CaptainNinties: Thanks, glad you love it. And yeah, this was all Stormwolf150's idea of the team. Yes, Ash is like Ben 10, but no Ben will sadly not make any appearance. You'll have to wait and see the creator of the device. Lol, that's what I tell Stormwolf150 on what we should do. But he won't budge as he doesn't know a lot of Bakugan just like idk much about Pokemon. Not a fan of Digimon, tbh.

Ben10k: I will be updating Heroes United: Unlimited as well as rewriting it to be better. Also having a little writer block on it.

evan11795: Don't worry, you'll see it soon. But it won't happen for a while at the moment.

RonaldM40196867: Thanks, hope you like what I have in stored

Warning: Me and Stormwolf150 do not own Marvel and Young Justice especially their characters/events. Fictional events that we make are ours to own as well as our OC's.

Ch.3 Tony's Recruitment Part 1

Same Day

Boston, Massachusetts:
Not Long After Whitley Left New York

In the state of Massachusetts lies the city is known as Boston. A city is well known for it's clean streets, low crime rate, and most of all it's vigilante. Especially in recent years, as the Shadow Clan, a group of ninjas who had worshipped a deity of the shadows had suddenly vanished. Well... it was thanks to an individual who promised to save his city and avenge those that he lost.

And that man's name is Marcus O'Brian, a twenty-year-old young man who runs O'Brian Cooperations, who lead in the technology that's been helping the police deal with Metas and other dangerous individuals on their own without the help of heroes or vigilantes. Marcus has been running the company for two years now, after finding out that the man who took over for his father, Alfred Shinzuki, was the leader of the Shadow Clan.

Publicly, that lead to Shinzuki get arrested, but the truth was that he escaped, and a secret war was then fought between the Shadow Clan and an individual that only a few people know of, and even fewer have seen.

Boston's Assassin.

Killer of the Shadows.

The Devil in the Night.

The One Man Army...

The Tomahawk.

Marcus was well aware that the criminals of Boston have given him many monikers, but the Tomahawk was the codename he's going by. It was his mother's after all... and with her name, he had engaged in warfare against those who have dared threatened his city. Though, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, as the police were behind him, hell he had a working relationship with a couple of them, but the Justice League. They kept pushing the envelope. Just a couple of months ago... he went head to head with the goddamn Bat.

It was a draw at best, managed to ward him off right as the police showed, and much to the surprise of the older vigilante, the guns were aimed at the Dark Knight. It caused him to leave, but he didn't leave without the threat of taking down the 'Hawk.

That fight was easily one of Marcus' most brutal, as he was forced to use every trick in the book just to stay a step ahead. He was lucky to have stood on even ground at all.

Though, how he became who he is has to do largely with who his parents were... Josh O'Brian was an ex-Marine who volunteered to test out a nanotech project, gifting him a suit that could form nearly any weapon, along with limited flight, and superhuman strength and speed. They called him Ultra-X.

His mother was born from a clan of assassins. She was the last of them, dawning the red-stained hood as she acted as the eyes of what was said to be the most powerful being on the planet. Her codenamed was carved by her choice of weapon, the weapon he currently holds... Tomahawk.

He has heard stories of them many times as a child, hearing how they fought alongside others with gifts and abilities and protecting the planet from threats from above, below, and on Earth itself. Though, when he was thirteen, his world shattered as his parents were killed by his mother's rival tribe... the League of Assassins.

That night had set him on this path he walks now, and what he didn't know was that it would bring him to a group that was quite similar to the one his parents spoke of... just slightly different.

-Earlier That Same Day, Boston Massachusetts-

Right now, Marcus, a young mixed man about 6'1" in height and hazel eyes and was dressed in a gray long-sleeved shirt and black jeans along with work shoes were looking over his city from his office window, glad to see it was the city that he grew up in once more rather than what it was when the Shadow Clan, and even worse the League of Assassins, had done. It was a long two years to get it back to this point, but he was proud of what he's accomplished. With a content sigh, Marcus turns and walks back to his desk where some papers he needed to sign were sitting there, waiting to be signed.

