Conan's team and the other four kids just pass through the game portal and now they're inside which is London. They look around which to see that it was nighttime in London and of course very creepy. As they look around, suddenly they heard a scream and Conan run toward the source leaving others behind
"Wait Conan! Everyone let's go" shout Shinichi which follow him and the rest of them
Conan spot the killer and tried to catch him by kicking a can to which unexpectedly didn't work
"It seems Professor Agasa's inventions don't work in the game world?" asked Haibara
"Yeah, this antenna still goes up but these glasses and this watch are otherwise ordinary now"
Suddenly the London citizens find the woman's body that Jake the Ripper just killed but they were talking with English to which most of the kids didn't understand. Outside the game, Yusaku ask to translated it into Japanese to which really did
"It's in Japanese now!" said Mitsuhiko surprised
"It's almost like the real world!" said Genta
"What we see, hear and the chill in the air, it's all real"
"The pain in my foot was real too" said Conan unhappy
Some of the polices arrived and inspect the body. One of them ask his partner to immediately contact Inspector Lestrade to which catch both Shinichi and Conan interest. But it seems it's not getting anything to which Shinichi propose to go somewhere to think about their next step, all of them then stop at a bridge
"Sheesh. We're supposed to catch this guy but where do we even start?" asked Moroboshi unhappy
"I guess all we can do is wait until morning" said Mitsuhiko to Conan and Shinichi
Conan goes toward his brother to which his brother respond and bend down to his size
"So what should we do now?" asked Conan
"I don't know… If it's like this then we really have to wait until morning" said Shinichi thinking
"It's cold…" said Ayumi shivering
Conan quickly take off his blazer and give it to Ayumi. Shinichi notice that it seems Mitsuhiko is one second behind Conan so he quickly give it to Haibara. Shinichi back thinking of what to do until suddenly they hear Professor Agasa's voice from above
"Can you hear me Conan-kun?" asked Professor Agasa
"We can hear you Professor!" shout Conan
"Listen closely! If you get hurt or caught by the police in that stage, it will be game over! Right now you're in Whitechapel district on the East end. There's an assist character-…."
All of them notice that Professor Agasa's voice seems to be cut. Conan tried to shout but suddenly the bridge start to fall apart and all of them run to safety. Kikukawa unluckily about to game over when he fall from the bridge but Conan and Shinichi manage to catch him. Detective boys help the brothers get him up to safety
Even though the communication is cut, Shinichi realize what Professor Agasa means by assisting character to which can only be one and only, Sherlock Holmes. As they agree about it, they all on their way to Baker Street
Time Skip~
At Holmes home
Shinichi knock the door which to see the one who answer is Holmes's landlady. He ask about Holmes to which a surprised fact that Holmes is not there and have a business trip to Dartmoor
"Dartmoor? Is today happen to be 30th September?" asked Shinichi to the landlady
"Ye…yeah…"
"I see! The Hound of the Baskervilles case!" shout Conan
"Yeah! Neither of them is in London now" said Shinichi to his brother
"Oi oi…"
Suddenly the landlady seems mistake them as the Baker street Irregulars so she let them inside which is a good chance to look for files. As they goes in, Shinichi look at the place in awe until he notice that Conan quickly sit and think like Holmes which make him slightly laugh at his brother and he's one step too late to do what his little brother do
The three kids notice Holmes and Professor Watson's picture, as the brothers look they can only give a give up look by what his dad and Professor Agasa did with the game
"They really undid themselves" said Conan in low voice to his brother
"You could say that" laugh Shinichi agreeing
"Hey! We don't have time to sit around" said Moroboshi
"But, what should we do?" asked Kikukawa to his friend
"I'm sure this niichan and meganee knows right"
Conan jump off from the chair and look at Shinichi. He tell everyone to start look around for file about Jake the Ripper. Conan look around to find the files which to see Moroboshi throwing a ball indirectly to Takizawa. Takizawa then tell Emori that it's a 100 years old soccer ball which make them in awe but Conan feel something's weird, before he think more he just continue searching
Moments later, Conan find the files and put it on the table. Shinichi quickly bend down and open the pages to see the victims of Jake the Ripper. After they deduct the information what they get and conclude that they need to meet Professor Moriarty, Holmes's arch nemesis
Time Skip~
Due to Moroboshi and Takizawa's mistake, now they're fighting with Colonel Moran and his comrades. As time goes by, Kikukawa, Ayumi, Mitsuhiko and Genta are hurt and they get game over due to that. Conan look closely the wine bottle that was protected so much by his comrade. Conan quickly run and force take the wine bottle and raise it up high
Conan deduct that the wine is for Professor Moriarty to which Colonel Moran stop his movement
"So sorry but your deduction is wrong!" shout Colonel Moran
"Then shoot me! It doesn't matter if I die anyway but the wine will break"
"Oi Conan…" thought Shinichi to which Conan look at him and smirk
"If I die, be sure to save me okay" thought Conan telepathically to his brother
Shinichi already stand by to get ready save Conan from the shoot but before anything happens, someone comes in and tell them that Professor Moriarty is waiting for them. Colonel Moran tried to stop him but the person glare at him to which he didn't argue anymore
All of them comes out and goes to the carriage, as they arrived, the man inside the carriage ask for the wine to which Conan give it to him. Conan realize something's off when he give the wine. The man praise them for fighting with Colonel Moran but Conan just look at the man closely
"Say, you're Professor Moriarty right?" asked Conan
"Oh you notice too huh" thought Shinichi to which Conan actually can hear and smirk to his brother
"None other"
"I see, you are testing us" said Conan with a child voice
"What do you mean?"
