Chapter Four
Bulma is a lot of things besides both being a Saiyan Princess and the future queen of Planet Vegeta. She's well known for being the kindest, caring, most down to earth, genius, and loving person. Heck, she is truly a good best friend of the family of Kakarot's when he was twelve years old and her being sixteen. But the few things that Bulma will not tolerate is being treated any kind of way or having someone she cares to be hurt. As such, Bulma especially doesn't like her daughters to be treated wrongly. Bulma remembered when she became Vegeta's mate once he proposed to her by sexual intercourse, she was informed through her scouter that Jazmine and Cindy's parents were killed in the battle of conquering a planet.
The natives of that planet were somehow prepared for their arrival and attacked them as soon as their pods have landed. Bulma was shocked and hurt to find this out but kept her word to them of taking care of the two. She remembers seeing their corpses arrived on Planet Vegeta by Bardock and his team including his wife Gine, Kakarot, Raditz, and Chi-Chi as it was hard to look at them this way. On the good side, it brought joy to Bulma of being a mother to two wonderful girls that she loved dearly and forever wanting to protect them. To Bulma, Jazmine is an idea of an innocent girl who always has a smile on her face and loves to be a warrior like her dear old adopted mother. As for Cindy, well, let's just say that some Saiyans would believe that she is the seed of Vegeta which Bulma loved the idea of the girl being her biological daughter. Well to Bulma she both believes and feels that she is both Jazmine and Cindy's biological mother. And now, Bulma is regretting ever given their independence knowing full well that they weren't ready. Especially Jazmine.
Currently, the Princess of the Saiyans was seating down at the kitchen table looking at both her daughters who were seating down at the table as well. Jazmine who was back into her armor looked down with shame for what she did a few hours ago knowing the laws of the Saiyans that were created by the Saiyan LawGiver. Cindy was trying to fight the streaming tears from coming down her face after Bulma furiously slapped her dead in the face for raising her voice at her about pulling her tail and swearing on top of that. The red handprint on Cindy's right cheek was burning hot as if her mom had hit her with a fresh hot skillet pan as it truly made her shut up and never dare to try her mother. The two young girls were both having fear and anxiety mixed within themselves on what their mom is about to say to them and what action is she going to do with their lovers.
"I should have trusted my motherly instincts on never given the two of you your independence. Shit, you're only allowed to get it when you become young adults and not as teenagers. You two were lucky enough to have a mom who is married to the royal family which means that the two of you would have better lives. Such as the best state of the art superior armor, advanced scouters, and pods, unlimited allowances, special training, and most of all...having more family members besides my side of the family." begin Bulma scolding the two.
"S...S...Sorry, mom." Jazmine begins with a few tears dropping, "I would love to be a member of the royal family. Both myself and Cindy. But..."
"But my dumb self was too stubborn to get a handout. Instead of taking the easy route, I took myself and my little sister on the path of struggling. Knowing that we can be elites ahead of time.", said Cindy, managing to talk too much with her sore cheek.
Bulma looked at her oldest daughter and said, "Yes, but you wanted to be an asshole and demanded your freedom from me. I should have put you in your place from that moment on. But don't worry because that is all in the past. As for the brothers, they will be punished for what did to you. I will not stand to let them abuse the two of you and think they would get away with it.", said Bulma, before taking the moment to take a sip of her brew tea.
Jazmine looked at her mother in fear and asked, "W...W...What are you going to do to my Riley, mom?."
Bulma sat her cup down and took a deep breath before saying, "Your mate is going to be punished as instructed by the Saiyan-Lawgiver."
"Which is?.", said both Jazmine and Cindy.
"You'll find out sooner than you think.", said Bulma, before calling the local guards from her scouter and informed them of their task.
