"This is outrageous!" Mrs. Welton shouted at the principal.
"Mrs. Welton..." He started to say.
"I want the girl remove from this school!" She shouted.
"Mrs. Welton..." He started to say.
"RIGHT NOW!" She shouted.
"MRS. WELTON!" The Principal shouted in a louder voice.
He then sits back and sighs.
"Miss. Aensland came here to learn. She indeed catches the eyes of many boys in this school, but she shows no interest in being the person you think she is. In fact, she doing everything she can to help your son. Regardless of her looks, Miss. Aensland has no friends. Mr. Welton seems fine with her. I'm not kicking her out because of what you think of her. And don't even try to replace me." He said.
Mrs. Welton growls, and was about to say something else but was cut off.
"And taking him away from the school isn't going to help anyone. You need to accept it." He added.
"No! I will not!" She shouted.
"Then you have no reason to force someone from my school. Miss Aensland is staying, and so is your son. Now, get out of my office." He said.
Mrs. Welton looks to argue more, but she sighs and stood up. She walks towards the door before the Principal spoke up.
"You need to let your son live the way he wants. Illness or not, he's growing up, and you won't be around forever." He said.
She said nothing and left the office. She walks down the hall and spots her son talking to the girl she didn't want him near.
"Leon Welton!" She shouted, making him turn.
"Mom? What are you doing here?" He asked.
"I told you to stay away from her!" Mrs. Welton said, ignoring the question.
"Mom, stop. Morrigan is my friend and I like being around her. She doesn't care about our money. I even offer her a new place to live, and she turns it down." Leon said, groaning.
Morrigan sighs before turning to her.
"Your son is old enough to make his own choices. What you think of me is never going to change his mind." She said.
"You stay out of this! And away from my son!" Mrs. Welton said.
"Mom! Stop it! You can't force me to make friends or make them go away. I can choose, and I choose Morrigan!" Leon shouted, shocking the two.
"Leon..." Morrigan whispers.
"UNACCEPTABLE!" Mrs. Welton shouted, grabbing her son's arm.
"You're leaving this school and staying away from that girl!" She shouted again, dragging him down the hall.
Morrigan growls. She knew Leon was too weak to even pull himself free if he wanted to. She then runs over, and pulls Leon's hand free, and then slaps her across the cheek, surprising everyone.
"I had enough of your attitude! You don't like me, so what?! If Leon is happy around me, then let him! I will never hurt your son! I'm fully aware of his illness and how it's close to its final stage. Instead of trying to drive us apart, how about you focus on FINDING A CURE FOR YOUR SON!" Morrigan yells.
Mrs. Welton growls and goes to slap her, but Morrigan caught her arm. Morrigan glares at her, her eyes glowing orange for a second.
"Driving me away is not going to make things better. So what if I have a body of a supermodel. That doesn't mean I'm using it to draw in all kinds of people. My mother taught me that it's my body. I can use it however I wish. If your son likes me for more than my looks, then that fine. I want to be seen as a person, and that what your son is doing." Morrigan said.
Mrs. Welton glares and tries to slap her with her other hand, but Morrigan caught that one too.
"You're hopeless. So what if your family is rich. I don't care about that. When we first met ten years ago, I didn't care about who he was. All I saw was a young boy that looks like he could use a friend. Even after ten years, I still see the same boy." She said.
"Mom, you can't do this. I'm growing up and soon I have to leave you. Illness or not, I want to live my life, my way." Leon said.
"Leon..." Mrs. Welton started to say.
"Morrigan is an amazing girl! She can cook! Her food was amazing! One of my wishes to have a girlfriend!" He shouted, shocking everyone.
"What?" Morrigan asked.
"Morrigan, I know it been around a week since we first met, but you have clearly shown me that your not the type of girl that likes me for my family money. When I offer you a new place to live, I was testing to see what kind of girl you are. When you turn it down, it was clear to me that you weren't that kind of girl. I know I offer you a tour around the town, but about we turn that tour into a date?" Leon said, blushing.
"LEON WELTON! I REFUSE TO LET YOU..." Mrs. Welton started to shout before Morrigan turns to her.
"Do us a favor and SHUT UP!" She yells before turning back to Leon.
"I'll be happy to." She smiles.
"I SAID NO!" Mrs. Welton shouted.
Leon glares and steps up to his mother.
"It's my choice. Not yours. I can date whoever I want. Get in the way and I will call our lawyer." Leon said.
"You're not dating her!" Mrs. Welton shouted.
Morrigan had enough and then started pushing the older woman down the hall.
"As he said, it's his choice. As well as mine. I like your son and find him very cute. He's right about me, I don't care about the money." Morrigan said, before pushing her out of the school.
"You need to let your son be happy. It's his happiness, not yours." Morrigan said.
"Go home, mom. I'm done listening to you." Leon said as the doors close.
Later...
Morrigan returns home and threw her bag on the couch. She then uses her powers to make the room soundproof before screaming.
