Shinichi is now alone in his home while watching TV because Conan is out with his friends. It was a peaceful time until suddenly the bell rings which surprised the high schooler. From what he knows, Conan will not ring it since he has the spare key, Ran and Sonoko will not visit him since they are having girls hangout, his soccer friends and friends at school are all busy. As he opens the door much to his surprised to see the person he last saw few days ago
Kuroba Kaito
"Hello Meitantei!" said Kaito smirking
"Oi oi you become very brave to meet me after our last encounter huh great magician" said Shinichi with a bored look
"Don't give me that look, I just want to visit that's all. I know Tantei-kun is playing with his friends after all"
"Are you really becoming Conan's stalker?"
"I'm not! Can you at least let me in?"
Shinichi has no choice to let him in, and then he took him to the living room. Shinichi quickly give him tea and snacks, and he quickly sits down facing the international phantom thief with serious look
"Now explain" said Shinichi unhappy
"Fine fine… You remember Aoko? The girl who introduce me that time at Ekoda High" said Kaito as he eats the snack
"Oh that Nakamori-keibu's daughter"
"Yeah, so she and her friends are visiting this some kind of toys fair, and she gives me a picture of her with your little brother"
"I see… He did tell me about going there with his friends today. But that doesn't change the fact that you're meeting me like this"
"Well you are the only person who figure out my identity so fast I need to get some confirmation"
"Alright… What do you want to know?"
Kaito drink the tea and put it back to the table. His eye change into serious which slightly surprise the high school detective but Shinichi keep his composure
"Besides you, who else knows about my identity?" asked Kaito serious
"I see, you want confirmation. To answer that, my dad obviously… and also Professor Agasa. Since I did ask his help to analyze your fingerprint so no police officer is involved in my evidences" said Shinichi as he drinks the tea
"Then… Tantei-kun doesn't know?"
"No… For now it is"
"For now?"
Shinichi sigh as he stands up and look through the window showing the blue sky almost mix of light orange
"I will tell you a secret as an exchange since I did frighten you by getting your identity this fast, Conan already figure out that the 2nd Kaito Kid is a high schooler of my age" said Shinichi serious
"Eh?"
"Nakamori-keibu told him about Hakuba's evidence with your hair DNA result. Nakamori-keibu told Conan as a joke since he was sure that the Kid 8 years ago and now is the same person. For Conan who knows the truth, believe in that result since he did get glimpse of your face under your monocle. Not to mention, dad told us about his assumption about the original Kid 8 years ago already died when he disappears"
Kaito began to understand what Shinichi is going through
"Wait, then Tantei-kun doesn't know who's the first Kaito Kid is my father?" asked Kaito serious
Shinichi look at him and shake his head. He then walks back to the sofa and sit down facing him
"He wants to expose your identity without my father's data. But don't be too happy with it, Conan is a fast learner and great detective… He may find out your identity sooner or later" said Shinichi
"I see… I hope you really keep your promise not to expose my identity, Meitantei" said Kaito serious
"I will. You already did what I ask you which is the least I can do. Not to mention, I'm not satisfied with this way either since I lose my pride as a detective by asking help from my dad"
"Oi oi don't be like that"
Shinichi just sigh by the phantom thief's act. Shinichi look at the high schooler in front of him who seems unsatisfied
"You seem to have another question?" asked Shinichi
"Yeah, this one is small. Do you know the that Twin Tower bombing case two months ago?" asked Kaito serious
"Of course, I was there"
"Then…. Have you got any lead who bomb the place?"
"No, not a clue. The police already did what they can and there are no clues to point who's the culprit. The murderer of the four cases, Kisaragi told us that he's not the one who put the bombs there. The police didn't believe in him but both Conan and I believe that he don't have that knowledge on bombs so we are sure the culprit is indeed an outside job. We don't have ulterior suspect so we didn't dig this case for now"
"I see…"
Kaito look down as Shinichi said those words which grab the detective's attention
"You know the culprit?" asked Shinichi serious
"Man you can read me so much Meitantei. I have a hunch that's all" said Kaito serious
"Hunch?"
