Chapter 3
Sissi woke up in her room and jumped out of bed. " was that a dream " She thought looking at the time and date on her computer. She went to the boys dorm room floor and opened the door to Chris room and saw , he was gone. She noticed on the floor. She picked it up and read the note. " Hey Elisabeth , i am at the factory going over the files and data cover for me cousin " She read.
She placed the note in her pocket " fine " she said placing Chris clothes on his bed and under the covers. She noticed Ulrich and smiled " hello , my dear Ulrich " She said. Ulrich crossed his arms " Sissi , what are you doing in your cousins room " he asked. Sissi sighed " he skipping class and asked me to cover him " She said. Ulrich rolled his eyes " Chris may be as smart as Jeremy in our class but i just don't get why he doesn't show up to class sometimes " He asked.
Sissi twirled her hair " oh , he is haging out with thirteen , who is in the class above ours , helping with her inventions " She said. Ulrich took a breath nodded " Well , she is one of our schools best soccer players " He said. Sissi took a breath " mind , helping me cover for Chris " She asked. Ulrich scratched his face " fine , Sissi lets head to breakfast " he said . Sissi smiled " sure " She said walking with Ulrich.
Meanwhile Chris was going over the files on the super computer leaving his phone off. He relaxed in the chair and smiled at Aelita. " I found some interesting information " he said. Aelita smiled " like , what Chris " She asked. He blushed " lets , see Aelita , the name of Evil Ai that is our opponent is Xana , and the creator of the virtual world lyoko is named france hopper " he said. Aelita nodded " I see , what else " She asked.
He smiled " i was doing a web search on the name , and found out he was a teacher at Kadic academy " he said. She took a breath " interesting , and shouldn't you be attending classes at school what ever that is " She asked. Chris rubbed the back of his head " fine , I will go and then tell you about it from my computer " He said. She smiled " well , talk to you soon Chris " she said. Chris waved grabbing his bag and entered the elevator.
Meanwhile Sissi was eating lunch in the cafeteria. She watched as thirteen took a seat at the table. " So any word from , Chris " She asked. Thirteen nodded no and saw Chris enter and take a seat at the table. " in trouble with the principal Chris " Sissi asked. Chris nodded yeah and smiled " there's something I want to check out in the records room but since teachers only have access to it , while i have detention please look for the name france hopper and take notes of the records or make a copy of them , or just take the records " he said.
She looked at her cousin " fine Chris , if you call me by my nickname and not elisabeth " She said. He sighed " fine , Sissi and thirteen please do this for me and we can meet in my dorm room afterwards , or the park " He said. She smiled " Sure cousin , thirteen will you help as well " She asked. thirteen stood up and smiled " have fun in detention " She said leaving with Sissi.
Chris went and got some food and started eating the meatballs and spaghetti. He noticed Ulrich took a seat. " So Chris , where you this morning " He asked. Chris stayed quiet eating " i was doing some research on an intersting topic , Ulrich " He said. Ulrich " fine , but remember your part of our group with jeremy for our science project " He said. Chris finished " eating , I won't forget " he said heading to the library for studying and detention since it was a half day.
Meanwhile Sissi was keeping a look out while thirteen was using a machine to unlock the door. " So thirteen , break into rooms , often " She asked. Thirteen chuckled " no , it just in case my locker gets stuck then i can use this to open it " She said as the door opened. Sissi and thirteen saw all the files and started to go throu them.
Meanwhile Chris was catching up on the lessons , he missed. He noticed Jim watching him like a hawk. He took a breath already finishing the work. He looked over his work and noticed outside , the window Sissi and thirteen had the file. " So Chris , you understand no more skipping class , even for research reasons " Jim asked. Chris stood up and looked down " I am sorry for my actions , jim and i promise not to do it again " He said. Jim nodded looking at the clock. " since , you finished all the work , you can go Chris " He said.
Chris grabbed his bag and waved bye. He noticed Sissi and thirteen sitting on a park bench. " We have the file on one france hopper " thirteen said. Chris took the file from Sissi's hand. " Thanks , Elisabeth " he said. Sissi pouted and laughed " Well I didn't say all the time , but next time Sissi , Chris " She said. Chris was reading the file standing up. Thirteen patted , Sissi shoulder. " He's busy reading , shall we get some tea " She said. Sissi nodded sure and headed to the vending machine.
Meanwhile Chris finished reading the file as Sissi and thirteen came back with three cups of tea. Chris placed the file in his bag.Thirteen handed him a cup of tea. he took the cup of tea from her hand and took a sip. " anything interesting " Thirteen asked. Chris smiled " his home address is in this file and thirteen its where you set up your workshop for inventions " He said. Thirteen took his and sissi's hands " to the hermitage " She said.
