Chapter 46 – Narutomaki.
Jiraiya watched in amazement as Naruto wolfed down two bowls of ramen. Naruto stopped as a third was placed in front of him. He looked to Jiraiya before starting the bowl.
"Just how many of them can you eat?" Jiraiya asked.
"I always stop at two, don't want to deflate anyone's wallets, but I could probably give an Akimichi a run for their money. I'm always hungry and Ramen is such a rare treat."
"You stop even though you're hungry?"
"I could probably eat eight or nine and that would fill the hole in my stomach, but I think twelve would fill me up completely."
"Twelve?" Jiraiya balked.
"I have a large amount of chakra and energy, food is a great way of restoring that energy. I haven't used up all of my chakra for a while so that I don't tend to have to eat through peoples wallets." He smiled. "So what did you entice me out for?" Naruto asked slowly eating the third bowl.
"Well at least you have manners."
"My mum taught me well." Naruto smiled up at Jiraiya.
Jiraiya stared at Naruto, there was no way he could be talking about his actual mother. He watched as Naruto eat carefully, he savoured every mouthful and smiled pleasantly at the two who had served them.
"Your mum?" Jiraiya finally asked.
"Lady Sarutobi, she pretty much took me in, why do you think I'm so close to Asuma and Konohamaru?" Naruto asked.
"I didn't really think about that." Jiraiya scratched his cheek.
"Are you going to tell me why we're here or not?" Naruto reiterated.
"Right well I want you to come on a work trip with me?" Naruto lifted an eyebrow. "It's a special work trip, its paid work. We're supposed to find a girl. It's also a special trip. We'll stop by the red light district in Hima and you will learn more out there than you can in here."
"You'd make a terrible Hokage." Naruto sighed.
"This woman is hot really hot. She wants to meet you." Jiraiya tried.
"One, I've just turned twelve, I'm not interested in girls or woman yet. Two, I'm too young for the red light district. Three, it would have been simpler and more effective if you had said that you would like me to accompany you on a mission to find Lady Tsunade. You'll get paid too, but on the way I want to gather research for my books, so we will be stopping off in lots of sordid places, on this very important mission."
Jiraiya blinked at him. He had definitely worded that a lot better than he had.
"Yeah well are you coming or not?"
"I take it you've already spoken to the council members then?" Naruto asked. Pushing his finished bowl away.
"Yes."
"Then I shall meet you at the gate in five minutes, I should go pack." Naruto bowed to the owners of the stand waving and leaving the bill for Jiraiya. Jiraiya sighed he wasn't sure how to treat this Naruto, he was expecting an idiot, not someone like this, he was so much different to how he expected him to be.
Five minutes later he found Naruto chatting to the guards at the gate a standard bag on his back. Better than a massive one.

"Lord Jiraiya, are you planning to teach me things on this trip or are you just getting me out of the village?" Naruto asked.
"I'll teach you things." Jiraiya replied.
Naruto tilted his head sensing a familiar chakra along with a very strong one. He sighed.

Team seven where all together, for the first time since the invasion, Kakashi was talking to Naruto about how he would not be able to perform a chidori because of his elemental nature being wind, it'll will be a lot harder for him to perform.
Sakura turned to Sasuke. "Thank you for saving me from the sand arm." She smiled shyly.
"It wasn't me." Sasuke shrugged. Looking over at Naruto.
"You're just being modest, Naruto's not that strong, and that sand guy was a monster." Sakura didn't believe it.
"If it wasn't true why is he acting Hokage? Neither of us have really paid attention to Naruto. But I think he did it more for the sand than he did us." Sasuke commented.
Sakura looked on as Kakashi explained what natures would complement Naruto's. A small smile graced her face.

Sasuke was in his favourite training ground, breathing heavily. He was surrounded by holes where he had been exhausting himself with practicing the chidori. He growled, Naruto had been amazing during the battle against Gaara, and he was nowhere there that level. Add to the fact that Naruto had been in three places at once. Sasuke growled. The entire time in the academy Naruto hadn't shown this depth of skill, why suddenly now had he become this maelstrom of power. He snarled slamming his hand into the tree.

Itachi and Kisame stood staring down at Naruto and Jiraiya, they had found him as he was leaving the village.

The jounin hadn't taken Kakashi to the hospital, simply taking him home. They sat gathered around his bed. Kurenai was helping to wrap Asuma's shoulder.
"He hasn't found Naruto yet." Gai commented.
