Chapter:59 Divert and Conquer
The citizens of Mantle run frantically in the streets, being chased by Beowolves and Sabyrs, while Teryxes and Giant Nevermores fly around above them.
On one street, a pair of Atlas Soldiers fire at a pack of Beowolves. A Beowolf manages to tackle one of the soldiers, and the other soldier shoots a fiery bullet at it, killing it. The first soldier does not get up. Five Mantas fly overhead, and one of them is taken down by a Teryx. Three Sabyrs round a corner and attempt to run down the street, only to be defeated by a missile. A group of civilians runs down the street that the Sabyrs came from, passing by the hole in Mantle's outer wall. A herd of Megoliaths is pouring in through the hole, and they almost trample the fleeing civilians.
Somewhere else in Mantle, more Sabyrs are running around, some of which are slain by the Happy Huntresses. Nearby, a Sabyr stands atop a car and watches the Happy Huntresses, who chase another Sabyr down an alley. The first Sabyr then jumps down from the car and runs down the street, going around a toppled car to find a Faunus woman and child hiding there.
"Here, kitty kitty!"
The Sabyr turns and looks up, seeing Nora standing atop a nearby roof. She jumps down and slams Magnhild down on its head, killing it while Bacchus and Monarch flew overhead. Weiss directs the Faunus woman on where to run as Eis look around protectively, while Marrow stands nearby with his gun ready. Another large group of Sabyrs approaches from down the street. Nora sighs, and she, Weiss and Marrow get ready to continue fighting.
Elsewhere in Mantle, Blake is running from a Megoliath and three Ursai. Two of the Ursai run to either side of the Megoliath, while the third runs behind the Megoliath's hind leg. The Ursa behind the Megoliath shoves one of the other Ursai out of the way. It then attempts to tackle Blake, but she draws her katana and uses Dust to create a fire clone. Upon impact with the fire clone, the Ursa catches on fire and dies. The second Ursa attempts to tackle Blake, and she creates a lightning clone, moving to the other side of the street. As the third Ursa leaps to tackle her, she creates an ice clone, turns around in mid-air and fires her gun at the Ursa's head. The Ursa smashes into the ice clone, tumbles on the ground and is crushed to death under the Megoliath's foot.
Blake turns a corner and keeps running. Due to its momentum, the Megoliath is only able to make a wide turn around the corner, which causes it to slam into a building, breaking the windows on the ground floor and shaking loose some of the accumulated snow. With an angry trumpet, it continues to chase Blake. Just as it swings its trunk, she uses her Semblance to dodge, and it runs straight toward Elm, who uses her Semblance to root herself in place. Once the Megoliath reaches her, Elm grabs ahold of its face, stopping it in its tracks, which creates a shockwave that shatters all surrounding windows. She then uses the Megoliath's momentum to lift it into the air and proceeds to hold it there.
Down an adjacent street, Yang runs toward the Megoliath and then fires her weapon behind her to propel herself forward. As she slides on her knees under the Megoliath, she plants a series of bombs on it.
"Now!" She shouted as Elm hurls the Megoliath into the air, and Yang detonates the bombs, killing it. The three take a moment to catch their breath, and Blake turns to some civilians who are hiding behind a toppled car.
"Head to the nearest shelter!" Blake said to them as they ran away.
"Those shelters are gonna fill up soon," Yang said.
"They're all we've got. We just have to hold off the Grimm," Elm said as suddenly, a group of Sabyrs begin running toward them from down the street. Blake and Yang look at each other, concerned.
"Geronimo!"
Up in the air, both Beowolves and Sabyrs look up to see Team VRMN free falling while their flyers took the air.
Mel and Nomad used their weapons to open fire to the Grimms below while Randy landed on the rooftops and went to his Spectre Form, Vic meanwhile threw Sol Valor to one of the Beowolves and quickly grab it to activated his Semblance and burn the Beowolf from the inside out.
The four Trainers then let out their Pokémons to get some help dealing with the Grimms. Vic quickly rode on Bunta while the rests spread out to stop the attack. Gai and Kin went to some part of the city while Kakashi and Konohamaru stayed beside Vic to defend the area. Some Grimms charge at them but Kakashi handles it with Quick Attack while Konohamaru uses Sludge Bomb to give him support. Bunta then used Surf and rode it to clear off some the Grimms while Vic kills any Grimms that comes to their backs.