"You can drop the act, you're not Professor Moriarty" said Shinichi step up right beside his brother to which receive surprised on Moroboshi, Takizawa, Emori and Haibara
"He's right, after all, the real Professor Moriarty is right here!" said Conan pointing to the man who escort them to the carriage
"Eh?! he is?!" asked Haibara didn't believe
"Are you serious?!" said Moroboshi surprised
"You used ventriloquism to speak for him, didn't you?" asked Shinichi pressing more while smirking
"To think you saw through all of that… How could you tell?" asked Professor Moriarty to both Shinichi and Conan
"Just now, Colonel Moran said 'please wait' in formal way after all" said Shinichi
"Not to mention, from what I know, Professor Moriarty was a fanciful old man who uses natural herbal cologne"
Professor Moriarty applause by the brothers deduction. They begin asking information about Jake the Ripper to which they get about his past and how Professor Moriarty raise him as a killer. Conan and Shinichi heard the information quite amuse by it
Professor Moriarty also said that he will lend them some help to which they have no choice to trust him. The next day, Shinichi and Conan look around the town for clues on which the crime scene of the second victim. Shinichi look around the scene while Conan move forward to the building front
"Shinichi-niichan!" shout Conan to which his brother respond and goes to him
"What is it?!"
"Look here"
It was a sign of parent-child bazaar, Shinichi look closely about the date to which he smirk
"Hm… this is quite interesting" said Shinichi who realize what Conan means
"Yeah… it is"
After that both of them went back to others and they read the newspaper to find what Professor Moriarty do and they surprised to see that Professor Moriarty ask Jake the Ripper to kill Irene Adler
***For this part, it's exactly the same as the Movie so I don't need to write it down again so I'm skipping to the train scene***
Time Skip~
After Takizawa, Emori and Haibara already game over, leaving only three of them left to clear the game. In the train, Shinichi ask the conductor to gathered all passengers into one carriage to which now they are waiting for all of them gather
"Conan… you figured out everything right? You do the deduction show" asked Shinichi serious to Conan
"Eh? but what if I-"
"No, I'm positive your deduction and mine are exactly the same… Maybe yours even have more detail information than mine"
"But…"
Shinichi pat his head and smile to his little brother
"Professor Moriarty even praise you as little Holmes, I'm sure you can do it. Make the old man in the real world surprised" said Shinichi believing at him
"Okay then, leave it to me"
Moroboshi look at the two who seems give an unidentified look which both Shinichi and Conan didn't realize. After that, Conan does his deduction perfectly from the second victim relation to Jake the Ripper and his ulterior motive of killing her into who's the Jake the Ripper in disguise
Just as Jake the Ripper shows his true colors, Shinichi run toward Jake the Ripper but he let out smoke bomb to which cover everything on the carriage. Both Conan and Moroboshi hurriedly open the windows to let the smoke gone. As the smoke reduced, they notice that both Jake the Ripper and Shinichi are gone, not only them but also the passengers are gone
They look around the train and can't find anyone. They quickly go toward the front which to find out that the driver is gone, the brake is broken and the train is speeding up
"Hey! Should we find that niichan first?" asked Moroboshi serious
"Shinichi-niichan… where are you?!" thought Conan while thinking
Suddenly he thought of it and climb toward train's roof which to find Jake the Ripper and Shinichi tied up. Both Conan and Moroboshi run toward them to which Shinichi shout
"Wait! Don't go closer!" shout Shinichi to his brother
Both of them stop their tracks right in front of Jake the Ripper
"I've tied myself to him so if I fall, he will be coming with me. So, how will you fight?" asked Jake The Ripper smirking
"Dammit! What is it you want?" shout Conan while looking at the enemy and his tied brother
"Want?"
