AN: I don't own My hero Academia

End!

"Ok, Izuku. This is a baby dog, and this is a Mama dog. Can you say mama?"

Little Izuku was sat on Fuyumi's lap. His mouth chewing on his own hand this time. He was staring at the hard book Fuyumi held in front of him. On its shiny bright pages was a simple illusion of a little yellow dog waging its tail. Next to the little dog was a bigger yellow dog that looked just like them. The other differences apart from the size was that they had a big pink ribbon tied around their neck. Big bold black letters folded on the painted sky: 'little dog plays with mama dog.' Of course, Izuku couldn't read yet. To his little brain all that were colours and unrecognisable shapes. He lifted his head up at the girl. The spit in his mouth started to build up and from a small line of drool. "Aws sga," he mumbled hand still firmly placed in his mouth.

Gently, Fuyumi pulled the hand out of the baby's mouth. She pointed at the big yellow dog image and tapped it several times. "Come on Izuku. I know you can do this. Say Mama. Mama. Mama," she tried to make the baby to copy her speech by whispering right next to his ear. She repeated the word over and over in a sweet high-pitched tone.

Izuku had zero interested in the word was well as the book in front of him. With all his baby might he slapped the book right out of his sister's hands. Its hard corner crashed on the wooden floor with a thud. That sound interest Izuku far more than the sound Fuyumi was making. He clapped his little hands together in delight giggling all the way.

Fuyumi couldn't share his joy. She spent most of the week now trying to get Izuku to say his first words. She tried everything: repeating common words he could learn easily, watching online videos, several dozen books and flash cards, but nothing stuck. Izuku was far more entertained by other things than learning. Her failure saddened her greatly. Whining, she turned Izuku to face her and stared into his eyes. "Izuku, please. Work with me here. I want to her you talk. I'm sure you have a lot of things to say. You babble so much."

"Vag bah ka te."

"See. You speak baby jibbers well," She encouraged. "I'll even take a simple 'no' at this point. Come on, Izuku. Can you say no? No. Nooooo…"

Her attempt was a very quick failure. Once again Izuku had little interest in the sound that was coming out of her mouth. He was interested in the shape. So, he grabbed her cheeks and stretched them out. Her mouth deformed into a variety of weird shapes. Even made odd sounds. Now that interested Izuku.

"Izuku," Fuyumi whined while allowing the baby to play with her face.

Natsuo who was setting cross legged nearby howled with laughter. "Looks like he doesn't want to learn, sis. Your dreams of becoming a teacher are slimmer."

The girl shot an icy glare at her brother. "I'd like to see you do batter."

Readily, Natsuo accepted the challenge can beckoned his sister to hand the baby over. Fuyumi was hesitant but he eventually gave the baby away. Natsuo hooked his hand under the baby's arms and plopped his little bottom right in front of him. He bent down his back down and stared intensely at the baby. "Alright, Izuku. I want you're complete and utter focus. So, look right here." He sharply pointed at his lips.

Izuku couldn't fully understand what he was saying but he could tell it was important. It was all in the eyes. The intensity. The command. So Izuku focused his on Natsuo lips as asked of him. His big round eyes sharpened to a soft point.

Proud, Natsuo nodded his head. "Ok this word is going to be very important. Especially, for you since you're a boy. You'll be using it a lot when you're older. Might as well teach it to you now. Understand?"

"Bah!"

"Good. Now repeat after me." He slapped his hand on his keens and lead into Izuku face. His head still held the fiery gaze as he did before. Izuku couldn't help but copy and focus on him too. Then Natsuo opened his mouth and said with upmost seriousness: "Penis."

Not a second later he was slapped in the head with a pillow. "I can't believe you!" Fuyumi scream. Her pale face completely flushed red. She then slid down to Izuku's level and cupped his sweet little ears. "Izuku, don't learn that word. Your too young and innocent for it. Remain that way for as long as you can."

Natsuo howling laugher only grew more hectic. "Oh, come on, sis. He's going to have to learn it and wouldn't it be funny if that was his first words."

"Absolutely not." She snatched up the baby and cuddled him protectively in her chest. She even turned her back on her mischievous brother. Just so his devil eyes wouldn't catch a glimpse of the pure innocence of her youngest brother. All the while giving Natsuo the coldest and sharpest stink eye. "I will not let you corrupt our little Izuku."

