Delta made her way down the hall towards Drake's office. She had popped in to drop off her report on how her team was going, and intended to keep this a quick and formal visit as always. She wasn't going to entertain giving him some long drawn out report like the other team leaders. She had important work to get to.

As she approached, she could make out his voice, along with another that she couldn't quite place. That was odd. She knew every member of the group along with their outside informants. And if there was a new face around here, then she should have been notified in some way about it.

She made her way through the doors, not bothering to knock, and was surprised to see… a child? "Like this?" the little girl asked as she stood in a fighting stance.

Drake hummed and slightly nudged her foot forward. "Perfect," he said smiling down at her. The girl beamed excitedly as Drake nodded in approval. "Was there something I could help you with Delta?"

She had actually been surprised when he spoke out to her. Usually she wouldn't be but… everything about this was odd. The girl looked from Drake and then up towards her, and then smiled and waved. "Hi Lady," she said sweetly.

Delta offered a small wave back. "Why hello there," she said before looking back up towards Drake. "I don't believe I've met your little friend. Is… is this a new member?"

"This is Hana. She's the niece of an acquaintance of mine. She didn't have school today and her family is dealing with an emergency, so she's spending the day here," Drake explained.

She raised an eyebrow at him. "I'm sorry, are we operating a babysitting service now?" she asked, crossing her arms. Hana had already lost interest in whatever conversation they were going to have, and was punching the air and shouting. "Do you really think it's wise to bring an outsider to our main base of operations."

Drake rolled his eyes. "Yes, clearly this child is operating as a government spy, sent to sabotage and bring us down from the inside. How foolish of me to fall for such a ploy," he said, sarcasm dripping off every word.

She glared. "You know that whether she's a threat or not isn't the issue. What if she accidentally leaks the location of the base?" she asked.

"Do you honestly think I'm so foolish as to give away our location? I was discreet in bringing her here. She has no clue where we are."

"It's still a risk. And one I'm frankly shocked you're taking."

"Hey Gege, look at this!"

The two looked over and saw the girl standing on her hands, looking focused as she walked forward towards them. Drake smiled. "Yes, that's a wonderful display of balance Hana. very Impressive," he said before gesturing towards Delta. "Hana, my friend here has something she wants to tell you."

Delta's eyes widened. That… that bastard! Was he trying to tell her that she was going to have to be the one to kick the girl out? Did he think she would hesitate simply because she was dealing with a child? Well he had another thing coming. She was more than willing to make such a call.

Of course the moment she looked down at the girl her resolve was shaken to the core. The smile that Hana was looking at her with... it shouldn't have been possible for anyone to look that innocent. "You're Gege's friend?" she asked.

Delta assumed that this Gege was referring to Drake, which she would ask about later, and nodded. "Yes, I am. We work together," she explained.

"I'm Hana! It's nice to meet you!" she said bowing. "I'm excited! I never got to meet any of Gege's friends before! Or hang out with him outside the shop much! Sometimes he takes me for ice cream, but this is way more fun I think… we can still get ice cream later thought, right?" she asked Drake.

Drake nodded. "Yes Hana, we'll get ice cream later," he said nodding. He looked towards Delta with a smirk, and she mentall cursed him. His expression was just daring her to crush this little girl's fun.

Which she could and would totally do. "Well Hana, I'm afraid…" She had to leave. It was a few simple little words. Damn it, why couldn't she say them? "I'm afraid… that I haven't properly introduced myself. I'm Delta…"

"That's a cool name," she said.

"Thank you…"

Hana went back to doing a handstand, and then began making her way around the room again. Delta glared at Drake, whose smirk had her doing everything in her power not to punch him in his admittedly handsome face. "Couldn't do it eh?" he asked.

"You wipe that look of your face before I slaughter you…"

Delta ended up sticking around longer than intended. She honestly didn't know why. Maybe it was because she wanted to ensure the child didn't stumble into anything she wasn't supposed to. Of course Drake was competent enough to do that, but it was better to make sure for herself.

It certainly had nothing to do with Hana asking her to stay and hang out with them. Or her compliment about how she thought she was pretty and cool. No, nothing to do with that. Not even a bit.

"She's so fluffy!"

Hana beamed as she hugged Anna and rubbed her face against her fur. The experiment looked rather confused, not knowing what to do at the sudden contact. "You kept that thing?" Delta asked, raising an eyebrow. Experiment 628 was certainly a powerful asset, but they knew that the line of alien experiments could be just as unpredictable as they were dangerous.

Drake grunted. "My sister and Heath insisted on keeping it," he muttered.

Shen Mi scowled as she looked down at the girl. "Why is this brat harassing Anna?" the redhead asked, pointing at the girl.