"Now that you've killed your mother and cleared your long grudge, what is it you want?!" shout Shinichi behind helping Conan's question
"To continue living!" shout Jake the Ripper smirking to which grab both Shinichi and Conan's attention
"I'm going to let the vicious blood flowing through my veins survive to the next generation aboard Noah's boat!"
Jake the Ripper laugh evilly while the two brothers smirk because now they achieve their goal. Finding the key to solve the murder case in real world. Now they are focusing back to survive this so that they can save everyone. Jake the Ripper then start to attack both Conan and Moroboshi
Both Conan and Moroboshi dodge his attacks but then one move rips Conan's sleeves to which make Shinichi start to worry. Jake the Ripper warn them that the train will only have 10 minutes and the fact that there is no driver so there's no way to stop the train. Jake the Ripper intend to kill all of them to which make Conan surprised
"Conan! Dodge!" shout Shinichi warning them about the cave to which they quickly dodge
As they passed the cave, Jake the Ripper step at Conan's little body and about to kill him with his knife. Moroboshi tried to fight but he was shove away but luckily he hold on from falling off. Jake the Ripper hold Conan's neck and get ready to stab him
"If we stay like this then it will be over for all us, come on something! Anything!" thought Shinichi while looking around to find a way to save his brother.
He look toward the cliff and the rope that tie him that connect with Jake the Ripper. He seems determined but he's sure that it will give Conan a hard time afterward. As Jake the Ripper put the knife up, Shinichi goes into sit position and glare at the killer
"Stop it, let me give you taste of Reichenbach falls!" shout Shinichi in anger
Shinichi's words grab the killer's and his brother's attention to which surprised that the high schooler already in stand up position. Conan who sees it start to get anxious
"Don't tell me you're-" thought Conan looking at his brother
"Sorry I couldn't be with you until the end, make sure to save me okay" thought Shinichi smiling serious and telepathically to his brother
"No… don't!" thought Conan didn't believe
Shinichi goes right into the carriage's border still looking at both Jake the Ripper and Conan
"STOP NIICHAN!" shout Conan with scared voice
Conan's shouting didn't reach him as Shinichi jump off the cliff and as planned, Jake the Ripper fall with him due to the rope tie together. As Shinichi fall, he look up to see his brother's face one last time
"I leave the rest to you, my little Holmes…" thought Shinichi with a smile
As on cue, his body was taken by the system as a game over leaving the killer to fall alone on the cliff. Conan shout to his brother while hitting the carriage roof in anger
Outside the game
Shinichi's Cocoon goes down which to leave only two Cocoons left in the hall. Yusaku hit the machine in anger seeing his oldest son just die in the game, he's not the only one who's surprised and shock
"No Shinichi!" shout Ran fall to the floor crying
"Ran!" said Sonoko comforting her best friend but also worried by his childhood friend who just game over himself
"Oi detective brat… you got to be kidding me" thought Kogoro who's now also scared seeing it since all of them are really expecting the high school detective to clear the game
"Kudou-kun…" said Megure who still beside them in shock
The whole hall also get intense by the fact that Kudou Shinichi just game over and now their kids lives are lies on Conan's and Moroboshi's hands. Yusaku stare at the Cocoons and the screen to which shows his youngest son's face
"Conan…" thought Yusaku worried for the impact of his oldest son sacrifice to his youngest son
Inside the game
"NIICHAN!" shout Conan while look down in anger
