Hiya. I am back with a fresh chapter.

I'll start by saying this: Kendo is not that much of a freak as my last chapter alluded to. This will be explained in due course.

Now, onto some reviews:

Samuel Okine:

Thank you, that means a lot. I am thankful for every review, even constructive criticism, but explaining why you enjoy my writing is that next level compliment. Thank you.

JohnWhen:

I am appreciative that you actually find my attempts at comedy to be good! I was worrying that my jokes really weren't landing and were just a bit of a time waste. At least someone is enjoying them!

SSDConker:

I agree wholeheartedly. As a casual viewer and reader of MHA (and of almost all the things you mentioned, especially Star Wars) it is certainly a case of the size of the fandom bringing this to toxicity and cringe to light. I'm glad that you're sensible and just ignore the fandoms entirely, like I try to do.

RinglHach:

Nope, I was completely unaware of that. Fixed it now, thank you.

(IMPORTANT MESSAGE)

When I first began writing this story, I based a lot of the subject matter on the most recent issues of the manga. AT THE TIME, that was.

From here on, it will become very inefficient for both you as a reader and me as a writer to make everything similar to canon. Recent manga chapters have introduced such a curveball in terms of the plot that to try and write it in would genuinely ruin every chapter of this story so far and make it nonsensical.

For example (SPOILERS) Izuku, in the manga at the time of writing this, has left UA. I have no idea how long he will be gone for, so in this story he will have already returned by the halfway point of the 2nd Year. Which I feel is fairly realistic in terms of just how powerful Izuku is right now.

Another example is Midnight's death. She died in the manga, so she died in this story. I did this as I still wanted a lot of similarities for people who like canon stuff. I chose to bring her back.

So REMEMBER: all of the backstory I provided in Chapter 1 and 2 is still relevant and I will never change that.

Sorry that this was a bit preachy, I just needed to make sure you guys were aware.

Right. That's about it. Onward!

Nejire flew through the streets at incredible speeds. The last week had been a bit tenuous at times. Unlike a lot of the other heroes who had faced Molten, she had avoided injuries. Severe ones, at least. After seeing Izuku at the hospital, the bluenette had promised herself something: she would defeat as many villains as she could before next Saturday, when the third years at U.A would be graduating.

After all, a country with less villains meant less ways for Izuku to be killed. She couldn't shake the feeling that his death was inevitable, as much as she desperately tried to pry her thoughts away from such a morbid mindset.

''HAHAHAHA! Tremble, weaklings!''

Hado twisted her flight path upwards and looped around to face the roads below. A lion-man hybrid was pouncing through the streets slashing civilians that he happened across. Most of the wounds he dished out didn't seem life threatening. She couldn't take the risk.

She descended rapidly, activating her comm link. ''Backup needed for civilian evacuation! Nagoya City Centre!'' Nejire requested help as she dipped below the rooftops and fired waves at the maned menace.

The lion-man leapt from lamppost to lamppost, occasionally hopping off car roofs to avoid her blasts. Nejire's shoulders dropped and she faked heavy breathing.

''HA! A hero weakling with a tiring quirk? Fitting!'' The villain rolled out of a dodge and into a pounce. Nejire leant backwards, similarly to how one would lay on their back in a pool, and launched Wave Motion out of the bottom of her boots.

'Mr Fuzzy' as she would name him, contacted the concrete at high speeds. Nejire rolled over and fried him as she held both hands out. The lion roared and grunted as he tried to ignore the pain and stand again.

Nejire recoiled as a chunk of asphalt met her forehead. As she cancelled her quirk and cradled her cut, the furry villain found the strength to jump towards her hovering position.

Nejire shifted and thrust a hand between her thighs, firing a wave that knocked him off balance. Nejire foolishly breathed a sigh of relief, only to realise that his sprawling form was heading for a group of bystanders.

Hado kicked off, in vain. She couldn't cover that distance fast enough. Luckily, a pair of floating hands came to rescue her pride and public ratings.