They were mainly about what had been discussed at previous board meetings, along with a contract request from the military for use of his tech. It was something he had made very clear when he first became the boss of this company, he would never allow his technology to become weapons of war. If he was using it, fine, it didn't matter as he didn't use the advanced tech he has, but if anyone was to use it for sadistic means... he wouldn't forgive himself.

"Mr. O'Brian." His secretary, Lydia's voice said on his business phone getting the assassin's attention as Marcus turned to the phone. "You have a Tony Stark here to see you."

The young man simply sighed at the mention of Tony Stark. He had nothing against Stark, he really didn't, as they both benefited their cities with their business, and Tony even goes the step further with helping other cities across the country, something he's still working on. The thing he had against the older billionaire is how he acts. He's a little too cocky for his liking, along with using humor to hide the pain Marcus could see in his eyes.

At least he wasn't as bothersome as a certain baldy with a hate boner for Superman.

Shaking his head, Marcus reached and pressed the button intercoms before replying. "Tell him if he wants an appointment, he should have scheduled a meeting, just because he's Tony Stark doesn't give him any exception."

"I've explained it to him sir, but he seems to want to speak to you over something urgent," The secretary explained.

"Then he can leave it urgent, I'm busy with paperwork," Marcus said, with a hint of annoyance at Stark's unwillingness to take no for an answer.

"Alright sir, I'll - hey wait you can't go in there!" Lydia was heard shouting and to Marcus that only meant one thing. Stark and his stubbornness were a pain in the ass.

"Yeah, I'll have that meeting with him now. It's important, and nothing is stopping me." Tony said on the other side of the line before it went dead, making Marcus tense a little as he has had a history of being attacked at his own workplace.

Unconsciously, he slipped the glove that's connected to one of his tomahawks on his hand, ready to call for it if need be.

A few seconds later, much to Marcus' shock, his door came swinging open, and with it entered the very man he did not want to see. That person was none other than genius, billionaire, philanthropist, Tony Stark.

"Hey, Marcus." Tony greets. "It's been a while. Tried calling, but it seemed it went straight to voicemail."

Before Marcus could say a word, the clattering of heels was heard as Lydia came speed walking in, looking rather exhausted. "I'm sorry Mr. O'Brian, I tried to stop him, but he wouldn't listen," The secretary explains as she glares at Tony. "Security is on their way to escort him out of the premises."

"I wouldn't do that if I were you," Tony warned, really not wanting to have Troy taking a turn to talk to Marcus... he would be less... casual about it.

"And why not?" Marcus asks, finally getting a chance to speak. He took a moment to get a quick rundown on Stark and noticed that he had nothing on him that could conceal a weapon, just a million-dollar suit that he normally sees him wear. It surprised him that Tony came barging in as he did without anything on him. So while Tony replied, he clicked something on his computer. A scan to see if there was absolutely anything on the billionaire that would be a cause for alarm.

"Because what I'm here for is a discussion that's needed. Especially since it has something to do along the lines of your parents and their job." Tony explains as he emphasized the word 'job' with his eyebrows. Luckily for both of them, Lydia didn't seem to notice it, as she was waiting on her boss' orders.

Marcus was rather surprised, he was unaware as to why Tony wished to discuss his parents, but it must be important if the man was to barge in how he did. It was a good thing it was a light day... or Marcus would be rather deep in work. He then sighed as he looked at his secretary. "Call off the security, and cancel any appointments I have today, and don't let anyone, but Donna... this may be a long talk."

"Right away sir." The secretary said as she turned to leave, but not before giving another glare to Tony, which followed up with her closing the door.

Once it closed, Marcus pressed a button on the computer, tinting the windows so no one can see in. That got Tony on slight alert, but he quickly calmed down a little bit. Marcus then looks right at him with a glare that could rival Batman's. "Why are you here, Stark."

"Wow, straight to the point, I like it, but is that any way to treat someone, especially me?" Tony teased, but the glare didn't budge from Marcus's face. That made Tony sigh in defeat. "Jeez, tough crowd, you really are a sour puss."

