"Dad…" Lloyd gasped in shock at the sight of a gray-haired man, purple eyes gazing softly at his own emerald orbs. He wore a lavender, white, and gold kimono, the shiny fabric glistening in the sunlight. Words could not even come as Lloyd sprinted forward into the open arms of his newly purified father. "I can't believe it's really you."

"It's me, Lloyd Ryuda. I'm here, and I'll never leave again." Garmadon pulled Lloyd closer. "It's going to be alright… You won. I'm so proud of the person you've become…"

Lloyd let out a shaky chuckle at the memory, tightening his hold on his father. "It's really over…"

"Indeed it is, my son. I've missed you…"

"I've missed you too, dad." Lloyd pulled back, tears threatening to fall, but he held it together. "What now?"

"Now, we celebrate. You've freed us all."

"I really hope it's all over…" The golden ninja let out a sigh, gazing down. "I just can't help but think that it isn't, though."

"Son, look at me…" Garmadon took his son's hands, squeezing them gently. "Let's not dwell on the past. I'm here, and the Final Battle is over now. We'll do this together, alright?"

Lloyd nodded softly, embracing his father once again. "Together…"

"Now how about that celebration? The others are surely waiting for us."

Lloyd smiled. "Just let me get myself together."

Garmadon rolled his eyes, chuckling. He reached his hand out to his son, who squeezed it in return. "As if I'd let you out of my sight for a second! Come, let's join the others."

And so they did return. Together this time.