Wait. A pair of floating hands.

''Not so fast, you mangy maniac!'' Setsuna Tokage yelled to him as her hands gripped into his fur. ''You like that, Itsu? Good alliteration, huh?''

''Ugh.'' Itsuka Kendo charged towards the suspended man and clapped him between her quickly growing hands.

Setsuna's hands returned to her a moment before and the greenette called Nejire down to her level as they watched Kendo pummel Mr Fuzzy into the ground.

''Tokage! I love your bangle!'' Nejire, as always, found herself ignoring the bigger picture.

''Aww, thanks senpai!'' Setsuna wiggled her wrist. ''Izuku bought it for me!''

''He's so great, isn't he!?'' Nejire said excitedly as she suddenly forgot the concept of personal space.

''Uh, guys!?'' Kendo yelled in frustration.

''Oops!'' Nejire flew to the ginger girl and swooped down, placing handcuffs on the lion villain as Itsuka slammed her large hands on his legs to keep him pinned.

''You dare!? I am Pridemaster! Ruler of my-''

''Pfft! 'Pridemaster'!?'' Setsuna laughed uproariously.

''What is so funny, child!?'' Pridemaster seemed annoyed that his reveal wasn't too intimidating.

''Listen, pal; I'm putting the 'L' in 'LGBT' myself right now (and sometimes I go back to 'B', too) but you realise the connotations of 'Pridemaster', right?'' Setsuna had said that middle part with a hand over her mouth.

''I… I never realised.'' The villain admitted. He looked so defeated as his whiskers drooped.

''I imagine you leading a parade.'' Kendo said as she checked the watch on her free arm. ''Movie starts in 25, Set. Just FYI.''

''Mhmm, ads will take up like another 30, we got time.''

''Oh, are you two dating?'' Nejire pouted.

''Yup. We were on our way to that big movie theatre when we ran into this hairy little guy.'' Setsuna's expression shifted to one that Mineta would say rivalled his own. ''I'm surprised you're not sniffing this guy, considering that hair seems to-''

''SHUT. UP.'' Kendo scowled at her temporary girlfriend. ''You said you wouldn't mention what happened last night. You promised.'' Itsuka looked genuinely upset.

''Ah, uh, dating! Yes! You and Midoriya are an item right now, aren'tcha?'' Setsuna grinned nervously as she looked to Nejire.

Itsuka went as white as a sheet. Nejire, was… dating Izuku? One of UAs Big Three, who could easily break every bone in her body, was seeing the boy she'd- oh no…

''That we are! Just a little while ago we- wait. Did he tell you?'' The bluenette's eyes sparkled.

''Yup. We made up.''

''Oh good!'' Nejire's tensed shoulders (which she somehow hadn't noticed before) relaxed. ''Now I don't have to pretend to like you anymore. I just can!''

Setsuna hissed out a few small swears. When Hado wanted to be scary, she definitely could be.

''How has he been, by the way?'' Nejire leaned against the side of the lion villain, much to his muted chagrin. ''He has a tendency to not tell me if he's hurt.''

''Oh, he's… fine. He, uh, got a haircut?'' Kendo stared into the ground as she spoke.

''Yeah, Itsuka ripped his hair out by accident and then sniffed his hair while she jilled herself off last night.'' Setsuna spoke incredibly quickly. Nejire blinked as she took in that fast spoken information. Had she really spooked the dino girl that much?

''Jesus.'' Pridemaster muttered.

''Set!'' The redhead yelled exasperation. ''Why do you always have to do this? Why do you always have to try to embarrass me…?'' Tears were welling in her eyes.

''Oh, fuck, I'm sorry, Itsu!'' Tokage took a few steps and through her arms around the Big Fist user. Itsuka tried to shift her off but found her motion limited by the hand that was still pinning Pridemaster down.

''I mean it. I'm sorry.'' Setsuna whispered into her ear. ''She's fucking scary, Itsu. I literally said the first thing on my mind so she didn't send me into space.''