"I could have done worst. I could have tried to teach him how to swear."

"Don't you even dare." She hurriedly placed Izuku back on the floor and snatched up a nearby pillow. "Now come here. You need to be punished for your crime of attempting to taint Izuku." She then procced to chase Natsuo down wielding a pillow as a weapon. Natsuo didn't seem to mind since he was laughing his head off while running. He knew his sister couldn't catch him. Even if she did no way a pillow would do much damage to him. They played a game of cat and mouse while running all over the living room.

Touya watched on from the back a mused. He was sat on the couch not too far away from the play/learning area Fuyumi set up in their living room. Complete with soft blankets, little books, toys and of course Izuku's favourite Endeavour plushie. She took charge for being the responsible sibling among the three of them. Teaching and Generally, taking care of Izuku's needs. It was more motherly at times proving the girl was mature for her age. Touya would join her if it wasn't for his hectic schedule. He barely had time to use for his own and when he did, he just wanted to relax. That's way he was glued to the couch mindlessly wanting the TV. He wasn't even paying attention to what was happening on screen. His younger sibling's antics were much more entertaining.

Izuku seemed to agree as he clapped his hands happily. His giggled endlessly while his head tried to keep track of his run about siblings. Then he noticed Touya not to far away. He could make that easily. His eyes glowed wide while he flopped his body around until he was tummy down on the floor. Then he clumsily got up on his two little legs. Before he stared his little journey, he grabbed the tip flame head of his Endeavour plushie and dragged it along with him. It's only been a week since he started walking but he was quickly got the hang of it. Happily, he trotted over to Touya.

Noticing this, Touya bent down and held his arms wide acceptingly. The gesture made Izuku want to go faster. The baby's laugher grew as he rushed. The rush caused him to lose his balance, but big brother Touya got him. The baby fell right into his awaiting arms. With only mild effort he hoisted Izuku up and made him comfortable on his lap.

The baby shuffled his little body until he was happy cuddling his favourite plushie. He giggled lounder with a happy shriek when Touya ruffled up his curly locks with their face. The pleasant feeling was then forgotten as his attention was caught by the moving picture box. His mouth cooed in awe as an image of Endeavour flashed on screen. Excitedly, he held his plushie tight in one arm while pointing with the other. "Va! Ba!"

Touya giggled at how excited he got. "That's right Izuku. That's dad. He's a really famous hero you know. He beats up bad guys everyday like a pro. One day I'll be like him and beat-up lots of bad guys too. I'll surpass him and this other hero called All Might. That's the goal at least."

"Once again Endeavour manages to save the day with unimaginable efficiency."

"Endeavour again? That's like the 9th arrest this week. Does that guy ever take a break. Shouldn't he now with a rumoured new-born in the house."

"Now, Now, now. Endeavour is just extremely dedicated. You got to admire a hard-working man."

"He maybe hard-working, but he's still no All Might. I doubt Endeavor will ever beat out All Might for that number 1 position. Especially with that aggressive attitude."

The reporters on screen continued to banter about their opinion on the Flame hero. One of them seemed to be a fan. Attempting to defend the hero in any way they could. The other was much more dismissive of the hero. Thinking he should 'lighten up'. Touya became tense at the convention. Even more when All Might got involved. Everyone just loved to compare the two despite the fact they were like night and day. They treat it like it was some unwinnable contest. Just because All Might is All Might there was no chance anyone could win against him. Not even his father. It didn't really spark much encouragement for him. If his dad couldn't beat him what hope did, he has. Then again that's what all this training was gearing him up for. He must succeed. He just had too. It's what's expected of him.

While Touya's thought's wander into somewhere darker Izuku's eyes grew twice as big. They were hyper focused on the flaming hero dashing through the streets in chase of a villain. He was so bight. Like the blazing sun itself. He couldn't help but feel mesmerised by those flames. There was this nice sound the two people on the box kept saying. 'Endeavour' that word felt nice in his ears. It sounded powerful. He wanted to replicate it: "End!"

Suddenly, Touya was snapped out of his dark thoughts. He shook his head as his eyes focused on the baby. "Excuse me?"

Izuku tilted his head up at him and smiled. "End! End! End!" He cheerfully repeated.

"End?" Touya parroted confused. "You want to watch something else?"

