Chapter 216th
Louise Taylor aka Margie Wilkinson after talking with Juliette and Gorbali at the Red Rooster restaurant. She knew that she had been followed by the D.O.D. and NCIS agents. She knew what was next with her actions since she had been thinking about it for a while now.
She walked out to head for her vehicle in the parking lot in search of those agents. She had been carrying on her two small disks filled with sensitive intel that she had stolen from Sonata Industries and other agencies to put them down for good even though most of the company.
It had stopped snowing as the plow had just passed with removing the snow to show a little of the blacktop. She exhales while moving into the road as she begins to drive heading for the hospital.
Meanwhile, Nicholas Torres has been told to follow the woman with orders from Gibbs. He had been staying back the best he could without getting caught in the process.
Louise Taylor had noticed him as she will stop in the middle of the road with Torres stopping his brakes wondering what the hell she was doing in the first place.
Nick grabbed his revolver as he gets out angry as hell. "What the hell are you doing Margie Wilkinson?" he screams back at her.
Moving out of her rental to say the following...
"I am not Margie but rather Louise Taylor of Orlando, Florida. I stopped you to let you know that I am going to be turning myself into the authorities. I am asking for the Witness Protection Program to save my life Special Agent Torres. I just came from meeting with the Russians Juliette and Gorbali and my job is to kill Gibbs." she exhales again.
"And you want me to take you to the Witness Protection Program office that is only ten minutes away from here?" Torres pointed out the question.
"Yes, I do Special Agent Torres. I need to turn myself in before they find out that I wasn't able to go through with the contract," she said with sympathy.
"Okay, I will take you. But I need to call someone to let them know where I am going." he paused for the moment to type a text message instead to Gibbs giving him an update on his movements.