Mel used his weapon's whip form to hitch a ride with Nevermore with Yin following him and tried to steer the Nevermore away from the fleet while Yin gives aeriel support. Down below, Blade crushes the Grimms in front of him with Outrage while Fume and Brownie stayed by his side support while Vapour rode on Wing to take out more of the flying Grimms.
On the roofs, Randy and his team jump from roof to roof and shoot their attacks to any Grimms that comes to them. Randy threw a ghostly kunai with a chain on it to a Teryx and drags down from the air and made a katana to cut its head off. Yunero swiftly David took some Grimms with their respective signature moves and occasionally fight off any Grimm that comes close. Drago open fire with his gun while Lanaya would hold the Grimms suspended in the air to give the Dragapult Faunus a sure shot. Lastly, Charles and John used their respective weapons to decapitate any Grimms that would climb over to them.
Down below with Vic, Nomad and his team handled another part of the city, the tallest member of the team and his Starter push back a small horde of Grimms with his weapons and occasionally use his Semblance if he was hit and return the damage back as twice strong as before while Drummer trap them with his signature move. Rubble and Sumo push back any Megoliaths that would pass their way while Loafer would disrupt its balance and Flora and Spark finishing it off.
After finishing all of the Grimms off, Team VRMN look around and saw more coming right at them.
Randy sighs and said, "Here we go again."
"No use complaining," Vic said as he twirled his weapon and put the blunt end on the road.
On a rooftop somewhere in Mantle, Qrow shoots at Teryxes along with Hunch cutting any Teryxes with Night Slash, while Clover talks on his communicator.
"Okay, yes sir, understood, over and out," Clover said as he put away his communicator.
"New orders?" Qrow asked while Hunch look over with a disintegrating Teryx armor on his horn.
"Let's go," Clover said as he, Qrow and Hunch jump down from the roof.
In an area near Mantle's outer wall, Marrow slays a Sabyr with his weapon. A Beowolf leaps over him and is promptly frozen and impaled by Eis and Weiss' Arma Gigas summon. The sword stabs into the ground very close to Marrow, who flinches away from it, grabbing onto his tail. Weiss peeks out from behind the sword, giving an apologetic giggle while Eis look over to the Grimms ahead.
Beside the wall, Nora and Pyrrha stands protectively in front of a group of civilians with Caimen, Wooly, Tiny and Ferno beside them while Bacchus and Monarch look around from the sky. The lights for the streets surrounding the area begin turning red one by one with the Grimm alarms sounding off. Afraid, the civilians back up against the wall.
"Take us to Atlas. We won't survive down here," Pleaded a girl with a scarf.
"Why isn't Ironwood doing anything?" A guy with horns complained as the aggravated civilians begin shouting and walking toward Nora.
"Take us to Atlas!"
"Please, everyone. We're doing our best. We will get you to safety. Just give us a little more time!" Nora tried to assure them.
"So please stay calm," Pyrrha tried to as well while Nora's Pokémons tried to keep back from hurting the two
Then, there is a loud ping noise, followed by a cyan glow, and the civilians stop and look up at the wall, where a giant hologram screen depicting Robyn has appeared.
"Atlas, Mantle. I know you're scared. I'm here with General Ironwood, and we have a message for you," Robyn said as the camera filming Robyn zooms out to show that she is holding Ironwood's left hand, and their hands are both glowing with green Aura. "What he has to say may sound unbelievable... but it is all true."
Confused and still scared, the citizens of Mantle listen. Elsewhere in Mantle, Ruby and Harriet work together to kill a Beowolf along with Vic and Mel on roof supporting them.. They then stop and look at a nearby hologram screen showing Ironwood.
"An ancient and terrible evil lies outside of our Kingdom. It was responsible for the destruction of Beacon, the attack on Haven, and for the recent attacks on Mantle. This powerful force goes by the name of Salem."
Ruby grins and said, "He's doing it."
Mel sighs and said, "We could finally get these people out."
Vic looked unsure but said, "Yeah."
Somewhere else, Ren fires StormFlower's blades to swing from a traffic light, drop down on a Sabyr that is chasing civilians and stab it with his guns' blades.
"Salem seeks only to divide us."
Jaune uses his shield to slam another Sabyr against the overturned armored truck that Ren had leaped over. He then cuts the Sabyr in half.
"To turn us against each other. If she can incite hatred in us, then we will lure in the Grimm and destroy ourselves."
A group of Sabyrs charges in from the direction that the civilians are fleeing in. Vine jumps onto an armored truck and uses his Aura arms to split the group of Sabyrs and pin them against the buildings on either side of the road.
"Salem herself does not work alone. Her minions have invaded our very city," Robyn said to them.