"Actually, I had been fighting this big organization and I presume they're behind the bombing"
"Organization?!"
"I came here to confirm of what happen on that Twin tower bombing case. Can you elaborate everything that happen on that time?"
"Alright…"
Shinichi then told him everything about the first time they went to the Twin tower, the case, the party and Detective boys escape operation for getting out from the bombed tower. Kaito eyes change to serious when he hears that the bomber also put the bombs inside the party hall
"Those people really want to kill the whole party attendees" said Kaito angrily
"Can you elaborate as well on why you think that your enemy is behind this bombing?" asked Shinichi as he crosses his feet
"My assistant that you found out about told me that there's a big chance that they are the ones behind the bombing because one of the victim of that murder, Hara Yoshiaki actually work with them. It seems he wants to betray this organization by running away with half of the organization data and some files. But it seems they heard about Hara-san is murdered, and so they use that chance to destroyed Hara-san's computer and data in that big computer in the twin tower to hide their existence"
"Just how bad is this organization is?"
"Worse… they play lives like taking candy from a baby. My father is murdered by them which is why I take the role of Kaito Kid now"
"I see… Then I will tell you one information"
Kaito was surprised by Shinichi sudden change of aura as if he's now interested in this case but Kaito keep it to himself
"I did tell you that Conan who did the deduction show in front of Kisaragi-san. Kisaragi-san even accept that he was the one who murdered Hara-san but actually it's not" said Shinichi serious
"What do you mean?"
"The culprit of the murder of Hara Yoshiaki is someone else. At the time of the murder, Kisaragi-san actually has a perfect alibi which is meeting detective boys and Professor Agasa in his house"
"So he wants to take the blame?"
"Yeah… Conan, Haibara and I are very sure that the culprit is the one who plant the bomb in the Twin Tower"
"I see…"
"I still don't understand. Why you told me all of this? You don't seem to want my help on this, yet you told me about your purpose and everything"
"I want your permission Meitantei. I want to borrow your identity few times to look into files in the first division police. Of course, I will contact you if I use your name and what I did inside"
Shinichi look into Kaito's eyes who seem serious which Shinichi nod to him
"Alright… To be honest, I want to be involved in this particular case but you don't want me to be involved right?" asked Shinichi
"Yeah… Knowing you and of course, your little brother so I don't want to risk it. This is my fight, Meitantei. Even though you try to find out the files I see in the police headquarters, you still can't identify them because their job is too good which is why it's too dangerous if you join me"
"Well if you say so… But remember, my door always opens if you needed my help okay"
"Thank you Meitantei"
"Then, are you done? We don't know when Conan will get home"
"Don't worry… I was expecting that to happen anyway"
"What? Oi oi are you planning to?!"
"Yes, being straightforward is who I am… Meitantei"
Suddenly they hear a door opening and closing which is a cue that someone come in. The one who can do it is of course one of the owner of the house who also has the spare key, Conan. Shinichi stand up in panic while glaring at Kaito
"What are you thinking?!" asked Shinichi unhappy
"Don't worry, I'm quite brave and sure of my skills" said Kaito smirking
In seconds, finally they see the grade schooler arrive to the living room
"I'm home, Shinichi-niichan!" shout Conan as he comes in and surprised to see a guest
"Ah Conan, you're early" said Shinichi surprised
"Yeah, my friends already got what they want so Haibara and I went home first. Ah, hello" said Conan while holding groceries and greeting Kaito
"Hello there, are you perhaps the famous Kid Killer?" asked Kaito as if pretending to be dumb and happy seeing Conan
"Yes, my name is Edogawa Conan. Well Jirokichi-ojiisan is the one who name me that… Are you Shinichi-niichan's client?"
"Ah no no, I'm here to thank him for helping me. I had a problem with my friend before and he comes helping me which I'm very thankful, my name is Kaito"
Kaito then let out a box of a cake which Shinichi just close his eyes seems to be had a unexpected thought after looking at Kaito's behavior since he didn't see him holding a box when he arrives
"That's why he is brave enough to face Conan without his mask" thought Shinichi
"I see, I'm glad that everything went well" said Conan smiling
"Yeah… It is" said Kaito smiling while looking at Conan
After few moments of silence between them. Conan quickly look to his big brother who seems to be in deep thought or what he expects him to do
"Oh yeah Niichan, what do you want for dinner?"