"Get to the point, Tony. Why are my parents the reason you are here? Why do you want to talk about them?" Marcus asked

Tony then decided to outright say it then, considering the windows were tinted, and according to Jarvis, this room is sound-proofed (he could only imagine why). "Fine, I know that Josh O'Brian was an ex-Marine who volunteered for an experiment with advanced tech, becoming the infamous Ultra-X. I also know that your mother was the assassin known as the Tomahawk, the name and mantle that you, Marcus O'Brian, had picked up. Now, you along with a Ms. Donna Troy, run around the city taking out crime left and right while also keeping your partnership, and, I could only assume, relationship, a secret from the Justice League."

Marcus couldn't help but stand there in shock that someone had figured him out, and how casual the other billionaire was saying too. He thought he was being incredibly careful, but guessing that it wasn't enough to fool Tony Stark.

As quickly as the shocked look he had on his face appeared, it vanished as Marcus decided he was going to deny what he says. "I don't know what you are talking about."

"Oh...I love it." Tony said with a grin on his face seeing Marcus just lying like it's so easy for him. To Tony, it was just icing on the cake to show the proof he had to follow it up. "I'll admit, you're lying is on point, but since you're denying it, I got to ask... Is this not you then?"

As he asked this, Tony has Jarvis pull up a hologram on his watch, and in this hologram, showed Tomahawk, better yet Marcus, with his hood down, and a bloodied tomahawk in one hand while holding the Amazon hero known as Troia in another as the two seemed to be making out. Though what made it interesting was the fact that there were multiple dead members of the Shadow Clan around them, meaning this was roughly six months ago at the very least.

"Shit!" Marcus cursed mentally as he had hoped that Tony Stark of all people wouldn't figure it out. He could try to deny it all he wants, but this in front of him is the very proof of Marcus acting as Boston's Assassin. Turning back to the man, Marcus gave a glare, ready to call a Tomahawk before asking; "Fine, it's true, I'm Tomahawk, but why are you here? What do want? You here to threaten me, because let me tell you, it won't end well for you?"

"Quite the contrary my friend, I'm not here to threaten you at all, nor your Amazon girlfriend, quite the opposite actually," Tony explained with a smirk as he turned the hologram off. "See, the reason I'm here is because my father and you're parents use to be co-workers."

"They never mentioned that," Marcus said in genuine surprise. His parents have told him stories, yes, but never names, which was weird to him as those would be the first thing someone would tell.

"Yeah, they were part of a team called Renegades," Tony explained.

"Now that I've heard of it before, but my parents were never specific on who was on it. Only the purpose of the team.." Marcus said sadly as he thought of his parents, two of the bravest people he's ever known.

"Well, now you know one of them," Tony said with a smile as he knew this would help Marcus. He and the siblings have been keeping tabs on Marcus for a couple of years now, but never found the right opportunity to bring this up with him until now.

"So what's the point of this?" Marcus asks as he sat back down in his chair turning off the scanner in the process. "Why come here and tell me about this?"

"What if l told you we were putting a team together?" Tony told Marcus as he remained standing.

"And who's 'we'?" A feminine voice called out, startling the two men. Who turned to the door to see turn to see a young woman with long black hair and ocean blue eyes. She is roughly about Marcus' age and stands at 5'7" in height. The woman also seems to have glasses that she uses for disguise. She was dressed in a black long-sleeved shirt with black pants and black leather boots.

Tony couldn't deny, the girl was attractive, could easily put any that threw themselves at him to shame, but he knew better. This was Donna Troy, which was easy to guess since she's practically a younger version of Wonder Woman. He was also aware that that goes by two separate aliases. When she is with Wonder Woman and that team of sidekicks, she is the red-suited Wonder Girl, but when she donned the black and silver armor, along with the sword and shield, she was Troia, Tomahawk's partner.

"Uh... Marcus, who's this, and what happened with our lunch date?" Donna asked.

Marcus sighed. "We're still having it, but something came up. Also, I'm pretty sure you can guess who this is, honey."

"Tony Stark," Tony greeted, getting a surprised reaction from the Amazon as he extended his hand; "Nice to finally meet you, Donna."

Curious and confused due to the fact that Tony Stark of all people knows her, she accepts the handshake. "Nice to meet you too, but how do you know me exactly?"

