Previously on Dragon Ball Aftermath: The Primal God
Furouxa opens his eyes and energy bursts across the void and he flickers, sending a message to Arhenahin.
Arhenahin's eyes widen and he is suddenly in a blank space. He turns around to see a being like him. "Who might you be?"
Furouxa flickers walking up to Arhenahin. "You have one month on the grand calendar before I arrive at your reality and... destroy it..."
Arhenahin activates his power, countering Furouxa's aura. "Speak your name."
Furouxa laughs and energy bursts from him, starting to melt the fabric of reality around him. "My name is Furouxa... I have been sent by your mother to kill you..."
Arhenahin stops completely, getting nervous. "No... I thought my mother was in slumber!"
"She has woken up," Furouxa replies. "You better prepare yourself... Make this fight fun for me, will you...?"
Arhenahin finds himself back on his throne and his guards look at him, confused. "Where did you go, my lord?"
He gets up from his throne, walking forward. "Initiate emergency level five, Metempiric Space threat, immediately! Call all tier threes, fours, fives, sixes, and sevens to the Alpha Realm."
Many angels and guards rush out of the room and Arhenahin sits down. "During the battle with Akuma, his power prevented me from entering my true form. I was only able to utilize my powers from summoning all Tier Zeroes and Ones to fuse with me. I need to prepare to fuse with all of the greatest warriors."
Chapter Two
Piccolo stands on a cliff on Earth, watching the city below. He'd have fused with Zalama in the fight against Akuma and become a Tier Six, the new Dragon God. "It has been a long time since the Earth has undergone a threat."
He smiles, but just then, he hears something in head and a portal opens up in front of him. "Attention, this is level five, Metempiric Space threat. Come to the palace immediately!"
Piccolo's eyes widen, sweat going down the side of his face. "L-level five?! How can this be?!"
He leaps through the portal and finds himself in a crowd of tier threes, fours, sixes, and sevens. He sees a tall, glowing figure standing tall over them. "Order, order!"
Soon, all of the Royal Chaotic Omni Guardians stand in a line, the tier sevens being at the front, and the others following behind them. A moment later, Arhenahin vanishes into the room, looking at each of them.
"Good, you're all here," he says. "Let's- ... Where is Son Goku and Son Gohan?"
He turns toward Piccolo and he whistles, sweat going down his face. "Uh, sorry, my lord. I thought they would've come."
Arhenahin turns toward the God of Speed. "Would you please go and retrieve them for me?"
"Yes, my lord," the God of Speed says. He places a foot on the ground and just... disappears.
Piccolo's eyes widen. "Uhh... What happened to him?"
"He went so fast, that he's already there," Arhenahin replies. "They should be back soon."
"Aren't they in a different dimension?" Piccolo asks, but Arhenahin doesn't respond.
Goku and Gohan would be clashing in a separate dimension away from Heaven to avoid damage. To be precise, it would be the dimension that Zalama had trained them in, but it would be Piccolo's now.
They shoot across the infinite space, being even faster than before. Nothing, not even light can hold a candle to how fast they are going. Nonillions upon nonillions of shockwaves appear in the air every millisecond.
The God of Speed goes so fast, that he shoots through dimensions and ends up where they are. He'd look up at them and see them clashing clearly, them being very slow to him.
"Hey," he says, as he immediately is in front of them and stops their punches. "Training is over for now. Lord Arhenahin has called a meeting, and you are late."
Goku sighs in disappointment, powering down. "I know, but we didn't want to. We were in the middle of training here for many years."
The God of Speed raises an eyebrow. "How long have you two Saiyans been fighting here?"
Gohan smiles. "It's a miracle we haven't gone insane at this point. We have been in here for such a huge period of time, that the dimension itself is starting to lose some of its energy. We've been here for maybe over one hundred quadrillion years or so."
The God of Speed would be completely shocked. "How could two beings have such motivation to train...?" He clears his throat, getting back on topic. "Anyway, let's go to the meeting."
Goku's shoulders slump. "Do we have to...?"
"Yes, you do," the God of Speed replies, opening a portal in front of them. "If you do not attend, then there will be consequences." He goes through the portal, and Goku and Gohan enter it after him.