"Why do you harass everyone else?" Heath muttered as he played his handheld game.

Hana turned towards the girl, a curious expression on her face. "You're flying…"

Shen Mi rolled her eyes. "Well congrats, you have eyes brat," she said. Only a kid would be impressed just by flying. "This is like basic magic 101."

Hana gapsed. "You're magic?!" she said amazed as she pointed up at her. "You're a magical girl, just like Glitter Force!"

"She wishes she was Glitter Force…" Delta muttered.

Drake raised an eyebrow. "What?"

"Nothing!"

Drake just clicked his tongue before gesturing towards Hana. "This is Hana. I'm watching her for the day. Please try not to be a bad influence on her. Hana, this is my younger sister Shen Mi, and her friend Heath."

"Wait, so you're Gege's little sister?" Hana asked. "Wow, you're so lucky. I wish he was my real big brother."

Drake patted her head. "That's very sweet Hana. You're the younger sister I always wanted as well," he said. Shen Mi glared at him and got ready to yell, but he cut her off. "I said the one that I wanted. Not the one I was cursed with."

Heath chuckled. "Burned…"

"Shut up Heath!"

"What happened to your arms?"

Everyone grew wide eyed at what Hana had just so blatantly asked. Heath paused his game, looking at the girl with an even expression. "I uh… got into an accident." He didn't see any reason to get into the gory details about it.

"What kind of accident."

"I… I fell down some stairs…"

"Oh… I'm sorry," Hana said as she stepped forward. She kissed her hand, and then put it on one of his arms. "My mom always kisses my boo-boos to make them feel better. So I hope your arms feel better."

She turned around and skipped back towards Drake, and Heath looked after her surprised. That was the most sickeningly sweet thing he had ever seen. He hated mushy stuff like that…

"Are you blushing?" Shen Mi asked.

"No! Shut up!" Heath snapped back.

"You're gotta be fucking kidding me…" Victor said with a scowl.

"He did it again!" Hana yelled pointing at him. "That's another dollar!"

The monster hybrid glared down at the girl, who matched it with a glare of her own. Drake and Delta had taken Hana to the kitchen to get a snack, and they'd run into the rest of the members sitting and talking around the table.

Alisha and Priss fawned over the adorable young girl, and Savage and Carnage had looked filled with pride when Hana admired how tall they were. But then there was Victor, who despite being in the presence of a child, couldn't keep his usually foul mouth in check.

"I'm not paying you just because you can't handle some bad words kid," Victor said, narrowing his eyes. "Get the hell out of there with that."

"That's three dollars!"

"I'm not paying you!"

"It's not for me! You put it in the jar!"

Victor scoffed and turned towards Drake. "Where did you dig up this little brat?" he asked. He didn't know many runts that had the guts to demand money from any of them, let alone him. Did she not know where she was or who they were?

"Give her the money…" Drake said, crossing his arms.

Victor eyes widened. "What?! You cannot be serious!"

"I believe your leader just gave you an order," Delta added. "Three dollars. Hand it over."

He scowled towards them. "This is bullshit! You barely get me enough money as it is and you want me to hand it over to this kid?! No way!"

Alisha smirked. "That's four dollars now. You just keep digging that hole deeper boy," she said, clearly amused by the whole thing.

"Yeah dude, just give her the money," Carnage said.

"You guys are really trying to help this kid rob me?!"

Savage shrugged. "I mean, we're done worse."

Victor got up and glared down at her. "You want money from me kid, then you're going to have to fight me for it. And I ain't afraid of being up kids, so you better-" Savage suddenly put Victor in a full nelson. "Hey?! What the hell?!"

"Get his wallet kid," Savage said, smirking.

Drake and Delta watched as Hana strolled up and began… well, they didn't know how to describe this as anything other than a mugging. "For your sake I hope you don't make this a regular thing. This place isn't exactly the best influence on a child," Delta said.

Drake sighed. "Hana is a smart girl. Being around them isn't going to-"

"Get the shoes too… wait, he doesn't have shoes. Get his glasses," Carnage said.

"God damn it! Get off me!"

Delta looked at Drake with a raised eyebrow. "This won't be a regular thing…" he muttered. Unless she ended up asking him and looked at him with those big eyes of hers, then… Well what was he supposed to do?

"Hey Gege, look! I got new glasses! And twenty dollars!"

A/N: Commission for Princesscallyie! I wanted to do something with Drake babysitting Hana for a while now, but I kept getting sidetracked. The idea was to have Drake and Delta babysit her and people kind of tease them about looking like a little family, but it came out a bit more comedic than planned lol. I hope you guys enjoy it!
