GENERAL P.O.V

Platform 9 3/4

"Take care pup" Sirius said hugging Harry

"Don't worry Dad. I will stay safe... Besides, Mione is there to take care of me." Harry said chuckling.

Harry went towards Remus and hugged him. "Goodbye Moony. See you during Christmas. Take care of yourself and please keep my Dad in control, will you?"

"Don't worry Cub. I promise you, I will keep him chained" Remus said chuckling.

"Hey!" Sirius protested. Hermione chuckled behind him.

Harry and Hermione got inside the train and found an empty compartment. They got inside and settled sown with Harry resting his head on Hermione's lap and Hermione running a hand through his long hair. She was currently reading her book on 'Animagus: Everything you need to know'.

"Harry did you know, Merlin is the only successful person to become to have both animagus and metamorphogi abilities." Hermione asked surprised.

"Cool. It's a shame that no one else was able to achieve it." Harry replied burying his face in her lap. Hermione was sure that she saw him smirk.

"Hey, can we sit here?" Neville asked peeking his head inside the compartment.

"Hey Neville. Hi Luna. Come in." Harry replied still resting his head on Hermione's lap.

"How did you know it was them?" Hermione asked surprised.

"I can recognise Neville's voice anywhere Mi and he asked if 'we' could get in. So, I just assumed that the second person was Luna, because he always hangs out with her." Harry said not once lifting his head from her lap.

"Congratulations Hermione and Harry." Luna said in her dreamy voice, noticing the position of Harry and Hermione.

"Took you both long enough" Neville chuckled.

Hermione, who was blushing by now, gave both Luna and Neville a smile in response.

They were halfway through the journey when Harry started tossing and turning.

"Oh no! He must be having a nightmare" Hermione said concerned.

Luna's face went pale; she was beside Harry in an instant and stated shaking his shoulders to wake him up.

Harry's dream

It was raining heavily outside. James and Lily Potter were playing with a little Harry. Suddenly they heard the alarms of the wards being broken.

"Lily, Peter has betrayed us, take Harry and hide. I will deal with Tom.. GO!" James ran out of the room with his wand to deal with Voldemort.

Lily took Harry inside her room and placed him in the crib. "Baby don't cry. Calm down. Whatever happens, me and dad will always love you remember that." Harry looked at his mom with pleading eyes. 'Go away mom. Please, save yourself' Little Harry tried telling his mother, but to no avail.

Suddenly, the door burst open and a man in a dark cloak with long yellow hair came in.

"You, So it was you was behind this. And everyone is blaming Tom. Why are you doing this? Why do you want to kill a poor infant?" Lily asked hatred in her voice.

"Ah! Lily... You know me, I want power and I will never let anyone come in my way... You heard the prophecy Lily. Your little infant boy here is destined to kill me." The man in the cloak said.

"If you want power, why are you using someone else for your evil plans?" Lily asked crying.

"Ah! Good question dear. As for why I am using someone else, I don't want to give up my cover now, would I? Faking death is really hard you know. And as for the second question, Tom is just an easy target. He is powerful and at the same time is afraid of me. Fear is the most powerful and the most enjoyable weapon to use Lily." The man in the cloak said.

"Now Tom, would you do the honors and close the final chapter of our dear Lily?" The man asked Tom who was standing behind him. Tom's eyes widened.

"No... NO. Please! I will do anything for you. But, please don't tell me to kill her... I can't do it." Tom said with tears in his eyes. (Who thought the most feared dark lord in the century could cry)

"I thought so. How pathetic!" The man spat. He raised his wand at Lily and shouted "AVADA KEDAVRA" The green light shot out his wand and hit Lily. She fell down lifeless on the floor.

Tom went running toward Lily and held her in his arms.. "Lily... Please wake up... Please..." He lifted his head and looked up at The man in dark cloak. "Why did you do this? I did everything you asked me to do. I killed hundreds and thousands of people. Then, why?" Tom asked

"CRUCIO!" The man yelled. "Never question me Tom... I have my ways. Now, finish what we have come here for" He said pointing at Harry.

"No! I will not kill My Harry for you.. He is the only one I have... I am not letting you kill him." Tom said standing up and pointing his wand at the man.