"THAT STUPID BITCH! HOW DARE SHE! HOW DARE SHE GET IN THE WAY?! I JUST WANT TO RIP HER THROAT OUT AND STUFF IT UP HER ASS UNTIL SHE STARTS TALKING SHIT!"
Morrigan had turn back into her succubus form, and her eyes were glowing orange as well as her horns. She took a breath before undoing the soundproof room. She turns and saw Lilith walking up to her, a bit worried.
"Lilith, I'm sorry. Leon's mother was being a bitch at school." She said.
"I heard. And that was pretty violent too." She said.
"Mrs. Welton seems to think I'm a bad person because of my body. Leon actually likes me for who I am. Speaking of which, Lilith, I'm going to be gone for a few hours. Do you think you can hold down the fort?" Morrigan said, then asked.
"Yeah. He asked you out, huh?" Lilith said, smirking.
"Truthful, I think he wanted to wait a little longer, but his mother wouldn't stop. And I'm not taking him. It's our first date. We're just going around town." Morrigan said.
"Fine, fine. I wish you luck, sis." Lilith smiles.
"Thanks, sis," Morrigan said, hugging her.
An hour later...
Leon sighs as he finally got away from his parents, thanks to Sarah. Though she was worried, Sarah didn't want to get in the way. She knew that Leon wanted to live his life as much as possible, and she wanted him to be happy. He looks out the window and saw Morrigan waiting outside with her sister. He saw Morrigan hug her and tell her to behave when she's gone. The limo door opens, and Morrigan climbs in.
"Hello, handsome," She said.
"Hello, Morrigan," Leon said as the limo started to move.
"So, where are we going?" She asked.
"I was thinking about heading towards a coffee shop. This is our first date, and I think we should get to know each other a bit more." Leon said.
"Sounds fair. Oh, and Leon...I was really upset about your mother. I might have threatened to rip her throat out and stuff it up her ass." Morrigan said, embarrass.
"Believe me, your not that first person to threatened to do something to my mother. But that is pretty violent." He said.
"Sorry." She said, sadly.
"I once heard someone threaten to chop off her head and bury it so far underground that only the worms can stand her voice," Leon said.
"Wow. That's is violent." Morrigan said.
"Yeah. How about we stop talking about that," Leon said.
"Okay, but I still hate her," Morrigan said.
"Join the club." Leon laughs.
Coffee Shop...
Morrigan helps Leon to a table and got both of their coffee and sat down with him.
"So, Morrigan, what can you tell me about yourself? I mean, what are your dreams?" Leon asked.
"My dreams?" Morrigan asked, thinking about it.
"Well, I mostly want to live my life to my fullest. Maybe one day settle down and be with a man I'm proud to call my husband. Maybe have a kid or two." She said before blushing.
"I didn't give it much thought." She said, rubbing the back of her head.
"Heh, funny. I want the same thing." Leon said.
"Really? But your illness." Morrigan said.
"I know. That's why I'm fighting it. I want to grow old. I want to live my life and have kids, without my illness of course." Leons said.
"Really? I wish I could help. I mean, more than what I'm going now." Morrigan said.
"You're doing plenty. Where did you learn to cook, by the way? I still can't get over the taste." Leon said, then asked.
"I...taught myself," Morrigan said, blushing.
She wasn't lying. Her mother was going to teach her more things before she was locked away. Morrigan had to teach herself lots of things.
"I did have some help with some cooking programs." She added.
"I see. I still like your dancing and singing." He said, making her face turn red.
"It's just something I do when my favorite song comes on. I sorta block everything else out." She said, trying to hide her face.
'I can't believe he saw that! That is so embarrassing!' She thought.
"I think it's very nice."
"Huh?" Morrigan asked, looking up.
"Morrigan, I like you. Out of all the girls I've met, or force to meet, you're the one that stood out the most, and not because of your body." Leon said.
"Well, I don't know about that." She said, blushing.
"I mean it. Sure, your body is far different than most girls, but that's not why I like you. You stand up for yourself, take care of your own sister, and even put up with Mark. I mean, did you see his face when I asked you out? I swear it looks as if he shit his pants!" Leon said, then laughs.
Morrigan laughs as well before Leon started coughing.
"Are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah, sorry. It's kind of hard for me to laugh with this illness." He said.
He then smiles and looks at her.
"So, what are your hobbies, besides singing, dancing, and cooking, of course." He asked.
Morrigan smiles and told him the things she likes to down when she not at school and taking care of her sister.
They continue their date, stopping at many places. Not knowing they were being followed.
"Mom! Stop it! They're having a good time!" Sarah shouted.
"Leon is in big trouble! He knows that girl is wrong for him." Mrs. Welton said.
"How would you know?! You don't even talk to her!" Sarah said.
"I'm going to find out the truth about that girl and make Leon sees she's wrong for him." Mrs. Welton said.
"And how do you plan on doing that?" Mr. Welton asked.