In their hideaway, Cinder, Roman and Neo are watching Ironwood's live broadcast on a Scroll.
"Arthur Watts and Tyrian Callows," James said.
Roman and Neo looks at Cinder, who looks away.
"What?" She muttered.
"These men are the ones responsible for the recent murders in Mantle and for sabotaging the heating grid."
Tyrian and Watts, who are hiding in a building's back patio, look toward Ironwood's voice and then at each other.
"But we cannot let ourselves give in to fear and panic. That is what she wants!"
On the screen, Robyn and Ironwood are still holding hands, and the Aura coating their hands continues to glow green.
"Instead, we must unite, and fight back, together. Every single one of us!"
Vine still has the Sabyrs pinned while Randy and Nomad arrived to help with their Pokémons. Jaune calls out to the civilians in front of him with a commanding tone, pointing his finger at them.
"Alright, single file line! Place a hand on the shoulder in front of you, eyes forward, move, move, move!"
As he issue his commands, the citizens look back at him and then begin following his instructions. A pair of small children stand in front of Jaune, who kneels down and gives them a thumbs up and a grin.
"Show them how it's done, kids!" He said as the child in a red coat salutes him. The two kids then turn on their heels, the kid in the red coat placing their hand on the other child's shoulder. They then begin marching with serious expressions on their faces.
"Dude! What was that?" Nomad questioned as he reloads Knockout and Knockoff.
Jaune stands up and awkwardly said, "Uh, morning school route?"
Jaune places his hand on Ren's shoulder, and they both close their eyes and concentrate. Ren uses his Semblance, which Jaune amplifies, allowing it to conceal the civilians' emotions. The two children grin while they lead the line of scared adults.
"This, my friends, is why I was forced to divert resources from Mantle - for the Amity Communication Tower."
Watts and Tyrian continue to listen to a small hologram screen that is perched in the nearby alleyway. At the moment, the screen is only displaying Ironwood from the chest up.
"Amity Tower is now completed and ready to launch. It will re-establish all global communications--"
Watts withdraws his Scroll and taps the screen a few times, bringing up a hologram of Amity Tower, while Tyrian sharpens his weapon with a whet stone.
"The Colosseum remodeling was a communications tower? How did James get this past me?" Watts said in frustration.
"Because the safety of every citizen is imperative, the council and I have decided to evacuate everyone in Mantle to Atlas. I am withdrawing all defenses from Amity in order to assist with repelling the Grimm in Mantle."
"We must put aside our differences and band together to defeat this threat. I fully support General Ironwood's plan," Robyn said as the citizens of Mantle begin cheering, and Nora and Pyrrha turns around and looks at the crowd. One of the female civilians picks up a gun from a broken Atlesian Knight-200 and holds it in the air.
Tyrian screams in anger and punches a concrete wall, cracking it.
"The Grimm should have destroyed our enemies, not made them friends!" The Scorpion Faunus said in fury.
"Wait," Watts said as he turns off the Amity Tower hologram, pockets his Scroll and stands in front of Tyrian. "Our tin soldier's heart has cost him his mind. We need to keep their attention on Mantle for as long as possible."
Tyrian then have a crooked grin on his face and said, "You want more chaos than a Grimm invasion?"
"If anyone on Remnant could deliver that, wouldn't it be you?"
On the nearby screen, Robyn begins speaking, and Tyrian and Watts turn their attention to it. Tyrian hovers his tail's stinger around her face from his point of view.
"If you've made it to your local shelter, stay put. Helpison the way. And for those of you in Sector 17, I'll be seeing you personally," Robyn said while Watts tap his fingers together.
"Come to think of it, I do have an idea."
Tyrian then grins from this.
"I still can't believe those idiots beat us here," Cinder said in anger as she turns on her toes and walks over to the window, crossing her arms.
"Vacuo was supposed to be the next target," She muttered as she stares out the window for a moment, calming down. "The timeline has changed."
She turns and looks at Roman and Neo.
"You said the farm boy has the Lamp?" Cinder questioned.
"Neo wouldn't lie about it, it would be bad business," Roman said while he knew that the other reason is the sign of death just in front of them.
"Find him, take it."
"How about your promise, Little Red remember?" Roman questioned while Bandit waiting for a command.
"No! We get what I need first! Then we get what we want! Now go," Cinder ordered as Bandit and the Stufful are ready to defend their owners while Roman and Neo looked unnerved by her. Cinder smirk from this and approaches them. "Ironwood's been hiding the Winter Maiden for years. Tonight I'm going to find her."
