Anger Management

Chapter 154th

Senior Field Agent McGee walked into recovery with the escort to bring him over to where Special Agent Gibbs was located. What he had seen was a shock with Gibbs looking like a ghost.

This had scared him the most with the paleness and with his blood count needing to be raised for the most part.

Pulling up a chair since he only had ten minutes to be given with the visit. He had been thinking about Loreile on how her trip was going to be in the helicopter ride. He had always hated riding in a helicopter after the crash in Russian with Sergei Mishev trying to kill them.

He had remembered Gibbs at that time as he was lucky that he was killed in the crash. Even though it was him and later Fornell to finally kill Mishev to be rid of him finally even though the death toll was high.

When they were running away from him and his associates. It was Gibbs and his experience as a sniper to slow them down until Tony and the rescue team meet up with them.

Staring down at his face. McGee had taken in a deep breath when he heard all of a sudden a moan coming from his friend's mouth.

He moves off the chair to talk to him. "Boss, can you hear me you're going to be alright?" he cryptically had to say with his response.

Gibbs was able to hear him with his whisper of a response. "Am I in the hospital Tim?"

"Yes, you're in Possum county medical center. We were able to rescue you from the Cartel leader Alejandro Riveria and others there." he alluded with his response.

"Who killed him Tim I need to know?" he advised with a grimace of pain on his face.

Taking a moment to answer the question. Tim looked up at the computer terminal to see the pain levels. He had been thinking of calling over the nurse. But he decided to wait it out. "We all did Gibbs. So you don't have to worry about him any longer?" he coughs slightly ...

With a nod of his head..."There are others that will take over for him." Gibbs makes mention with the comment.

Tim didn't say a word while looking at his watch since it was time to leave. "Boss, I will need to be leaving now. Try and relax until the doctors come back to check you before being taken to ICU." HE SAID...

"What about Loreile?" he croaked out.

"She is on her way to here with a friend flying her here in a helicopter. It should be relatively soon boss," he said with empathy leaving his friend behind with a nurse coming in to check on his vitals noticing that he was awake.

ROOFTOP

It was a long flight in her eyes. When the pilot had dropped her off so that he can head back to the airfield. She had thanked him with the escort to be taking her to the ICU unit so that she can meet up with her husband after what had happened to him in Possum County.

They had stopped at the security station on the floor to order for her to receive the pass. She had taken in a deep breath with following her to the nurse's station to find out whether Special Agent Gibbs was located.

The supervisor nurse working on the floor at the time. She looked up from the computer terminal to answer the question. She had been able to tell them which room with a visitor had just left.

"Who?" Loreile will ask the woman the question.

"Senior Field Agent Timothy McGee of NCIS. He left the hospital with his friends to drive back home and will be back sometime tomorrow." she had to say to the wife of Special Agent Gibbs.

"Thank you," Loreile said with following the escort to his unit.

Special Agent Gibbs had his eyes closed in his room trying to cope with the pain and environment. There was a door opening as he opened his eyes to see his wife walking inside.

"Hey! I didn't think you will make it Loreile?" he cried out with a lump in his throat.

"I didn't either Jethro. But flying in the helicopter was a thrill a minute with my eyes closed most of the time," she noted with bending down to kiss him on his lips with the air mask having been removed.

His voice was whispered. "I am sorry Loreile it had to happen again with the Cartel getting to me." he snapped back with his emotional response.

"Please don't be Jethro. Right now you will need to try and take it easy to recover like always," she exclaimed with her remark.

With a slight shrug of his shoulders. "I don't know if I can anymore Loreile. Maybe I will need once again to talk with either the following doctors with Confalone or Sterling."

"Do you want me to call them Jethro tonight with leaving messages with the answering services?" she had to say with the request.

With a nod of his head, he will agree to the idea. Even though he had always had a problem with opening up his heart to anyone at times.

"Okay, I will call them when I am to relax with talking to someone in charge with staying in the hospital to sleep."

In a sorrowful tone of voice. "Thank you," he said with a hint of a smirk on his face. He had closed his eyes for the moment as Loreile will sit and watch him. She had taken a deep breath trying to relieve some of the tension in her body.

At some point, she will need to call home after she had sent a text message on the roof to let Alicia know that she had arrived safe and sound to the hospital.