"But why would he enter a crowded village?"
"He knows who Naruto is. Naruto is a pretty unique figure in the village." Asuma spoke eyes turning to the doorway.
"Kakashi!" Sasuke called opening the door.
"What happened? Why's he sleeping? What are you all doing here?" Sasuke snapped.
"Is it true that Itachi has returned? And that he is chasing Naruto?" Aoba stormed into the room.
Sasuke turned eyes blazing as the jounin in the room sent death glares towards Aoba. Sasuke barged past Aoba, Gai jumped after him, not quite catching him. As Sasuke dashed off Naruto turned up, from the opposite direction.
"Aoba, Kotetsu and Izumo need relieving of paper work duty. Seeing as you opened your mouth before checking the room." Naruto ordered. "And do not go off spreading rumours. Itachi Uchiha has paid a visit to the village, and is searching for me. However which version of me he will find you can't possibly know. Now go." He sighed stepping into the room. "Gai please follow after Sasuke, he will be in over his head when it comes to Itachi." Gai nodded and sprinted after Sasuke.
"What is it Asuma?" Naruto asked, turning to look at the remaining jounin.
"You knew he was after you?"
"It's my job as Hokage to know things, Asuma." Naruto sighed. He turned to Kurenai. "You're amazing with Genjutsu right? When you have a spare moment would you mind helping me? I have a terrible weakness for genjutsu; I can't detect it or umm dispel it." Naruto rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.
"That's a bad weakness to have."
"Shikamaru said that." Naruto blinked at her.
"Itachi?" Asuma asked.
"Oh, ANBU have been sent out to keep an eye on me, obviously. But I am travelling with Jiraiya so it can't be that bad?"
"That lecherous old fool, will drop you for the first pretty woman that comes along."
"I know." Naruto sighed.

Sasuke ran through the village, skidding to a stop when he realized he didn't know Naruto well enough to know where he would be. He couldn't go charging to the tower the ninja there would stop him. He had a little brother at the academy, he headed over there running past the ramen shop hearing Naruto's name come up. He stopped moving into the shop spotting Teuchi.
"Hey Old man did I hear you mention Naruto, only he was meant to be training with me and he hasn't turned up yet." He lied.
"Oh yeah Naruto was in here, doesn't come in here very often. He came in here with Jiraiya."
"Who's Jiraiya?" Sasuke snapped.
"Lord Jiraiya. One of the legendary three. Big guy white hair. He took Naruto with him."
"Where?"
"They were leaving town, travelling along the cattle road down to the hotel town..." Sasuke dashed off.

Naruto looked around at everything; he had not been to a town like this. There were signs posted everywhere advertising room after room after room. He was a little overwhelmed by everything he saw.
"Naruto. Today we are staying here." His eye caught a young beautiful woman as she strolled past. "Naruto here's the room key; refine your chakra as training." He dashed off.
"But I can already do that!" Naruto called after the man. "Just like Kurenai Sensei said." He sighed.
Naruto sat on the bed closest to the window, he glanced out noticing the clear blue sky. A beautiful day and he was stuck inside, he closed his eyes in concentration pulling his chakra inside himself, making him appear smaller and weaker, but also harder to find.

Sasuke stopped at the top of the stairs, there were a lot of hotels, and he would not be able to search all of them.
"Hey is there a blonde boy about my age and a large white haired man staying here?" he asked the receptionist. "Which room?" he demanded.
Sasuke raced to the room knocking on the door and opening it to reveal an old man and his grandson sitting down to tea. Sasuke reeled back haven't gotten the wrong people. He turned tail and ran leaving the bewildered couple behind. Itachi had to be close.

Naruto opened the door knowing who was outside, he could sense their chakra from when he left the village. He spun two kunai into his hands and stepped back away from the door, seeing Itachi's partner getting frustrated, he smirked grabbing his bag and moving towards the window. The door crashed open as Itachi's partner smashed it to splinters with his sword. He stepped aside allowing Itachi to step through. Naruto stopped momentarily.
"Hello Naruto." Itachi spoke slowly.
Naruto's eyes flickered to the big blue man stood behind Itachi.
"This runt is the nine tails."
"Kisame looks can be deceiving." Itachi reproached his partner, "Naruto why don't you step away from the window and come with us."
"We don't need him in one piece, let's cut off a leg and make this easier." Kisame advanced into the room.
Naruto's eyes widened slightly looking past the two to see Sasuke stood at the end of the hallway.