Cinder then took Roman's Scroll as Neo and their Pokémons look at the False Maiden warily.
"The general's as predictable as his androids," She said as she walks away. "Threaten what he has, and he'll flock to protect it."
She tosses the Scroll back to Roman, who catches it and then looks at her while Bandit the Scrafty glares at her.
A large fleet of Mantas arrive in Mantle, and one lands near the crowd of citizens that Nora, her Pokémons, Pyrrha, Weiss, Eis, Marrow, Team VRMN, and the Happy Huntresses were defending. The side door slides open, and a ramp deploys. Inside are two Atlas soldiers.
"Get in, get in!" One of the soldiers ordered a the civilians begin entering the Manta in a single file line, while Nora along with her Pokémons and Pyrrha guards the ramp. There is a loud bang, and a bright green streak soars across the sky.
Another Manta lands in an intersection near Blake, Yang and Elm. Blake runs into the Manta, while Yang beckons the nearby citizens toward the ramp. Suddenly, there's a rumbling sound, and the Grimm sirens begin blaring. Three Megoliaths turn the corner and head toward the Manta, worrying Yang and Blake. Elm stands between the Megoliaths and the Manta, holding her hammer.
"I've got this!" Elm called out as she roots herself in place with her Semblance and transforms her hammer into a rocket launcher. With a smirk, she takes aim and fires a pair of rockets, her Semblance keeping her stable. The rockets kill the Megoliaths, and the citizens aboard the Manta cheer. Elm turns and looks at them, appearing somewhat surprised. She then grins and does an "OK" sign with her hand. There is a loud bang, and the bright green streak from earlier soars across the sky.
Another Manta lands into another intersection near Vic and Mel as the two best friends and their Pokémons quickly went their to defend their transport. They continued to go their till they saw a small herd of Megoliaths walking to the Manta.
"Mel! War Cry!" Vic ordered as Mel nods and the two quickly jump of the roofs. Vic twirled around Sol Valor while Mel used Shock Lash as a whip and grabbed one end of the staff, Vic then spun in the air which leads to Mel being flinged to the side of one of the Megoliath as the green haired teen let out a devastating loud shout that toppled the Megoliath as it crashed to its brethren and they toppled over as well. Their Pokémons then finished the job by taking them down in their weakened state.
The two quickly return their Pokémons and went to the Manta as it slowly went up into the air. The two watching Mantle being taken over by the Grimms.
Ruby and Harriet are standing with some civilians, and Ruby is using her communicator.
"Alright, we just need to get everyone to the closest airpad," Ruby said.
She points down the street and said, "The closest LZ is--"
Suddenly, the ground begins shaking with a loud thumping noise. A manhole clatters with each thump. In the direction Harriet pointed, a car goes tumbling across the intersection. Harriet gestures to the intersection.
"There," Harriet finished as an Alpha Megoliath walks out from around the corner and turns to face them. It utters a roar and begins charging down the street. However, the green streak from earlier flies by behind it, and then a large green laser swoops across the street in front of it, striking its tusk. This causes it to tilt its head to the side and stop charging. The civilians around Ruby and Harriet run away, screaming, and Penny flies down to stand next to Ruby. Harriet and Penny nod to each other and then hurry forward to fight the Alpha Megoliath.
Ruby closes her eyes and concentrates, partially blocking out the sounds around her. However, the Alpha Megoliath's roar breaks her concentration, and she opens her eyes wide, looking at the fight in front of her. Penny is shooting at it with her weapon in gun mode, while Harriet speeds around it. Ruby glances down at her belt where she used to keep the Relic of Knowledge, then uses her Semblance to get onto a nearby rooftop, where she fruitlessly fires her sniper rifle at the Alpha Megoliath.
Flying near the Alpha Megoliath, Penny arranges her swords in a circle and spins them like a buzzsaw, slashing at the side of its head. She then stabs the swords into the side of its mask, and it trumpets in pain and attempts to turn its head away. Noticing the resistance from Penny pulling on the threads, the Alpha Megoliath looks at Penny, who gasps. It then jerks its head to the side, yanking Penny toward it. She slams into its tusk and is sent flying over the buildings, screaming. Ruby watches Penny and then flies after her with her Semblance.
She finds Penny unconscious, having crashed into the road hard enough to damage it. Ruby drops to her knees beside her.
"Penny, are you okay? Don't make me tell Vic on you," Ruby said as the light in the middle of Penny's bow turns on, and she opens her eyes and then looks at Ruby with a smile.