"What did you buy today?" asked Shinichi as he open his eyes
"Usual ingredients for miso soup and got some fish. Since there are still a lot of vegetables in the fridge so I don't buy it" said Conan as he looks through his bag
"Then I leave it to you. I still want to talk with him"
"Alright, I will take this thank you" said Conan while holding the box of cake
Conan quickly goes to the kitchen leaving the two high schoolers in the living room. After Conan leave them alone, Shinichi sigh as he lean back
"You are reckless Kuroba-kun" said Shinichi unhappy
"Hehehe, but Tantei-kun did the house chores and cooking? I didn't expect it. Also thank you for not calling my family name in front of him"
"It becomes his habit ever since he moves here with me, I can cook on my own but Conan is better than I am. Also, Conan will ask sooner or later, I'm not going to lie to him okay. The people in this world who can see my lie are my parents, Conan and Ran after all"
"I know, it's alright. There are many Kuroba in Japan and he can't pick it as the son of famous magician, Kuroba Toichi just by my name"
"I hope you know what you are doing"
Moments later, Conan comes to them with an apron around his body. Kaito almost burst in laugh seeing the rare sight but he quickly keeps his poker face
"Kaito-niisan, do you want to have dinner with us? It's almost dinner time after all" said Conan looking at Kaito
"Hmmm… Now that you mention it, I did take too long of my stay today" said Kaito looking at his watch
"Just take the offer, you lived in Ekoda right. It took a good two hours to go back by bike" said Shinichi
"Yeah, not to mention the late traffic jam. Then, I will gladly take the offer"
Conan then nod as he looks at Shinichi for a while before going back to the kitchen
"What did he say?" asked Kaito
"Ahh he told me to go to dinner table in a few minutes. Oh yeah, you know that we can talk with our thoughts" said Shinichi surprised
"Yeah, because of that, I can't disguise as you in front of him"
Shinichi just dry laugh after hearing Kaito's statement. Moments later, they go to the dinner table near the kitchen and Kaito was surprised to see his rival is doing everything diligently like Aoko when she was cooking for him every morning
"You sure have a great cousin, Kudou-kun. I can't believe a grade schooler can be great at cooking" said Kaito praising
"Of course he is, he learns everything from my mother" said Shinichi half laugh
"That's because Shinichi-niichan is lazy when it comes to other chores" said Conan smirking
"Please drop it"
Conan and Kaito giggle which moments later Conan give them each of their food. Kaito was actually scared that Conan will give the whole fish lay out in front of him but luckily it was already in form of fillet which Kaito was glad. Kaito look at the interaction of the two brothers who are now talking together and can't help to smile on how close both of them are and then start eating
Time Skip~
Kaito was beyond satisfied by the dinner from his rival. Now he understands why people say Conan is indeed a little brother material even though people don't know the real relationship between Shinichi and Conan. Kaito is now already ride on his bike get ready to go home
"Thank you for the dinner. Well then I'm going, thank you for the day Kudou-kun and Edogawa-kun" said Kaito as he waves to them and went away
After that, both brothers goes inside the house. Shinichi was sure that Conan figure it out but then his words that come out surprised him
"It's rare for you to help people with their relationship" said Conan not looking at him and staring at the mailbox
"Eh? Ah… Just happen to be there by accident when I went to Ekoda to look into a case" said Shinichi
"Hmm…"
Shinichi then walk away from Conan and then doubt himself
"What is this, is it because he didn't let out any of his thief radar which make Conan didn't realize it was him? That should be the reason why Conan didn't realize huh…" thought Shinichi confused as he goes into thinking pose
"What are you thinking?" asked the boy behind him still not looking at him and look into some mails
"Ah no no hehe, so another fan letters?"
