IZUKU POV
It was about a twenty minute walk from the park to the Bakugos house. "Shit tonight will be rough." The entire walk to their house I was just thinking about going home. I opened the gate and knocked on the door. The door flung open and I was immediately pulled in the house by auntie Mitsuki.
"What the hell took you so long. Katsuki said you'd be here at six."she just looked at me confused.
"I'm sorry I was at the park and lost track of time while talking with someone." I grabbed my arm. "Damn why do I always upset people."
The next thing I knew auntie Mitsuki threw her arms around me hugging me. "You know I was worried about you kid." Her voice was calm and smooth.
"I'm sorry."
-Snap-
Shortly after I arrived we all sat to have dinner. If I could say one thing about the Bakugos is that they knew how to cook. They always made the best food. After the meal and what seemed like an hour of asking about how school was, Bakugo got up and left. "Finally I can leave." I stood up to leave but as I was standing up I felt a hand grab my wrist. I looked up surprised to see Auntie Mitsuki pulling up my sleeve revealing my wrist in a deep shade of red.
"So it was a hard day after all." She let go of my sleeve as it fell back down to cover my wrist.
"Yeah.." I looked down. I couldn't look her in the eyes.
"Have you still been..." She put a hand on my head.
"No." I quickly cut her off.
-Snap-
"I'm sorry I should go, I need to get some sleep." I turned around and made my way to the door. I didn't get home till 9:30. I opened the door to the apartment and set my stuff by the door. "I survived the night. Maybe now I can fade away." I made my way to the kitchen and poured a shot of whiskey and tossed it back. I poured another one before hiding the bottle again. I made my way to my room where I opened my computer and loaded up my music program. "Shit I left my notebook at the door." After grabbing my notebook I sat back down and started messing around with the sound board. I looked for a pad that was mellow but had a low tone. After I found one I liked I leaned back in my chair. "Alright that's good." I went back to my soundboard and pulled out the little keyboard attachment. I spent a few minutes trying to make the right melody. A few hours had passed and I sat back in my chair as I listened to the beat. It was mellow but sad. The melody was an acoustic guitar. It rang low as if almost sad but also gave some hope. The bass was low and you could feel it with everyhit. Every now and again there was background noise making it sound like wind. I was happy with it. "That's good for tonight. I can work on the EQ tomorrow." I went to save it and I drew a blank as to what to call it. "Shit what do I even call this?" I stood up and threw back the last shot as I walked around my room. I paced for a few minutes before I looked down at my wrist and smiled. I walked to my computer and began to type. "Alright that will do for now." I saved the file and turned off my laptop before lying in bed. I turned on my music as I plugged my phone in. Laying in bed I closed my eyes and thought to myself. "Purple haired girl I like the sound of that."
A few weeks had gone by since that day. School was terrible. I got bullied and tormented about my dreams. At least I had my music to escape to. One day I was walking back home passing my usual music shop. I decided to stop in and look at some prices. Walking into this place always feels like home. I knew all the workers here and they helped me pick out my soundboard and they knew about the music I made. After a few minutes of catching up, I explained to him that I was wanting to get a guitar. It would make everything so much easier in editing. I was tired of editing each note to make it sound as if I really played it. He gave me a smile and pointed me to the right section. "Damn these are all so expensive." Looking at the prices I knew I had enough for one but I could wait another month to save just to be safe. I wasn't in a rush. I began to reach for one to try it when I heard a familiar voice.
"Hey there."