Arhenahin turns to see a portal opening with the God of Speed coming out, followed by Goku and Gohan. "Ah, good. You're both here. Please do not be late again, as these meetings are mandatory."
Goku scratches the back of his head, chuckling. "Sorry about that!"
Suddenly, a horrible stench hits all of them and every god except for Arhenahin backs up from the two Saiyans. Arhenahin sighs and taps his staff on the ground. "It is also mandatory to have hygiene. Why haven't you two cleaned yourselves?"
They are immediately cleaned by Arhenahin's magic. "I would expect two Tier Threes to at least be clean. Have you two been training again?"
"That's correct," Gohan replies. "We've been training for over a hundred quadrillion years."
"Ah, that's nice," Arhenahin says, then realizes, turning toward them again. "A hundred quadrillion years? I have not seen any god have the motivation to train like that for a very long time."
He clears his throat, walking toward his throne. "Apologies for the delay. Let's get back onto topic." He snaps his fingers and everybody stops murmuring to themselves.
The room falls into tense silence as Arhenahin sits down, facing them. "You all have gotten the message. There is a threat that could be... even greater than Akuma coming."
Immediately, all chaos breaks loose. All of the tier threes to sevens begin to panic, talking among themselves. Arhenahin snaps again, but the talking continues. He is about to get up, but Piccolo vanishes next to him on the arm of his throne. "I'll handle this, my lord."
He inhales and yells, a bright light coming from him and a soundwave blasting through the room. "SILENCE!"
Immediately, all of the talking stops. Goku chuckles to himself. "Piccolo's insanely powerful now. I guess that is to be expected of him."
Piccolo bows to Arhenahin then vanishes back into the front row. Arhenahin sighs. "Thank you, Dragon God Piccolo." He turns toward the gods again. "The new threat's name is Furouxa. He is..."
He hesitates for a moment and decides not to tell them the truth where he did come from. "...He's an old friend of mine who lives in the void outside of the Metempiric Space."
He walks across the room, around the crowd, continuing to explain. "He will arrive in one month. You all must train harder than you've ever had before, and try to get to a new level. The fate of the Metempiric Space lies on this next battle."
He taps his staff on the ground, a wave of energy passing all over them. "You are dismissed." All of the gods begin leaving, talking among themselves nervously. Piccolo walks over to Goku and Gohan and nods.
"Long time no see, you two," he says. "Sorry for not visiting. I have quite a lot of tasks to do as a tier six. Have you two been training?"
Goku nods, smiling. "That's right. For-"
"I heard," Piccolo interrupts. "That is a very long period of time. How much stronger have you two gotten?"
"We're about the level of a Tier Four," Gohan says. "I've been so weak before, not even a Tier Zero. Dad decided to train me, and now we are around the same level."
Piccolo chuckles. "This is why you should train, Gohan. You have become so strong so fast. Anyway, you two should continue training."
Gohan turns toward his father. "Hey, dad. Let's go visit Earth."
Piccolo's eyes widen, him being confused. "What? But you're dead-"
Goku just places a hand on Gohan's shoulder and puts his fingers up to his head, using Instant Transmission to go to a location very, very, very far away.
Piccolo smiles and walks off. "I guess being dead isn't going to stop you."
The two Saiyans are transported onto Earth, and they look around, seeing things have changed. Goku and Gohan fly across the land, seeing a lot more cities than before, and they would be futuristic.
Goku would be astonished and lands on top of a skyscraper, looking down at the city. He'd sense bunches of strong energies. "Are those... Saiyans...?"
"Humans have learned about Saiyans and have come to accept them," a voice says behind them. They immediately turn around to see a fully grown Namekian behind them. He'd be wearing the same clothes that Kami did.
Goku's eyes widen when he realizes who it is. "...Dende...?"
Dende smiles, walking in the middle of them, looking down at the city. "Time goes by fast. It's been over a hundred years since I became the guardian of this planet. I've seen wars, conflict, and destruction."
