking on the next thing to do.
Moving over the dead robots that were blocking nearly half of the corridor, the trio managed to get back onto the street. A sea of ripped apart robots greeted them, a massive indent of a footprint right in front of the doorway with flattened robots in it. some of the mechanical enemies were destroyed beyond recognition. A few buildings were partially collapsed, scorch marks from explosions and large but shallow bullet holes scattered around.
Izuku's eyes were glowing over the street as he looked over the destruction. Knight stood on the other side of the street with his back to a large building, the gun in his hands still smoking after a long fight.
"Izuku!" Ochaco called up to her giant friend. He turned over to look right at her, seeing her smiling face.
"Good job kicking ass!" She gave him a thumbs up, casually kicking one of the sparking heads.
"Thanks, you too."
Ochaco gave him a cheeky grin, happy that he saw her skills in action.
"Papa! You are here too?" Luna's voice sounded from Melissa's armor causing the Titan before them to relax a bit.
"Of course I am. What kind of father would I be if I let someone go unpunished for kidnapping my child?" He replied, getting back a small giggle from his daughter.
Izuku's eyes moved slightly, looking at a newcomer that was approaching them. It was one of the men that was labeled an enemy, but the strangest part was is that he wasn't armed. His quirk levels, while decent, weren't that big of a concern. Perhaps this was him surrendering?
Soft clapping got their attention, a man in white trench coat and combat gear slowly marched in their direction with a grin on his face. "Oh my, what a touching scene I stumbled upon." He said with amusement.
"Hands up high or I'm going to turn you into a smear on the sidewalk." Knight immediately ordered with all his weapons aiming at the newcomer.
Ochaco scowled, not liking the newcomer who oozed with confidence. Though Izuku appeared passive, not threatened by him at all. She would wait and see what he wanted.
"Hmm… you are Knight from UA, right? I saw your performance in the sports festival, really impressive. A bit of a dick move with destroying all those toys, they were rented you know." The villain didn't even seem fazed with the threat.
"This is your last warning, hands over your head." Knight repeated, the two gatlings starting to rapidly spin up.
The man complied, raising his hands over his head and brushing against the strange headwear he was wearing.

[ENEMY QUIRK LEVELS RISING EXPONENTIALLY]
With a small flick of his hand, Knight was launched far into the air as he reflexively fired his weapons. A large hand shot up and caught the titan, Izuku holding him protectively. His glowing eyes narrowed instantly on the man, about to shoot bright beams of thrumming energy to take his arms. Wolfram rose his hands and threw them to the side, twisting Izuku's head. The lasers shot out from his visor, slicing the buildings he was currently aimed at in half.
[!ALERT!]
[HIGH LEVELS OF MAGNETIC ENERGY DETECTED]
Ochaco opened fire, seeing how dangerous the man in front of them was. Without moving Wolfram summoned multiple piles of broken robots to serve as a shield, then threw them towards Ochaco.
[Primary Directive: Protect -Nice Girl- AKA -Ochaco Uraraka-]
Izuku went to slam his fist down on the man, his head stuck in its current position. Wolfram brought both arms up, letting go of his grip on Izuku's face alongside the robots and instead halted the massive hand. The enhancer's lights brightened, the strain visible on the villain's face. With a mighty heave he launched Izuku's arm backwards, the boy spinning with the momentum and tumbling off the island with Knight still in his grasp. The great splash of water nearly eclipsed the full moon, a dead silence following the impossible display. The three girls looked with terror in their eyes at the smiling man before them
"Well, let's see what you rats found down there!" The villain exclaimed with maniacal glee.
A new threat to Izuku has appeared, Wolfram. Aka MHA Magneto.

Raiden Tachibana:
Tons of awesome wrecking and fight scenes are to come in the next chapter.
Ben Turner1:
Same, I don't imagine many people in the MHA universe have the power to go toe to toe with a four hundred foot robot.
AnimeFan13579:
I can definitely see them teasing about it.
Nobody Foot Soldier:
Only ones he was aware of and put into the suit as he makes it. For example, in his Jaegar form he was aware that the movie version could use a sword in the wrist and put it into this body. But he can only command so much of his body at a time, so if he uses one of the add on features he would need to shut down another part of him.
Guest:
There are a few more than four hundred but they will be utterly crushed.
Planar-Walking-Entertainment:
Great question! Monoma gets his energy levels from quirks. It depends on how many he has at the moment, how recent he got them, and how compatible they are with powering his robot form. Example, he had more power in the club because he just copied the quirks, filled all his slots, and they all are very compatible with making a robot body.
I think it would work very similarly to how you described it, but we are still a long ways away from seeing that happen.
Darkscale42:
Maybe, there's still a lot of time but I can also only fit so many robots into the story.