"It has been awhile Sasuke." Itachi spoke watching Naruto.
Kisame turned round at last spotting Sasuke.
"Do we have to meet everyone from your past today? And another sharingan user at that."
"Sasuke run." Naruto stepped forwards.
"No. I will kill him."
"You're not strong enough, I'm not strong enough. Run and get Jiraiya." Naruto snapped sensing Gai and the ANBU team approaching.
"Who's the kid?" Kisame smirked.
"My little brother." Itachi answered.
"Sasuke don't be stupid." Naruto shouted.
He watched as Sasuke gathered chakra into his hand, the hallway becoming dense as the sound of a thousand birds bounce off the walls.
"I have lived for this!" Sasuke pounced.
Itachi looked quizzically at Naruto when he registered the chidori before turning his full attention to Sasuke. Sasuke dragged his hand across the wall as he ran. Itachi waited until the final second grabbing Sasuke's hand and forcing it into the side of the building, leaving a giant hole it its place. Naruto scowled he knew who Kisame was, and was sure that sword of his had a special ability, most members of the seven swordsman did. Itachi turned his attention to Naruto, snapping his brother's wrist as he did so. Kisame advanced towards Naruto again. Naruto smirked Jiraiya had returned. He jumped back as Gama appeared in front of him, holding back Kisame's sword.
"Finally turned up then." Naruto smirked.
"I'm better at getting girls than my reputation implies."
"Don't be weird" Naruto interrupted.
"Don't interrupt me brat!"
"That's one of the legendary three, the great Jiraiya. Your appreciation of woman is legendary, but we didn't think such a simple method would succeed. It appears you've already undone the Genjutsu binding the woman." Kisame smirked.
"You wanted to draw me away from Naruto right?" Jiraiya placed the young woman down.
"So that's who told them." Kisame smirked. "This old source of information."
"We were told to abduct Naruto, by the higher echelons of our organization, Akatsuki." Itachi confirmed.
"You won't get Naruto. I'll kill you before you lay a hand on him."
"Don't do it!" Sasuke pulled himself up. "He is mine."
"I have no interest in you right now." Itachi glanced back at his brother.
"Naruto! I told you DON'T!"
"Sasuke stop!" Naruto advanced forwards.
"This fight is mine." Sasuke snapped running forwards again.
Itachi turned punching Sasuke in the gut, turning and knocking him down to the ground and then hitting him in the face. Naruto growled, darting forward dancing round Kisame's sword as it swung to take off his leg. Itachi kicked Sasuke back down onto the floor slowly picking him up by his throat and using his Tsukiyomi technique, on him.
"Itachi you shouldn't use that eye of yours so often." Kisame snarled chasing after Naruto who was bouncing off the walls to reach Itachi. Every swing would just miss Naruto.
Jiraiya ran through hand seals and slammed his hands down, transforming the hallway into a large organic moving wall.
"Toad mouth bind." Jiraiya shouted out. Naruto held himself on the wall turning his head back to Jiraiya.
"You are already inside my stomach." Jiraiya smirked.
Itachi leaned into Sasuke, "why are you weak, still not enough..." Naruto kicked him away.
"Stay away from him!" he growled kunai extended in front of him.
"Hope you enjoy being food Iwagama!" Jiraiya preached.
"Run." Naruto mouthed to Itachi.
"Naruto stay still!" Jiraiya ordered.
"Kisame, come!" Itachi turned running down the hallways.
Kisame yanked his sword free, and followed after Itachi, by passing Naruto as he helped Sasuke down. Jiraiya smirked knowing no one could escape from here. Kisame caught up with Itachi, they watched as the walls of flesh moved together he looked up to Itachi as they ran. Jiraiya jumped up charging after them, he skidded round a corner to find a hole lined with black flames and eating away at the edges. The team of ANBU arrived and jumped off again as Naruto pointed in the direction that the two fleeing ninja where running in.
"Black flames," Naruto edged forwards Sasuke slung on his back.
He stopped watching Jiraiya pull out a scroll and begin to write on it. He watched the intricate design appear before his eyes, Jiraiya sealed the fire in a scroll tying it tightly. He turned to Naruto a frown on his face.
A kunai embedded in the wall in between the two drawing their attention.
"DYNAMIC ENTRY!" Gai shouted heading straight for Jiraiya.
"Gai." Jiraiya turned towards the flying man.