He turns toward them. "But... No matter what threat came, they all were able to fend it off. The Saiyans have thrived and have gotten stronger each generation. The adults are around the level of a God of Destruction."
Goku smiles widely when he hears this. "Seems like Earth no longer needs us. It has managed just fine."
"Indeed it has," Dende agrees. "The biggest threat to Earth currently is Frieza's son, Frigi. He's come before and has tried to destroy this entire planet for some petty reason, but the warriors came and took him down quickly. Since then, he's probably been training."
Gohan shudders. "I have some bad memories with Frieza. Frigi must be getting even stronger than him. We should stop him."
"We shouldn't try to influence things here anymore unless absolutely necessary," Goku reminds him. "Our time is long past. We have to put our faith in them."
Gohan scratches the back of his head, smiling. "Yeah, you're right. All of these Saiyans are incredibly strong. Remember those two kids Capper and Raddis?"
Goku squints, thinking for a moment, then blinks. "Oh, yeah! Those kids got strong fast! I can sense their energies right now down there. They might catch up to us one day."
"They probably will," Dende agrees. "Each generation of Saiyans is stronger than the last, and it has been many since your passings."
There would be silence between the three of them for a moment before Goku speaks up. "This new threat sounds very dangerous. If he's on Akuma's level or higher, we may not stand a chance."
Gohan nods. "Yeah... The only way you'd be able to beat a power of that magnitude is to unlock those... weird powers of yours. How did you even obtain them anyway?"
Goku thinks for a moment, scratching his neck. "The truth is, I don't know how Vegeta gave me those powers. It was almost like another force next to him did it."
"That's odd," Gohan says. "Do you think Vegeta could've gotten those powers?"
Goku sighs, looking down toward the city again. "I don't know... I miss him more and more every day. I would do anything to save him."
"We'll see him again eventually," Dende says, trying to reassure him, but Goku's shoulders slump. "Not even God himself could find him. There's not really much hope. I tried everything, even using the Super Dragon Balls here, but it was... beyond Super Shenron's power..."
Gohan places a hand on his father's shoulder. "Want to have a spar? Maybe it'll make you feel better."
For once in his life, Goku is hesitant to spar. He looks up at the sky. "We should get Piccolo to train with us for a little while, and maybe we can even get up to the level of tier five."
"You could talk to another Vegeta from a multiverse," Dende suggests, but Goku shakes his head. "No, no... It's not the same... By some crazy chance, our multiverse ended up taking just the right path, and we became the strongest variations in all of the currently existing multiverses in our omniverse."
Gohan feels a familiar energy and he turns around to see Piccolo, in his Dragon God outfit. "I came to visit my old home. I overheard you two talking about me training you."
Goku raises his eyebrows. "Does that mean you will?"
Piccolo is weirded out by this. "I can't believe I am about to train two Saiyans who were leagues above me ever since I was born. Fine. I'll train you... again...?"
Goku forgot for a second that Piccolo had fused with Zalama in the fight against Akuma to save all of the fighters. "Hehe... That's right. Alright, let's begin training!"
Suddenly, the four of them sense a strong energy approaching the atmosphere. In the distance, they see a ship ascending onto the planet and landing on a mountain.
Gohan squints, looking to see who it is. "Who is that? That energy... it's sort of familiar."
He begins to take a step forward, but Goku puts an arm out in front of him, stopping him. "Don't. Our time is over for this planet. Let's leave it to Earth's new warriors."
"Let's go watch," Gohan says, as they shoot forward and are immediately on top of a rock, suppressing their energies. The hatch on the ship opens and out comes a short Arcosian in his First Form.
He'd look very similar to Frieza, but not quite. He'd be a little taller, his features would be orange instead of purple, and he'd have slightly darker skin. Frigi would have come to Earth. He'd have a God of Destruction top.
He whips his tail on the ground and laughs, as his soldiers stay at the back. "It is time to destroy this retched dirtball once and for all, for I am the God of Destruction! The Frigi Force will avenge my father, Lord Frieza!"
Gohan facepalms, sighing. "After all these years... the empire is still going. Not only that but that Frigi guy is pretty strong. He has his transformations, along with having God Ki. I wonder why he's not in his Final Form."