"No you won't," The gynoid said as she hops to her feet and puts her fists to her hips, and Ruby stands back up. "Those tusks sure are dangerous."
"They sure are," Ruby said as she thinks for a second, then looks at Penny. "I think I have a plan."
Penny smiles confidently and nods. There is a pause as Penny then tilts her head in curiosity and said, "What is it?"
Harriet continues speeding around the Alpha Megoliath. She leaps and reaches for its trunk, but it kicks her in the back, knocking her to the ground. It then tries to step on her, and she holds its foot up above her. However, the red wires on her weapon begin glowing brightly, and the weapon itself begins to spark with electricity. Just as her weapon begins emitting a noise, she manages to push the Alpha Megoliath's foot away from her, sending herself flying backward and tumbling across the road. Her Aura flickers, and she pushes herself up onto her hands and knees.
Penny fires a laser at the Alpha Megoliath's tusk just in time, distracting it from Harriet.
"Over here, you big bag of bones!" Penny taunted it.
The street lamps along the road that Penny is on turn red, and the Grimm sirens blare. The Alpha Megoliath starts running toward Penny, who shifts her swords into gun mode and arranges them in a circle. The circle of guns spins rapidly, charging and then firing a huge laser. The Alpha Megoliath tilts its head down to the laser and begins struggling against it, still trying to get to Penny. It slowly makes its way forward, step by step, while Penny slides backward a little. She separates three guns from the circle and uses them to fire a smaller laser directly at the Alpha Megoliath's right front tusk. The smaller concentrated beam begins heating and scorching the tusk, and Penny concentrates while the Alpha Megoliath continues to make its way toward her.
"Now!" Ruby called out.
Penny clenches her fists and pulls back, and the concentrated lasers shut off. Now unimpeded, the Alpha Megoliath charges toward Penny once again, and Ruby uses her Semblance to fly past her and stops next to the scorched tusk, hooking her scythe on it. She places her feet against the tusk and then fires her rifle and kicks off, slicing through the burned portion of the tusk. While the Alpha Megoliath rears up and roars, Penny catches the severed tusk and slams it into the road below. Ruby lands next to the Alpha Megoliath's rear foot, hooks her scythe on its ankle and fires the rifle to give the Alpha Megoliath a painful cut. It jerks its foot away, jumping and uttering a pained trumpet, before falling over onto the severed horn, which impales its chest. Now deceased, it disintegrates.
The street lamps return to their normal color, and the Grimm sirens shut off. Civilians come out of hiding, looking at Penny and cheers for them.
"Yeah, they saved us!"
"The protector of Mantle!"
Harriet rolls her shoulder and then looks around, as citizens approach Penny.
"Just sent the ship up. Heading to the next LZ," Yang said through the communicator as Harriet rests her fists against her hips and smiles at Penny, who turns and smiles at Ruby.
"Ditto!" Nora said over the communicator as well.
"Same here!" Jaune did as well.
"Here as well!" Mel also did as well.
Penny then use her communicator and said, "Ms. Hill, the southern outskirts are clear."
Elsewhere in Mantle, Robyn is standing with the blue haired woman and some civilians, listening to Penny on her communicator.
"It should be safe to begin evacuations now."
"Great work, Penny. Over and out," Robyn said as she stops using her communicator and turns to her companion. "Make sure you get these people to safety. I'm gonna check for any stragglers."
The woman nods in affirmation and hurries along the sidewalk with the citizens. Robyn heads down a nearby alleyway alone, and Tyrian watches her from a roof, chuckling. He jumps down into the alley behind her, and she turns and aims hercrossbowat him.
"Robyn Hill. For such a little bird, you havequitethe impact around here!" Tyrian said playfully while a manic look is clearly shown on his face.
Robyn fires a crossbow bolt at his head, which he leans and twists to the right to avoid. He turns to face her again and begins walking toward her.
"Bringing hope and a smile wherever you go!" He said aggressively while Robyn She fires another bolt, but he catches it between his index and middle fingers. He growls and said in a sad tone. "I find it... upsetting."
He turns the bolt to hold it in his hand and then bends it with his thumb. With a flick of his wrist, he tosses the bolt away while simultaneously deploying the blades on his weapon. Laughing maniacally, he charges toward her, deflecting two more crossbow bolts with his blades. Just as he approaches her, a fish hook flies out from somewhere, and he knocks it away and hops backward, landing with his tail propping him up. He looks in the direction the hook came from.
