"It only shows all of history thus far," Unmei explains. "We see nothing that can happen in the future. There's also another problem."

She points to the page that explains how the Void orb gave birth to Ryina. "The scroll was created when I was created, not before. We don't know how the orb came to be or how to destroy her. If we destroy the orb, not only would it destroy her, but the entire Void as well."

"So how do you suggest we take her down?" Caelicola asks her.

She smirks. "Simple. We need somebody to get even more powerful than her and overthrow her." She turns toward Goku. "That somebody is the Infinitum Mortale. Son Goku, you are that person."

Chapter Fourteen

"Would you please explain to him what the Infinitum Mortale is, Lady Unmei?" Caelicola asks.

"Of course," Unmei replies. She turns toward Goku. "The Infinitum Mortale is a being I've had many visions as of lately. It is the only being capable of getting even close to Ryina's level. How they do it, even I have trouble comprehending."

She continues. "Whatever powers you have hidden within you are unknown, but they would put your Void form to absolute shame. You would become a god above all others, Son Goku. We must find the key to unlocking your true self."

"Then what are we waiting for?" Piccolo asks, raising his hand. He opens a portal big enough for all of them to go into it. "We need to get Solis on our side."

"Ah, yes, Solis," Unmei replies. "I love her dearly. It's been so long since we last talked. Very well, I will join you."

The six of them go through the portal and find themselves in a thriving reality closer to the center of the void. It would be absolutely massive, even bigger than the Metempiric Space.

"Unbelievable," Materia says, looking around in awe. "I thought all realities were dead apart from the Metempiric Space, but I was wrong."

There would be gods flying around, constantly maintaining the space-time continuum. A guard flies over and taps his staff, stopping them in their tracks. "Halt! Who might you be? Travelers?"

"We have come from the Metempiric Space," Goku replies. "My name is Son Goku. This is Gohan, Vegeta, Calcola, Materia, Piccolo, and Unmei."

"It's 'Caelicola'," Caelicola corrects. "We are here to speak to Solis."

"Sorry, but I cannot let you do that," the guard replies. "Queen Solis does not accept visitors at the moment."

Just then, a figure vanishes next to him. It would have a ring around its back, similar to the Grand Priest. "Queen Solis would like to see you six. Please excuse them, Maon."

The guard, Maon, swiftly moves out of the way and bows down. "Apologies, Lady Lunos. I understand." The guard flies off and Lunos gestures them to come follow her. "Come. Queen Solis is waiting."

The attendant Lunos would teleport them to a massive throne room even bigger than Arhenahin, or... Caelicola's now. In front of them, a massive figure would be sitting on a throne. It would be a Caeleste in its full size.

It shrinks to human size and jumps down, walking toward them. "Brother Materia, Sister Unmei, it is great to see you two still doing well. And, uh..." She turns toward Caelicola, her eyes widening. "You..."

Caelicola closes his eyes. "Sister Solis, I-"

In an instant, Solis would have rushed forward, going to punch him with full force. However, Unmei would intervene and block her punch with one hand. "Stand down, Solis."

"Why are you defending that monster?!" Solis asks. "Have you and Materia betrayed us? Do you now serve under Ryina?!"

Then Caelicola does something unexpected: He walks forward and drops onto his knees, bowing down to Solis. "Sister Solis, I apologize for my wrongdoings. I have changed. Lord Arhenahin took me in and... he gave me a chance. He knew I originally intended to kill him, but he gave me a chance to change."

Solis stares at him with uncertainty. "Where is Tiias?"

"Tiias, aka Akuma, was killed by Arhenahin," Piccolo explains. "Lord Arhenahin sacrificed himself to protect the Metempiric Space. He is dead."

Solis stops and looks down toward the ground. "I... I see... Brother Arhenahin has fallen... We are the final four. Eventually, we'll be gone too."

Unmei smiles and places a hand on her shoulder. "No we won't, sister. Thanks to the mortals: Son Goku and his friends, we have been planning to defeat Mother once and for all. We will restore the Void."

"Is that even possible?" Solis asks. "Won't destroying her destroy the Void as well?"

"Not if I become its new god," Unmei replies. "We will create a new Void, one that is better. All connections will be restored. No longer will death in the afterlife cause one to be sent to the Void."

"That's what happened to Vegeta," Goku adds.

Vegeta grumbles. "I have gotten too weak, I have to admit. I have to catch up to Kakarot and surpass him!"

"You cannot surpass the Infinitum Mortale," Materia says.

"Then I will become the second Infinitum Mortale!" Vegeta objects.