Next, she ordered both Jazmine and Cindy to pack all of their belongings and then meet her outside. Cindy didn't dare to give her mother any lip as she did what she was told or else. In about an hour in a half, the two have packed their things and cleaned out their rooms, and joined their mother as the three flies together to the sky. Cindy and Jazmine were strongly worried for the brothers' fate ahead of them and wished they could do something. But the question is what and how. And speaking about the siblings, Riley was out flying around trying to think on what to say to Huey about him screwing Jazmine and got them into trouble. The thought of punishment for getting laid to the adopted daughter of Princess Bulma is unimaginable and never hear the end of it from anyone on Planet-Vegeta.
"Shit, Jazmine why are you so damn hot?. I should have kept my dick in my pants." Riley told himself out loud and did not realize that someone was beside him.
"Jazmine is your wife now?!. Dude, congratulations!."
Riley stopped flying and looked at the person with fear on his face. But then his fear dropped in relief when seeing that is none other than his best friend. That best friend is none other than Gohan himself who happens to be flying in the same direction as Riley and decided to fly over and say hi!. Gohan wore the same style of armor as his Grandpa Bardock wears except that he has a long sleeve shirt to go on top of the armor, to prevent from catching a cold in which his mother instructed him to put it on. The two eventually flown down to the ground and take the moment to talk since Riley needed so badly.
"Hey, Gohan. I'm assumed that you've finished one of your hourly studies, yes?. And nigga how the hell did you know I fucked Jazmine?.", said Riley, giving the boy a fist pump.
"Well, my Uncle Vegeta told me when I fly past him and he told what went down," explained Gohan.
"Wait." Riley looked at Gohan with a confused look on his face and asked, "Uncle Vegeta?. You're telling me that Prince Vegeta and Princess Bulma are your aunt and uncle?."
"That, and my backup legal guardians in case any of my family members rounds-up dead. You see both Vegeta and Bulma are long-time best friends with my dad and mom. Now, I thought I've told you this when we last hanged out?.", said Gohan, a little confused at Riley.
Riley realized that Gohan was correct. He did tell him about that a few months ago when they were at the park playing basketball. The only reason why Riley forget is due to not paying attention to Gohan when he had his headsets on and listen to music. This caused the braided hair Saiyan to slap his forehead and started cussing at himself for being stupid. Gohan could only look at Riley with a curious look as to what is eaten by the black saiyan and felt that he might have disrespected either his aunt or uncle.
"My Saiyan, what did you do this time?." Gohan asked and managed to calm Riley's endless curse rage.
"Gohan, I've screwed Jazmine without knowing that both she and Cindy are children of Bulma and Vegeta!. Shit, I did not know that they have parents after theirs got killed in battle.", said Riley, before grabbing a seat on the dirt.
Gohan did the same and had a worried look for his best friend, "Then you didn't ask either my Aunt Bulma or Uncle Vegeta for their blessings to wedded Jazmine?. Riley, you've broken the holy sacred law that the Saiyan-LawGiver have given us."
"But..." Riley grinned with a thought that popped in his head and said, "But...you can tell your Aunt Bulma that I did not know about her being the mother of Jazmine and Cindy. So it's a lack of information."
To Riley's disappointment, Gohan shook his head in refusal of the given request which caused the grin on the black boy's face to disappear.
"Sorry, no can do, Riley. Besides, everyone on this planet knows about the two being members of the royal family by adoption. The only thing that I say to you is that...I hope my aunt takes it easy with the whip."
"The whip?. What the hell do you mean by that?!." Riley pulled Gohan by his armor and demanded to know with fear.
Gohan broke the grip that Riley was forcing and backed away from him before taking the air and said, "You'll find out real soon. I feel so sorry for your ass."
Riley watched Gohan fly away from sight and was left with a hint on what's going to happen. He wanted to find a way to escape his waited fate but can not do so since his pod is at the launch station and the Saiyan-Guards are at every street corner. The last part made the poor boy scared and quickly flee to the home that he shares with his brother. Their home was located in a higher-ups district where their house is shaped like a sphere with a few freshly bloomed flowers on each side of the front entrance, and a few mini windmills to make it look beautiful. A small hobby that Huey had picked up over the years and was quite good at it based on how much work he puts into it.