Moroboshi manage to get back into the carriage roof and tell Conan to stop the train but it seems Conan is still angry, Moroboshi take his collar and talk sense to him because 48 kids lives are on their hands which they can't give up
"Get up meganee! The lives of 48 people are in our hands, are you just going to trample all over them?!" shout Moroboshi while holding Conan's collar and shaking him
"Barou! I don't wanna give up either!" shout Conan in anger
Moroboshi let go of him so that he can see the full view of the train
"Think about it… The train is continually speeding up, it'll reach the station in under five minutes. The only way to save everyone was to cut the links connecting the engine car and the passenger car! With just us two, those links won't budge at all" said Conan look down as his glasses light hidden his eyes
"Then…" said Moroboshi scared
"Yes, I was hoping we can count on Shinichi-niichan's adult power to help us with it… In the end, we can't do anything"
Conan fall down to sitting position to which it seems he already give up by the revelation for his deduction. Not to mention, still shock by his brother sacrifice for him yet again
"That's why Noah's ark got rid of all the passengers… It's all over… There's nothing more we can do" said Conan while looking up as if trying to contact the outside world
"It's all over dad… Niichan…" thought Conan to his father
Outside the game
All of the people in the control room got intense after hearing Conan's words
"Conan-kun…" said Ran worried by his voice
"Oi don't give up! You got to survive to let your brother, friends and other kids to live again!" shout Kogoro to the screen
"Conan…" thought Yusaku worried
Inside the game
Suddenly the accordion player appear again to and ask why they haven't covered in blood to which confused Conan but suddenly some kind of bug transform him into Holmes and goes back to the accordion player. As Conan shout his name, he disappeared
"Wasn't he in Dartmoor? Could it be a bug?" said Conan while thinking
"What does he mean? Jack the Ripper is dead so why do we have to get covered in blood?" asked Moroboshi confused
Conan look to him to which revelation hit him when he look at Moroboshi's brownish red clothes and start running toward back of the train. As they arrived to the last carriage, Conan open the roof door and told Moroboshi to take the axe and destroy all the wine barriers. The trains speedily coming toward the station
Moments after, Conan shout to Moroboshi to dive down into the wine to which as on cue, the train hit the station while both of them are shaken inside the wine while holding their breath. After the carriage seems to be stop moving, both of them are being sucked away
Outside the game
Ran, Sonoko, Kogoro, Yusaku and Professor Agasa arrived at the Cocoon hall as they are waiting for any news. Ran pray so much that Conan succeed to bring Shinichi back to life
Inside the game
Conan wakes up which to see that he's now at the room where they pick the stages. To which now confirmed that he manage to clear the game. Well it's all thanks to Holmes or should we say, his father did it. Moroboshi woke up and told him that he won the game to which answer another piece of information
"I'm glad I trusted you, thank you" said Moroboshi shoving hands with Conan
"You're welcome… Noah's ark" said Conan smirking to the boy in front of him
Outside the game
Conan's words surprised all adults in the hall especially his own father, the fact that all this time that Noah's ark actually participating in the game
"Or should I call you Hiroki-kun? You borrowed Moroboshi-kun's data to join in the game too, right?" said Conan determined to which surprised the adults
Suddenly an electricity sound coming toward the speaker and they can't hear their voices anymore
Inside the game
Moroboshi close his eyes and turns himself into Hiroki
"Since when you found out?" asked Hiroki
Conan look up in worried but Hiroki said that just now he just cut the communication from the outside.