Goku begins cracking up. "And I will become the Infinitum Mortale 3! To go even further beyond!"

"Now's not the time for jokes, you two," Piccolo interrupts, but even he'd be smirking.

Solis thinks for a moment then sighs. "Very well. I will not be putting my reality in danger, though. There needs to be a way to protect it."

"What if we were to transport your entire reality to Piccolo's dimension?" Goku suggests.

"Is that even possible?" Vegeta responds. "Do you realize how much energy it would take to do that?"

"With me, doing that should be possible," Unmei replies. "Piccolo's dimension is located somewhere in the Void, I'm not quite sure where. It would make it harder for Mother to find it."

"Then let's do it," Piccolo replies. "Unmei, I will need you to lend me energy."

Unmei nods and places a hand on his shoulder. Piccolo begins to concentrate and there would be a gigantic glow to the side of the reality. A portal opens and beams of light shoot out of it, shaking everything.

"Stabilize it, Piccolo," Unmei says, and it would take all of Piccolo's concentration to keep it stabilized. "Caelicola, Materia, Solis, push the reality into the portal!"

The three Caeleste would combine their energy and use a telekinetic force to push Solis's entire reality into the portal, it closing behind them.

"What about the Metempiric Space?" Caelicola asks them. "Ryina also knows about it as well. If it is left unguarded, it will be destroyed."

"I will take care of that," Unmei replies, placing a hand on the floor. She closes her eyes, as Caelicola's eyes suddenly widen. "She's moving it far away, closer to the corners of the Void. That's insane... She's able to do it from all the way over here."

Unmei gets up. "That problem is now taken care of. Ryina will have trouble finding the Metempiric Space now. It will give us time to act and prepare."

All of the other Caeleste land and stand in a line, staring down at Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan.

"You three will be trained by the last four remaining Caeleste," Unmei says. "This will be your most intense training yet. I will teach you to utilize the powers of the Void and enter that form at will. I will demonstrate the stages of it."

She closes her eyes, a bright pillar of light slamming down onto her. She enters the first stage of the Void form. "This is Stage one." Red lines travel through her body, pulsating slowly.

"No way," Goku mutters, his eyes widening. "That form I unlocked against Akuma... It was only stage one?!"

She powers up again and a shock wave shoots from her, the entire Void around them bending toward her. The lines on her body turn glowing purple and pulsate faster. "This is stage two."

She powers down and Goku groans in disappointment. "Show us stage three!"

"We cannot, I'm afraid," Unmei replies. "Ryina would get alerted to our position if I went past stage two. I will display it when we get to err... Piccolo's dimension. That's far enough to not alert her."

Caelicola steps forward. "There's also another technique that Arhenahin has been developing and has wanted me to teach you. It will greatly complement your Void form, so we could stand a chance against Mother."

"I will be one of your reinforcements when the battle starts to go south for our side," Unmei says. "I can strike when Ryina becomes overconfident and I could potentially harm her. Just know that this is our only chance to win. If we fail, she will destroy us all."

"Let's begin this training," Vegeta says. "I am eager to finally become relevant in this group again! I am tired of being the weakest out of all of you."

Materia smiles. "Oh, don't worry, Vegeta. Us Caeleste are very good trainers. And since there are four of us, it will be four times as effective. Let's go ahead and prepare for the final battle."

Piccolo nods and creates a portal and goes through it, everybody following close behind. Goku takes one look back at the Void as the portal closes behind them. "Let's begin."

Months would have passed outside as the portal reopens, all of the fighters walking out. Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta's powers would have skyrocketed, putting their past selves to shame.

They would be slightly more buff, and they would have strange markings on their right arms.

"Are we ready to go?" Goku asks. "I can sense her getting closer far in the Void."

"I'm itching to try out these new powers," Vegeta replies. "This won't be an easy battle."

Unmei waves her hand and creates a battlefield that is millions of times bigger than the Metempiric Space. "I must go now. Ryina is coming. The final battle is coming soon. Prepare yourselves."

She flies off, leaving Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Materia, Piccolo, Caelicola, and Solis.

"Just seven isn't enough," Piccolo says. "We need an army to fight against them."

Solis nods. "I am aware, which is why I am here to call upon my creations." She taps her foot and millions of portals open, a bunch of different varieties of gods flying out. There would be trillions of them.

Caelicola smiles and taps his staff. "Come forth, warriors of the Metempiric Space!"

An uncountable number of gods rush out, ranging from Tier Zeroes to Sevens. Both armies would combine into one, and the combined power would be astonishing.