Riley's only hobby was simple. Which is sadly talking trash and disrespecting the Saiyan Warriors of either elders or veterans and play videogames. Huey can not say anything about what his little brother does in his free time as long as it doesn't involve getting into trouble. Riley quickly got into his home and closed the door behind him with both locks on them before entering the living room and try to watch a little bit until his brother returns home. Unfortunately, Huey was right on the living room couch watching the game with his feet on the table and got completely comfortable. Huey spotted his little brother from the corners of his eye and turned to face him. He looked at his sibling with a warm smile on his face before motioning him to have a seat beside him and watch the earth football game.
"You're missing a good game." begin Huey, "Dallas Cowboys are up by a field goal against the Philadelphia Eagles. Your Saints team is coming up next. Where have been in the past few hours?."
Riley felt nervous to tell Huey what he has done and does not have a clue as to how he'll react to the news. Huey studied his brother and can easily see that something was troubling him. Something that he should be concerned about. He muted the tv and said, "What is wrong bro?. You looked like you crossed the line with someone. Come on and tell me so I can help you. Remember that I'm your big brother and I can help you with anything that comes your way."
Feeling the safety of being with his big brother, Riley relaxed back into his couch and is able to tell him what took place. Huey listens to every word that Riley has told him with laying with Jazmine and finding out that their princess is the mother of the two girls. On top of that, the two were going to be painfully punished by the princess herself, and not knowing why he was getting the suffering for what his brother has done. Huey looked at Riley with an angry look on his face. He wanted to knock the stars out of Riley for doing what he did and not dug some research as he did.
"You're married now. Which means you are responsible for Jazmine. You fucked her not because she was blessed with a nice body but out of unlimited love for her. However, you should have known that Princess Bulma and Prince Vegeta were their adopted parents. That, and you should have played close attention to Sunday's school about the holy sacred laws and scripture from our Saiyan-LawGiver. Whatever Bulma has plans for you and me then we shall take it like real warriors.", said Huey, turning off the tv and stood up from the couch.
"Ah, damn, Bulma is going to whip my ass!.", said Riley, who is now crying about his situation.
Huey did not pay attention to his brother's pleas to find a way out of their situation and just waited for the punishment to arrive. And arrived as soon as it did. Without warning their front door was blasted down and in came the guards running in and arrested Riley who made the effort to put up a fight by punching and kicked, but then got overpowered by the might of the guards and restrain him with handcuffs behind his back. As for Huey, he did not attempt to strike at the guards when they chained him and pushed him out of the house. They were pushed into the back of the guard's hovercar with Riley making it hard for them to do so and so they pepper-sprayed him good enough, while Huey just looked through the window and waited for the coming punishment. Meanwhile at the low-class district in the medium two-story house in her bedroom, after done having a hot shower, Kefla was on her bed with a small bottle of light blue nail polish and getting ready to do her hands and feet.
Kefla wanted to look her very best when she sees Gohan at the dinner party that the royal family held for her and Gohan's family. Their families were close and the best group of Saiyans that bring in a couple of planets that they conquered for the Cold Family. She wanted to look presentable and worthy of being Gohan's mate which she had no problems with doing it. Kelfa is well known to be the most beautiful young teen in the low-class district besides Jazmine and Cindy, and also being the strongest amongst all the girls her age. Plus, her scare tactic to the other girls about trying to get their hands on her Gohan has always been effective so she took care of that one. Kefla feels it in her bones that she and Gohan were meant to be since the two were born on the same day. Which ironically is the same thing that her father and Gohan's dad was when they were born. She felt like a real girl when Gohan was around her and always given her lovely compliments about her perfume or how great she looked in her armor. The girl took great pride and great pleasure in being Gohan's center of attention as she loved every second of the thing.