Conan tell him that he and Shinichi already realize when he point out the Big Ben because how did he knows before it was moving. Second, when he shove the soccer ball in Holmes house. Any soccer loving kids would love to see the 100 years old soccer ball but he didn't budge at all
He also told him his real intention for making the game like this because he wants the kids to feel that they can do things alone without any of their parents to help them mature on their own. He also deduct that Hiroki never intend to kill them because he show the assist character when he was about to give up. Hiroki start to let out tears and look up
"The reason I borrowed Moroboshi-kun's data and snuck into the game because I wanted to play with friends at least once. I was always busy working, you see…"
Conan look at him in pity and sad since he knows exactly how painful it is to be treated that way
"I understand… that's basically how I feel back before I moved to Japan" said Conan with a comforting smile to Hiroki
Hiroki look at the boy and just smile because he also knows about it
"I'm sorry for frightening you but I had so much fun! And, I was jealous how you, your big brother and your dad can communicate with your minds even if you're far apart" said Hiroki look at Conan who just smile to him
"Your dad avenged my dad's killer. Thank you! It's time to say goodbye" said Hiroki while pointing at the stone gate behind Conan which suddenly let out a white portal
Conan ask if his mind will continue to live on in Noah's ark to which he just shake his head because he doesn't want to grownups to use them as a bad things and it's still too soon to create an artificial brain. Conan just smile understands
"Okay return to your world! After you wake up, I want everyone to at least know this: Real life isn't easy, like it is in video games"
Conan smile and nod to him as he turn around walk toward the portal. Before he goes in the portal, he look at Hiroki for the last time
"I hope you can see your father!" said Conan smiling as he walks in the portal
"Goodbye, Kudou Conan" said Hiroki to the boy
Outside the game
All adults getting worried by the silence but suddenly the pods are opening up and the Cocoons are rising to which make everyone relief. Professor Agasa look at Yusaku who seems let out a very relief smile, Ran cried happily when he look at Shinichi's pod rising up. The hall lights are on and the Cocoons start to opening up. All adults are running to their child and hug them in relief because they survive
Conan take off his head gear and look at Detective boys thanking him for bringing them back to life. Conan just nod and then hurriedly jump from the Cocoon and look around. Conan's acting make his friends worried and slowly follow him. Conan stop at certain Cocoon and glare to the person who inside it, Haibara realize the situation and stop the three kids
"Haibara-san?" asked Mitsuhiko
"I think we can leave Edogawa-kun alone, we should ask Professor Agasa for details" said Haibara pushing them right behind the Cocoon that Conan is glaring which to be Shinichi's Cocoon
Shinichi take off his head gear and faces his brother again, before he can talk, Conan jump to his legs and hold his collar with anger showing on his eyes and glaring toward his big brother
"You…!" said Conan in anger
"Conan… I-"
Before Shinichi continue his words, Conan hug him and put his head on Shinichi's shoulder. Shinichi can feel that Conan is shivering so he hug him back and pat his back to calm him down
"You jerk… I told you that I hate it when you did that"
"I'm sorry… It's just if we leave it that way then none of us will survive. Not to mention, I believe in you to save me" said Shinichi facing Conan who showing some tears on his eyes
"Baka… my deduction skills is not as great as you" said Conan look down
"Hey, you are my little Holmes, we read about it all the time so I guarantee your skills on that. You already prove it to me at the carriage to identify Jake the Ripper so I can assure your skills to save me"
"But what you did there is still-"
"I know and I'm sorry… for scaring you" said Shinichi while looking at his brother with his forehead touch to Conan's forehead
Conan just close his eyes and doesn't let Shinichi see his glassy eyes due to his tears, Shinichi then touch his cheek and wipe his tears from his eyes to which make his eyes open
"Promise me not to do that again… please" said Conan in low voice
"Conan… I can't guaranteed to keep your promise because my job is to protect you from any danger. But I will promise not to scare you as much as like that again"
"Hmmm…"
"Please don't feel guilty about it. It's my decision as a big brother to protect you, I'm sure you feel the same toward me right… I mean we are brothers after all"
Conan look to his brother's eyes and just slightly nod to him. Shinichi let go his forehead and put Conan's head on his chest
"Once again, I'm sorry for scaring you… I will make it up to you okay" said Shinichi while patting his head
Conan just squeeze Shinichi's uniform and nod to him and feel his heartbeat as a proof that now his brother is alive and safe. He manage to save him from getting kill in the game. Conan let go from his chest and wipe his tears
"Buy me ice coffee every time I want, mystery novel books, new pair of soccer shoes, and practice soccer with me every weekend" said Conan demanding
"Oi oi that's too much!"
"You said that you will make it up to me!"