Itsuka huffed before her neck craned down to meet the greenette's ear. ''But now she might send me to space!'' She tried to whisper despite her anger and her sobs that threatened to spill out.

''Don't worry, you two!''

The couple looked up (and almost shit themselves) to see Nejire floating above them. ''I'm not gonna whack you for that! It's a little weird, but I assume you didn't pull his hair out just for that, right?''

Itsuka nodded frantically. ''Yes! We were sparring and I caught his hair with my foot! I apologised!''

Nejire deadpanned. Just how intimidating was she?

''Okay. He has nice taste in shampoo. I should know.'' Hado grinned smugly as her heels clacked down on the concrete.

''S-So you aren't too mad at me?'' Itsuka asked as Tokage hid behind her.

''Puh-lease. If it's a crush or just a 'he's hot' thing, then we're all good, Itsu-chan!''

Kendo smiled shakily, thankful that-

''But-'' Oh no.

''If you want to date him, then I might just have to see that you don't.''

'How could she say such a foreboding threat and smile so warmly at the same time?' Setsuna and Kendo appeared to share the thought simultaneously.

''H-How did you fall for Izuku, anyway?'' Tokage sought a change of topic until the police arrived.

''Hmm, well…''

{}{}{} 18 MONTHS AGO{}{}{}

It felt weird to be walking the halls of UA again. It had only been half a year since her graduation and yet it seemed like a lifetime ago. A few students looked at her in admiration as she strode along the First Year's floor and up to the Second Year's.

She crept along the empty corridor and pressed her ear against the door of 2-A.

''But Sensei! If all the other teachers are busy, how are you going to teach?''

''I agree! Your lack of mobility and vision may well give us an unintended advantage!''

''Settle down. I called in an ex-student to teach, she should-''

''Be right here!'' Nejire slid the door to the homeroom across and strode in confidently.

''Nejire-chan!'' Ashido piped up.

''Oh, so you were eavesdropping?'' Aizawa wheeled his chair towards her and handed her an attendance register.

''I have a penchant for dramatic timing!'' The bluenette said with a wink.

''Ugh. Right, class. As you can see, Hado will be teaching today. And probably for the next few weeks.''

The joy that seemed to seep from every pore of every student (besides Bakugo, the fuddyduddy) when Aizawa told them she'd be teaching warmed her heart.

''Hi, everyone!'' She turned to face them all and greeted them with a wave. ''I hope that we'll get along!''

''Yes, sensei!'' Came the almost unanimous reply.

''Right, so we'll be having rescue training at the USJ during your last period. Nejire will be leading the class, so you might have to adjust your usual style.'' Aizawa's single eye glinted as he searched the room for disapproving faces.

''Alright, you can start any homework you may have. I'll be taking Nejire to the Staff Lounge.'' Aizawa glared at the bluenette when she tried to push his wheelchair. ''Iida.''

''Yes, Aizawa-sensei!''

''Make sure the slackers actually do some goddamn work.'' He said with a hint of annoyance as he slid the door open and wheeled into the corridor.

''I hope you're ready for this, Hado. These kids will tire you out fast. And since you're dealing with 2-A and some of the First Years, you'll have quite the workload.''

''Hopefully I can make Kayama-sensei proud.'' Nejire offered solemnly.

''I do too.''

Luckily the Staff Lounge was on the same floor. As Nejire entered, All Might turned to her, a wide smile on his face.

''Young Hado! I'm glad you could join us after all!'' He said as he shook her hand firmly.

''Thank you! I'm happy for both the oppurtunity and the timing!'' The young woman returned with equal enthusiasm.

''Oho? 'Timing,' you say?''

''Yes, Yagi-sensei-'' Nejire dropped her bag on an empty desk. ''Heroes aren't exactly too popular at the moment. I'm more likely to be jumped by civilians while I'm on patrol than villains.''