"Oh, Gohan, I wish you were here in my room," Kelfa told herself dreamily when working her way to painting her toes and smiled, "So I can suck your sweet dick of yours. Then after done getting your dick wet from my saliva, I'll then shove it right up in my tight ass without the worry of anal pain. After all, my saliva will be my lubricant. Plus, my ass is not going to lose the bet with Jazmine."
"Kefla!. I'm home!."
Kefla stopped having her thoughts about Gohan's cock in her anus when she heard her father from downstairs. She smiled happily when she heard her father called her name. She set her nail polish down on her nightstand and got off the bed before making her way down the steps carefully without messing up her fresh coated nail paint. Kefla told her dad that she was on her way down while blowing her fingernails to help get it dry a little bit faster. Once stepping down to the last step she founded her father in the living room sitting down on the couch, she felt another power on the couch that did not belong to her father. The power that Kelfa felt was quite weaker than any average person she knows. She stepped a little bit closer to where Broly is who looked at his daughter and smiled while having his right around the guest he brought with him. Kefla stopped dead when finding the person who she sensed.
There on the couch was a woman with a green skin tone having short white hair and thin white eyebrows. She also has a slender yet curvy build body that stood out like a sore thumb. Kefla eyed the woman's armor and tell that it's the newest femme armor that the Frieza Force has just released at the lowest price. The details on the armor that the mysterious woman wore is a white and purple outfit with a green half-circle under her chest, along with having the pair of white gloves that are concealing the purple rings on her cuffs. And finally, she wore a pair of white and green boots with long purple socks and had on the new advanced cutting edge blue scouter on her face. Broly looked at her daughter before looking back at his new potential mate who looked right back at him with a loving smile, just before the two looked at the young teen with their smiles in place.
"D...Dad?." Kefla looked at the woman and pointed at her, "Who is she?."
"I'm glad you ask. Sweetheart, do you remember a while back when we were done conquering the planet with five moons, that you wanted to meet your new mom when I mentioned everything about what your mother has asked me on her deathbed?.", Broly reminded Kefla.
Kefla nodded when remembering that day when they were eating the remains of the natives that lived on the planet that they eradicated. Broly told his daughter that her mom whose name was Zira told him when she was in the final minutes of her life. You see during the time that Kefla was just two years old her mother was diagnosed with an unknown illness that none of the doctors both on Planet Vegeta and in the Frieza-Force doesn't have the knowledge or equipment to give her the proper treatment. Now, there was a planet that has the high superior recipe of medicines and technology which Frieza had tried nicely to negotiate with the natives of joining his army and be willing to share their resources. Sadly, they refused to have any business with Frieza or take part in his well-known army and as a result costed Zira's life. Plus, caused Broly to avenge his woman and work his anger out by going to that planet and eradicated them which let alone helped him unleash his legendary form.
Anyway, Zira told Broly that their daughter needs a mother and a strong woman figure in her life and that she wanted her husband to have a wife to take care of the both of them. Broly described to Kefla about the woman that he fell in love with when he was tasked to assist her and her adopted dad on a spy mission and a few other missions when Kefla was doing some solo assignments. Cheelai is more like Kefla's mother and has the exact same personality, including both being a delinquent and always wanting to help others, despite not thinking about the deadly consequences. He left out the other part about her having the same physical endowment as her mother, which is one of the reasons why Broly loved Zira. Especially when Cheelai shows off her naked body to him when they shared a shower few times. Kefla does not have a good memory of her mother and was jealous of the other kids for having one and not her, and felt happy to find out that her father is seeing another woman. That, and it would be good for once to have someone cook the meals and do the usual housework for a change instead of her doing it. However, Kelfa did not expect her father to bring home a none Saiyan woman for her to finally meet at her request.
"Oh, right. You've didn't tell me that she isn't a Saiyan." Kelfa looked at the woman and politely smiled, "I'm sorry. Where are my manners?. Hi, I'm Kelfa and it is so nice to finally meet you..."