She was quiet. She didn't know how, yet. But she wasn't going to stop. There was something about that girl that told her she was wrong for Leon.
"You can never let us be happy," Sarah said.
"You're still grounded!" Mrs. Welton said to her.
"Why? Because I want Leon to be happy?" Sarah asked.
"You know why!" Mrs. Welton shouted.
"And people call me a spoiled brat." Sarah groans.
"Honey, I agree that the girl looks wrong. But how are going to find out if she is without knowing anything about her?" Mr. Welton said.
"We have to look for her name in the history books. There to be something about her." She said, thinking.
Sarah groans. While she wasn't fully sure about this new girl, she knew that she has no means of hurting her brother. Leons was happy, and that all that matters. Leon turns down the other girls because they were right for him. Heck, one girl tries to rob them, and Leon kicked her out. She sat back and sighs.
'One day, mom is going to learn that it shouldn't matter what the person is.' She thought.
Morrigan was shocked to see the limo pull up at an ice cream stand and turns to Leon.
"My treat." He said, carefully getting out of the limo.
Morrigan smiles and climbs out as well. They order their ice cream and sat at the table. Morrigan had orange ice cream as Leon had a mint chocolate chip. They ate their ice cream, and Morrigan started to think to herself.
'This date is going better than I thought. Even with his illness, Leon is making sure I enjoy this. Can he really be the one? Could he really be the mate I've been looking for? Slow down, Morrigan! Don't rush yourself. Remember what mom said, get to know them first before you claim them. This is just the first date.'
"Morrigan?"
She blinks and saw Leon looking at her.
"Huh?" She asked, confused.
"Your ice cream is melting." He said, pointing at it.
She looks and saw that it was dripping down her hand. Leon hands her a napkin and she cleans her hand.
"You're going to have to wash your hands. Ice cream sometimes gets sticky." He said.
"Sure. Want to lick them?" She asked, smirking.
"Morrigan..." Leon said, blushing.
"Kidding. You're cute when you blush." She said, eating the rest of her ice cream.
'She's a bit too flirty, but at least she doesn't go too far. Unlike that one girl that try to force me into bed with her. I swear Mom and Dad don't think before they act.' Leon thought.
A bit later...
The day was coming to an end, and Leon was giving Morrigan a ride home.
"Today was great," Morrigan said.
"It sure was. Glad my parents weren't around. They keep going on about you being the wrong girl for me." He said.
"Am I?" Morrigan asked, smiling.
"No, but I don't want to rush into anything," Leon said.
"Neither do I," Morrigan said.
The two just sat there before Morrigan had a thought.
"Leon, if you ever found out something about me. Something I never told anyone, how would you feel?" She asked.
"Upset for sure. But I would try to understand why you kept it from me. Might take me a while to understand, but I will forgive you." He said before looking at her.
"Why do you ask?" He said.
"Well, I do have a secret, but I not ready to tell anyone. My sister knows because we share the same secret." Morrigan said.
"I understand that. I won't ask until you're ready to share it with me." Leon said.
"Leon... can I share one thing?" Morrigan asked.
"Sure...what is it?" Leon asked.
"I'm scared...of losing you. Out of all the people I have met, most wanted me because of my body. Some try to force me in bed with them. No one understood me. But I would always remember that young boy that I play with at the park. The way he smiles and laughs. How grateful he was when I help him. No matter how many men came after me, I would remember that boy and the kind of person he was. That's why I turn down Mark's requests. I want to see that little boy again." She said.
"Morrigan..." Leon said, sighing.
"I'm not going to let my illness win. I was close to given up until a young girl came and forced Mark away. She then asked me to play with her. She was very careful, even though she had no idea about my illness. She always wore a smile and had this bright colorful air around her. The smile...it was that smile that made me want to fight more. It made me want to live. I'm glad to meet that young girl and her smile." He said.
Morrigan blinks in surprised. Leon almost gave up? She helped him fight back? She then smiles, making him smile back.
"There, that's the smile." He said as the limo pulls up at her apartment.
"Morrigan, can I ask you out on another day in the future?" Leon asked.
"Leon, if you ever want to go on another date, I'll be happy to," Morrigan said, kissing his cheek.
Leon blush and nodded. The door open and Morrigan started to climb out. She stops and shakes her butt at him, causing him to blush harder. Morrigan giggles and climbs out. She thanks the driver and walks inside. Leon leans back and sighs to himself.
"Where to, Master Leon?" Daniel asked.
"Anywhere. I just want to enjoy the feeling." He said.
"Very good, sir," Daniel said, getting the driver's seat.
"Oh, and Master Leon? Happy Valentine's Day." He said, surprising him.
And that Morrigan's and Leon's first date. The second will take a while and I think I need to get to some fighting. Remember, Morrigan's enemies are mostly the Succubi Hunters and Humans that want to use her powers for their own reasons. No other supernatural creatures will appear in this story. And Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