''I am unfortunately all too aware of this.'' Toshinori gripped the back of his seat tentatively. ''Young Midoriya and I left briefly to make a difference in the fight against the League of Villains. It was only when we certain that Shigaraki and All for One were unable to reach us that we returned.''

''It's a tough time for heroes. Especially ones that the public knows failed all those months ago.'' Eraserhead eyed Midnight's desk, which lay the same as it did the day she died. Not a single item had been moved.

''Aye.'' All Might smiled sadly.

''Well let's make these kids so great that even the sticklers can't hate them!'' Nejire held a fist up as if to encourage a battle cry.

''Hmm. Maybe you're that high energy character the faculty has been missing.'' Aizawa smirked under his unruly hair. ''Get yourself comfortable in here, Hado. We've got lots of work to do.''

[][][]

''Off the buses in a single file line, please!'' Iida zipped up and down the length of the two minibuses outside the USJ.

''Iida!'' Nejire landed at the doors to the training facility.

''Yes, Hado-sensei!'' Tenya spun on his heels.

''You're stopping them leaving the buses by running around, ya dumbo!''

The speedster spluttered in realisation. He came to a stop and bowed deeply for his classmates. ''Forgive me, everyone!''

''I-It's fine, Iida…'' Momo, the Vice Rep, gave him a swift elbow to get him to rise again.

The 21 students stood before her and Aizawa, who had just about got off the bus unassisted. '21?' Nejire quickly recounted. 'Oh! That Shinso kid!'

''Alrighty, everyone! We'll be using the Flood Zone today, so make sure you're ready for a good swim!'' Nejire produced a light wave with her quirk that pushed the doors open and set off down the steps.

''Ugh. I am going to be so useless in water. Flood Zone is not exactly a good mix with my quirk.'' Kaminari huffed in annoyance.

''No need to tell me, idiot. You burnt my favourite jacket when you overloaded in there last month.'' Jirou punched his arm softly.

''Well then… maybe you shouldn't have clung to me so hard, hmm?'' The blonde boy retorted.

''Sh-Shut up.'' Kyoka stammered, her cheeks burning slightly.

''Been a while since we last saw the boat in there though, right?'' Sero pointed from the bottom of the steps.

''Now that you mention it; where had that been this whole time?'' Ojiro adjusted his gi as he pondered.

''Storage.'' Aizawa said from his floating wheelchair, courtesy of Ochako. ''It's useful for today.'' His chair slammed down on the ground as Uravity cancelled her quirk. Shota sighed. Couldn't there have been a lift of a ramp here?

The students gathered at the edge of the enormous pool. The small yacht sat in the very centre of the water. Momo squinted. Was the diving board on it when the USJ Incident had happened? She looked towards Izuku. He was also focusing on the ship intently.

''Have you noticed the additions, too?'' She asked him quietly.

''Yeah… maybe the flagpole and board are to give defenders more vantage points?''

''Ahem.'' Aizawa silenced them. ''Go on, Hado.''

The bluenette looked to a piece of paper that she had fished out of her pocket. Her eyes briefly skimmed over the words before she looked back up to face the class of eager students.

''Right! So today we're doing 'Hostage Rescue.' The boat will be the source of this exercise.''

She flew up a few feet before air-walking until she was directly above the crystal blue water.

''You will be split into teams of three. One team will defend the ship in an attempt to keep their hostage and the other will attempt to take the hostage back to 'shore.''' Nejire used air quotes as she fired a small wave to the edge of the pool.

''You cannot destroy the boat. In a real life scenario, heroes would be unaware of how many hostages there would be. WAIT. Does that mean there could be more than one!?'' She exclaimed in excitement as she looked down to Eraser. The older man's face was the perfect picture of disapproval.

''Sorry.''

There was a small pause before Nejire cleared her throat and continued.

''If the heroes do not reach the shore, the villains can take the hostage back, so long as they are still in the water.'' Nejire grinned deviously before cancelling her quirk. She cannonballed into the water, splashing Aizawa as water was thrown over the edges of the pool.