"Cheelai." the green woman begins with a friendly attitude, "My name is Cheelai. I have been begging for your father to let me meet you. He said he was not quite sure if you were ready to meet me. But I reason him enough to let it happen. Please, why don't you have a seat on the chair?."
Kelfa looked behind her and found the black leather chair before flopping down on it.
"Now, I don't want you to think that I'm taking your mom's place. I'm just here to fill in her shoes.", said Cheelai, while removing her scouter to have a better look at the adorable teenager.
"Hehehe, yeah no kidding. Well, I am planning on making dinner for the night and..." Kelfa got cut off by an excited Cheelai.
"Oh, no need!. Because I was going to cook up an awesome meal for the two of you since Broly told me that you always slave away on the hot stove for him. It's the woman of the house's job to do it and only ask the child for aid.", said Cheelai.
In an instant, this filled Kefla with the satisfaction of finally having a meal in her home that she doesn't have to prep herself. The idea of having a new mom around the house would be worth receiving. Kefla was about to say something until she was interrupted by the loudspeakers outside of their home. The speakers were assigned to every street corner of the planet so the rest of the Saiyans can hear the important announcement from the royal family through the royal announcer, who happens to be none other than Nappa.
"Attention to every Saiyan on Planet Vegeta. By order of our beloved princess, Bulma. All Saiyans must attend the royal downtown center to lay, witness, for every child to learn a lesson and see an example. If you can not attend the immediate event then you can watch it on your tv as the cameras will show the live feed. This a mandatory must-see. No exceptions!."
Kelfa, Broly, and Cheelai looked at one another in a bit of confusion for just a few seconds before obeying the orders of the princess of the red bloody planet. Broly picked Cheelai onto his shoulders since she has yet to learn to fly before catching up with his daughter as the three traveled to their destination. It did not take long for them to find the place as they saw a huge circle crowd in the distance before landing down. The three then joined the crowd and just so happened to find Kakarot and his folks in their family group as Broly, Kelfa, and Cheelai came to join them and check to see if they knew something. Kakarot spotted Broly and grinned widely at his best friend while motioning to come.
"Broly!." Kakarot embraced his best friend.
"Kakarot!." Broly hugged back before giving him a manly slap to his back, "Mind telling me why Bulma called all of us here."
Kakrot shrugged and said, "No idea. I tried asking Vegeta and he told me that I'll know sure enough. Must be serious."
Chi-Chi then joined upon her husband's conversation with his childhood friend, "Indeed, it makes me wonder what Bulma has in store. But something tells me it's all about discipline."
"Discipline?. Boy, I'll feel sorry for the one who is going to get it. Oh, and my name is Cheelai by the way." Cheelai introduced herself to Chi-Chi.
Chi-Chi kindly shook her hand and started a conversation with the woman until the urgent event begins. As the adults begin talking amongst themselves, it gave Kelfa and Gohan the chance to chat with each other and talk about random things. Like what next planet that they will be sent to conquer or talk about fun training methods when doing their workouts in the training chambers. Eventually, the two started to talk about the event in which Gohan knows all about the gossip as he informed Kefla of what Riley has done, which the young woman teen was pissed off about losing the bet to Jazmine.
"Shit, I hate losing money.", said Kefla, looking upset with her arms crossed.
"Well, the downside about it is that Riley did not know that Jazmine and Cindy are my Aunt Bulma and Uncle Vegeta's kids. That and he broke one of the holy sacred laws," informed Gohan.
Kefla looked at Gohan in sudden confusion. She did not have a clue as to what Gohan mean by that. And she is known to be smart.
"What was the sacred law that Riley broke?.", asked Kefla, with an eyebrow raised and had both fists on each side of her hips.