"I can explain that," Tony said as they dropped the handshake, allowing Donna to walk over to Marcus' side and unshamefully sit on his lap as Tony finally sat down in the chair in front of the desk. "I've been wanting to talk to both of you about this, not just the Tomahawk."

Donna's eyes widened as she then turned to Marcus, who merely said; "Already tried to deny it, he has proof."

"Okay then, I guess that's that already out of the way, but what this team you mentioned even about exactly," Donna asked, having heard what was said as she made her way to meet with Marcus for their lunch date. She didn't hear much about the conversation other than the mention of her boyfriend's parents and the fact that there was some kind of team being formed, which got her attention more than anything else along with; "And again, who's we?"

"I think you'd know them, or at least heard of the bloodline, being an Amazon and all, so I'll ask you this, Donna," Tony said before asking; "What do you know of the Stormwolf?"

Marcus then noticed his girlfriend freeze at the mention of that last word, a name. One that he felt he should already know about, but is completely lost to his mind. "Should that be someone important?"

"Yeah," Donna told him, "he's the godkiller, sworn to protect the mortals of Earth from the possible rule of Gods and Monsters, as well as other immortals that come out of their original homeworld. He was said to be strong enough to take on the entire Amazonian army without breaking a sweat. Even Zeus himself is wary of gaining his wrath. He was supposed to have died six years ago," she then looked to Tony with a steel gaze. "How is he still alive?"

"Yeah... the Stormwolf you're thinking of is the father of the current one. My godfather... but Troy, the current one, had been at it as long as you've held the hood, and his sister has been playing vigilante in St. Louis as Icewolf for about a year or so. So as of right now it's Stormwolf, Icewolf, and well... me. Though we plan on others joining, Troy and Whitley are currently out recruiting right now as we speak."

"Is that so?" Marcus said as he was quite interested in this. "Well, tell me, what is your role exactly? Tech support?"

"Well, that plus paying for everything and making everyone look cooler all that fun stuff," Tony admitted before adding; "Just like my dad did for the old Renegades, but there will be one crucial difference."

"And that would be, it's not like you could join us out in the field, right?" Donna asked, confused about what Tony's role would be other than tech support.

"Not in this suit anyway," Tony admitted, which got Marcus and Donna both confused before they both widened in surprise.

"You don't mean..." Donna began before Tony grinned at them.

"How hard would it be to believe when I tell you two that I am Iron Man?" Tony asked with a grin.

The revelation shocked the young couple as they were surprised that Tony Stark of all people had picked up on the vigilante life. Yet, as they both thought about it, it kinda made sense, a tragic event that lead up to a mysterious hero coming out of nowhere. Plus, it's not like Tony and Iron Man had ever been spotted in the same area, along with the fact they both reside in New York City.

Yet, Donna couldn't help but comment. "What is it with you billionaires and playing dress-up and fighting bad guys?"

Both Tony and Marcus looked to her and then to each other, with Tony commenting; "People tend to do shit to us one way or another, and then, well... we just have the money to play 'dress up' as you call it."

Marcus then cracked a smirk as he thought it out loud. "You are Iron Man," he mused before adding; "Should've known it was you in that clanky hunk of metal.

"Clanky?" Tony asked, "It's at least better than that leather robe you're dressed up in."

"It's modified leather made to be bulletproof, making criminals think they're shooting at nothing," Marcus retorted.

Donna couldn't help but roll her eyes in amusement since the two were practically about to start an argument about attires. She shook her head before getting back on topic. "If we were to join," Donna started, making Marcus and Tony stop the little banter, "how long would we be gone from Boston. I'm already gone enough due to League missions, something that's been starting to annoy me, and I know for a fact Marcus doesn't like being away for over twenty-four hours."

"Plus, and I'm sure you can relate, Stark, but I have a business to run, and Donna has her job as a photographer," Marcus told the genius. "We can't just drop everything for this."

Tony nodded, understanding completely. "Troy has already thought ahead of this, the missions we go on will at the most be twelve hours. Personally think it will never go that long, but in his words 'better be safe than sorry'."