Nejire's head burst from the water. ''Okay, guys! Team up! And have fuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh-'' Nejire was stunned by Aizawa's single red eye as he gave her the best death glare he could manage.

[][][]

''Well, Mon Ami, this could not have been better, could it not?'' Aoyama rested on his laurels at the edge of the pool as Midoriya and Yaoyorozu studied the boat further.

''We still need to reach the ship, Yuga.'' Izuku slowly scooped a handful of water and watched it flow through his fingers and back into the pool.

Aizawa had watched the teams form with a close eye just 19 minutes ago, just as he was watching Izuku's team at present.

'Too many friends in too many teams,' he had said before divvying up the teams himself. Whilst everyone was slightly annoyed at the disabled pro, they could see his logic. They would not always be around their friends in a real combat situation.

Shota was glad he had accompanied Nejire (despite the impromptu shower from her divebomb). The girl was an energetic and friendly teacher, but she didn't know the students as he did. She would've allowed friends to stay together and jeopardize the lonelier students who couldn't even form a group of 3.

Izuku caught his eye again as the green-haired wonderboy whispered into Momo's ear. The rich girl nodded before slowly beginning the creation process.

Aizawa wheeled closer. Nejire, who was impressing him with her silent observations, followed.

''Remember Aoyama; if we destroy the boat, we kill the hostage. So use Naval Laser sparingly.'' Momo finished her quirk's process, revealing a single gas grenade.

''Worry not! I am no heathen!'' Yuga held a hand to his heart.

''Alright, when we give the signal, aim for the villains on the top deck. We'll draw them out.'' Izuku motioned to Momo as he squatted down. Momo sat on his shoulders and Nejire could barely contain her laughter at Izuku's blush as the ravenette's thighs squished his face.

Then Izuku simply took off into the air. Momo squealed in fear but remained composed. Nejire heard a few reactions from the observing students and hushed them.

''No reactions, guys! They need the element of surprise!'' Nejire tutted under her breath, though Aizawa could tell she was simply pretending to be annoyed. It wasn't as if she was the silent type during class either.

Izuku, even from their position on the ground, could be seen to glow slightly as he tensed, slowly pushing the airborne pair towards the ship. He summoned Black Whip and attached it to the gap in the ceiling that All Might had made during his battle with the first Nomu.

As they approached, Todoroki stepped onto the top deck. As he prepared a fireball to send towards the pair, Aoyama's Navel Laser smacked the side of the ship. Todoroki, though off balance, was still aboard.

''Nice aim, blondie!'' Bakugo mocked.

''You try hitting a target that small from that range, jackass.'' Jirou defended the French speaker.

Nejire giggled before a swift chop from Aizawa brought her focus back to the rescue.

Todoroki created an ice barrier in the water just large enough to block Yuga's view before launching flames towards Momo and Izuku.

''Now!'' Could just about be heard from Izuku as Momo tossed the grenade towards the ship.

Shoto changed his trajectory and dowsed the projectile in flames, only for it to simply burst into a flurry of powder that coated his body.

Izuku cancelled Float. Creati and Deku fell to the ship's top deck.

Aoyama split the barrier in two with a stronger laser to reveal the brief scuffle. Izuku parried a vicious hook from IcyHot before reacting with one of his own. Momo pulled a staff from her arm and unleashed a flurry of hits that knocked Todoroki off the boat and into the water.

''Hado.'' Aizawa didn't have to say more. The bluenette took off and soared towards the ship, plucking Shoto out of the water and returning. She laid the bi-coloured boy on the ground next to the pool and brushed the wet hair out of his eyes.

''Out cold.'' She relayed to Aizawa.

''Hmm. Get ready for the next pickup.'' He said sternly as he leaned forwards slightly in his wheelchair.

The shaggy man was correct. Ojiro and Izuku appeared on the top deck. Tailman landed a few solid hits on his opponent before Izuku simply summoned One for All and roundhouse kicked him halfway to shore.