Just before Gohan could say anything the two heard a yelling plea from a familiar person as the two turned to find the source. Gohan and Kefla flew up to have a good look to see the clear center as they saw Riley being pulled out of the car with Huey joining him. Riley was struggling hard to break free but the guards tied him up to a cold metal pole with his back facing the crowd. They left Huey alone and removed the handcuffs as he stood silent as the crowd begins to whisper amongst themselves. He kept his serious look and did not show any fear of attempting to escape the fate waiting for himself and his brother. The time arrived when everyone saw Bulma and Vegeta fly down and immediately saw their loyal subjects bow down to them before doing the same for their adopted daughters. Kelfa and Gohan spotted both Jazmine and Cindy in their new matching royal armors, which were both red with golden outlines and had the royal family symbol on the right side of their chest plate. Both Jazmine and Cindy looked at their lovers with worry on their faces as their mom walked over with two things in her hands. One was the holy book of Saiyan-LawGiver and the other is a freshly made whip.
Bulma looked at her husband who instantly blasted the back part of Riley's armor and showed his black shirt. Vegetal then pointed at Huey to come here and grab the whip from Bulma's other hand in which he did not give any lip. Then Bulma looked at her people with the royal seriousness as she spoke in high authority.
"My loyal subjects we are here to see the punishments of the two brothers. The little brother by the name of Riley has broken one of our holy laws and did not permit to lay with my youngest daughter." Bulma eyed Jazmine who looked down in shame before continuing, "As such, I will read to you what the lawgiver has written."
Vegeta came over and grabbed the from his wife and begin opening it and started flipping the pages and started reading the great holy scripture, "Marriage is a blessing. A blessing that should be honored with the utmost respect. And so it is the young Saiyan man or woman's duty to ask the parents permission to marry their children of the opposite sex. If the parent refused to allow permission to the young Saiyan man or woman to marry their children of the opposite sex, then they should honor and respect their authority. However, if the young Saiyan man or woman refused to honor or respect the parent's authority and lay with the opposite sex, then he or she will be punished by being whipped with many lashes until satisfaction."
"Which means that the whipping will stop if the parent of the child is satisfied with the number of lashing. So, all of you kids know that if you decide to marry your opposite gender then you'll need to ask permission to do so. And if you either don't or were told no and lay with that Saiyan, then you will be lashed with many lashes until the satisfaction of the parent.", said Bulma.
Both Kefla and Gohan exchanged looks with each other in fear of the holy law and gulped their spit.
"Now, then." Bulma looked at Huey who looked like he had the idea of what she wanted him to do, "I want you to whip your brother. Try to go slow with lashing your brother and I'll whip you too."
Huey bowed his head in understanding, "As you wish...Princess Bulma."
"Ah, shit. I'm going to get my ass whip. Literally!." cried Riley with fear.
"He's so fucked." said both Gohan and Kefla.
Bulma was getting ready to watch the show until noticing that Jazmine was hiding her face by looking at the ground. Vegeta noticed as well and know what he has to do. He gave the holy book to Bulma and marched his way towards his adopted daughter before looking at the other. He looked at Cindy who wanted to say something but did not want to get hit in the gut again by her father for the second time. Cindy attempted to fight Vegeta with a fast kick to the ribs but was easily caught by him and received a hard gut punch, and instantly apologized to her adopted father and submitted. Vegeta approached Jazmine and gently grabbed her by her hair and lifted her head to see the punishment of her mate.
"You will watch this, Jazmine. This is for your own good and we're doing this is because I and your mother love you. Riley needs to learn his lesson and our great holy Saiyan-LawGiver has commanded this through the scriptures. So watch this and daddy might give you a treat.", said Vegeta.
Jazmine eyed her father before she said, "Okay...daddy...I'll obey. I'll watch my mate get whip by his brother. Despite my sister's distaste for it."
"We're in this mess just because you can't keep your damn pussy in your pants, little Sis!. Fuck!." Cindy thought before wincing at the sound of the first whip. Let alone hearing the loud scream from Riley. The poor saiyan bastard.