Smart," Marcus couldn't help but mutter before he looked to Donna to Tony's point of view, it would look like they were having a silent discussion. Having been together for over a year, and being partners for longer than that, they gotten good at knowing what the other was thinking. After a moment, they looked to Tony and Marcus spoke up with; "I think we need some time to think about this."

"Just so we can wrap our heads around it, and see what we'd have to do," Donna added, especially for her case, as she knew the League was starting to get a bit more nosy on her boyfriend, and she was sure the Bat was suspicious. She wasn't planning on rushing into anything without a plan.

"Figured as much," Tony said as he took out a green flash drive with a wild-looking 'R' on it before setting it on Marcus' desk. "The drive contains everything you need to know about the Renegades Project, along with potential members and goals. Troy made it rather adamant that he wasn't going to keep anything major from the team."

The young couple both examined the drive as Marcus picked it up, and then looked back to Tony with Marcus telling him; "We'll look into it, how will we get in contact?"

"There is contact info on the drive, and if you accept, there will be a transport stopping here in a week, coordinates are on the drive as well, if you know, choose to join," Tony said as he then got up from his seat and began to head to the door. "I'd like to stay, but I got business to attend to in Gotham, along with a jolly green giant to find, you know fun stuff. Besides, you two have a lunch date if I don't remember correctly."

Tony then opened the door and turned back to the couple with his signature Stark grin. "I'll keep in touch."

With that, he leaves, and for a moment the room was quiet. Donna then looked to Marcus and saw the thoughtful look on his face. "Thinking about joining?"

"I'm considering it," he admitted, as he turned the drive in his gloved hand. "but I'd like to know more about it before I give a definite answer."

Donna then took the drive and sat it on the desk. "Well, we can look at it later, because right now, me and you have a lunch date to look forward to."

"How about we skip the lunch part," Marcus said with a smirk as he then pulled his girl into a kiss, with her returning it whole heartedly.

When they separated for a moment, Donna grinned wildly back and said; "I think that may work," before they proceeded to kiss again.

Before it could turn into a full-out make-out session, however, the building's speakers began to play 'Shoot to Thrill' by ACDC, causing the two to break apart and look at each other, with Marcus growling out one word. "Stark."

Tony couldn't help but chuckle to himself as he heard the O'Brian Cooperation's main building blare with the sound of ACDC. Not like Marcus could do anything about it now, he was already in the air, donning his Iron Man Mark Six armor. "And that's for calling my suit clunky, O'Brian."

"I must say, sir, I highly doubt Mr. O'Brian will take this lying down," Jarvis told his creator as Tony flew away from Boston, and headed north towards Gotham, New Jersey.

"Eh, probably, but that's future me's problem," Tony told the A.I. before he asked; "How are Troy and Whitley holding up?"

"Ms. Cravens has apparently just arrived in New York, sir. As for Mr. Cravens... he's currently waiting in one of the buildings owned by San Francisco's South Dragon Gang, my guess would be he is waiting for 'The Blur." Jarvis informs.

"And people say I have issues," Tony said with an amused eye roll. "Well, let's not waste time, Jarvis, we have an OG Renegade reincarnated and Mini-Arrow to find."

"Right away, sir," Jarvis said as the suits thrusters kicked into overdrive as Tony was off like a rocket towards Gotham, home of not just the Batman... but of the Lethal Protector.

Hey guys! I'm back, I know last week I was supposed to bring Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Renegades Justice with it's two/three chapters. But something came up last week that got me too busy. Was supposed to post yesterday, but I got sidetrack with my stepdad in the hospital for the day. He is alright luckily. But since I missed posting them.

I will be posting one more chapter of Renegade Justice and one chapter of Earth's Mightiest Heroes tomorrow. Then Wednesday, I will post the last chapter for Earth's Mightiest Heroes as well as the next chapter of DDSK OF RWBY. The reason why I am doing two chapters a day is cause three is just too much for me to write in a day.

Another reason why is because every story I have written besides Renegade Justice is being rewritten. That's why it was taking so long. Look back at my old writing, I can see why it is bad, so I've decided to just rewrite it to make it look better than it was before. Which was six months again since I wrote the old ones.