Naruto stood up catching Gai's extended leg, stopping the attack from connecting. He shifted his weight pulling Gai down into an awkward stand. Both older shinobi stared at Naruto as he righted Gai.
"Took you long enough Gai." Naruto scowled.
"Apologies Lord Hokage." Gai bowed.
"Gai, take Sasuke back to the hospital. He has a fractured rib, broken wrist and heavy mental damage." Jiraiya ordered. "Hurry soon. Naruto we need to move on, the sooner we find Tsunade the quicker these people can be healed." Naruto nodded. Helping Sasuke on to Gai's back.

"Naruto."
"Yes Lord Jiraiya."
"Why did you play dumb?"
"I've never been able to defeat Itachi, and Kisame of the legendary swordsman is out of my league, why let them in on how powerful I truly am. My entire life people have made assumptions about me, what's one more." Naruto shrugged. "What do they want with Kurama?" he asked.
"Who's Kurama?" Jiraiya turned round.
"The Kyuubi. He has a name you know. Like Gaara's the Ichibi is called Shukaku. I imagine they all of names." Naruto smiled shyly. "So why are they after him?"
"To be honest I don't know. But they will continue to try and get you because of him. That is your destiny, to be hunted, and I'll be there to protect you."
"But you're wrong, I have to become stronger to protect myself, you aren't always going to be around to protect me. Maybe Kurama won't be a burden on my life maybe we are supposed to do something amazing together, something that will change the world. But I can't do that by relying on others I have to learn to become better and help those that want to help me. The sooner we find Tsunade the sooner I can start doing that." Naruto nodded.
"You can be quite wise sometimes you know?" Jiraiya nodded.
"Yeah, hey umm Lord Jiraiya what is Lady Tsunade like?" Naruto reverted back into that of a child. "I mean I've heard that she's a gambler, obviously but what is she like as a person?"
"Well that's a hard question." He reached behind his head. "Tsunade has suffered a lot and it has changed her over the years. She's not as kind or caring as she once was. The gambling takes precedence to be honest."
"So she's got a hurt heart?" Naruto responded. "And is afraid to trust again." Naruto tilted his head.
"Yeah you could put it that way."
"Then we'll just have to help her have a change of heart." Naruto smiled.
Jiraiya smiled and ruffled Naruto's hair fondly. "But first we have to find her, she changes her appearance, she won't look old like me, she's quite vain."
They stopped at the top of a hill staring down at a very large, very busy village. Streamers and banners were everywhere the town must be in the middle of a festival. Jiraiya looked over at Naruto seeing the glee in his eyes, this was probably the first festival Naruto had ever seen or experienced. Naruto glanced up at Jiraiya slowly, the wonder and awe leaving his eyes.
"Are we going to search for Tsunade here?" he asked.
"Naruto glanced up at Jiraiya slowly, the wonder and awe leaving his eyes."
"Are we going to search for Tsunade here?" he asked.
"Yeah. Have you ever been to a festival before?"
"No, its fine finding Tsunade is more important, we have people counting on us."
"You can have fun while I gain information of Tsunade's whereabouts."
"I don't know what to do." Naruto looked down at the ground. "Can't I just help you?"
Jiraiya looked down at Naruto seeing the look of a child that didn't know how to be a child. He sighed scratching his chin.
"How about this, I'll stay with you and send a clone to gather information. We can have some fun before we start training."
"Really?" Naruto looked up through his bangs.
"Yeah, let's do it." Jiraiya created a clone and started walking with Naruto. "Right first things first, do you have any money?"
"Why do I need money?"
"For the stalls, you pay money to play the games and buy the food, do you not carry money on a mission?" Jiraiya explained.
"Oh. Umm," Naruto paused slipping his bag over his shoulder and digging for his wallet, he pulled out a frog wallet that was very full, he frowned sure that he had left this at home and pulled out his other wallet that had a shuriken pattern across it. He opened the smaller wallet pulling out a few bills. Placing the wallet back in the bag he was about to bite his thumb when a flurry of feathers descended on him and Tsubasa landed on his head. He smiled and held the frog wallet up to the bird, whispering as he stroked under his beak. Tsubasa nodded holding tightly onto Gamachan and flying off into the sky.
"What did you do that for?" Jiraiya stood watching all that money fly off.
"I didn't realize I had brought it with me, he's taking it to Konohamaru for me. Besides if I let you have it you'd only spend it on women and alcohol, funny that two of the sannin fell for the vices we are all warned against in the academy." Naruto smiled.
"Brat, I do not!" Jiraiya snapped.
