BLUE DREAM

Prince Jae

Summary:

A series of quick stories that were born after I was drunk and high... Many of these stories are a reflection of what I feel, what I see, what I lived. Not much of that.

Notes:

There isn't a connection between the chapters, they are random ideas that come to my mind. I originally started this as a one-shot... it evolved into something more.

Chapter IV: Haruhime

(Bell keeps staring at the empty glass of wine in front of him, Welf only hears him speak.)

"I met her at the station of broken promises, where the trains go in the forbidden direction." He said, drinking some wine after that. "You know? There she told me: "I'll love you forever", but her first kiss already tasted like a never. Look, that night in the city the seas were raining and she was alone dancing on the altars of the bars of minstrels looking for cheap love, at that time when adventurers only wanted fun. She wasn't looking for a husband, I wasn't looking for a whore, but she played oblivion like a magic trick."

...

(Bell embraces her petite body with one arm, letting her rest on his leg. And Bell is sitting, his thoughts fixed on an excuse that lets him decipher the riddle of her blouse.)

Bell said "Your eyes have the sadness of the moon and I am an adventurer without fortune. Let me explain that I no longer have a cure, tell them that when I die I want them to bury me in your heart."

...

Welf answers back, thinking about another girl in another place.

"But I keep in the drawer of memories the never-given kisses, where fears and sins are hidden." He said, and Bell heard. "She told me as Haruhime told you: 'I will always be by your side,' while shedding tears of love to the forgotten. And although love did not die, my heart is in mourning, I am one of those who receive at the last minute. I am picking up the fruit that I plant in my heart, between the thirst of routine and the cracks of passion."

Bell then interrupted.

"But in my skin I look for her among the ladies, my words are still on fire and perhaps I won't answer her if she calls me, but I sleep in other beds despite the blues, to find on other lips what she gave me, which is fire. A fire that fuels my torment, the things of love I cook over a slow, slow, slow fire... and even though I smile on the outside I'm dying on the inside"

...

(Walking out of the bar, Bell fall to the floor, dizzy and not able to control himself anymore.)

"She told me: 'Maybe I ask you to give me a son, the position of lover is bacchante and looking for someone fixed'," Welf tried to lift him from the ground. "As I have a fictitious resume and experience in relationships that go nowhere, I am perfect for the position. And although she is not crazy about me, she told me: 'You start in two minutes, show me that you are not a sensible person and tonight we might make up something more',"

(Welf sees his friend and he is sad; He is somewhat less sad, simply because he managed to get a girl. But Bell only raised his head and whispered.)

"I went into her body with attitude and talk, I'm not a doctor, but I know how to treat her." He mumbled. "Looking at her ass with dissimulation, I thought: 'Girl you have class, I think I could fall in love', but you know, this is a bar. I'm drunk and I've left love locked up at home."

(Finally Bell fell unconscious)