"Yeah, all for dad and some for you"
Conan then put the mails into a box which almost full. It can be concluded that every mail that is from their fans is put there. Conan goes upstairs until suddenly he got a call from Professor Agasa
Shinichi was about to go up as well until suddenly Conan's face change to excitement. He was surprised by the sudden change until Conan turn off the call and faces his big brother
"NIICHAN! DETECTIVE BOYS WIN THE CHANCE TO GO TO THE J-LEAGUE CONVENTION THIS SUNDAY!" shout Conan happily
"SERIOUSLY?! You guys won the last batch lottery?!" asked Shinichi shock
"Yeah! Okay tomorrow we have to go practice as usual for sure!"
Conan quickly run to his room in excitement. Shinichi was dumbfounded at first until he let out a smile by his little brother change of behavior
"Man… He is indeed my little brother" said Shinichi giggle as he goes to his own room
Time Skip~
On Saturday morning, the Kudou brothers are in the soccer field that's near their house while wearing sport clothes. They are having their weekly soccer lesson just between them. Ever since the Cocoon game incident, Shinichi promises his brother that he will get a soccer lesson from him once a week in weekend except if either of them have something to do. Now both of them are kicking the ball to each other
"Is that the best you got?! What are you, grade schooler?!" shout Conan angrily as he kicked the ball back
"I don't want to hear that from a real grade schooler!" shout Shinichi unhappy
Shinichi kick the ball right to Conan and Conan quickly catch it and start his moves and kick it back to Shinichi. Shinichi also show out some moves so that Conan can learn it which Conan perfectly do what he sees as Shinichi expected. After a few rounds of passing balls, Shinichi put the ball on his feet
"Okay that's all, you have improved that move very well" said Shinichi while taking the ball from the ground
Conan then drop his body to the ground due to exhaustion, Shinichi smile and put water bottle right beside him while poking his cheek
"You know, you will get a lot of practices and moves from the J-Leaguers. Why you still ask me to help you practice" said Shinichi
"Well you are one of the top players in Teitan High School, I'm still not as good as you and I really want to get better in soccer. Learning from you and later with the J-Leaguers will quickly help increase my skills and someday I can defeat you" said Conan as he takes the water
Shinichi smiles to hear it and then hold Conan's head and pat him
"I'm really am lucky to have a little brother like you" said Shinichi smirking
"Thank you for the compliment there but that doesn't mean I can do more house chores after this" said Conan as if read Shinichi's intention
"Oi oi oi…"
The brothers laugh to each other happily and they didn't realize that someone is watching them practicing together at that soccer field in seems to be foul mood

It is the J-League Convention day
Ayumi, Genta, Mitsuhiko and Haibara are already near the car waiting for Professor Agasa. They're also waiting for their one friend who still at home, but suddenly they heard a scream from the certain house
"HAH?! ANOTHER CASE?!" shout the boy in glasses to his big brother
"No it's not a case, just giving testimony to Megure-keibu"
"You got to be kidding me"
"I promise I will be there when you practice with the J-Leaguer" said Shinichi bend down to Conan size and touch both his shoulders
Conan was unsure but suddenly the three kids call him because it's time to go. He looks at Shinichi again with a soft smile
"Alright, promise you be there to give me feedback about my soccer skills"
"I will, though maybe not me who will give the feedback" said Shinichi gets up
"Eh?"
Conan goes inside the car with Haibara beside him and the three kids at the back. Professor Agasa open the window which Shinichi greeting him from outside
"You're not coming Shinichi?" asked Professor Agasa
"I need to do an unfinished business first. I will be there before Conan practice with one of the J-Leaguers" said Shinichi serious while patting Conan's head
"Alright, I will get you when you arrive"
"Thank you, have fun you all" said Shinichi to the three kids
"Yes!"