"Huh?" He said in confusion till looks at Robyn, and Qrow, Hunch and Clover drop down behind her.
"Sorry Callows, I really wanted to pummel you on my own, but the General insisted I share," Robyn said as Qrow, Hunch and Clover walk forward to stand beside Robyn, with Qrow drawing his weapon, Hunch growling while sharpening his horn, and Clover resting his fishing pole on his shoulder. Qrow tilts his sword's blade down to put it into gun mode
"Well, you're not the only one with a grudge," Clover said while Qrow aims his gun at Tyrian.
"You'll both have to get in line," Qrow said.
Tyrian glares at them as he prepares to fight them.
A Manta flies toward the Amity Communications Tower, which now has Gravity Dust at its base instead of Wind Dust. Soon afterward, Watts is walking through one of the Colosseum's hallways. Supplies and ladders are still lining the walls, and there are cables hanging from the ceiling. One of the walls has a poster depicting a dog-eared Faunus wearing a hard hat surrounded by purple crystals, with the text "CAUTION VOLATILE DUST ON-SITE" at the top. He reaches the arena and looks around.
"Hmm… This will certainly do the trick. Although I wouldn't exactly call it finished," Watts muttered as he continued to look around.
Suddenly, metal doors slam shut on all entrances into the arena.
"Arthur Watts…"
The arena lights and the light inside the commentator's booth turn on, and Watts looks over his shoulder at the booth, where Ironwood is holding a microphone.
"Welcome," He said as Watts walks across the arena floor, toward the booth, staring up at him.
"It wasn't finished... it was bait," Watts figures it out while Ironwood tosses aside the microphone and leaps out of the booth, landing on the arena floor in a kneel. He stands up. "You know, James, this place has always been a technological marvel."
Watts tosses his bag out of the arena, and the two approach each other.
"Truly. Even before you went and, uh, did all this."
They begin walking in a circle, keeping their eyes on each other.
"The different types of Dust, the biome system, and of course, everything that goes into controlling them."
Watts holds up his right hand and wiggles his fingers. With a high-pitched noise, his rings begin glowing cyan, and he slams his hand onto the floor. The arena emits a low ping noise. Four of the biome randomizer screens appear, and the four panels that do not have screens above them begin receding. As Watts straightens up, there is a gunshot, and he blocks the bullet with a hard-light shield projected from his rings. Ironwood is aiming Due Process, his white revolver, at him.
"You always were a pain in the ass," James said as the biome randomizer screens finally stop spinning through the options. All four land on a purple icon depicting levitating platforms. The remaining four panels begin receding, and Watts looks around. Ironwood fires another shot just as Watts begins running. Ironwood continues firing at Watts, who leaps off the panel, into the biome below. Gravity biomes begin rising up in the four sections that had the biome randomizer screens. Ironwood looks around, watching these biomes rise up. Finally, he sees Watts standing on a levitating platform on the fourth and final biome that he looks at.
"At the risk of sounding cliche, James…" Watts said as he draws hisrevolver, spins the chamber and aims it at Ironwood. "I won't be going down without a fight."

Pokemon Study: The Sinnoh Region
Class is back in session yet again as Shori and Seier were there for another lesson.
"Alright everyone! Today, Seier will tell her adventures in Sinnoh," Shori said as the students grew excited. "So let's start then."
"Before we start thou, some things that I would say will be huge coincidence, so don't take it literally. Okay?" Seier said as the students nods. "Good."
They gray haired woman then clears her throat as she began to tell her tale.
"It all began when it was finally the day I would start my journey. It was a sunny day in Jubilife City as my mom would drive me to Sandgem Town, where Professor Rowan waiting for the next batch of Trainers that would come. As we arrived, I saw other kids my age ready to explore the region and become actual trainers The Professor would then let us in and let us choose our starters so I chose a Chimchar that I named Sun."
Somewhere with the students, Sun huff his chests in pride to hear his name but noticed the frown on the his teacher.
"But when I grab his Pokéball, the Locke Curse was put in on me but it was different, it was the Wedlocke Curse. That curse would restraint me a lot on my journey as Prof. Rowan would explain to me the restrictions. First, I could only three sets of pairs of the opposite sex with my first catch needing to be female because Sun was male, next is that I am restricted to only use one pair in my battles and I can't use any of the other two pairs till the first pair dies out, lastly is that I can never switch my team with my other Pokémons as I need one to die to do it."
The students were shocked by this as they mutter each other the difficulty of the curse.
