Then he looks towards the table next to his bed and sees a get-well card signed by someone non-other than Arnold.

Why did that guy even bring that here, I even tried to kill him and he still trying to be nice to me, Runt said in anger?

Why did that idiot save me anyway, I'm a bully who doesn't care who he has to beat up to get what he wants, but why did he save me or even yet care about my wellbeing ghhh, Runt said in anger and confusion? Huh, my life will never be the same after this, mph it might be time to put up my gun for good, Runt said as he calms down and feels the sense of despair kicking in.