"Fine fine… but for the ice coffee, mystery novel books and shoes can wait. I already promise a cake buffet to Ran and Sonoko"
"Fine, Detective boys, Professor Agasa and I will come too and that's final"
"Oi oi…"
After that, both of them goes out from the Cocoon and go toward the stage, Ran shout to her childhood friend and cried in front of him
"Shinichi! I'm glad… I'm glad you are alright! You are crazy!" shout Ran crying
"She's right Shinichi-kun!" shout Sonoko beside her best friend
"I'm sorry, I have to do it to make sure we are all save" said Shinichi calming Ran down
"You are crazy huh detective brat" said Kogoro beside him
Conan goes away and look around which to find his father coming toward him. Conan move to end of the stage and sit down facing his father who stand up
"Congratulations on winning Conan, you sure take your time there" said Yusaku smiling
"Yeah. I quite enjoyed it… minus the part on the train" said Conan glaring at his big brother who's being scolded by Ran and Sonoko
Yusaku just smile to his youngest son but suddenly they heard a computer sound coming toward the speaker to which Conan notice right away
"Noah's ark is ending his own life… Rest in peace, Hiroki-kun" said Conan looking up with Yusaku in front of him
Yusaku look up smiling and back seeing his youngest son. He move toward and pat his head to grab his attention
"You sure prove yourself with your deduction skills" said Yusaku
"Ahh… Lucky I guess… I still need improvement" said Conan looking away
"No…"
Shinichi bend down and hold Conan's head right above Yusaku's hand and Conan look at his brother
"What you need to improve is your self confidence. Your deduction skill is already same level as mine but you still didn't have the confidence to say that you are right, even when you are giving your deduction to the police in Mouri-ojiisan place, you still unsure and text me to confirm it" said Shinichi smiling to his little brother
"Shinichi's right Conan… believe in yourself that you may can surpassed your brother and me"
Conan look at both of his father and brother which he can't help to smile hearing their praise. Yusaku suddenly lift him up and put him on his hands which Conan struggle
"D-Dad?!" said Conan in low voice
"Come on, it's been a while since I meet you" said Yusaku while carrying Conan
"Come on! You know I hate it being carried like this"
Kogoro, Ran, Sonoko, Detective boys and Professor Agasa look at the father and sons scene which can't help to smile. Detective boys already got full details from Professor Agasa about Shinichi's sacrifice for Conan to which they understands and leave him alone for now. Conan notice that his friends is staring and smile toward them
"Ah right! Oi guys, Shinichi-niichan promises us a cake buffet!" shout Conan to his friends
"Eh really?!" said the three kids happily
"Oi oi!" shout Shinichi by the sudden information
"Ahh we also joining, since Shinichi-kun promise us too" said Sonoko looking toward them
"Sonoko's right!" said Ran smiling
"Then how about tomorrow since tomorrow is Sunday after all" said Kogoro looking at the clock
"What…" said Shinichi became pale
Conan jump off from his father and go toward his friends and talk to them happily about the cake buffet. Yusaku just giggle at his youngest son who just bully his oldest son
"So dad… about my allowance for the next three months…" said Shinichi in low voice while slap his forehead
Time Skip~
Shinichi, Conan and Yusaku are now inside the taxi on their way home. Conan fell asleep on Shinichi's lap to which he can't help to smile seeing his brother sleeping face
"He's tired after what happen" said Yusaku touching Conan's head
"Yeah he is..."
"Not to mention, the shock he got from you Shinichi"
"Sorry sorry… Every time when it comes to Conan's safety, I just do things without thinking"
"Just be careful, we don't want him to become stressful like at LA. So how's his life here?"
"Better than ever, he make great friends here and I guarantee that his friends also care for him as a friend"
"Then it's the right choice after all keeping him with you, your mom seems bothered by it since she is leaving his two sons alone in a far country"
"Don't worry dad… we take care each other well, Ran and Professor Agasa helping us living here too so don't worry"
Yusaku just smile and look at his sleeping youngest son who seems comfortable in Shinichi's lap. Shinichi gently lift him up so he can rest his head on Shinichi's chest. Yusaku look at his oldest son who gently remove his little brother's glasses and hold him properly
"You surely have become a great brother Shinichi" said Yusaku proud seeing his sons
"Thanks, having Conan staying with me also makes everything done properly… By having accompany in that big house, a friend to talk about Holmes, my personal alarm if I forgot things and of course, partner in crime scenes"
"Hahaha of course since he is identical copy of yours with only 10 years old difference"
"Yeah… but more reckless than I am and I have to protect him at all costs"
"Just don't over do it, the last time you protect him you landed on the hospital for a month and just few hours ago, you jump from a running train to save him from getting killed"
"Fine…"
Yusaku just sigh and didn't argue more since he also realize that Conan seems brighter and happier ever since he moved to Japan. If you are confused why Yusaku ask about Conan's life in Japan is because it's only been 8 months ever since he moved from LA and when Shinichi was shot to save Conan at Tropical Land, it's just around 2 weeks after he moved and a week after he transferred to Teitan Elementary school. So maybe some of you notice that Detective boys and Haibara character seems little different than the real Aoyama-sensei plot and Conan is unsure about his friendship due to something happen in LA.
Don't worry, in future chapters, there will be explanations about Conan's backstory and how did Yusaku decide to moved Conan to Japan and live with Shinichi.
