Hermes spun around in a 360 circle and somehow ended up wearing a stylish white tux. He now had his caduceus in hand. It had two snakes carved intwined of the golden short pole. George and Martha, I recall.

"what do you mean?" Lilith asked. I realized we didn't have that much time as I glanced at the sky. It had turned a stunning sight of orange and blue as the sun rose up. "I wouldn't worry about the time if I were you. Hermes said, as if knowing exactly what I thought.

"And to answer your question," He pointed to Lilith. "After you reach camp-half-blood, there will be your gods assigned to you. And before you ask, no you can't pick them." Hermes explained.

Leo eyed the god's outfit. "And why do you look like a gender bend Vanna White?" Cassie snorted at his comment. "Who?" Hermes asked, confused.

Leo shook his head. "Never mind." Nico tilted his head. "Wait, you mean you're sending us back to Camp Half Blood?" Questions overlapped each other and Hermes had to stomp his foot twice to get the demigods' attention. "Now, I understand you planned your vacation and whatnot, but right now you have one quick quest to finish. I'm sure it won't take long, after all, you defeated Gaea."

I pursed my lips. "Never underestimate your opponent." I inform. I learned that the hard way.

Hermes had a lopsided smile on his face as he inspected me. I frowned. "What're you looking at?" I snap. His grin grew wider. "I can see why he wanted you." Hermes muttered under his breath. But I heard him. "What are you talking about?" I asked.

He simply shrugged. Annabeth stepped forward. "So, we go back to camp, get the oracle and find out who's sabotaging our trip?"

Hermes nodded. "It won't be easy though." Nico warned. "Pfft, we got this." Cassie announced. Nicki shrugged. "I mean, we do know everything there is to know about you guys and the monsters you fight." Leo raised his eyebrows. "Okay, that definitely didn't sound creepy."

Lilith rolled her eyes. "What about our parents? Surely, they'll think something's up. They don't just forget about a trip to New York." Hermes chuckled. "We have Hecate working on that." Cassie's brow furrowed.

"What is she doing to them?"

"Well, nothing bad, just putting a small thought in their heads about the trip to keep it more trusting. The mist is—"

"A powerful thing, yeah we know." I blurt. Percy points at his clothes. "Still doesn't explain the fanciness though." Hazel nodded in agreement. Hermes simply shrugged. "I wouldn't want to disappoint our audience now, would I?"

Confused glances were our responses. "Lord Hermes, please hurry with your explanation, our time is flying." Piper insisted, no charmspeak in her voice.

Hermes sighed. "Yes, I suppose. Zephyrus himself has offered to take you to camp." Frank looked queasy. "Wait, but New York is like, hundreds of miles! Plus, wind transport makes me nauseas." Hazel rested a hand on his shoulder. "Frank, please, any transport makes you nauseas." She teased.

Frank flushed. "Lord Hermes, are you sure it's safe to do this? I mean, are they demigods yet?" Percy asked. Hermes nodded in confirmation. "Oh, yes, they became full demigods when they confirmed they're approval on the choice."

Really? I didn't feel any different. My friends seemed surprised too. "You'll feel it when you're introduced to your temporary parents, or guardians, as I like to call them." Hermes stated.

Oh, that made sense.

"So, when are we going on that thrill ride?" Leo asked, excitedly. Hermes checked his wrist as if looking at a watch. "Right about…now." A wild, strong breeze blew past us. Then next to Hermes was 3 beautiful women.

"Cloud nymphs. Wow." Naomi whispered. The middle one blushed a light shade of pink. "I'm Augustina, you can call me August." The one of the left huffed. "I'm Aurinda. You can call me Aurinda." She rolled her eyes.

Not going to lie, Aurinda reminded me of myself when I was around people I didn't like. The thought made me smile. Lastly the one on the right shined a bright grin and introduced herself. "I'm Willow, pleasure to meet you!" The nymph's faces weren't easy to make out but they all had round eyes with small lips and a button nose.

"These are the winds that will take you to camp, although it will be a bumpy ride. Zephyrus warns me the weather through your journey is a bit…wet. Well, that's all for me. I will finish the rest of my messages and meet you at camp. I hear Chiron is looking forward to meet you girls." And with a final wink he flew off at the speed of light.

"Woah." Cassie awed.

Aurinda, Willow and August turned into wispy clouds. "Well get on," A voice snapped. I had the sneaking suspicion it was Aurinda. We couldn't see their faces anymore.

"How about we split back up into the groups we were in before?" Nicki suggested. The demigods seemed cool with that. We gathered around the clouds. "First, you sit on us, and don't worry, you won't fall. We are one of the strongest cloud nymphs there are. Careful," August instructed.

"Cassie, you go with Annabeth, Percy and Leo." "Lilith you join Jason's group. "Nicki come with us." Frank advised. Percy and Leo were the first to get on. They had a goofy grin on their faces. "It's like sitting on a cloud! Get it?" Leo joked. Cassie snorted. "This is going to be a long ride."

"Actually, with us, you'll reach your destination in less than an hour." Willow's voice informed. My heart raced with excitement, but my mind shouted in disapproval. The rest of us got on slowly, but Leo was right. It felt like sitting in a sinking cloud. Every time I moved; I had a mini panic attack when I sank more.

It's just in your head, I thought. "Now the chances of you falling are just a little more than fifty percent. But other than getting wet, you'll be fine!" August assured.

I did not assure me that much. "Huzzah. I feel so safe." Cassie mumbled. "Yeah, yeah. Are you ready?" Aurinda's voice asked. We nodded. "This is not going to be fun," Annabeth declared as we shot to the sky.