That's when Izuku pouted. He didn't like that sound. It didn't match the sound he wanted to mimic at all. He tried again. Taking a deep breath, he tired again. "End…end…en…env...va…" his mouth was reshaped itself in odd ways. He was really trying so hard, but he wasn't satisfied yet with the sounds his mouth was making. His tiny head was going a mile a minute using all its power. "En..end da v….end..ver. Endver!" He stated proudly. It wasn't quite right but it was close enough. He felt proud.

"Oh my god." To say Touya was stunned was an understatement. His boy shot up straight from the couch while holding Izuku tightly. He turned to face his siblings. "Guys you got to see this."

Fuyumi and Natsuo stopped what they were doing. Which was wrestling each other to the ground. The only shield was a single pillow. They both turned their heads to their older brother curiously.

Touya hiked Izuku up in his arms. He looked at the baby. "Izuku, what did you just learn?" he asked sweetly.

Of course, Izuku was more than happily to share. "Endver!" he cheered happily. Raising his little arms as high as he could.

Both Fuyumi's and Natsuo mouths dropped. "Out of all the words he could learn first. He chose that!" Natsuo yelled in both shock and annoyed.

"Look I don't want him in the public eye right now. Even with the adoption story. He's far too young," Endeavour whispered harshly to the phone. The babbles he was hearing in displeased him greatly. "You're the head of PR. Shouldn't you know how to deal with this." His tone made it sound like a demand rather than a question. He had little patience for people with useless excuses and his current conversation partner was full of them. Specks of flame ignited around his face. "I don't owe those nosey journalists anything. My family is entitled to their privacy. I don't want them anywhere near the young one and that's final." Angrily, he disconnected the call. It was getting on his nerve's way too much. Have a press conference they say. Introduce the new baby to the world they say. The adoption story will help his reputation they day. Why should he? He was never that public with his other children. He's not much of an openly public person either. He just did the bare minimal when it came to those types of things. A couple of pictures here and there. An update announcement at times. But he would never shove his children faces all over the news at any and all opportunity. That would get them noticed by villains far too much. And again, he liked his privacy.

Sighing, he suddenly heard a chorus of rushing steps. He turned around and spotted all his children turn the corner and run right at him. "Dad! dad! you got to hear this," they all said.

Of course, he was confused. What could they possibly…?

"Endver!" Izuku cheered waving his arms up excitedly.

Endeavour's heart skipped a beat from pure shock. He stared at the baby in his eldest son's arms. "What did you just say?"

"Endver," Izuku happily repeated.

"…did…you just say my hero name?"

Touya laughed at his father's unexpected, confused expression. "We were watching the news and I guess he picked it up. Isn't that right Izuku."

"Endver." Izuku repeated with even more gusto. His arms reach out to the hero while his upper body thrusted forwards. All signs that he wanted to be picked up by the hero.

Unable to refused, Endeavour hooked the baby in his oversized hands and hoisted him up to his chest. He wasn't so sure how to feel. Although, he was never there for her children's first words he did know them. Touya was a simple dada. Fuyumi was mama and Natsuo was hilariously a big no. He remembered he liked the word so much he would have responded every question with it. Even when he wanted something. He was quite the crier form what he remembered. But this. This was entirely new. He doubted any baby's first words would be his hero name. It was an all-new experience. Kind of tingling. Still, he wore a frown on his face. The was this disconnect he didn't like when the child called him by his hero name. It just wasn't right. "That's not the correct," he stated confused.

Izuku tiled his head. Was he not happy? Did he not like the sound he liked?

Gently, Endeavour combed a hand through his hair. "If you're going to call me anything. It should by my true job tiled as… your father." He guessed he technically was this little one's father now. There was no going around that given the situation. It's not exactly the worst situation either.

Izuku didn't really get it. That didn't stop him from trying. "Fa." Endeavour's eyes widen. His gaze shot right at the baby. Even his children were in shocked awe while the watch the scene go down. Izuku face crinkled while his mouth tried to get the right shape. "Fa," he said again softly.

"Father," Endeavour encouraged.

"fa…"

"You're all most there. Faaather."

"fa…fa..e…fa..FA!"

Endeavour wasn't going to give up just yet. Seemed like Izuku had no intention to do so either. A faint smile on his lips grew more prominent with each attempt the baby made. "Faaaather."

"fa..eh faaaaaaaaaa…fa..er…faer. Faer."

