Olivia had managed to go all day without talking to Elliot. It was a nightmare for Elliot who kept trying to talk to her. They managed to close the case which meant that Olivia could go home to Trevor. She had text him to let him know she would be home and told him that she couldn't wait to come to him.

When she got home she got changed she had stopped for a couple of bottles of wine on the way and sat comfortable and she relaxed waiting for Trevor to come home when the buzzer went.

"Come on up" She said into the intercom.

She released the door downstairs and opened the front door so that she could see who was there.

The shadow in the door was too familiar. She turned around the see Elliot standing there looking around at the dimly lit living room.

"Expecting someone?" He asked as she stood with her wine glass glaring at him.

" why are you here?"

"The Captain warned me before I left because of you what did you fucking say to him Liv why are you cutting me out of your life I'm your partner your everything what is going on tell me damn it."

"Haven't you got a wife and family to go home to?" Olivia snapped, she wasn't in the mood for him.

"Oh come on Liv I'm trying to say I'm sorry I shouldn't have gone through your phone."

"No! You shouldn't have you had absolutely no right. Hey Trevor babe." Olivia saw him come walking in.

"Sorry am I interrupting something?" He asked as he came into the kitchen.

"No Elliot was just leaving for good and staying away as you know he is no longer my concern and he is no longer my partner,friend and he is not in my life he is absolutely nothing to me Dad had words with him after I left and do you know what good." Olivia said looking at Elliot as if looks could kill.

Elliot said" seriously Liv your now sleeping with the enemy you really have sunk to low depths".

Olivia said to Elliot turned to look at her. "How dare you Trevor my fiancee is not the enemy you are he is my everything your no one and as I told my Dad either you go or I do and I know for a fact that he is and will always choose me over you anytime so fuck of Mr Stabler have a nice life actually no I hope your life gets shit and rubbish all the god damn time now get the hell out before I have you arrested."

"Just go Elliot you heard her get lost." Trevor said firmer and he stormed out walking away. "I'm really sorry about that." Olivia said when she passed over a wine bag.

"It's no problem, are you alright babe he didn't hurt did he because he did I am going to kill the bastard?" Trevor asked as she poured a glass of wine each for them.

"He went through my phone when I wouldn't tell him your name but I promise he didn't hurt me." She said softly.

Olivia nodded. "So take out, what do you fancy?" Olivia asked grabbing the take out menus from the top of the fridge.

"Hmm?" Trevor started leaning over her shoulder to have a look. "Italian?"

"Italian it is." Olivia smiled pulling the Italian menu.

After they'd ordered and the food arrived they sat at the opposite ends of the couch talking.

Trevor moved the take out cartons onto the coffee table and then he pulled her gently closer before wrapping his arms around her and pulling her into his chest.

"You Olivia, are an amazing woman, when I met you, you are the woman of my dreams and I will protect you from anyone and anyone no matter I have to do to protect you I love you so damn freaking much and I can not wait to marry you and have a family with you" .

Tears slipped down Olivia's cheeks as she sat against Trevor's chest. He kissed the top of her head softly and held around her tight, it was his way of letting her know that she could fall and he'd catch her. After about an hour of sitting in complete silence the two slowly fell asleep