"Are you sure about that Tom? You know you can never defeat me. Did you forget about that little girl you have hid away from me?" Tom's eyes widened at this. "What did you think I would never find about her. If you don't kill Harry right now, I promise you Tom, I will find your little girl and I will kill her in front of you."

Defeated, Tom went towards Harry and whispered in his ear, "I know you will survive this Harry. You are powerful my boy. But, I am helpless. Please, survive this and come back to end all this for once and all." He got up and pointed his wand at Harry with tears in his eyes.. "AVADA KEDAVRA". A green light hit Harry in the chest and rebounded ending the life of Tom Marvolo Riddle.

Dream end

Harry woke up from his dream with a start. He realized that the train had reached Hogwarts.

"What happened Harry?" Hermione asked.

"Yeah Harry, we have been trying to wake you up for the past 20 minutes."

"Sorry! Don't worry, it's just a nightmare." He said hugging Hermione.

"What was it about?" Luna asked

"That's what I have to figure out." Harry replied.

Great Hall

The feast had just ended a few minutes before. Dumbledore got up from his seat and came to stand up at the podium.

"SILENCE!" All chattering stopped and everyone looked at the headmaster. "Welcome to another great year at Hogwarts. As you can see, we have a new addition to the staff. Let us all welcome professor Edward? He will be teaching Defense against the dark arts." Everyone cheered for the new professor. "Now, onto the next, this Hogwarts year will be a celebration for all quidditch fans, as Hogwarts will be conducting the inter-school quidditch championship this year." Everyone burst into cheers and applauses. "The best quidditch players from 3 other schools will be our guests for this year. They will be taking classes with our students."

"So that's why an extra table was added." Neville said

"The students from the three schools will be arriving within a week... The schools that will be participating in the tournament are- Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, Durmstrang and Evergreen."

"Durmstrang? But they have Victor Krum" someone said

"Hogwarts, we have officially a week to select our perfect team...Although, the captain is selected by the Headmaster and the other staff members... Therefore, based on earlier performances, the staff and I have selected Mr. Oliver Wood stop is the captain our Hogwarts team..."

Everyone (well everyone except Slytherin ) started clapping their hands. Oliver was dumbstruck. But, nodded at the headmaster showing his approval... The headmaster gave him a smile in return.

"Alright everyone. That's all for now... Go up to your dorms."

Everyone got up and walked to their respective dorms, chatting all along the way... But, Harry never paid any attention to them. Once he got inside the common room, he kissed Hermione goodnight and went to his bed...He laid there with his eyes open, thinking about the dream he had on the train.

Was it real? If it was real. Then who is the person controlling Voldermort?

He kept racking his brain for answers, but he had no luck.. Harry suddenly got up from the bed, took a small coin from inside his trunk and pressed it... He took his map and invisibility cloak and went outside...
Once, he reached outside the ROOM OF REQUIREMENT, he went inside and walked up to the person who was waiting for him..

"What is it Harry?" The person asked...

"I had dream on the train... I need to know if it is real" Harry replied..

"Are you sure you want me to do this?" The person asked...

"I have never been surer in my life." Harry said in a firm tone.

The person gently took Harry's hand in his and looked into his green eyes, accessing his memories. After a few moments, the person stumbled back and sat on a couch, breathing heavily.

"What did you find?" Harry asked

"It's true... This is a real memory... This is what you witnesses that night...That means we have been going after the wrong man all this time... What are we going to do?" The person asked.

"We have to tell about this to the rest of our team. Tomorrow cone here after dinner, we will discuss everything at that time.. I will inform the others about the meeting... We have to figure out our next plan of action. .. We also need to find who the other man is. He is cleverly playing behind the shadows, making others do his dirty work."

"You are right Harry. But, you have another problem." The person said.

"What is it?" Harry asked

"Hermione.. You have to tell her, she is your girlfriend Harry, she will know something is up... Not to mention, she is very clever, she will figure out everything soon if you don't tell her." The person said..

"I know. Tomorrow I will bring her to our meeting, I will tell her everything there... Alright then, I will see you tomorrow..." Harry said and walked out of the room, throwing the cloak over his body.

"Good night Harry.. I will meet you tomorrow."