"My mom would try to stop me from going on my journey after hearing that, but I was quite stubborn when I was a child and insisted on letting me on my journey. She finally gave in and I started my journey a day after."
Seier looks around to see if they are still listening, when she saw everyone do listen, she continues.
"I would then catch a female Shinx near Sandgem Town and named her Blake, my first Pokémon and Sun's partner."
The Faunus Sun blushed from this while his teammates teased him.
"I would later then catch a Bidoof and Starly from two separate areas and named them Coco and Fox separately."
Coco and Fox at each other in discomfort and quickly look away from another while Velvet and Yatsuhashi smiled from the scene.
"I would then soon find an Abra, a Geodude, and a Psyduck as name them Neo, Hansel, and Dew respectively. The first two is on my team while Dew is a reserve.
I then began training my time as both Sun and Blake would evolve into their second forms before the 1st Gym in Oreburgh. Then, I challenged the Gym and it was all about Rock Types, Sun beaten them easily after evolving and I got my first Gym Badge.
We then continue our journey as both Coco and Fox would sooner evolve along the road till I have to stop a group called Team Galactic from stealing electricity from a local power plant and save the workers there.
Neo would then evolve to a Kadabra and reached Eterna City, I would quickly go to a nearby mountain and train there and caught myself a Nosepass that I named Pyrrha. After training, I then face my 2nd Gym battle and beaten it with Sun again."
Sun smiled from this and actually took pride from it, even it wasn't him at all.
"After coming out of the Gym, Team Galactic are at it again so I stopped them with what they are doing.
I then continued onwards as I caught along a Ghastly that I named Tyrian. I would then train my team again, but..." She took a deep breathe and sighs. "Hansel unfortunately died during it."
The students quickly put their heads down in respect along with Shori.
Seier then continues, "I would later bury him to a cemetery a few Routes away, but I had to go their myself with Tyrian taking his place, I would to go through wild Pokémons that are on my way and battle through them, but... Coco died to get ourselves nearer to the cemetery."
Everyone would then bow their heads again while Fox would comfort Coco, who looked devastated since she feels a small connection with the other Coco.
"I would continue forward, but I felt broken during that time. After arriving to Hearthome, I would go to the church their when it was empty so I could privately tell the local priests for a proper burial for the two. With some expert, both Hansel and Coco are buried and I hope that they could rest peacefully," She let out a sigh and continues. "I would then have Dew join the team in the next day along catching myself a Ralts that I named Emerald.
I would then train my team for my next Gym battle and soon battle it with Sun on top again but Blake helped him with it."
Now some of Sun's friends are glaring at him because of the shit eating he has on his face.
"After that, I would train Blake and she evolves into a Luxray, getting an Eevee that I named Jaune and joined a Contests as a one time gig. I would then continue onward till Tyrian and Neo also met that same fate as Hansel and Coco. I would bury them again to the same cemetery and mourn for a while till I continue going towards Veilstone.
I would then have Jaune and Pyrrha join the team as I have Jaune evolve into a Leafeon in Eterna Forests while Pyrrha would evolve to a Probopass in Mount Coronet. I would continue fighting through till Dew evolved to a Golduck.
I would then face the 4th Gym, but I would use Fox and Dew for this one. The two handled it easily as I continue towards my goal.
My team grew stronger every day while Sun and Fox evolved to their final forms, our bond grew stronger along each passing hour and I have come to pass my fallen Pokémons's deaths.
I then faced the 5th Gym and took it down with Jaune and Pyrrha getting that victory, I would train my team for a while took a long rests from all of it till I continue my journey again.
I would then arrive to Canalave City for my Gym, but I had to train my team more and went towards Iron Island for it. I then went back after training for a week and defeated the Gym with Jaune and Pyrrha again.
I came out of the Gym and jumped when I heard an explosion from far way, Professor Rowan was in the city as well with his assistant, he would quickly call the police to check them out along with sending me, his assistant, and a trainer that just finished his Gym in the city to check what happened to the those areas.
I decided to go to Lake Valor, Prof. Rowan's assistant Lucas went to Lake Verity while the other Trainer went to Lake Acuity. I would then see the entire lake turn into a giant crater as I fought Team Galactic since they caused it. But after fighting the one who leads the group..."
Seier sighs again while students grew uncomfortable from it as they knew what it means.
"Pyrrha died that day, but I will never let her sacrifice be in vain. I would soon take Emerald in the team to replace her and went to check the other lakes to help the others.
I would then went towards Snowpoint City since I thought that everything will be alright and challenged the Gym there with Sun easily crushing it.