Nejire set off again and pulled the still conscious Mashirao out of the water. She let him down softly on his feet and Tooru jogged to his side. There wasn't much time for idle chat, however.

Mineta zipped out of the lower decks and around Izuku. Momo rushed up the steps and onto the deck, before shouting something to Izuku. Midoriya could be seen charging up and bouncing around the top deck. For a few moments, it appeared that Minoru may just evade Midoriya.

Pfft. As if. Mineta dashed straight into Midoriya's waiting arms. The greenette launched the grape boy into the air and Aoyama acted in kind. He launched a powerful Naval Laser that smacked into Mineta's chest and carried him all the way to the USJ's ceiling, where Grape Rush crashed into the glass with a thud.

As he fell back down to Earth, Nejire sprung into action. She flew across the water and prepared to catch the perverted dwarf as he fell. And she did. Although she had to take a few moments to readjust due to the Waves she expelled being slightly out of sync.

''HADO-SENSEI!'' The crowd of students called out as the older girl looked up. To see large shards of the glass ceiling falling at speed towards. With Mineta in her arms, she had no form of protecting herself. She had no-

''Got you!''

[][][]

She felt arms wrap around her waist and propel her far away, landing into the water a good few metres away, in a shallower section of the pool. As she landed with a splash, she could hear the enormous boom of the water in the centre being displaced by the debris.

Nejire had just about managed to keep hold of Mineta, who was laying a few feet to her right, head thankfully above the water.

She looked down to the weight pressing down on her.

''Midoriya?''

''Are you alright, sensei?'' The boy's eyes glistened as they widened in concern.

''Y-Yeah…'' Nejire felt her own cheeks grow warm as they stayed intertwined in the water. She felt self-conscious as Izuku seemingly undressed her with his eyes.

''Don't move too much.'' He said sternly.

''W-Wha-?'' Just what was he planning on doing?

''You have a big shard of glass in your side.'' He pointed to her abdomen. He was right. There was a piece of the ceiling just about caught in her costume. Izuku shifted her up onto the edge of the pool as the rest of his classmates.

He pinched the shard very precisely before pulling outwards as fast as possible. Instinctively, he placed a hand over where the glass had lain to stop any blood loss. Nejire squeaked as his thumb grazed the underside of his boob as he squeezed her side.

''Uhhh, Midoriya? I'm not bleeding.''

''O-Oh! That's great news!'' He grabbed her under her armpits and pulled her up and out of the pool before dashing to Mineta. Thankfully, upon his brief inspection, Minoru also had no wounds.

Izuku stepped out of the water before squinting to see Momo. The Creation user had tucked her hair into an even tighter bun and kicked off her boots. She held the 'hostage' in her arms as she dived off the ship and into the water. Izuku waded out until the water came up to his neck and cast Black Whip. Momo gripped the end tightly as Izuku summoned All for One in his legs and leapt from the water, wrenching Momo up with him.

He landed heavily on dry land and called Black Whip back, dragging Momo towards him. Momo eventually came to walk on the floor of the pool and slam the 'hostage' down over the safety zone's marker.

''Alright, the Hero Team wins. Good work, you three.'' Aizawa smiled slightly as he wheeled over to Nejire, who was too stunned to congratulate anyone.

''Midori! That was awesome!'' Mina screamed like a fangirl.

''You even saved sensei! Super impressive dude!'' Denki gave him a thumbs up.

''It was! But I don't like you hitting Mashi that hard…'' Tooru's gloves hovered as she made an 'x' with her index fingers.

''S-Sorry…''

The rest of the class offered the drenched students some towels, dragged Mineta from the water and walked back to the starting area.

''He can be really confident when he wants to be.'' Nejire surprised Aizawa as she spoke out.

''I thought you already knew that. You've worked with him plenty of times.'' Eraserhead seemed honest in his confusion.