The car drove to the convention while Shinichi goes inside the house to get ready to go to the police headquarters
Time Skip~
Detective Boys get a chance to practice with one of Tokyo Spirits superstar, Akagi Hideo. After Hide done with the team meeting with them and told them to go to each spot suddenly stops Conan and ask him to take rest since he wants to start with four kids first. At the convention, there are Ran, Sonoko and Kogoro who got invited by Professor Agasa to look at the J-Leaguers
"Shinichi-kun will come later?" asked Sonoko to the boy
"Yeah, he said he has to give a testimony about the case that he solved week ago" said Conan unhappy
"He is a mystery geek for a reason" said Ran laughing
Suddenly someone greets Kogoro who almost asleep which to be Nichiuri TV head of sports news department, Yamamori Shinzou. Shinzou quickly ask the photographer to take his picture with Kogoro. The photographer turn out to be Shinzou acquaintance, Kouda Kaoru.
"She's Nichiuri newspaper's photographer. She used to be in the local news section but got transferred to sport entertainment this year" said Shinzou explaining to Kogoro
"Yamamori-san, this is not the place to talk about that" said Kaoru complaining
"But they said if you could manage to get some scoop, you will be promoted back to the local news right?"
"Yeah…"
"Well, I wish you good luck"
Conan notice the sudden change of atmosphere between the two and just quietly hearing the conversation
"Aside that, I heard that if you can't increase the soccer broadcast ratings, you will be fired from the department head position" said Kaoru smirking to Shinzou
"Yeah you're right… Do you have any good ideas, Mouri-san?" asked Shinzou to Kogoro
"Eh?" asked Kogoro surprised
"Of all people, they ask Occhan…" thought Conan half laugh
Kogoro was thinking for a moment and then he quickly recommend making him appear as guest along with Okino Yoko. Conan was about to sigh by the predictable suggestion until he realizes Kaoru change of face when Kogoro mention Yoko in front of her. But his thoughts were out after Sonoko pointing his friends are getting the hang of soccer thanks to Hide
"Those guys really improved" thought Conan smiling looking at them
"Come to think of it, Ran, you never seemed this interested in soccer" said Sonoko to her friend
"That's not true, I often watch soccer on TV when Shinichi and Conan-kun sleepover at my house" said Ran
"But you never tried right?"
"Well, I did once try during middle school when Shinichi kicked the ball out of bounds… That's right! That time he-"
"What's wrong Ran?"
"No… nothing"
"Just what did that baka mystery geek do that time" thought Conan half laugh and look back to his friends
Conan look at the field happily until suddenly he looks someone familiar by the side of the field. He looks closely and then remembers an old soccer game that Shinichi showed him few days ago
"I remember… He's the miraculous lone striker, Nakaoka Kazumasa-san!" said Conan surprised seeing him
"Miraculous lone striker?" asked Professor Agasa in interest
"Shinichi-niichan told me about it. Three years ago, Nakaoka-san lead the Haido High team to the national championship and was scouted by Tokyo Spirits and prospected as a future ace striker candidate but then a month after the game, he caused an accident on his bike. With that, he disappeared from the soccer world"
"But the fact that he's here…"
"Yeah, he probably still feels an attachment to soccer. Well I have to tell Niichan about this"
Suddenly Professor Agasa phone vibrate, he looks at the phone and slight smile
"Ran-kun, look after the kids for me. I have to go somewhere" said Professor Agasa dismissed himself which leave a questioning face to them
At the same time, Hide stop the four children and call Conan to have a one on one practice with him. Conan was nervous but happy at the same time and so he run quickly to meet him
"Alright, let's have one on one practice shall we? Since you already know the basics, I will give you special advance training" asked Hide as he about to go away
"Wait Hide-san, how did you know I can play? I don't remember mentioning it" asked Conan surprised
"Your shoes"
Conan was surprised by Hide's sudden words which he looks into his soccer shoes that seem to be quite dirty
"My shoes?" asked Conan confused
"That soccer shoes of yours is quite dirty, which means you loves soccer and always practice with it. With that, I can conclude that you are already good at playing unlike your friends who seem to be rarely to never play like you did. Am I wrong?" said Hide with confident smile
Conan was surprised by Hide's deduction. He did always wear this soccer shoes because Shinichi bought it for him due to his promise to buy it for him after scaring him in that Cocoon game incident
"Ah yes… I did practice with my relative a lot because he's also a soccer player in his school"
"I see, then let's begin shall we? Just follow my moves"
"Yes!"