Then something is happening in Veilstone as I look around till I noticed that one of building there is just a cover up for Team Galactic's hideout. I would fight them off till I come face to face with their leader Cyrus. I then fought him and continued onward till I reach a lab that held the Lake Trio captive by Team Galactic. I would then set them free till I receive a message from Prof. Rowan is there something wrong on top Mt. Coronet.
Me and Fox then took to the air and landed somewhere near the summit, I would then fight through every member of Team Galactic till I reached the summit and saw Cyrus ready to start his plan, the Champion Cynthia also heard this and went to the summit as well to help fight off Cyrus.
But he successfully summon the Legendary Palkia and Dialga, but he didn't expect a third. The Legendary of the Distortion World, Giratina."
Seier shivered from mentioning that name, she literally just faced the Devil of the Pokémon World.
"I would then have to enter the Distortion World so we get Giratina to close it, Cyrus tried to stop me and Cynthia, but both of us defeated him and we have to fight Giratina so he could listen to us.
The both of us would then return to the real world while Cyrus was left behind because he was so adamant to learn the secrets within that place. Because of this, some of Team Galactic were either arrested or quit, and some hide for another shot."
Seier then took a deep breathe as she is nearing the end of her tale.
"I would then head out to my destination like it was a normal day and began to train for my next Gym battle. I even let my team sleep outside their Pokéballs for once, and I really loved the comfort they gave. It really reassures me a lot for my next battle.
So it was then the day of my last Gym battle and Sun took that victory, then we have a small celebration in our room for it. I really feel more confident that day and I really can't help but be happy from it, I never felt more happy and confident by just that.
So for a week, I would train my team day and night, continue to celebrate, eat happily together, and laugh together without a care. It was amazing but we could continue it after the League, we were ready and we were determined to win.
So the day the tournament began, I would beat every single Trainer one by one till I became the victor of the tournament.
Then my path towards the title of Champion became nearer. Only the Elite Four are the only thing that was in my way for the title, so I train for my last five battles for the title."
Seier then showed the students a smile of acceptance that showed that she have finally moved on.
"I would first fight the Bug Type Elite Four Aaron, and Sun just demolish his team easily without any trouble.
My next fight would be with the Ground Type Elite Four Bertha, Jaune would beat most of her team while Emerald finished her last one.
My third fight would be with the Fire Type Elite Four Flint, Fox would beat his first Pokémon while Dew will take out the rests of them.
Then I my last fight would be the Psychic Type Elite Four Lucian, I would set up with Emerald and crush all of his team because of the boosts she have gained.
Then the fight that I am waiting for, my fight with Cynthia, the title of Champion was on the line.
With both Fox and Dew, I would beat her Spiritomb, Roserade and Lucario with Fox while Dew would take care of Cynthia's Togekiss, Milotic, and Garchomp. Heck! Dew was about to be beaten if it wasn't for her firing a powerful Ice Beam that struck Cynthia's ace in one shot!"
Seier would then let out sigh of content which even showed in her eyes.
"After that, I would return home as the new Champion of Sinnoh, everyone in my neighborhood would celebrate that day along with my Pokémon, and I would rests with a smile on my face. I would then mourn for my fallen friends during my journey, and would leave them part of my memories with them as a sign of keeping our friendship forever."
Seier then look around the classroom with the same smile on her face as she put her hand on her chests, where her heart is.
"And that was my journey, I hope you learned something with my tale and would never do the same mistake that I did."
The bell then rang as the students slowly collect their stuff while Shori and Seier look at them with smile.
"Just be ready for our next class, because it would be all about the Unova Region," Shori said as the class now left the room.

And that is it for the chapter.
As some of you have seen, curse words are gonna be added to the story. I really am not used to it properly yet as you could have seen, but there would be more vulgar languages in the future with the things I know from YouTubers cursing in their videos for the fun of it, and I like that.
I am just really excited to have this story to finish if the next Volumes in the series would come out so I could create more stories of my own ideas.
I also saw some stories that are actually challenges for other authors such of myself and others to try out if they can do it.There are some ideas that I really want to do, but I really can't because I never watched them so I don't have any knowledge about them.
I would always stick with RWBY because that is the only story that I can only follow properly, I have two stories in mind after VTR but I have others and just not sure if I should do it.
Also, I watched Cowboy Bebop on Netflix and it was great, I might add some of them in my own idea of family relations in RWBY, especially in Arc Music Album or any other stories that I would make with the same family, but I might do some changes for it to fit in the story.