"You write porn for a mass audience, your research consists of spying at the hot springs and indulging in sake bars surrounded by young women. And I know you write porn because I get that little orange book that Kakashi is overly fond of for my birthday ever year. It's not as good as your first novel." Naruto stated arms crossed.
"You...Bah lets go have fun." Jiraiya grumbled.
Naruto smirked walking away, Jiraiya followed after him.
Naruto was awestruck at everything, he wanted to try everything, he stopped at each stall appreciating all the wares and buying small samples to try. He turned offering his samples to Jiraiya, who declined. Jiraiya showed Naruto how to play the games, noticing that Naruto would do most things with his left hand; he watched as Naruto stopped at the ring toss having already won at most of the other stalls already. He wandered over and was handed a ring he weighed it in his hand sticking it over his wrist and twirling it there. He must have asked what he could win, the stall owner pointing to the giant toys behind him.
They watched as a little girl, tried to hook the hoop over the bottles and failed, she turned desperately to have another go, to win the giant panda, but her mother shook her head as she didn't have any money left to spend on the games. Naruto nodded and paid and was handed three hoops, he had to get each one over a bottle to win a giant toy. He smiled and sent the rings flying one after the other, each one catching the bottles and sliding down. He pointed to the giant panda and asked for a ring as well. The stall guy frowned but handed over both of Naruto's prizes.
Naruto then turned round and ran after the little girl and her mother. Jiraiya watched as Naruto handed over the giant panda to the little girl, and then showed her how to throw the rings so that she could win more toys at a later date. The mother smiled and thanked him taking the little girl's hand as she clutched the giant panda tightly to her. He smiled shyly and walked back over to Jiraiya.
"Why'd you do that?" he was puzzled.
"Well I can't take it with me. She only couldn't try again as they were meant to be grocery shopping. I suggested she call it Gaara. He kind of reminds me of a panda, seemed fitting." Naruto smiled. "Are those ANBU masks?" Naruto ran over to the stall.
Jiraiya looked after the woman and her daughter seeing how happy Naruto had made that little girl and then looked at Naruto, he was starting to see a different side to the boy.
"These masks are weird." Naruto laughed reaching for the cat mask trying it on.
Naruto turned and tilted his head with the mask, making Jiraiya stop in his tracks. Naruto looked so at ease in that cat mask, but it was almost as if he wasn't Naruto anymore. Naruto lifted the mask moving it to sit on the side of his head seeing the look on Jiraiya's face and handed the mask back. He smiled and thanked the man bowing politely moving over to a squid stall.
"Hello mister, may I have two of this type of squid, please." He paused watching the squid get cooked.
"Sure, you can have a small one free of charge."
"Thank you, may I have that one and that one then please." He pointed to the smallest squid and a medium sized piece.
He turned handing the larger of the two squids to Jiraiya, Jiraiya hesitated as Naruto held the squid out. Naruto smiled up at him.
"Thank you, for spending the day with me, even if it was just a clone." He popped said clone and turned to the establishment where he knew Jiraiya to be.
Naruto stepped in, taking a small bite of the squid. He leaned against the doorway eating his squid and watching Jiraiya make a fool of himself with two young ladies. Jiraiya looked up sensing his clone had popped and spotted Naruto leaning in the doorway. Naruto held out the larger squid again, waiting as Jiraiya slowly took it and took a bite.
"I said you would waste my money on alcohol and woman if you got hold of it, at least it was your money you wasted." Naruto licked the stick clean.
"I did not waste my money!" Jiraiya moaned.
"Well then you put it to fine use. If you are quite done we should leave." Naruto flicked the stick towards Jiraiya.
Naruto turned leaving the premises as the stick embedded into the seat just below Jiraiya's most vital organ. Jiraiya spluttered and ran after Naruto, spotting a stall selling water balloons. He stopped buying up all the water balloons and following after Naruto.
"Slow down, I've got some training for you." Jiraiya called out.
Naruto slowed his head tilted back allowing Jiraiya to catch up. He threw a water balloon at Naruto watching him catch it again in his left hand.
"Watch carefully," Jiraiya pushed chakra into his hand creating a swirling sphere, he turned pushing it into a tree.
Naruto looked at the spiralling design left behind in the tree and then looked at the water balloon.
"I want you to do the same thing with that water balloon get your chakra spinning in a circular motion." Jiraiya nodded.