Conan and Hide are almost far to each other and Hide quickly kick the ball to Conan which he receives properly and kick it back to him.
"Wow!" shout the kids
All of them got focus on the field and see the other kids and some J-Leaguers who looking at the one on one sudden-becoming-match. They can't help to amaze by Conan's moves, but one soccer athlete looks surprised seeing Conan and how he kick the ball to Hide with good precision. After few rounds, Hide finally sigh and smile to Conan
"Woah… I admit defeat" said Hide with his hands up which surprised Conan
"Eh?" asked Conan surprised
"Conan-kun! You are amazing!" shout the three kids to him and run to him happily
Conan and his friends are on the way back to the others until suddenly someone calls Conan which to be Higo Ryosuke from Big Osaka. All of them were amazed but Higo seems to focus only on Conan which he feels weird about it
"Kudou Shinichi" said Higo serious to Conan
Conan, Ran and the person behind Professor Agasa surprised hearing the name from Higo's mouth
"Do you know him?" asked Higo to Conan
"Eh well…" said Conan surprised but then interrupted
"How did you… How did you know about Shinichi?" asked Ran to Higo
"Ah… I call him once at the middle school soccer championship a few years ago. It looks the same, his kick and this boy's kick form" said Higo serious while looking at Conan
"Well-"
"Yeah, I have been teaching him some moves" said someone touching Conan's head which to be Shinichi with a Tokyo Spirits hat
"Shinichi!" said Ran surprised
"Shinichi-niichan…" said Conan surprised
"Then are you two by chance brothers?" asked Higo looks serious and convinced after seeing both of them close
Conan slightly flinched hearing the question but Shinichi still calm and look at the athlete
"He's my relative and happen to stay with me" said Shinichi in calm voice answering the athlete question
"I see… so you teach him huh"
"Y-yeah he's the one who teach me soccer but… how did you know that Shinichi-niichan is the one who teach me?" asked Conan in low voice
"Ah when you kick the ball in the air is different from each other but when you're giving back the ball to Hide, I'm sure that your kick form is identical to Kudou-san. I have been playing soccer for many years so I can difference that small manner little boy" said Higo with a smile
People around them were in awe by Higo's deduction. Conan himself also surprised, by only kicking, he can figure out who is the one teaching him soccer. The same as Hide earlier found out about that he can play soccer only by his soccer shoes
"Well for now he looks like me, but I can guarantee that he will be a better soccer player than me in near time" said Shinichi proudly
"Hahaha I can see that, since you denied my invitation, I will make sure this boy make into the J-Leaguers" said Higo
"I will wait to see if that really happen"
Conan was confused by the talk between his brother and Higo until Higo pat Conan's head
"Do your best in soccer okay!" said Higo
"Um!" said Conan happily
Higo then left them and moments later, the three kids are angry because Higo pat Conan's head. Conan can't help to be embarrassed until Haibara pat his head by force with her hands in anger and jealously. While the kids argue, Sonoko and Ran quickly goes to Shinichi
"Oi Shinichi-kun, I don't know that you know Higo-san before" asked Sonoko
"I only met him once at the middle school soccer championship. After that, we never met again. I was surprised he can tell that Conan's form is identical to mine even though we only meet once… But that's how pro soccer should be right"
"Well they did play all the time so I'm not surprised they can catch that" said Professor Agasa agreeing to Shinichi's words
All of them are talking together until suddenly someone goes to them
"Sorry for the wait, Mouri-senpai" said Ryousuke
Ryousuke immediately introduce the man beside him, Motoura Keiichirou. He's the local factory manager and the head of the team sponsor. Shinichi was confused and then he goes to Ran immediately
"Oi Ran, who is he?" asked Shinichi in low voice
"Ah he's an alumnus of Beika University. It seems that time he was one of the university's soccer team. He said that there's someone want to meet dad" said Ran whispers to Shinichi
"I see…"
Suddenly Kogoro bend down looking at something with Detective boys except Haibara looking as well. Ran, Sonoko and Shinichi quickly goes to see as well. It seems to be pictures of a child who's playing soccer. It turns out the child, Tomofumi is Motoura's son who died few months ago. Most of them goes back looking at the picture while Conan notice that Motoura seems to be looking at Kogoro in weird gaze.