Endeavour laughed. He laughed. It wasn't right still be it was close enough. He stroked the baby's cheeks affectionately making them laugh. "That's right, Izuku. I'm your father." He then gave the baby a proud hug which they happily accepted. That's when he noticed something that damped the warm fuzzy mood.

Right below him was the pouting face of his daughter. Her eyes were glossed over like she wanted to cry. All week she has been trying to teach Izuku how to talk. She put so much effort only to be beaten out by her father. He couldn't even say father correctly. But Izuku still followed him unlike what he did with her. Honestly, she was a littler hurt. Her pale cheeks puffed out like a pufferfish and she stretch her hands above her head.

Endeavour could tell she wanted the baby. So, he bended down and careful transformer Izuku to her. Thankfully Izuku was accepting enough and wrapped his little arms around Fuyumi.

Fuyumi tugged him away just so she could stare at him in the eyes. "Say Fuyumi."

"Sis, I think that's a little too hard for him."

She glared at her brothers causing them to back off. She will teach this baby to say at least one word. That was an oath she as swore in her head. She turned back to fact the baby. Expression softened to a disheartened one. "Ok how about Fumi. That shouldn't be so hard. Izuku, say Fumi."

Izuku's head rolled back and forth. He watched the girl's lips carefully. Then he began to mimic it. "fu…fu…fu…" He started.

Fuyumi eyes lit up with hope. "That's it Izuku. Fumi…Fumi….fuuuuummmiiiii."

"Fu…fu…fu…fu..eh..me…fume."

The girl couldn't hold back her happiness. It exploded out into an explosive jump as he spun around with the baby in her arms. "That's right Izuku. I'm your big sister Fuyumi."

"Fume…fume…fume!"

"yes, yes, yes." Fuyumi couldn't be happier. She managed to teach Izuku a word. She just next expected that word would be a shorten version of her name.

Becoming effective by her joy, Touya tried to get in on the action. He leaned over his sister's shoulder making sure to meet with Izuku's line of sight. "Great job, Izuku. You learned three words. Can you learn another. Say Touya….Tooo..uy..a. It's not that hard. Touya. Touya."

Izuku's face scrunched up again. Little baby gurgles spat form his mouth but nothing that sounded like Touya. In the end Izuku had only one thing to say: "No."

It broke Touya's heart and made Natsuo laugh his head off. "But why? You worked so hard for Fuyumi. Even dad. Why couldn't you for me? I thought he had something special," he cried. The boy never felt more betrayed.

Smugly, Fuyumi cuddled up the baby's cheeks. "Well, I guess that means I'm Izuku's number one."

"Pretty sure that's spot taken by dad, sis."

"Why do you have to ruin everything, Natsuo."

Endeavour watched fondly as the children bicker amongst themselves playfully. Even Izuku was having fun. Clapping his hands and laughed. Then again, he always seemed like a happy child. Perhaps the company of his children help. Or the baby that joy was genetically given by his biological parents…whoever they may be. It didn't matter anymore. Honestly, he couldn't even thing of a time it even did. Izuku was his child now. His responsibility. His son. To hell with biology. He looked curious forward to the future. The boy has already shown he's quite smart as well as tenacious. It would be interesting to see what kind of child he would be all grown up.

AN: and so, we reached the end of the baby Izuku saga. Yes, this is the last event for baby Izuku. Honestly, I could have done so much more but I needed to move on. This series would go on forever. And I would like to reach teen Izuku one day. (Even thought I know it will take forever). In other news Endeavour has now whole heartedly committed to being his father. Izuku has evolved from obligation child he just needs to keep alive to one of his children who he will still not admit aloud that he really likes. But everyone can clearly see it.

Papireaz – glad to have caused a reaction of laughter. Natsuo deserves his own event since everyone lest kind of got one.

fencer29 – maybe that's why Izuku likes Endeavour so much. He's the only one who seems to fully understand Izuku baby talk.

Liziliza – well here's what's next. Izuku is a smart little baby. Nothing will stop him.

Dreamer-Sara – indeed. He can't stay a baby forever. Even thought this was has been fun.

Guest – I say nothing about the quirkless Izuku thing because it wouldn't be fun otherwise. I only hope you all will like it when I eventually get to it.

I love reading123453 – your welcome. Good to know you're having fun.

Ok that is all. next time a minor time skip as Izuku will soon be turning four.
