The next morning Olivia was on fire in the office. It was obvious to Elliot that she was desperate to close the case. She'd been on the phone with CSU and the ME trying to get them to hurry up with the test results for the DNA and Fingerprints and had been on edge when they were doing nothing.

When she disappeared from her desk Elliot heard her phone go off and he wanted to know what had been going on in Olivia's life the last few months so he got up went over to her desk picked up her phone and opened up her text messages.

He found a dozen or more text messages between Olivia and some guy named Babe. He scrolled to the top of the conversation.

Babe: I can not wait to marry you Olivia and spend the rest of my life with you x

Olivia: I can not wait either your my everything and when I marry you it will be perfect x

Babe: You are my everything I love you so much beautiful x

Olivia: I love you too Babe x

Babe: Can not wait till we get home x

Olivia: Yeah I know I just want to be in your arms in our bed x

Babe: To right! Just wait till we are home I am going to show you just how much I love you x

Olivia: Absolutely can not wait!

Babe: I will let you get back to work?

Olivia: okay x

Babe: Take care and be safe gorgeous xxx

Olivia: I will I promise I love you xxx

Babe: I love you too Liv xxx

Olivia: Bye Babe xxx

Elliot had just finished reading the messages when there was a cough behind him.

"Why are you looking through my phone?" Olivia asked snatching the device from his hands.

"I was just…"

"Looking through my text messages, Elliot you have no right!" Olivia yelled angrily.

"Liv I…"

"Don't you dare apologise! You you ugh I'm so mad with you right now how many times do I need to say this leave me the hell alone stay away from me and stay out of my life and my personal life of you carry on I will file a restraining order I won't tell you again." Olivia snapped grabbing her coat and walking off, Elliot just stood there as Don came out of his office walked up to him and said" stay away from her leave her alone don't ever talk,look of go near her again this is the one and only time I will tell you because you carry on it won't be Olivia I transferr it will be you back off just stop forget she was your colleague because she certainly has" then Don walk past him.

Olivia stood on the roof with a file in one hand and her phone in the other. She couldn't believe the audacity Elliot had to look through her text messages.

She heard the heavy door open behind her but she didn't look, the last person she wanted to see was Elliot.

"Go away!" She growled.

"It's me." Don replied as he walked towards her.

"Sorry Dad?" She said.

"Just come to make sure you're alright, you had every right to say all of that. He said as he came to stand beside her.

"I wish I didn't have to see him and I wish I didn't have to work in the same place as him why can't he leave and disappear forever and never ever come back. Olivia sighed she really hates him.

Olivia shrugged" Come on before Elliot sends out a search party and Missing Person's report." She said turning towards the door.

"Olivia." Don said dropping his hand onto her shoulder.

"I will sort this out don't worry trust me".

" I do trust you Dad and Trevor of course". They both smile at that.

Olivia nodded before they both headed for the door going back down to the squad room and back to work.