"That's more like it!" Gohan says, feeling more confident. "Alright, be careful everyone. Dad, you must not repeat your mistakes from the battle with Akuma. You must finish off the enemies immediately."

Goku chuckles. "I can't keep that promise. You know how Saiyans are."

Gohan sighs. "I figured you were going to say that. Just be careful."

An hour goes by and there would be a bright glow in the sky, forcing all of them to shield their eyes. A figure melts out of the Void and leaps down, landing on the battlefield. "It looks like you finished preparing, just in time..."

It would be Ryina, except she is alone. The seven of them get into their fighting stances, ready for her.

"Where's your army, Ryina?" Solis asks. "Are you really that cocky as to fight solo?"

Ryina laughs. "Oh, no, they're arriving right now."

Suddenly, a portal opens and the first figures that would fly out are Furouxa and Akuma, as they land next to the goddess of the void. Next would be trillions upon trillions of the Voidic beings that Akuma created to absorb and replicate their powers.

"I'll go easy on you," Ryina says, mocking them. "Before, you couldn't even handle Furouxa, much less Akuma."

Piccolo walks forward and gets into a stance. "You six, preserve your energy. With the intense training I've gone through, I should be able to hold them off and weaken them."

Caelicola nods. "Be careful, Piccolo."

Akuma yells, "ATTACK!"

Music: Xandria - Nightfall

The voidic beings screech and begin to run toward Piccolo. Without even raising his fingers to his head, he launches out a barrage of thousands of Special Beam Cannons. They all dart around, piercing through millions of Voidic Beings.

However, for every Voidic Being that dies, two more take its place. Piccolo wouldn't seem phased, though. "Metempiric army, you are with me! CHARGE!"

All tier zeroes to sevens all charge toward the Voidic beings and begins to fight them. These creatures would be far stronger than the ones they originally fought, so it would be a somewhat fair battle.

It would be absolute chaos, explosions reshaping the battlefield completely. Bodies are launched everywhere. Goku sees Ryina observing the battle with a cold smile, as she then turns toward Furouxa and gestures for him to attack.

"Watch out, everybody!" Goku warns. "Furouxa is on the move! He is stronger than Arhenahin!"

"I will take care of it," Solis says. Her feet charge up and she dashes forward at crazy speeds, maneuvering around anybody who gets in her path. She brings back her fists and uppercuts Furouxa, sending him back.

Furouxa lands on his feet and growls, licking the golden blood on his lips. "Hello, sister..."

"Don't you dare call me that," Solis warns. "You are merely a monster created by Ryina, nothing else."

Furouxa's smirk fades and he leaps forward, his muscles bulking up rapidly. "Jashin no Tekunikku: Viribus!"

Solis blocks the attack, skidding back. "How do you know Akuma's fighting style?"

"I am merely but a... 'recreation' of Akuma," Furouxa replies. "When he was sealed, Mother created a new Akuma; a better Akuma. I failed her too, but I will prove myself... Akuma was brought back though, unfortunately."

The two would go back and forth, clashing punch after kick. They shoot across the battlefield, plowing Voidic Beings in the path of their attacks.

Solis brings back her fist and slams it into Furouxa. "ALMIGHTY CRASH!"

Furouxa is launched back and lands, skidding on the ground. He growls and gets up, launching toward her at full speed. "DIE!"

Solis takes a step back, her body becoming a blur similar to Ultra Instinct. "Vox... Divina."

Thousands of bolts of electricity hit Furouxa and he tries to block them, but it wouldn't help. "DAAAGHH!"

She leaps forward and yells, slamming a punch into his gut. A shock wave shoots out and Furouxa is sent crashing through the battlefield, a line of explosions happening.

The fighters would be fighting off the Voidic Beings with ease. One of them would manage to land a hit on Vegeta's face, but it wouldn't even make him flinch. "My turn."

Vegeta raises his fist and swings a punch, a MASSIVE explosion shooting out of his fist. He would have wiped out half of the trillions of Voidic Beings in one punch, making even Ryina raise an eyebrow.

"Oh? You got a little power up there?" Ryina asks, smiling. "And you're only in your base form."

Akuma grunts, as even he is getting a little nervous after seeing Vegeta's display of power. Ryina glances toward him with a bored expression. "Stop acting like that, you useless wretch. You failed me twice already. Be grateful I haven't erased you, Tiias."

Akuma takes a deep breath and begins to walk forward. "My deepest apologies, Mother."

Suddenly, there would be a super bright flaring light, dimming part of the battlefield. Furouxa gets up and lets out a roar, as his aura gets brighter, and his form turns dark. Spikes grow out of his body, as a shock wave shakes the battlefield, causing a massive crack to form.