"He's just like Frieza was," Goku says. "He likes to toy with his opponents. He's super powerful. Do you think the warriors can take on this monster?"
Frigi smirks and walks forward. Goku turns around and gasps, nearly getting them noticed. What he sees shocks him. He sees him and Chi-Chi's house, still left where it is. However, it'd be abandoned at this point, and have corroded.
At this point, the forest would mostly be gone, replaced by a lot of buildings around the old house. Goku feels kind of upset that the area he lived in as a kid had changed this much.
Gohan places a hand on his shoulder to comfort him. Frigi stands in front of the house. "What a pathetic place this is..." He walks into the house and Goku tries to go after him, but Piccolo holds him back.
Frigi walks around and checks the pantry, where there is super old, globs of old food goop that have decayed over time. He walks out and raises his hand, charging a purple blast. "Let us show those monkeys who is the ruler of this universe... I will level this entire continent!"
He launches it and it gets close to the house. However, a beam from the side slams into it and sends it flying to the distance, causing a catastrophic explosion. Frigi turns toward the source and smirks. "Look who it is..."
Two teen Saiyans would be standing there, the one in the front having his hand raised, and smoke coming off of his palm. "It's been a while since we saw each other, Frigi."
Goku stops struggling and his eyes widen. "That's- it's those kids... Are they taking on the God of Destruction?"
"I'll handle this, Capper," Raddis says. Energy gathers up at his feet. "I've been working on a new fighting style." He raises his hands and a sword entirely made out of his Ki appears in them.
Immediately, energy bursts from him and breaks the ground, and a bright glowing aura flares up around him, Spirit energy being gathered into the sword. The energy calms down and the rocks fall to the ground.
"What is that?" Gohan asks Goku and Piccolo. "A sword held together by Ki and powered up by spirit energy... That's crazy..."
Capper watches his brother in awe. "No way... That is absolutely amazing! You are a sword user now, Raddis?"
Raddis smirks and he flickers before launching forward toward Frigi, swinging his sword. Frigi barely is able to duck under it, grunting. He swings a kick and Raddis blocks it with his blade.
The two go back and forth rapidly, clashing attacks. They shoot through the air and all of the fighters watch below, impressed by his performance.
"He's only in his base form," Piccolo says. "I haven't seen a Saiyan sword user ever since Future Trunks came along. However... That Arcosian is in his first form as well..."
The Saiyan and Arcosian shoots through the air quickly, vanishing rapidly. However, Frigi would start to have the upper hand. He slams his knee into Raddis's gut, causing him to cough up spit.
He then spins around and slams his tail into Raddis, sending him flying through the rocks, causing debris to shoot everywhere. Immediately, he gets up and wipes blood off of his cheek. "I must say... You're even better than I first thought."
Frigi does a laugh just like Frieza's "Oh ho ho ho! It is quite uncommon for a mortal to fight on par with my first form. However, it will not be enough to kill me. After all, I am the God of Destruction..."
Raddis yells, his aura bursting and turning golden. "You have reigned over the universe long enough! Ever since Vegeta retired, you have taken that position by challenging other candidates, and you killed them without any mercy! Today, I will kill you, and I will become the new God of Destruction!"
Capper gasps when he says that. "R-Raddis...? Do you want to be the next God of Destruction? Why...?"
Raddis glances toward him. "To protect." He turns toward Frigi and roars, releasing his aura. He enters Super Saiyan Two, wind shooting everywhere.
Frigi gets into a stance, chuckling. "Unlike my father, I have trained for years, waiting for this moment... You two are the strongest Saiyans on Earth, so when I am done, there will be nothing left to oppose me!"
The two launch toward each other, and their attacks connect, a bright light causing an explosion so big, it nearly reaches Chi-Chi and Goku's old house.
To Be Continued in Chapter Three...
Phew. It's been a while since I have last uploaded a chapter. I've been taking a break.
I'm trying to find the motivation to continue writing some more. My Fanfictions have died down, especially since my main reviewer mysteriously disappeared out of nowhere.
Anyway, I will see you sometime soon! I'm not sure when!