Naruto frowned and held the water balloon in his hand, a few seconds later it burst. Jiraiya blinked at him throwing another water balloon at him.
"Again." He ordered.
Naruto sighed and made the water swirl in the balloon until it was no longer a round shape then it burst.
"You did that in less than five minutes!" Jiraiya snapped.
"I'm not an idiot." Naruto frowned.
"Well yes I know that but it took the fourth three years to perfect this jutsu. It's an A rank technique."
Naruto stared at Jiraiya dead pan. Jiraiya began to become uncomfortable having the boy stare at him in that way.
"Why are you teaching me this?" Naruto asked through ground teeth.
"Because it is a useful technique to have and it was never finished, it would work well against the chidori."
Naruto frowned. Jiraiya rummaged around for another balloon this one he threw at Naruto, and shouted right hand. Naruto caught it in his right hand and after a few seconds it too popped. He rummaged around in the bag and pulled out a rubber ball. Throwing that at Naruto, left hand caught it again, he dropped it into his right hand. He looked up at Jiraiya and waited. Jiraiya waited and Naruto sighed a few seconds later the ball popped. Jiraiya threw another one at him; he popped that one in seconds too. Jiraiya frowned at threw a balloon at him, Naruto went to catch it but batted it away instead keeping the balloon in the air and laughing. Jiraiya frowned at him.
"Work on that one while I go to town." Naruto laughed watching the retreating figure of Jiraiya.
Naruto dropped into a sitting position pulling out his new chakra blade he spun it to see the handle. Hanging there was a small charm; it was white with a pink swirl pattern in the middle, a Narutomaki. He smiled tracing the pattern carefully. It was the first time he had pulled both the blade and the charm out. It was beautiful piece of metal, but he loved the care and attention that had gone into the charm more, he thought it funny that he had given the man a scarecrow all those years ago and now he had given him a Narutomaki.
Jiraiya came back to find several balloon pieces scattered all over the meadow and Naruto nowhere in sight. He glanced round not seeing Naruto, he then sent his chakra out trying to feel for Naruto's, finding nothing there either. He panicked a little calling Naruto's name. Naruto popped out of tree dropping to the ground, behind him no sound coming from his feet. He stopped behind the man and pulled out the final balloon, he pushed too much chakra into it creating a loud bang. Jiraiya whirled round hands running through seals, Naruto grabbed his hands stopping their movement.
"You sure are jumpy, did you want lunch? I cooked." Naruto inclined his head to the fire he had a pot hanging over.
"Do not do that! There are people out there hunting you! And what do you mean you cooked?"
"I can cook you know, just because I like ramen doesn't mean it's all I eat, beside there was some fresh vegetables in the market back there and meats and fish and things, they were a good price so I thought I'd surprise you." Naruto shrugged.
"You can cook?"
"Yes, I just told you that. The Akamichi's taught me how. I live alone with no one to show how to do things, it was lessons worth having especially because uncle Suma is an amazing cook." Naruto spooned out the broth he had made into two separate bowls.
"You were supposed to be practicing not shopping!" Jiraiya sighed taking a meagre bite of the food.
He stilled at how good it was, before shovelling it down.
"I created a clone to go shopping, and spent the rest of the day here; practicing like you wanted me too." Naruto sighed slowly eating his food as Jiraiya reached for a second helping.
"You know there's a really famous gambling den, in the town right."
"I told you to avoid those vices."
"I won, something like 60,000 ryo. How much are Tsunade's gambling debts?"
"You won?"
"I always win. You can't bet against me really." Naruto shrugged. "Oh I bought more balloons too." He headed back over to the tree.
"Wait why did you go into a gambling den?"
"You said Tsunade was a gambler, is she called the legendary sucker by any chance?" Naruto tilted his head.
"Yes. Why did you find her?"
"Someone with that moniker was here, she has moved on, somewhere with a castle." Naruto scratched his cheek.
"How did you find that out?"
"Well after I won the money, I asked if anyone similar to me had been in. I wasn't me obviously I'm under age. I saw the photo of Tsunade and just made myself into a male variant. Oh and there's a familiar chakra signature that was floating around. I don't think we are the only one's looking for your former team mate. The third did quite a number on Orochimaru." Naruto answered.
"You definitely did well." Jiraiya stood holding a lolly that was for two people to share, breaking it in half and handing one to Naruto. "Finish that and we'll be off."
'Let's hope you're wrong and Tsunade isn't being pursued by Orochimaru as well.' Jiraiya started eating the ice lolly.