"Furouxa's powered up to his maximum!" Gohan warns. "Solis, be wary!"

"Understood," Solis replies, as suddenly Furouxa vanishes in front of her, kicking her in the gut with full force. She coughs up golden blood, her eyes jittering. "What is this speed?!"

Her eyes widen. "Wait... Could it be...? This must be Verum Hakai! Everybody, this ancient power is no joke!"

Furouxa then looks to Materia for some reason and shoots toward him, slamming him to the ground. He grabs something and leaps back.

"He's got the Verum Hakai orb!" Goku yells. "We have to get that back!"

Ryina smirks. "So, that is the ultimate destructive power. Foolish of Materia to lower his guard."

Vegeta remembers the prophecy that Materia showed them, where there were a bunch of orbs surrounding Ryina's body. "Gohan! Do not let that bastard give it to that goddess bastard! That thing is capable of destroying the gods!"

"On it!" Gohan inhales and exhales, then launches forward so fast that dimensions cannot define around him. He would be above all other dimensions. He swings a kick at Furouxa and he is forced to block it, the ground breaking in layers under them.

Furouxa grunts. "I'm taking damage through my guard... How is this brat able to harm me in his base form?!"

Gohan shoots down and tries to grab the Verum Hakai orb, but Furouxa moves out of the way and brings back his fist. "Taste the full power of destruction!"

Gohan grunts and grabs a Voidic Being and moves it in the way of his attack. The attack lands and the figure's body begins to deform, before glitching and being deleted out of the Void.

"That could've hit me!" Gohan thinks, leaping back. "If the goddess of the Void gets that, it could be trouble."

Furouxa turns around and flies full speed toward Ryina. "Mother, I bring you the Verum Hakai origin orb!"

Materia vanishes above him and slams his feet onto his back, sending him crashing down onto the ground. "I may not be as strong as the other Caeleste just using my normal power..."

Furouxa tries to reach over and grab him, but he stomps on his hand and grabs the orb, leaping back. "However, I am the original creator of Verum Hakai, the most destructive power."

He yells and absorbs the powers of the orb into his body. It gets infused into his chest, as his veins begin to glow. "This is my full power!"

Furouxa roars and tries to launch a beam at him, but Materia maneuvers out of the way and raises his hand, taking all of Furouxa's Verum Hakai energy. He looks at his hands and finds himself in his normal hand. "Materia, you BASTARD!"

Without hesitation, Materia grabs him by the hand and he glitches, being completely erased from reality. "Farewell, Furouxa." He yells and launches directly toward Ryina.

"STOP, you FOOL!" Vegeta yells after him. "Don't attack her directly!"

"VERUM HAKAI!" Materia raises his hand, preparing to erase her. She smiles and raises her hand, swatting him away like a fly. Materia would be sent flying sideways across half the battlefield, a giant crater being left where he lands.

"Just a gnat," Ryina says, smiling.

Akuma walks forward next and clenches his fists. He roars, an explosion of power occurring under him. "You may have defeated Furouxa, but don't forget what I am capable of!"

"Be on your guard," Goku warns. "This guy destroyed the entire Metempiric Space. The only thing that was able to beat him was my Void form. He can absorb and copy your techniques."

Akuma laughs and begins to power up. "During the battles with Arhenahin, I have been copying his technique..." He gets into a stance and launches forward toward the gods.

The armies of the Metempiric Space and Solis's reality would try and stop him, but he would plow through them, heading straight for Goku. "SON GOKU!"

He brings back his fist which would be overloaded with energy. He swings it but Vegeta jumps in the way and blocks it, his arms shaking. He smirks and brings back his leg, kicking Akuma in the gut.

He coughs up spit and is sent back, skidding across the ground. He gets up and spikes in power from absorbing the force and launches again. He and Vegeta would go back and forth in hand-to-hand combat, both being far faster than Arhenahin.

Vegeta instantly switches to Super Saiyan and slides his feet across the ground, bringing back his fist. "HAA!" He slams it onto Akuma's face, sending him flying back.

Akuma is sent crashing through many rocks, sliding across the ground. He grunts in pain and struggles to get up. "Just... two punches?! Two punches hurt me this much?! What's your trick, Saiyan?!"

"Oh, it's nothing much," Vegeta replies, smirking. "Just pure strength."

"Pure strength?!" Akuma roars, running forward. "How could pure strength do that much?!"

He launches beams of darkness toward Vegeta and he flickers out of the way of them in an instant. "I remember you being much stronger, or maybe it's just because I'm far above your level."