After the last picture, Kogoro gives back the phone to Motoura which he wants Kogoro to see his son's happy moments when he's still alive but it makes the whole atmosphere down. Professor Agasa quickly trying to make the mood back up by giving them a quiz. Shinichi just slap his forehead as if giving up with the situation until suddenly someone tapped his shoulder
"I know it, Kudou-san! Long time no see, it's been a year right" said Hide to Shinichi
"Oh Akagi-san, long time no see. How's your siblings?" said Shinichi
"They're fine, thank you for asking. My sister always ask to meet you again after that day"
"Well you guys are always welcome to my house on my free day of course"
Shinichi and Hide then talk together without hearing the quiz, but they notice that some other soccer players are coming to their side with Endou Yasuhito talking to them which seems giving the answer of the quiz but both Shinichi and Hide still have fun patching up. The high schoolers and grade schoolers were surprised to see just noticed that Shinichi and Hide were talking together, Ran didn't expect him to be close to J-Leaguers
"Niichan, you meet Hide-san before?" asked Conan surprised

Hide look at Conan who just laugh and then he looks to Shinichi in surprise after connecting the two

"Alright, here's my number… Oi Conan! Come here for a second" shout Shinichi to his relative-that-actually-is-his-brother who is talking with Haibara
Conan look at him and surprised by the sudden appearance of Higo. He walks closer and surprised that Higo ask for his number, Conan quickly let out his phone that he's been using which Higo quickly take his phone and put his own number inside Conan's phone
"Eh… eh?!" said Conan surprised
"You got yourself another celebrity contact huh Conan" laugh Shinichi
"Oi oi is it okay?!"
"I trust you after all. I need to have close contact with you if I want to scout you to Big Osaka" said Higo smirking
"Ah no no, he will be in Tokyo Spirits" said Hide as he takes Conan's phone as well
"Ahaha…. I haven't chosen my career as a soccer player you know" thought Conan laugh
After that, Hide thanks both of them and run away to go for his Tokyo Spirits meeting. Detective boys see how Hide runs quickly becomes jealous that they are not fast enough but the other soccer players quickly told them that there are many players in J-League who are slow runners as well and gives advices on how to think and decision-making to contribute for the team. Shinichi just smile since he already has that lesson crammed up but his little brother on the other hand, writing every advices to his head
"I see…" said Mitsuhiko happily
"Alright, is there anything else you all like to ask?" asked Yasuhito to the kids
"Yes!" said Conan as he raises his hand
"You are… ah, what do you want to ask?"
"Can you teach us the knack to a free kick?"

"Oi! You're really impudent for a kid" said Kogoro unhappy as he holds Conan's head and shake it
Suddenly someone holds Kogoro's shoulder and letting out a menacing aura. Kogoro slowly turn his head which to be Shinichi glaring at Kogoro which is identical when Ran is angry at him
"Occhan… stop it" said Shinichi in low voice
"Ah… yes…" said Kogoro as he let go of Conan immediately
"He's angry" thought both Ran and Sonoko as they walk away from the boys
"I see… Shinichi-san also want to know as well" thought Haibara giving a bored look to the high schooler
Yasuhito look at the interaction and then smile to them
"Alright, I don't mind" said Yasuhito to Conan
"Eh really?!" said Conan happily
"We still have a little time, shall I demonstrate for you?"
Conan quickly nod, and the other kids are happy with it and after that all soccer players position themselves to start the demonstration.
"The way to kick is to start in front and rather than kicking, scoop it up with your feet" said Yasuhito as he about to kick the ball
Yasuhito start to run slowly and then kick the ball right to the net. The spectators quickly give them applause by the demonstration. Conan and Shinichi on the other hand quickly look at each other as if agreeing on something