''Never closely enough to see both sides of him.'' Hado watched the boy as he was hugged tightly by Ochako, who was checking him for cuts. ''I don't think I know him that well at all…''

''Well that's bound to change. You'll be teaching everyday for at least 3 weeks. Plenty of time to get to know these kids.'' Shota sighed. ''Gotta get some guys in for cleanup before we get these kids back in the boat. Damn ceiling…'' He trailed off as he made his way back to his homeroom class.

Nejire thumbed at the cut in her costume, remembering that fond, warm feeling of his hands cupping her. Protectively. Lovingly.

''Izuku Midoriya, hmm? Best watch yourself…''

{}{}{} THE PRESENT {}{}{}

''So that's where the ceiling went!'' Kendo put the pieces together.

''Mhmm!'' Nejire had finished her brief retelling.

''Speaking of the USJ, it's our last time in there tomorrow, right Itsu?'' Setsuna yawned as the blare of sirens in the distance finally let them relax slightly.

''It's Wednesday, right?'' The orange-haired girl tapped her index finger against her head. ''Uhh, yeah. One last landslide drill. 3rd period.''

''Awww! Last lesson talk? Sad stuff!'' Nejire gave the two a sympathetic look.

''Yeah, you'd better pray Tetsutetsu gets his act together before our actual last lesson, hmm?'' Tokage said with a huff.

''What; you want us to break up so soon?'' It was finally Itsuka's turn to tease.

''I- No.'' Setsuna turned fairly red but was able to fight it off. ''Right! So that movie, huh? It starts in like 20!''

''Yeah, I didn't forget.'' Kendo slowly shrunk her hands as a patrol car pulled up. Two officers exited the vehicle, a pair of strong, anti-quirk cuffs in hand.

''Thanks again, Nejire-chan.'' One officer said with a tip of the cap.

''No problemo, Dave!'' The only hero in costume replied.

The bluenette turned to the two out-of-costume heroes. ''Thank you for your help today. I really appreciate it.''

As the two turned away and prepared to finally get to their movie, Hado clasped them both tightly on the shoulder. ''And in relation to what you've done to and whilst thinking about Izuku… I forgive you both. No hard feelings.''

''That's very kind of you.'' The big sister (and Big Fist-er, hmm) of Class B smiled warmly back at her.

''We'll see you at our graduation, right?'' Tokage showed her toothy grin.

''Of course! I wouldn't miss my boyfriend and girlfriend's graduation for anything!'' Nejire gave a jokey salute before flying off into the sky.

''Awww. That's sweet.'' Kendo adjusted her jacket. ''I really hope we can treat her to a drink or something. It's the least we could do after-WAIT. Did she say 'boyfriend' and 'girlfriend'?''

Tokage's lips became a fine line.

''Set?''

Tokage relaxed her mouth with a loud pop.

''Set?''

''Midoriya is also dating Ochako.''

''I-uh-but-wha-''

''And Nejire wants all three of them to live together after they graduate.''

Silence fell over the two as Itsuka processed it.

''Itsu?''

''D-Do I apologise to Ochako too? What if Nejire tells Midoriya! Oh GOD!'' The redhead began hyperventilating as they reached the doors of the movie theatre.

''Shhhh. Shhhhhh. Calm down.'' Tokage wrapped her arms around her taller girlfriend, her chin landing on Kendo's shoulder. ''I have a plan.''

''Yeah?''

''Just ask for his shampoo brand.'' Tokage snickered.

''I could strangle you right now.''

We out here. Thank you for being out here too. Jus' readin'.

This was fun to write. Really fun. Next chapter will actually be focusing on all of the other couples in 1-A and 1-B. Sorry that it isn't IzuOcha but I feel like it's important that I do a fair bit of extra worldbuilding.

After all, this story won't be entirely fluff, as you've seen before when All for One reared his potato lookin' head. We will have some deep content. Some very philosophical stuff, at points. But that won't be for a while. We gotta let the kids be happy before we strip it all away, heh heh heh.

Anyway. I shall see you all in the next chapter.
