Nicholas Torres was able to notice it with Gibbs's side as he was grimacing in pain from where the wooden chard had been burned out by the laser and his doctors.
"Tim look!" Nick says with heartfelt emotion as Gibbs was in a great deal of pain.
Meanwhile, Doctor Ellison is in charge of Gibbs's case with Doctor Lewis off the next three days from the hospital taking time off to be with his wife.
Doctor Ellison had been recruited by Sonata Industries weeks prior with asking him to do a favor once the money of $50,00 was placed into his bank account to kill Gibbs with the poison. He was taking a little of a break when one of the nurses from the station had called him telling Doctor Ellison that Gibbs was in a great deal of pain.
"Are you sure Margie?" a new supervisor transferring in from a different hospital.
"Yeah, I am sure Doctor Ellison. Do you want me to give Gibbs the morphine dosage or will you do it before heading for his room?" she advised...
"I will take care of it with the syringes I have here in the office medication cabinet." he alluded since she had no idea that a doctor like him will actually keep medication syringes in his office.
She wasn't like this at all as she needed to check on something with the information she had received. Heading back to the station with the number on a piece of paper was the banking account for Doctor Ellison as of a week ago.
She listen to the amount of his account as she put it into the code so that Doctor Ellison won't find out that someone was trying to tap into his business. "OMG! $50,000 ..Now I know?" she said under her breath in a soft whisper.
Then it hit her, he was going to kill him with the syringe no doubt filled with poison. She grabbed her weapon that was hiding inside her purse and the cabinet next to the computer terminal.
Doctor Ellison was walking inside Gibbs's room with having to be acting nervously. Both Nick and McGee weren't really paying attention as he set the syringe when she ran inside...
"STOP THAT MAN! He's going to poison Gibbs with the syringe?" she didn't think he was listening as Nick and McGee pushed the syringe away.
While he tried to pull out a knife. This is when Margie fired her weapon into his head and chest to have him falling to the floor and all hell breaks loose with security to be arriving onto the scene.
